Monday- In todays reading, 8 Troops Killed in Battle in Afgan,
( 8 sentences ) I learned that, the Battle lasted 12 hours as hundreds of militants fired on outpost, official says. Hundreds of militants attacked American and Afghan troops in eastern Afghanistan on Saturday, opening fire on an outpost from multiple locations with rockets, mortars and heavy-caliber machine guns, according to an initial U.S. military report on the battle.
At least eight American troops and two members of the Afghan National Security Force died the largest number of Americans killed by hostile action in a single day in more than a year, according to CNN records.
Eight U.S. troops, two members of Afghan National Security Force killed in fighting. Coalition forces say they called in airstrikes, repelled attack from militants. Incident marks deadliest day for U.S. troops in Afghanistan since 2008( 3 reflections...I agree or not agree...because)
I am saddened by the deaths of the troops, they have many family members that morn their innocent deaths. I hope the president can figure something out so no more of our troops die fir nothing. I can't stand the terrorist who attack just to make a statement, these are people's lives that are used.

RAYMOND>>>> TUESDAY WEEK 112
Today i read about a South Florida disc jockey that has been charged with murder in the death of an FIU freshman after he drove to the Miami-Dade Police Department in Doral with the dead victim in his car.According to investigators, 30-year-old Juan Carlos Portieles confessed that he choked his girlfriend to death during an argument. He then told officers her body was inside his car parked in the police parking lot, investigators said.Portieles also admitted that he drove around for hours with the victim's body in the passenger seat before turning himself in to police. I think this is the stupidest killer i have ever heard of in my life. Who is going to kill somebody and leave their body in their car?? Not smart..
(Tuesday- Jesus e) in today's paper I read that NASA sent spacecraft to crash the moon to kick up some ice it’s the 20th lunar crash and most of them have been done on purpose the U.S. has tried 8 other time but never succeeded until now the either missed the moon or never got off the ground. For people that fear NASA has some comfort, they say that a crash in the moon has no more effect than an eyelash dropping on a jet. And the moon gets hit four times a month but by natural space rocks. In my opinion I think that it has no sense in doing such thing we are only messing with the moon and earth I think it is fine how it is why go and move things around that why earth is so messed up because a lot of new inventions, a lot of experiments that are worthless and that are effecting the planet.

Today I read on cnn about a plane that was hijacked more than 40 years ago. The plane was hijacked from JFK airport . The suspect, Luis Armando Pena soltren, faces charges of taking over a plan with guns and knives. The other two people that hijacked the plane where given 12 year and 15 year sentences. They are both free today and there whereabouts weren’t given.
Tuesday-Rochelle!
This morning I read an article about two people that are facing charges for providing a minor with alcohol before he died in a crash last year. The 19 year-old boy had attended a couple parties one night in December 2008. There was a 45-year-old woman in charge of one of the parties where he had been drinking. Her rule was that if anyone was drinking that they had to spend the night. There is also a 21-year-old man who could be charged for providing him with alcohol at another party. Investigators are asking for an enhanced sentence because they say the alcohol led to his death. If they get charged, this would be the third time the county’s social host ordinance has been used to prosecute party host since the law was passed. I think that they shouldn’t be charged with anything because yes they might have provided him with the alcohol, but they didn’t force him to drive. He made that decision on his own. I’m sure that this has had a horrible IMPACT on his families lives, but drunk driving is a personal decision.
Sergio- tuesday
Today I read in the newspaper about a 19 year old man that died because of drunk driving. The Man that died was Sean Walker Jordan. He was killed when one night in December 2008 after going to two parties were he consumed alcohol his Toyota Tacoma went off state Route 76 near sweet grass Lane. A 45 year old woman that was in charge of one of the parties were Jordan obtained alcohol is being charged with Furnishing alcohol to a minir. Also a 21 year old man faces the same charges. Investigators are also asking for an enhanced sentence of at least six months because the alcohol was a factor in Jordan's death. I believe that these two people shouldn’t be charged with anything because Jordan was 19 already a man and no one should be held responsible in the decisions that a grown man takes.

