week 114 monday - friday morning blog

you should have 5 comments for each week.
Label the days
for example:

Monday- In todays reading, 8 Troops Killed in Battle in Afgan,
( 8 sentences ) I learned that, the Battle lasted 12 hours as hundreds of militants fired on outpost, official says. Hundreds of militants attacked American and Afghan troops in eastern Afghanistan on Saturday, opening fire on an outpost from multiple locations with rockets, mortars and heavy-caliber machine guns, according to an initial U.S. military report on the battle.

At least eight American troops and two members of the Afghan National Security Force died the largest number of Americans killed by hostile action in a single day in more than a year, according to CNN records.

Eight U.S. troops, two members of Afghan National Security Force killed in fighting. Coalition forces say they called in airstrikes, repelled attack from militants. Incident marks deadliest day for U.S. troops in Afghanistan since 2008

( 3 reflections...I agree or not agree...because)
I am saddened by the deaths of the troops, they have many family members that morn their innocent deaths. I hope the president can figure something out so no more of our troops die fir nothing. I can't stand the terrorist who attack just to make a statement, these are people's lives that are used.

Monday-Today I read about a blue whale that washed up on a shore in Mendocino County. Officials evaluate that this is a rare occasion and said they received a call from a survey vessel reporting that they had struck a whale. The wildlife administration went out from Cal State to see the context and they saw the whale had huge gashes on its side from being struck. The whale seemed to just be hurt and also the article did not state that it was dead so it should still be alive. The article dose state that it was unusual for anything like a whale swimming the shore happen but it also says that whales have had a great comeback and are numbering in the thousands from being extinct. Researchers said that this equate of event hasn’t happened since 2007.
I don’t really know what to agree with but I liked the article. I also liked the part where it states that whales are no longer extinct. I say that there should be a radar that detects large animals under water to avoid hitting them with large ships.
I learned that whales are no longer extinct.

POWDER BLUE-CLAD FANS, PRETTY MUCH THE ONLY ONES LEFT IN ARROWHEAD STADIUM YESTERDAY, LINED THE STANDS ABOVE THE TUNNEL TO THE CHARGERS' LOCKER ROOM, CHEERING NORV TURNER'S TEAM IN THE HOUSE THAT MARTY BUILT.
TEAM PRESIDENT DEAN SPANOS STOOD OUTSIDE THE LOCKER ROOM, CONGRATULATING EVERY PLAYER AND COACH THAT PASSED.
IT WAS A VICTORY. IN MY OPINION I THINK IT IS COOL THAT WE WON THE GAME HOPEFULLY WE KEEP IT UP AND KEEP WINNING.

In today’s news a Lawyer was arrested for the murdering of a women in 1989. Eric Francis Fagan, 74 was a Lawyer for the San Diego County for 30 years and was arrested this morning. Detectives did not list the CONTEXT that led to Fagan’s arrest. Fagan has been accused of murdering Cathy Paternoster on October 11, 1989 and then Injuring her companion Carl Fuerst. Authorities have EVALUATED that Fagan Acted alone in the murder. It was shocking that he was accused of murder when his family said that he was a good man and has done a lot for the community. Authorities think that the Charges are EQUATED of the murder of Paternoster and the attempted murder of Fuerst. Fagan is now being held at Prison for a $2 million bail.
I think if Fagan did committed these Crimes that he should go to jail. I also think that he would be able to afford the $2 million in less than 10 years as a lawyer. We will hear more about this case in the future.

MONDAY !-
More than 50 followers of James Arthur Ray who is a spiritual guru went through 5 days of fasting, sleep deprivation and mind altering breathing exercises. After those five days he took those people into a sweat lodge ceremony. It was supposed to be a religious ceremony. It cost each person 9,000 dollars. The ceremony took place in Arizona, the ceremony was aiming to help people find a new vision of life. Instead the ceremony went horrible. People were vomiting, couldn’t breathe or were lying unconscious. People said James Arthur Ray knew the situation was bad, but pushed people to keep going. Ray is probably going to face charges since a few people died.
I think James Arthur Ray should definitely face charges. If people are telling you they can’t breathe, or are vomiting that is a very obvious sign something is going wrong. I just feel bad for those people who went through that experience.
I learned that you can’t trust people who are “professionals”.

