Monday- In todays reading, 8 Troops Killed in Battle in Afgan,
( 8 sentences ) I learned that, the Battle lasted 12 hours as hundreds of militants fired on outpost, official says. Hundreds of militants attacked American and Afghan troops in eastern Afghanistan on Saturday, opening fire on an outpost from multiple locations with rockets, mortars and heavy-caliber machine guns, according to an initial U.S. military report on the battle.
At least eight American troops and two members of the Afghan National Security Force died the largest number of Americans killed by hostile action in a single day in more than a year, according to CNN records.
Eight U.S. troops, two members of Afghan National Security Force killed in fighting. Coalition forces say they called in airstrikes, repelled attack from militants. Incident marks deadliest day for U.S. troops in Afghanistan since 2008( 3 reflections...I agree or not agree...because)
I am saddened by the deaths of the troops, they have many family members that morn their innocent deaths. I hope the president can figure something out so no more of our troops die fir nothing. I can't stand the terrorist who attack just to make a statement, these are people's lives that are used.

In today’s newspaper article I read about a kidnapping. This happened when a “fake” immigration officer knocked on Maria Gurolla’s house. After The officer knocked on the door she said she was there to arrest her, and to take her baby. After Maria Gurrolla declined to give the baby she was stabbed and the baby, Yair Carillo Gurolla, was brutally taken from her. There is currently an amber alert for yair. Hopefully she is safe and found. The mother says that she feels alright physically but emotionally she is a complete mess. At this point no one in the Family is ruled out as a suspect.
In today's news paper I read that hundreds of people died in a pair of temblors tow major earthquakes thousands of miles apart spread throughout southeast Asia and south pacific, leaving dead, injuries and panic in there wake from Indonesians western coast to the island of Samoa and American Samoa
In my thoughts its sad that people go through these times and cant control it, its something that you can never know when or were.

Today I read about a woman being stabbed in her home and her baby being kidnapped. Maria Gurrolla was at home when a Caucasian women entered her home saying she was an immigration agent. Gurrolla said the lady entered stabbed her and she ran to a neighbors house to call the police. When she went back home her 3 year old daughter was untouched and her new born son was missing. His name is Yair Carrillo Gurrolla. He was abducted.
This is sad and crazy at the same time. Who would enter someone else’s home to steal their child. That lady was out of line. She should have produced her own baby or adopted. I hope they catch that crazy lady and Yair is reunited back with his family alive.

Today I read about how the 49ers have become 3-1 in the NFL leading there division since 2002 . The 49ers looks like a different team they got a different quarterback and a new head coach in singletary who came in last year but at the end of the season. He is a former linebacker in the NFL now he is a coach who is doing his job in coaching and doing a good job at it 49ers who already swept there division opponents only lost came to the Vikings in a 4th quarter throw by Bret Farve a miracle touchdown throw which was caught at the end of the 4th quarter. Singletary said it happens sometimes but we got to continue to play are game and win games. That s what the did going into St. Louis. I think its good that there wining games because now the bay area has something to cheer about that one of there football team is doing good.