In Today’s News a man Who Kidnapped an International airport in 1968 is finally caught. Luis Armando Pena Soltren Surrendered to Authorities at the JFK’s International airport in New York. When the Airplane arrived at the Airplane Authorities PERCIEVED it was the same one that was stolen 41 years ago. Soltren will now have to face the American Justice system that he has been avoiding for 41 years. Soltren says that he was not alone in the STRUCTURE of the Highjack almost 4 decades ago. Soltren told officials that Jose Rafael Rios Cruz, Miguel Castro, and Alejandro Figueroa were also involved in the High Jack in 1968. These Suspects were Accused of bringing guns and Knifes to the plane in order to High Jack it. Cruz and Castro were caught in the 1970s and sentenced to 12-15 years of prison, and Figueroa is still not captured.
I don’t really know the reason why these people were trying to Highjack the plane if they would get caught eventually. The people in the plane might have been IMPACTED by what they saw. They might have some good criminal skills to avoid getting caught for 41 years.

In today’s news Explosives and marijuana were found at a day care center. This was Discovered after the IMPACT of a man blew off 4 of his fingers. Benjamin Kuzelka,23 will remain hospitalized, but will be arrested when he is in good condition. His mother Rebecca Kuzelka,55 and brother Greg Kuzelka, 21 have been arrested in suspicion of the Bombs and drugs. Doctors became suspicious when Benjamin said that he shot himself in the Hand because the wound was inconsistent with a gun shot injury. Investigators have PERCIEVED a marijuana growing facility in the house pretending to be a child day care center. There were no children present in the STRUCTURE explosion. The FBI say that there are no evidence that the case is linked to any terrorist investigation or threat to the community.
I Think its good that no children were injured. I do think that these people should be arrested. Investigators will still look for more crime evidence.
Monday-This morning I read about two men were released from an Oklahoma city prison after doing fifteen years. These two men had been arrested for killing a teenage girl fifteen years ago. Prosecutors had gave them both death row but since there wasn’t enough evidence on them doing it on purpose they were released. The problem with this was that it was a drive-by shooting and that meant that it wasn’t enough proof that they had done it intentionally. The court also said that they had done their time that is why they are being left off the hook. This was such a bad decision that people are mad and I think are soon going to start protesting because of this release. Also they weren’t even left off on parole or anything.
This was a sad article because some girl died because of the stupidity of two kids. Yet they went to prison and were left to be released from prison after fifteen years. I think this was a really bad decision that let two murderers out of prison with no parole.
I learned that the prisons are so full they are even letting people from death row out early or even letting them get out.
Tuesday- Today I read about a suburban mother who was murdered. This woman was one of the voices for the gun-rights movement when she literally brought an open carried pistol to her daughters soccer game. This woman was shot by her parole officer which is her husband also. Police released details about this horrifying situation that happened on Wednesday to Meleanie Hain, 31 And Scott Hain, 33. The structure of this murder left three children behind who are staying at their neighbors house. Also the neighbors said that Meleanie ran a daycare that is why all the toys from it wee scattered all over the front yard. The children said they saw their dad kill their mom and they ran out the house scared but when police got there the both parents were gone and they said it was a suicidal situation.
I don’t like this story because it was messed up that the mother was kind of perceived against guns and yet there were many found in the home. I also think it was stupid how the dad was a parole officer for his own wife and yet he killed her and himself. I think that the impact of this situation for the children is they are going to have a really bad childhood now.
I learned that even parole officers aren’t always with the law and also break the law all the time.
tuesday- Gloria
Today I read about a 18 year old girl that got choked to death by her 30 year old boyfriend. Juan Carlos Portieles confessed that he choked his girlfriend to death during an argument. He then told officers that he drove around for hours with the victim’s body in the passengers seat. I think that as soon as the police got the report that the girl was missing they should have gone out and looked for her, now it really shows that sometimes cops don’t even care because the guy had to go to the station and turn himself in after driving around with the girls body. I think that the guy that killed the girl should get some help with his anger problems. I learned that you should be careful who you talk to and tell someone when your having problems in a relationship or something.
(Monday-Jesus e) Babe Ruth strikes out displeased he leaned on his bat looking at the umpire walking away and Lou Gehrig leaning on his bat as if he had seen this act before. But Ruth shuffles away dragging his bat through the dirt.
this scene along with 8 more seconds of never seen footage of Ruth playing the outfield was found by New Hampshire man in his grandpas movie collection in my opinion I think it is cool and exiting finding something this old and so valuable.
Today I read about bone fragments dug up from a kidnapping suspect Phillip Garrido’s home and a and a neighboring property probably belonged to American Indians buried a long time ago. The sheriff’s spokesman said that while scientist at a state forensics lab weren’t able to pull DNA from the bones an anthropologist concluded the fragments were likely human, but probably old. Investigators uncovered the bones while searching for evidence in the kidnapping of Jaycee Dugard, as well as other unsolved abductions and homicides. I think that there are so many stupid people out there. Why is somebody going to burry a person that they killed in their backyard. I guess I learned never burry someone in your backyard.