Today I read about a report in San Francisco. The San Francisco Police Department is reopening a 25-year-old homicide that may be linked to convicted killer Richard Ramirez, known during his 1984-85 spree as the "Night Stalker." Detectives recently obtained a warrant to test Ramirez's DNA based on new leads in the 1984 death of 9-year-old Mei Leung, who was sexually assaulted and killed in the basement of her home in the city's Tenderloin district. He would usually target elderly couples. I really don’t think this article is very interesting. But I thing this is the guy they are looking for. My reasons because the way he looks and plus because his charges he had in the passed.

This morning I read an article about a woman who was found dead inside a mobile home that caught fire on 47th street. But she didn’t die from the fire, she died from coronary atherosclerosis. The fire was started by a cigarette left in a trash can. I think that she probably put the cigarette in the trash and then died. I think that its really sad, but at least she didn’t get burned to death. I also read an article about a school bus that ran into a house on Euclid ave. There were no kids on board and investigators think that the driver had a seizure. The bus hit a van first and the van’s occupants were taken to the hospital for EVALUATION. The people who live in the house weren't home at the time. I think that everyone is luck in this situation, especially because there were no kids on board.

Today I read about how outbreaks of swine flu faced in at least 29 schools is San Diego County over the past three weeks, and the virus is likely circulating at all other campuses. Some of the schools with the outbreaks reported absentee rates of 20 percent or more among students in a particular class, grade or across the student body. In other cases ill students numbered as few as six. Campuses nationwide have proven to be fertile breeding grounds for swine flu since classes resumed this fall.

Today I read about La Familia drug cartel U.S. authorities arrested 303 people over the past two days in a nationwide sweep targeting the distribution network of La Familia a fast rising Mexican drug cartel known for its violence, messianic culture and control over the methamphetamine trade. More than 3,000 federal state and local agents participated in the U.S. law enforcement operation, the largest mounted against a Mexican cartel. I think that its crazy how all of a sudden they start getting all these cartel gangster drug dealing guys all over the place and it almost seems like a set up to make themselves look good, but then again it is possible because a law enforcement is getting really good at catching these guys. I hope that this doesn’t lead to anything bad like in Mexico the cartels are extremely crazy they don’t care how many people they kill or how many of their members they give up as long as the number one behind all this does not get caught. I feel like its good that they are catching these guys but I feel like the cops should also be more careful and try not to play so smart or feel that their getting better at getting these guys, because they could also get hurt and that would be sad.

Today I read on the san diego union tribune about a fatal crash that happened that ended up killing a teenager. The crash happened at about 3:30 am on Sunday morning. The driver of the car was a teenager with a provisional license. People with provisional licenses cant be driving between the hours of 11pm and 5 am also they cant have a passenger in a car that’s under 20 unless they are accompanied by an adult that’ over the age of 25 years old. Hopefully the driver won’t face serious criminal charges because he is still a kid and has his whole life ahead of him. I also believe that his conscience is killing him right now because he killed one of his friends.

Today I read about in the San Diego newspaper that Nate kaeding kicker for the San Diego Chargers is becoming one of the most accurate kickers in the league kaeding who is still very young but he kicks like he been in the league forever. But he is happy to be one of the most accurate kickers because he has a thing were he gives to charity every kick he makes and so far he made 129 of them so he is really helping charity making donation and helping little gets get things in the future. But I think this is a good success in a young kicker life because everybody don’t really see what the kicker does for the team but if you simply take away the kicker points a lot of people wouldn’t have won at all like the patriots in the super bowl were there kicker kicked the winning field goal.