Today I read about swine flu vaccine supply that’s on the way. In Los Angeles 350,000 doses of the nasal spray swine flu vaccine will be sent to California in the first round of shipments from the federal government. San Diego County is expecting to receive 28,00 of those doses. The state is divvying up the first doses of the vaccine among countries based on population, state Department of ulation. I think a lot of clinicians or providers have ordered all of the vaccine that they’ll use over two months at one time. Leaders of San Diego Unified School District and the Poway Unified School District have signed up to become swine flu vaccination centers, and 22 other districts in the country have express interest.
Monday- In today’s reading I read about a woman who claimed that some lady went to her house and stole her baby. This all started when Maria Gurrolla Stated to the police that she was sitting in her home when this lady posing as an immigration officer went inside the house grabbed a kitchen knife and stabbed Maria. Maria also said that the woman didn’t say anything about wanting her baby she just took off with her new born boy. While Maria went to the neighbors for help the lady must of grabbed the child because when she came back her child was gone from the couch where he was laying. Investigators are questioning the whole family to see if this story is true. Agents said they saw a woman who fit the description of this thief but turns out it wasn’t her. The police sent out an amber alert to try and help get this child back.
Well I think the investigators are acting like if the childless mother is lying. That is really wrong because if they really cared they wouldn’t not believe Maria. I think they are just doing that because she said that a lady posing as an immigration officer did it.
Today I learned that the government is more concerned about how they look to the whole U.S. than finding a stolen child.
MONDAY------RAYMES
Today I read about a shooting that broke out last night. Cops shot a man accused of abducting his 5 year old son after the man allegedly killed the boy’s mother and her boyfriend earlier in the day. Anthony Castillo, 31 years old, survived the shooting, but his condition wasn’t immediately reported. After the man hunt they had found him in front of an apartment. He was shot after he was told to drop the handgun he had in his hand. Castillo took the boy from the dead woman’s home in Anaheim and dropped him off at grandparents home. I think that what he did is wrong. But I really don’t believe he deserved to get shot at for no reason but I’m pretty sure the gun wasn’t even pointed at them. Lying, but that’s what cop reports are made for right?? All the cops ever do in their reports is lie. But I don’t know I wasn’t there so I cant say anything.
[[MONDAY!-rochelle!]]
This morning I read a story about a house fire in Granite Hills. The owner had been given several notices to clean his property, but he didn’t comply and faced a criminal court case. The two story house was packed inside and out with lots of junk. The fire department stayed for nine hours to make sure the blaze didn’t reignite. The owner was cited for a “large amount of waste outside the house, along with several inoperable vehicles and some commercial vehicles. He also lacked a building permit for a garage.” The cause is being investigated, but I think all the junk was probably a factor and ISSUE. An interesting fact was that the owner and his friend escaped with mo injuries. I think the owner and his friend were probably on meth. I’ve heard that meth heads hoard junk like that. I think any EVIDENCE of meth probably got destroyed by the fire.

In Today’s news a baby has been Kidnapped from his house and his mother has been stabbed. The Mother Maria Gurrolla, 30 told Authorities that a women knocked on her door posing as an immigration agent. Then the women grabbed a knife and Stabbed her several times, then kidnapped her son Yair Carillo Gurrolla. Her Interpreter SUMMARIZED all this information on a police report. In this ISSUE there isn’t much EVIDENCE to find the kidnapper since the Kidnapper was wearing a mask. So far no one including the Family has been put as a Suspect. Gurrolla was able to describe that the women is a white women somewhere in her 30s. In the Hospital she said that she wasn’t in much pain Physically, but in more pain Emotionally.
In my opinion I think the kidnapper will move to another state, then raise the child so it will think that she is her mom. The police might be able to catch the lady before she runs away. Or maybe the Kidnapper will do something with the baby then kill him and then run away.
Monday- Gloria
Today I read about a Death row inmate that naturally died, John Couey a convicted sex offender awaiting execution for kidnapping, raping and burying a 9 year old, died of natural causes Couey 51 had been ill for some time and died at Jacksonville hospital where he had been since august 12. He was convicted in 2007 and died about a month before the Florida supreme court was scheduled to hear his automatic appeal. I think that it was better of that the guy died on his own, well not like I would want him dead or something its just that it would have been probably harder for him just to think that he was going to die by execution. I know what he did was wrong but it’s still sad that he had to live his last days ill and locked up. I learned that some things do happen for a reason and this crime helped out by many states promoting to pass laws named for the little 9 year old girl Jessica that impose restrictions on sex offenders, including registration requirements.
Monday johnathon In the newspaper I read about a condominium caught on fire in downtown it was it was on ninth avenue near the Petco Park. In the condominiums nearly two dozen condos were damaged two to four condos sustained fire and heavy water damage the remaining condos were just damaged with water although it is going to be a lot of money for the repairs the good thing was that no one got hurt in the electrical, fire, and water damage. The fire was started by wrong electrical wiring. The red cross was called to provide shelter for the residents of the 11th story building