[[wednesday__Rochelle!]]
This morning I read an article about a 3 year old boy who was abandoned at a bus stop. He was left at a bus stop shortly after midnight in south Los Angeles on Friday by a woman in her 20’s who got on a bus. The woman waved off a witness who was pointing out that she was leaving the sleeping boy behind. That witness gave the boy over to the police. The boy was identified by his grandmother who saw his picture on T.V. I thought the interesting fact was that it said that police were trying to figure out who left him and why. I think the first person that should be questioned is the mother duhh! This will probably have a significant IMPACT on the boy as he grows up. Hopefully he will grow up with some kind of STRUCTURE, and not with whoever left him at the bus stop. I think this story is very sad and I don’t understand why anyone would leave a child like that.

In today’s news a teenager who was killed in a car crashed was Honored by all his family and friends. Alex Capozza who attended Torrey Pines High was killed in the IMPACT of a car crash. Alex and his friends were driving at about 1:25 am last Sunday when the drunken driver lost control of his car and crashed with the car. The driver now faces charges of Vehicle STRUCTURED Manslaughter. Many of his friends and family have gone to the ceremony to Honor Alex for dying at a young age. Many of Alex’s Classmates like Joey Roth, Pete Buckley, Ian Bullock, Britt Galland, and Seana Brooks have gone to the ceremony to honor his soul. It has been PERCIEVED that about 750 people joined together for the memorial service. Many people know that Alex has gone to a better place right now.
I think its sad that a teenager has passed away at a young age. But I think he was a good person since he had many friends at his service. I also think he is in a better place right now.
Wednesday- Today I read about a bus that crashed with about 52 students inside of it. This crash was so bad that the buss driver died and a few students were injured. The story reads that the bus was going home after coming from a band concert. They were all part of a school band that had bad luck on this day. It was said that this happened on the highway just south of Utah as they were headed to their home town. The Report also states that the police were still investigating just to see what might of caused this crash. The bus was full of nothing but high school students. This was a devastation for the school.
This was a sad story because these high school students were coming home from a good time when the crash happened. I think this crash is going to change how the government feels about fieldtrips in schools. That is what I think and I’m not saying that I am right but that’s what I think is going to happen.
I learned that even the safest things from the government can result in a drastically bad situation.

Today I read about tens of thousands of gay rights activists marched yesterday to the Capitol to show President Barack Obama and Congress that they are ready to fight at the federal level for across-the-board equality, including for the right to serve in the military. Key voters on same-sex marriage are coming up in Washington D.C, and Maine Saturday to the end policy that forces gay and lesbian members of the armed forces to keep their sexual orientation a secret.

Today I read about a middle school teacher that could face the death penalty after she was found guilty Tuesday of fatally shooting and stabbing her lover's pregnant fiancé in 2006. Carla Hughes, 28, sobbed loudly as a judge read the verdicts on two counts of capital murder for the deaths of Avis Banks and her unborn child. The jury also found the slayings occurred during the commission of a burglary, making Hughes eligible for the death penalty. I think that this lady has jealousy problems she should get some help. I think this lady got what she deserved because she had no reason to kill the pregnant lady.
(WED-JESUS)HOMLESS SHELTER BACK IN DOWNTON, SAN DIEGO'S WINTER HOMELESS SHELTER WILL BE IN THE SAME EAST VILLAGE LOCATION AS LAST YEAR AS LONG AS CITY OFFICIALS CAN WORK OUT A DEAL WITH THE RELUCTANT PROPERTY OWNER.
THE CITY COUNCIL VOTED 6-2 YESTERDAY TO KEEP THE 220-BED TEMPORARY SHELTER IN THE SAME SPOT DESPITE PLEAS FROM DOWNTOWN RESIDENTS AND BUSINESS LEADERS WHO SAID THE BURDEN SHOULD BE PLACED ELSEWHERE. IN MY OPINION I THINK THAT IT’S A GOOD THING THAT HOMELESS HAVE A SHELTER AND FOOD SPECIALLY NOW THAT ITS GETTING COLD.