In today’s news a Former Fire Captain has pleaded guilty to Child Porn charges this month. Robert Eugene Bryant JR was caught Possessing images of minors conducting in sexual activity in the Summer. He was also involved in online Chatting with Underage girls. The CONTEXT of the court records show that he is not married and has no children. His Charges of Viewing Child pornography is EQUATED to four other Cases this month about different adults. It has been EVALUATED that his trial will go on in December of this year. He has been caught involved in underage pornography in June. Bryant is now Registered as a sex offender in San Diego County.
I do think he should go to jail for a couple years. I also think he shouldn’t be allowed near Children. His punishment will be decided in December when the court appears.

Tuesday- Today I read about a big bust in drugs. Well the article says that a big group of people have been caught in many different locations in the united states. The group of people are known to be called “La Familia”, and they were smuggling in all kinds of drugs over the years. The D.E.A. have been on them for years and have caught big cartels of heroin, cocaine, marijuana. They have also caught them for smuggling in fire arms, weapons, grenades, and all kinds of different illegal things. This group of people are known for their rebellious acts against authority. Officials say that they might have caught many leaders and there are still many yet to catch. Even the drug smugglers were mad because it is turning impossible to cross something over the border.
I agree with what the smugglers say because it seems as if nothing can get over that border unless you have permission. I don’t like how that is happening because if it wasn’t so hard my dad would be able to get across. It is good that the D.E.A. is cracking down on these smugglers because all they do is bring drugs into our home.
I learned that it is really tough to get something across the border now more than ever.

Today I read on cnn about 20 illegal immigrants that tried entering the country illegally. These immigrants were spotted quickly and arrested. There were 16 men and 4 woman. The smugglers as soon as they dropped off the people returned to the ocean and escaped. I believe that the smugglers should take it easy for a while because that spot is pretty burned out. It’s a beach in Carlsbad where a lot of smugglers go to drop of people then they are picked up by another group of smugglers. Hopefully the people that were arrested are just sent back to Mexico because getting incarcerated because you want to better your life sucks.

This morning I read a story about two boys that were arrested for the theft of property from, and a series of spray-painting occasions at Sweetwater High School. The high school was broken into last week, a computer and two cameras were stolen. The computer had a security system that gave off signals when an unauthorized person logged onto it. The signal led officers to a home on E ave. and E. 20th street. The teens admitted to the burglary and to seven tagging incidents. I think that these kids are stupid and they deserve to be charged as adults. I would EQUATE these kids with ignorance. I also read a story about bong water being an illegal drug in Minnesota. The State Supreme Court ruled on it last week. A person can be prosecuted for a first degree drug crime for 25 grams or more of bong water that tests positive for a controlled substance. This raises the threat of longer sentences for smokers in Minnesota who don’t dump the water out. I think that this is crazy. I guess people in Minnesota use bongs a get caught up with dirty water a lot. I think maybe if you change the water more frequently, the EVALUATION might not be positive. In my opinion this law is stupid, its just a way fore them to give you more charges.

This morning I read about two Sweetwater students in National City that got arrested for stealing school property. They stole 1,900 dollars worth was stolen. They stole a computer and two cameras. The computer had a security system that set signals when a person logged on. Police and others EVALUATED the security system and found that the signals led to E avenue off East 20th street. Police arrested a 17 year old and 18 year old. The two boys addmitted to the buglary. They also admitted to about 7 tagging incidents was 5,000 dollars in damage in city property and 15,000 dollars in damge to private property.
I think the boys made really bad choices. They now have to deal with the consequences, which don’t look to good. I don’t think the computer had a security system, I think the CONTEXT in the newspaper just said that so people will get scared and not steal. I think that they were told on by some other students.
I learned that tagging damages are a lot of money, and earning your stuff is way better then stealing it. I EQAUTE stealing with irresponsibility, because whoever steals does not think about the consequences at the time.

But then again it really is not their complete responsibility. Hopefully the medical treatment is provided to the students that got the swine flue so they can get better and return to school soon.