Today I read about a boy that was killed in a crash. The boy was a 17 year old senior from torrey pines high school. The crash happened in Rancho Santa Fe there was 5 occupants in the vehicle. The boy had not been wearing a seatbelt and was in the backseat. All five of the occupants are believed to be seniors at torrey pines. The driver was taken into custody believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Interesting Facts- The crash was a single car crash and the car flipped.
My Opinion- I think that this is very sad and tragic. Drinking and driving is bad and you shouldn't do it.
(Tuesday-Jesus) In today's paper I read that the ceo of the San Diego Padres replaced Kevin towers but the padres new owner might want to work in his timing, the Padres finished what looked to be a disaster of a 2009 season on a high, winning 37 of their final 62 games and making life uncomfortable for every playoff contender they encountered. they struggled and didn’t do so good till few of the last games they had people nervous of how the games will end.
In my opinion I think that the padres could do way better maybe now with a new manager and new ownership, who knows.

Today I read about his predecessor left office to become President but Rick Perry has now become the longest-serving and most powerful governor in the history of the state of Texas. That is very much due to his use of wide-ranging appointment powers that have allowed him to dominate state boards, commissions and courts that control many aspects of daily life in Texas. But, in the past week, a brouhaha over his refusal to reappoint three members of an obscure forensic-science commission has political observers wondering if Perry, who is facing a potentially bruising GOP primary battle, has made a political misstep. A well-placed source has confirmed to TIME that Perry ignored the written pleas from several members of the Texas Forensic Science Commission, including two of his own appointees, to reappoint the board's well-respected chairman, Austin lawyer Sam Bassett. Bassett's departure has resulted in a delay in an important investigation of evidence in a death-penalty case that critics say will prove an innocent man was executed on Perry's watch. The Texas Forensic Science Commission evaluates forensics standards in a state that too frequently has been in an unwelcome spotlight on issues of crime and punishment. Recently, Texas has been working to show that it is not all frontier justice and, indeed, the day Perry's office announced he was dropping Bassett and appointing a new commission chairman, the governor also issued a "pardon for innocence" for James Lee Woodard, released last year after serving 27 years in prison for a murder and rape he did not commit. Woodard was exonerated on the basis of DNA testing urged by the New York City–based Innocence Project, led by noted defense attorney Barry Scheck.

Today I read in cnn that Coach Mike Singletary said Monday that the San Francisco 49ers would still like to have first-round draft pick Michael Crabtree play for the team this season. Responding to a report that Crabtree and his agent were about to renew negotiations with the team, Singletary said he would not close the door on Crabtree, even though the wide receiver from Texas Tech has yet to practice with the 49ers because of a contract impasse. I think they should sign him and get him on the team because they need sparks on there offense side of the ball none of there receivers are big time receivers and Crabtree will do that for them.