Today I read about a website that police put out to help catch a serial killer. Loretta Chaisson Lewis, 28, was the first to die. She was reported missing on May 17, 2005. Three days later, fishermen found her body floating in a canal off Highway 26 in Jennings, Louisiana. Her father, Thomas Lewis, recently posted a plea on a Web site established in September by the Jefferson Davis Parish Sheriff's Office to draw attention to the killing of his daughter and the deaths of seven other women in the area. Police say the slayings may be linked. I think what the police did is a good idea because now almost every one uses the internet and with the new website people could even help.

Today I read about the Colombian government accused Varela of running tons of cocaine to the United States via Central America in go-fast speedboats and to Europe in small jets. Authorities put a $5 million bounty on his head. He gained a reputation for brutality during a years long dispute with a splinter faction of the same cartel, led by Diego Montoya, who until his capture in 2007 was listed alongside Osama bin Laden on the FBI's list of the 10 most-wanted fugitives. Guzman was 19 when she met Varela. He told her he was a cattle rancher. She didn't ask questions and said she only found out the truth when she saw a Wanted poster with her boyfriend's mug shot. He wooed her with expensive gifts and sponsored her through Chica Med, a second-rate beauty pageant organizers concede was viewed as a cattle market by gangsters looking for new girls. Some mob bosses bought the beauty title as a gift for their molls, though it's not clear whether Varela paid for Guzman's title.
In the news I heard about two men were released from an Oklahoma city prison after doing fifteen years. These two men had been arrested for killing a teenage girl fifteen years ago. Prosecutors had gave them both death row but since there wasn’t enough evidence on them doing it on purpose they were released. In today’s news a Mississippi Teacher is sentenced to life in Prison for the Murder of a Pregnant Lady. The same Jury that PERCIEVED Carla Hughes of two counts of murder Spared her life of the death penalty. In the STRUCTURE of the Mississippi Jury The IMPACT OF murdering a pregnant women is considered two Lives of Prison or Murder. The Body of Avis Banks was found in a pool of Blood in her home and was shot 4 times in the neck, head, and chest, then stabbed multiple times. Carla Hughes and Avis Banks were colleagues in Chastain Middle School and Hughes said that she wanted her job so she murdered her. Hughes Friends and Family have told the Jury that she was a kind and loving person who had Honor classes throughout her Childhood and that regularly went to Church. Hughes Boyfriend had a secret Affair with Banks and got her Pregnant with a child so then Hughes went to Murder Banks. Lawyers are trying to take the blame out of Hughes and point it toward her Cheating Boyfriend Keyon Pittman.
In a way its sort of Hughes, Pittman, and banks fault depending on your Perspective. Hughes did committed two Murders. But if Pittman didn’t Cheat on Hughes for Banks none of this would have happened.
(Thursday- Jesus) In today's paper I read that as the ninth justice of the U.S. supreme court took their ornate courtroom in Washington last Wednesday, legal experts anticipated a vigorous argument about the separation of church and state. The high court was set to hear arguments about presence of Latin cross on a rocky promontory in the Mojave national preserve placed there as a war memorial in the 1930s.
In my opinion I believe that it’s a good thing to remember those soldiers and its history, that cross means a lot to some people they should argue about bringing it down.
Thursday- Today I read about a 15 by 50 foot canvas that represents Hispanic culture. Well I read that this is a mural that was supposed to be painted on a U.C.S.D. cement wall that is about the same size. It was said that the school is trying to vote on it to see if it actually would not look bad. They are having all the students if they would like it and they all say they do because it represents Hispanics and mostly color. This mural was painted for Hispanic culture month. It is said that this mural if put on the wall permanently it would be the first and only mural with color people in it. The mural contains a picture of every Hispanic’s hero’s Cesar Chavez and Dolores Huerta. It also contains a picture of the pyramid-inspired band shell that is located in the middle of Chicano Park.
Well I so very much liked this story for the reason that it helps represent my culture. The only thing that I didn’t really like is that the university is having to think twice about putting this mural inside the school. That is okay though I think they are just jealous because they are starting to change the school from white to more different culture.
I learned that our Hispanic culture will never be accepted every where all the time.
THURSDAY RAYMONDD!!
Today I read about a search for a missing man in Boston. The search took a tragic turn. Authorities said a body recovered from the Charles River early Wednesday morning has been positively identified as that of William Hurley, who disappeared after attending a Boston Bruins game last week. The body was found in the water behind the Nashua Street Jail at approximately 2:30 a.m. The facts and circumstances of the death of the 24-year-old man are not clear. I think this is a sad story. That is a bad way to find out what happened to a missing relative. And whoever just dumped his body, that is sick.