In today’s San Diego 6 news was the single car accident that killed one teenage boy and injured several others in Fairbanks Ranch that occurred on Sunday. William Wardip, 16 years old, was thrown out from the SUV and was killed when the vehicle rolled on top of him. William, known as Will, attended Santa Fe Christian High School and was a football player. According to the California Highway Patrol, Wardrip wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and was in the rear seat of the SUV, but investigators think that he was in the third seat or possibly the cargo seat at the time of the crash. The driver of the SUV was a 16 year old who lost control of the SUV, went off the road and rolled over. The driver and the passengers were unhurt but they were still taken to the hospital, because the car rolled over for any precautionary EVALUATION. The accident happened around 3:30 am in the 17000 block of Sam Dieguito Road. The roadway was closed for four hours total due to the crash. CONTEXT words in the article state that the accident that killed Alex Capozza happened three weeks before this recent crash. Investigators EQUATE the two accidents together to find factors of what really happened during the second crash that killed Wardrip. I'm saddened at all the deaths that has happened. Many teens are dying because of ruthless driving. They need to get what they learned about the road in their heads. I learned that driving too fast can result you to lose control of your steering wheel which can result into an accident.

In the Union Tribune newspaper, I read about two teenagers who were arrested in connection of the theft. Last week, Sweetwater High School was broken into. According to National City Police, a computer and two cameras worth $1,900 were taken from the school’s property. Law enforcements EVALUATED the case. Police officers were able to detect the computer and camera, because the computer was equipped with a security system that was set to give off signals when an unauthorized person logged on. The security system led police officers to a home in E Avenue off east 20th street which led to the arrest of a 17 year old and an 18 year old. They were both arrested on Wednesday. The teens admitted of their wrongdoings and they also admitted to at least seven tagging incidents since March. The tagging incident caused at least $5,000 in damage to city property and $15,000 damage to private property. I EQUATE the teens actions as stupid. I think their actions were stupid, because their wrongdoings led them to some bad consequences.

In my opinion I believe that it is sad for them not to be allowed to sleep there if the city cares so much why not build them a big home for all of them home were there is free food and free showers they are wasting all the cash in things that nobody needs there are to many nice parks already why build another one!

Wednesday- Today I read about an article that was about two cops getting into trouble. The article said that these two cops beat a college student with a metal hitting stick. Well since there were two cops in this situation the other cop tasered him. The report also states that the student was not armed and the confrontation was recorded by another roommate. The police were involved when the student had a bad situation with a roommate and they fought each other until the other called the police. The video was taken to the chief of police and is now being looked into. The video was put on the news and shown to everyone on the news. This was just a really bad situation.
I agree with the news group as they say that the police took it too far. I think the cops just wanted a reason to beat someone up. Its messed up because the student wasn’t trying to resist arrest and yet he received a beating as if he did.
I learned that even after a long time cops are still doing wrong to pedestrians.

In today’s paper I read about a teenager who didn’t remember who she was. She was found in the heart of New York City. She didn’t remember her name or where she lives. She has been identified as a resident of Washington State. Detective Sessa said the teen is in good health but she still hasn’t regained any of her health. He declined to provide more details about where she was from or what happened to her. The girl has no problem doing the math portion of the GED exam but can’t remember history or science. Police experts and psychiatrists didn’t believe she was faking.
I am just curious about what happened to her. I also wonder if the person who called on the hotline had something to do with why the girl doesn’t remember her name.
I learned that the police hotline really helps some people.

Today I read about convicted Beltway sniper John Allen Muhammad he was scheduled to be executed by lethal injection November 10. Inmate John Muhammad was offered a choice in method of execution, and he declined," Larry Traylor said. "Under the code, if the inmate declines to choose, it defaults to lethal injection." Muhammad was convicted of killing Dean Harold Meyers, one of several victims in a series of sniper-style shootings that terrorized the Washington area in October 2002. During a three-week period, Muhammad and his young protege, Lee Boyd Malvia, shot 13 people, killing 10 of them, police said. The two also are suspected in other shootings, including in Tacoma, Washington; Montgomery, Alabama; and elsewhere in the Washington metro area. I think this is not right. They had this man locked up for 7 years and then decide to give him the death penalty. Why couldn’t they have gave him death at the beginning or earlier.