In Today’s news a Kidnapped girl tells us about her being Raped daily. Elizabeth Smart Testified Yesterday that her Kidnappers Raped her 3-4 times a day when she was Kidnapped. She was held Captive for 7 years by David Brian Mitchell, 55. When she SUMMARIZED him She said he was: Nasty, Evil, Selfish, non religious, and many other things. Mitchell will be Tried against Counts of Kidnapping about this Crime. Smart said when she was Kidnapped she was Led to a Mountain then had a fake wedding ceremony and then got raped. Mitchell was put in a Mental Hospital for his past crimes and he also sang Hymns, had disrupted behavior, and yelled at the Judge before in the court room. She was tied to a 10 foot cable around her legs and Mitchell said that if she tried to Run away he would kill her. There might be enough EVIDENCE to lock Mitchell for a long time.
I think it would be terrible for someone to be kidnapped for 7 years. I think Mitchell should be locked up for about 20 years. So far in the U.S a lot of kidnapping ISSUE’S and hopefully they should find all the Kidnapped people.
Tuesday- In today’s reading I read about how the government s trying to blame deaths on illegal smuggling. Just so they don’t look bad to the rest of the country. This is a tragedy says the government because there are so many people trying to get to the U.S. For the American dream. While on their way they find death instead in the desert. 378 deaths have been recorded in the southwest border during 11 months of recordings. By blaming it on the smugglers it is said because people pay $3000 dollars per person and the smugglers don’t care if your tired they’ll leave you there to get caught or die. This is just another way for the government to get at the people trying to make money illegally.
I don’t agree with the government because people are just trying to make money or to get a new better life. I don’t like the government its their fault all of those immigrants are dyeing for not having stricter borders. This is my opinion about the article.
I learned that the government are always looking for ways to look good for the whole country.

Today I read about a women who had her appeal declined by the U.S supreme court, the justices gave no reason for declining her appeal. Holmes 29 is one of two women waiting to be execute in Louisiana, she and a male codefendant were convicted of murder. Experts of fetal alcohol syndrome call it the nation’s preventable cause of mental retardation. The syndrome can lead to brain damage, behavioral problems and intellectual disabilities. Holmes attorneys say she functions like a 10 or 12 year old, her mother said that she drank throughout her pregnancy and even named her daughter after her favorite drink. I think that this women should probably get some help to much drinking throughout the years really messed her up, and that’s what probably got her into committing a murder. In my opinion I say that this lady should not get executed because if she acts like she is 12 then it’s not really her thinking, or yea maybe she should because then again she killed someone and that’s just the price to pay.

Today I ready about the suspect in the killing of Yale pharmacology graduate student Annie Le appeared in court in New Haven, Connecticut, Tuesday, but did not enter a plea, his attorney told CNN. Raymond Clark III, 24, a lab technician at Yale, is charged with murder in Le's death. Tuesday's scheduled hearing was continued until October 20.It is standard procedure for defendants in murder cases not to enter a plea until a later stage in the case, public defender Beth Merkin told CNN. Clark eventually will plead not guilty, she said. Clark, of Branford, Connecticut, is being held in lieu of $3 million bail. The body of Le, 24, was found inside a wall of a Yale lab building on September 12 -- the day she was to be married. She had been strangled, the Connecticut medical examiner's office determined. Clark is not a Yale student, but has worked as a lab technician at the university since 2004. He lived with his girlfriend, who also is a Yale lab technician, according to New Haven police.

wednesday-This morning I read an article titled Kitten found in alley with eyes painted shut. In Logan Heights on Tuesday, a woman found a kitten with her eyes spray painted shut. She turned it over to the county Department of Animal Services. There was a spray-paint can found not far from the kitten. The kitten’s face had been sprayed so much her eyes were sealed shut. The department’s staff removed some of the paint and the kitten was able to somewhat open her eyes. The department reported that the kitten was eating well. This case is an act of intentional animal cruelty and can be prosecuted as a felony. The kitten will stay at the Gaines street shelter as evidence, and it is uncertain if the kitten will be put up for adoption.
Well I don’t agree with the person who spray painted the kitten in the eyes because that’s messed up. Then again its probably a kid just having fun. That was a sad story and I think its just something that normally happens with a neighborhood of that kind.
I learned that kids can be very cruel even to innocent animals.