Today I read about California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger he signed a new bill into a law on Sunday that will fine paparazzi for taking photos. The law also targets media outlets that purchase the photos. While paparazzi may get a bad rap for their methods, celebrity columnist Ben Widdicombe said things are not always what they seem. A lot of times the shot you see in the magazine is actually orchestrated by the celebrity themselves, said celebrity columnist Ben Widdicombe. I think that this bill, law whatever is not even important celebrities know they would not even be that famous if it wasn’t for paparazzi, like they said some even pay them for the pictures they take now all people want is money out of everything. I think some celebrities even do things on purpose just to get attention.
Carla Hughes, A Mississippi schoolteacher was sentenced to life without parole Wednesday for shooting and stabbing to death her lover's pregnant fiancée in 2006. Mississippi is a state which considers murdering a pregnant woman, is taking two lives. The same jury that convicted Carla Hughes of two counts of murder spared her life. The jury decided that Carla Hughes did not deserve to die for murdering Avis Banks and her unborn child. Avis had been shot four times in the leg, head and chest. Avis was then stabbed multiple times in the face and neck
I don’t agree with the jury that spared Carla Hughes. She murdered Avis’ in a brutal manor. I think Carla Hughes should have been charged for the murder of two. Carla knew Avis Banks was pregnant.
I learned that judges can be blind and spare the lives of people who don’t deserve it and take the lives of those who may deserve living.

Today I read about a testimony for the third accuser of paddling in jail. The inmates would write personal letters to the judge saying they would do anything to be freed, including taking a paddling. The accuser went on to say the judge whipped him several times. And says in the former judge grabbed his genitals. And a lady says that she noticed judge Thomas pull inmates out one at a time. I think this is a sick man and should be punished for this thoughtless crime. I really don’t think it isn't the fault of the inmates they just want to get out and the judge is a sick man that just wants sex.
Friday- Today I read about a famous actor named Al Pacino. This actor lived in his family’s native land after dropping out of high school. He had dropped out of high school to pursue his dream of becoming an actress. Well like always the news or paparazzi found dirt on another actor and they found some disturbing news about Al Pacino. It was said that Al Pacino When he went bankrupt he was selling his body for food and a roof over his head. The article also states that this was an older lady who had told him if you have sex with me ill give you a nice warm home with everything. Turns out he took that offer and told the writers of this article that every time he woke up he was disgusted of himself.
I thought this was a pretty disturbing article because it is sad how some of the most successful actors end up having to sell their body for a roof over their head. Also what I thought is disturbing was how the paparazzi never ends and doesn't leave people alone. Well that s what I thought about this article and what I found was very disturbing.
I learned that even when your so rich and on top of the world you still end up doing really low class things.
Friday-
Today i read that Seventeen years ago Todd Willingham was sentenced to death. He was convicted in Texas of setting his house on fire which killed his three children. Willingham pleaded innocent. Three investigations concluded that the fire was not an arson. The controversy has made juror Dorenda Brokofsky to think twice about the decision she has made. Perry one of the members of the Forensic sciences commission still thinks Todd Willingham is proven guilty even after having a fax that showed the arson experts findings. It is still unknown whether Perry read the fax. Others think that they might be convicted an innocent man.
I feel bad for Todd Willingham. The arson experts found that The fire was not an arson. They might have convicted an innocent man who does not deserve to get sentenced to death.
I learned that the court system is sometimes unfair and can punish many innocent people, even if if they have proof that the person is innocent.

In today’ s news a 1st grader will not face a 45-day suspension. In Delaware a 1st grader who faced a lengthy punishment for bringing Camping utensils to school will get his punishment reduced. The Board of Education have PERCIEVED a hasty decision to reduce the punishment of bringing weapons to school or committing violent offenses. Zachary Christy, 6 has faced 45 days of suspension in a school for trouble makers when he took out the Utensils to eat lunch. His mother and his teacher both want him back in school and know that he will not make the same mistake. The STRUCTURE of the Board of Education could make him return to school on Monday if they want to. The IMPACT of this punishment is one that has sparked a national debate in years. There is a National debate whether schools have gone too far with zero tolerance policies.
I think if he has learned his punishment he should return to school. I think that the school board was very strict because he didn’t hurt anyone. And suspensions should be less stricter for Elementary school students.