In today’s news The NASA space center has discovered a massive Ring around the planet. The Rings orbit is about 27 Degrees tilted from its main ring system and it would take 1 billion planets the size of earth to fill the ring. The Diameter of the ring is equivalent to 300 planets the size of Saturn Lined up. The Scientist never found out about the Ring because it is made of ice and dust particles it is Difficult to spot. The Ring Convinced Scientist about EVIDENCE that there are more moons on the planet and that They have been hiding there all this time. This ISSUE might make Scientist think about observing the planet more. The planet might get SUMMARIZED more by scientist since the ring was discovered. The NASA space center might make more discoveries after this.
I think its interesting that a Giant Ring has been discovered. I agree that the Space centers should make more explorations. In the Future there might be more discoveries about space.

This morning I read about David Letterman telling everyone about the affairs because someone was trying to black-mail him for two million dollars. The suspect works on the show “48 hours”. I thought the interesting facts was that they said affairs and not affair. I think that this is a funny story because he just told the whole world! Hopefully his wife doesn’t leave him. I would rather have told the world than give up 2 million.
Today I read about a teen that will not be charged as an adult. The teen was involved in a fatal rollover crash that left one teen dead. The 17 year old teen was driving under the influence. He is facing charges of felony DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter in the death of 17 year old Alexander Michael Capozza.
Interesting Facts- Another passenger who was not wearing a seat belt was critically injured.
My Opinion- I think that this is very sad and tragic.

Today I read about a girl, Elizabeth McCutchen and a friend that were walking to book club two weeks ago in quaint Farmville, Virginia, when they strolled by a home on First Avenue. "Something smells dead," her friend said. They were thinking animal. A dog, a cat, something like that. They never imagined they were smelling the remains of massacred humans. It was Thursday, September 17. But another 24 hours would pass before police made the gruesome discovery. The victims were Mark Niederbrock, 50, the beloved pastor at Walker's Presbyterian Church; his 16-year-old daughter, Emma Niederbrock; Melanie Wells, Emma's 18-year-old friend from West Virginia; and Niederbrock’s estranged wife, Debra Kelley, 53, a professor at Longwood. Rest in peace all of these victims. I think these people that cut bodies up into pieces or just to kill someone is sickning and I don’t understand how anyone can do that.

Today's article was about an incident in a small, rural town in the hills of New Hampshire was jolted by a deadly home invasion over the weekend that left a mother dead and her young daughter severely injured. Four teenage boys have been charged in connection with the incident that occurred early Sunday morning on an isolated, dirt road in Mont Vernon, a town with a population of around 2,000. This is crazy because this happens in San Diego all the time. There are a lot of home invasions. Maybe not killing but there are many invasions. Maybe these kids weren't intending to kill the house owners maybe the owners attacked them and they fought back or were just trying to protect themselves.

This morning I read a story about a man who accidentally killed his identical twin brother. He was trying to parallel parking while he was drunk and his brother was guiding him to park. He lost control an pinned his brother against an SUV. Well the guy killed himself. He was facing charges for drunk driving and vehicular manslaughter. I think this story is tragic and so sad.

I didn’t read an article. But this is about an accident that occurred across the street by AmPm. This girl was crossing the street when it was her time to cross. I guess she was taking to long and got hit by a car. She can’t remember how it happened, but she can remember the last hit she took. She can remember a couple of faces but not all.
In the end the girl was okay she has bruises, scratches, knotts, and is very sore. It is still hard for her to remember, but hopefully eventually she will be okay. The girl’s name is Terrysha.
wed- jesus e Chargers defensive coordinator Ron Rivera has called out his squad, telling them that jobs are on the line and trying some new combinations in practice. DB Quentin Jammer says Rivera was right to challenge them, and that the Bolts must respond. The chargers want to have a better team
In my opinion I think that they can do it they are a good team.
Thursday- Jesus e California's plan to slow climate change will boost the state economy and save hundreds of thousands of jobs at risk from rising energy costs, a study by a University of California economist said on Wednesday.
The most populous U.S. state leads the nation with its plan to cut carbon dioxide emissions to 1990 levels by 2020 with measures from encouraging energy efficiency to getting a third of state electricity from renewable sources such as wind and solar. In my opinion i hope for the best it looks like a good idea for climate change, hope it benefits us in some way.

Today I read about two men that got arrested for sending twitter messages to help protestors argues that they were merely passing along public transportation, the two were relaying to protestors what routes they should take where police have said don’t go and things of that nature. Police arrested the two men about ten miles from the site. I think they made a big deal with this, and I think what the guys were doing wasn’t even that bad, the guys should have not even been arrested maybe just warned for what they did. I think cops just want any excuse to arrest people.
Thursday-What I read this morning, in today article was initial on, man held in wife's slaying on cruise ship and it takes place in the area of downtown San Diego. Shirley McGill, was killed during a cruise with her husband. The 55 year old Los Angeles resident was found death in her room. Officials said, the consequences, off the crime as over a discussing. They also imply on checking the men's record. They excluded that they will implicate all the evidence that they could find, to get to a conclusion of the investigation.
My opinion for this article I read this morning is that I fell mad that they haven't found out what really happen, their at the room. I think that he deserves time in prison. This is all I had to say about this article I read this morning.
I learned that not all cases in courtrooms are not always complete

Today I read about how to overturn the ban on gays serving openly in the military. President Barack Obama says he will focus at the right time his national Security adviser said he doesn’t think its going to be in it’s not years, but he thinks it will be teed up appropriately. The democratic led congress in considering repealing the 1993 “don’t ask, don’t tell” law. Action is not expected until early next year. I think that they should consider the equal rights amendment because they are discriminating gay people from joining the military its not fair for them their people just like us and deserve the same rights.

Today I read about a jury selection is under way in the trial of a former Alabama judge accused of checking male inmates out of jail and forcing them to engage in sexual activity including paddling. Former Mobile County Circuit Judge Herman Thomas faces about 80 criminal counts, including kidnapping, sexual abuse, extortion and sodomy. I think this man is sick and I do believe that he did these crimes. But that is disgusting and on top of that these were men and men. I don’t think this man should ever be able to work around kids, teens, or any kind of social places. Also I don’t think he should be able to get a job with his county either.

In Today’s news a judge goes on trial for the ISSUE of sex with inmates. An Alabama Judge is accused of checking male inmates out of Jail and then forcing them to engage in Sexual Activity. Former Alabama Judge Herman Thomas faces about 80 counts of Kidnapping, Sexual Abuse, Extortion, and Sodomy. A jury could stretch to the end of the week or have the case next week. The Inmates have giving the Lawyers enough EVIDENCE to put Thomas in Jail for a long time. Thomas said that he was not Guilty and said that he wanted to be part of the community that supported him all his life. A Detective has SUMMARIZED what the Victims said they experienced. If Thomas is found Guilty he could face between 10-99 years of Prison.
I didn’t really think a judge could have pulled a Crime since most of them are fair and Honest. Since he has so many counts against him he probably should be in Jail. I also think the INMATES MIGHT need some Psychology.

(friday-jesus e)New observations have revealed the largest-known planetary ring in the solar system, a ring that is so big that if it were visible from Earth, it would appear twice the size of a full moon.
The newly discovered ring is associated with Saturn's distant moon Phoebe, which orbits the giant gas planet at a radius of about 13 million kilometers, or about 200 times the radius of Saturn. Until now, the largest known planetary rings were Jupiter's gossamer rings and Saturn's E ring sheets of dust that extend five to 10 times the radius of their respective planets. in my opinion I think its cool that they are discovering new things and its cool information.
Friday- What I learn about the article I read this morning is an issue on, Fugitive U.S. white supremacist captured in Israel and it takes place in the area of Israel. They impose, ending an international manhunt that began in 2007. Micky Louis Mayon, one of the 100 most wanted people in the United States, was taken into custody in southern Tel Aviv. They predict his arrest , thanks to Tel Aviv after Israel received information from Interpol indicating he was there. He arrived January 2008 on a one-month tourist visa. His consequences are Mayon, 32, is being held at Israel's Maasiyahu prison and is in the process of being deported.
I agree with the government on this one because this guy was basically a terrorist. They did the right thing for taking him off the streets. This was a good thing because then more people are safe in the streets.
I learned that people on Americas most wanted are being found all the time.