This morning I read an article about women in India that won’t get married unless their husband has a toilet. About 665 million people in India (almost half of the population) do not have indoor plumbing. They started a “No Toilet, No Bride” campaign about two years ago, and since then 1.4 million toilets have been installed. I think that the campaign will have a great IMPACT on society in India. I think that this story is funny, but I think it is sad that they don’t have toilets. I think this will change how people PERCIEVE rural India.

The dead and injured were attending a program by self-help author James Arthur Ray, authorities said. A search warrant was executed Wednesday at the James Ray International offices in Carlsbad, California, the sheriff said. Authorities were attempting to determine whether documents exist on how to construct sweat lodges and on their proper use, as well as documents showing whether participants were advised of the risks of sweat lodges either before or during the program. They also were searching for rosters from past

Today I read about a baby who survived miraculously after his stroller rolled off a railway station and into the path of an incoming train. The incident which happened at Ashburton railway in Melbourne, Australia was captured by CCTV. The footage shows the baby's mother momentarily letting go of the stroller, which then rolls over the edge of the platform. Second later, a train pulls in to the station. I think that it was an accident and maybe next time the lady will be more careful, in the video clip it shows how It was really windy and so it was not her fault but next time she should be more careful. I think that the lady got really lucky that her baby survived its crazy how it did though but its good, now I bet the lady is really traumatized and shell probably be extra careful when she goes to trolley stations.
Terrysha- Monday
Today I read an article about a Hispanic girl who wanted to kill herself when she was in deep depression. Her name is Francisca Abreu. She had miscommunication with her mother, she moved from her country, and she didn’t have her father in her life. She and her mother argued all the time and she was misunderstood. She was in class one day and stated she wanted to kill herself. They sent her to counseling. A couple days later she met a boy who made her feel happy in his arms. Just before her 14th birthday she had gotten pregnant and was back in an even deeper stage of depression.
I understand how the girl feels. People have to understand teenage girls go threw a lot and just want to escape it, but it seems the only escape is death. Teenage girls stress a lot because life isn’t easy for them. This is when the parents don’t understand them and they don’t understand their parents. This is where they’re pressured to do things. This is where they are pressured to make decisions they aren’t ready for. This is where all the drama comes in. People need to understand. Parents need to understand. Parents need to be there for their children.
Terrysha- Tuesday
Today I read about a who gotten pulled over and arrested by drinking and driving, but also he was on drugs. A woman came to pick him up from the police station. They sensed she was on something so they put to an alcohol test and she failed. Their uncle had to come pick them up.
These two people have to be really dumb. I find that the woman is even dumber than the man. Who goes to a police station to pick up a intoxicated person intoxicated. They seriously need to think about their actions and make smarter choice.
Terrysha- Wednesday
Today I read about Steve McNair’s death and the death of his of his girlfriend on the side. She killed McNair then killed herself. She was stressing out and McNair wasn’t paying much attention to her. He was tired of he r bugging him while he was with his family. She asked him for money to pay bills. The later she asked him to come over. He said he would after his kids fell asleep. He told her to leave the door unlocked. She did and that was the end of their lives.
This is really sad. He lost his life in the wrong. The girlfriend was out of line. I think she was jealous of the kids and his wife, but what she need to realize she was the thing on the side. She was getting everything paid for so she need to stop tripping. Athlete's and other famous people are just scandalous hookers.
Terrysha- Thursday
Today I read about a man who was smoking marijuana and a lot of it was found in the babies system. The Baby was being treated at the hospital. The man admitted to his smoking of marijuana and was charged with one act of child endangerment. The baby is now doing fine. The two kids were removed from their home by child protective services, then they were later returned.
I think the man was being very careless, but I never knew marijuana could get into your system just by contact. So I think the man was careless, but he didn’t have the knowledge of knowing that his baby could get infected. So he shouldn’t get a real tough punishment because he was honest, but clueless.
Terrysha- Friday
Today I read an article about a first grader suspended for 45 days. Zachary Christie had brought a combination folding knife, a fork, and a spoon to school. Because of the zero tolerance policy schools have he was suspended for forty five days. His mother took it to the board of education and Zachary has been attending a school for trouble makers. The board of education agreed that first graders should get a different punishment, something like 2-5 days. Zachary got to go back to school.
I think the little boy knew what he was doing. Little kids are really smart. They try to see how far they can push people and see what the consequences are. Just like babies know what they are doing once they hit the age 2 hint hint terrible twos. I mean the punishment was harsh, but don’t let them slide they need to learn a lesson.