This morning I read an article on cnn that people with disabilities are 50% more likely to be targeted for crimes. A study showed that disabled people, including blind, deaf, developmentally disabled, and others with physical and mental limitations -- were victims of assaults, rapes and robberies in 716,000 cases in 2007. The most vulnerable groups were disabled people ages 12 to 19 and 35 to 49, for whom victimization occurred at nearly twice the rate of non-disabled persons. I think that this is pretty obvious. Disabled people are probably less likely to not try to defend them selves. I think that this ISSUE should be addressed by th president or someone important.

In today’s news a Soccer Mom who carries a gun to her daughter’s Soccer game was found dead with her Husband in there House Yesterday. It took a SWAT team an hour and a half just to get inside the house. Inside the House they found the Bodies of Melanie Hain and her Husband Scott. Both shot in the head. Police have tried to Avoid SUMMARIZING it was a murder-Suicide ISSUE. But there isn’t enough EVIDENCE that another person was involved. Melanie Hain’s Lawyer said that a few months ago she and her husband were going to Separate. Police said that none of the children are harmed and that they are on the Neighbors care.
I think its an Ironic that the Mother carries for protection then is found shot. It’s a good thing that none of the Children are harmed, but may be harmed emotionally. The police will still determine whether it was murder or Murder-Suicide.
FRIDAY RAYMESSS
Today's article was about a soccer mom Melanie Hain, who made national headlines last year by having a loaded, holstered handgun at her 5-year-old daughter's soccer game, has been found shot dead in her home along with her husband, police said Thursday. Information from 911 calls shows that it took a SWAT team nearly an hour and a half to gain entry to the Lebanon, Pennsylvania, home Wednesday evening. Inside, they found the bodies of Hain, 31, and her husband, Scott, 33. The couple's three children were unharmed and took refuge at a neighbor's house before police arrived. And their kids are still under care from the neighbors. I think this was just a random home invasion and if not they must have known who it was and wanted revenge for something. But I don’t know what to say about that, why would somebody just take to parents lives and leave their kids with no one??

Inside, they found the bodies of Hain, 31, and her husband, Scott, 33, police Capt. Daniel Wright said. I think that they were both having problems just being together because in the article it also talks about Melanie and her husband and how they were trying to get a divorce. I feel bad for their daughter because now she doesn’t have both her parents.

Today’s article was about investigators that have found the knife believed to have been used in the stabbing of a University of California, Los Angeles student in a chemistry lab, authorities said Friday. A 20-year-old, whose identity has not been released, is being treated at the UCLA hospital for multiple stab wounds, including ones to her neck, sustained in the Thursday attack. Police have arrested Damon Thompson, a 20-year-old UCLA senior, who is accused of stabbing the woman at the lab in Young Hall. He is being held on $1 million bail. The knife was found at the scene. I think this guy is for one a coward for stabbing a woman, two he left the knife at the scene and last they both went to the same school.
RAYMOND>>>> TUESDAY WEEK 112
Today i read about a South Florida disc jockey that has been charged with murder in the death of an FIU freshman after he drove to the Miami-Dade Police Department in Doral with the dead victim in his car.According to investigators, 30-year-old Juan Carlos Portieles confessed that he choked his girlfriend to death during an argument. He then told officers her body was inside his car parked in the police parking lot, investigators said.Portieles also admitted that he drove around for hours with the victim's body in the passenger seat before turning himself in to police. I think this is the stupidest killer i have ever heard of in my life. Who is going to kill somebody and leave their body in their car?? Not smart..