In today’s San Diego 6 news, I read about a baby- sitter who sold a 3 year old to an alleged pedophile. Aaron Zendejas, 24 years old, was charged with five felonies, which includes kidnapping for oral copulation and lewd acts upon a child. The pedophile whom he sold the child to was 30 year old Jared Yaffe. Yaffe paid Zendejas $150- $200 so he can perform a sex act for his child pornography videos. Zendejas could face up to 42 years in state person if he was convicted of all charges against him. Law enforcements EVALUATED the case. Authorities found two videos allegedly showing Yaffe molesting the boy in an El Cajon Hotel. In his videos, Yaffe was performing sex acts on the child. CONTEXTS in the article states that Yaffe had promised the child that he would take him to McDonalds after the act. Zendejas agreed to plead guilty to felony charges of kidnapping and avoid a trial. He’s expected to get locked up for 15 years starting on December 1st. According to Deputy District Attorney Matthew Greco, Yaffe hired several babysitters to provide him with a child so he can molest them and use them for his pornographic videos. A total of 5 children were brought to him, they were ages 3 to and under 16 years old. Both men are in custody. According to jail records, Yaffe has a bail of $5 million, and is being held in San Diego Central Jail. Zendejas on the other hand has a bail of $500,000 and is being held in the George Bailey Detention Facility. I think its pretty sick and disgusting that Yaffe is buying kids so he can molest them. Zendejas on the other is sick as well for actually selling a 3 year old, so a 30 year old guy could molest him. Its pretty sad actually. I EQUATE they should get locked up forever for their crime.

Susan Duran the caregiver forged the victims signature on checks she made out to herself and her husband. She took more that 137,000 in checks. She also used the victims debit card to make more than one withdrawals a day. She would take up to 500 dollars out everyday. She would also buy gasoline, and she also bought a computer. She was arrested this month after a new caregiver showed the victim her bank statement.
I think that taking advantage of somebody who doesn’t know is horrible. Especially if that person trusts you. Susan Duran deserves to be in prison. I also hope the victim gets all her money back.

I think that this story is very sad and I think that she should be charged and she should lose her teaching license. Tunnels are usually always found and destroyed before they can be used. Its kind of a shame because people work really hard to get these built then all of a sudden they are destroyed. Its also kind of good that these tunnels are destroyed because these tunnels can be dangerous and people can die inside of them. I think it’s a shame that people who just want to better there lives have to do it illegaly. How come they just don’t get a work visa? It costs about the same.

Thursday- Today I read an article that talked about child prostitution in the U.S. Well the article talked about how the F.B.I did a crack down on child abductors. There were over fifty-two children found and there were over 700 arrested. This investigation took over a couple of years but it was worth it. The center for missing and exploited were the ones who helped out the F.B.I and the association had only began since two-thousand and three. The investigators said that the internet was there main tool because the so called pimps used it to attract teens and young children and to communicate with other pimps in different parts of the U.S. This crack down was in many different states not just in San Diego but there were a few girls arrested due to prostitution charges. This was not the end of this crack down said investigators and there will be more people caught.
I agree with the last part of the article because its wrong to have children go through what a grown person does. I think that the pimps better watch out because they cant mess with the government. I liked this article a little bit except the fact that children are being exploited in this kind of way.
I learned that even in the U.S. children are being used for prostitution.

In today’s news a gang Rape has been witnessed but not reported authorities said. In Richmond Virginia about a dozen people witnessed a 15 year old girl being Beaten up, raped, and stolen and didn’t report it to the police. About six men were raping the girl outside the gym on a homecoming dance and only one person remained a suspect. The Police EVALUATED that Manuel Ortega, 19 is a suspect to this crime and was arrested on the scene. The police said that all the people who committed this crime will have EQUATED charges. The girl said that she was on her way home after the dance, but some people offered her drugs and after drinking a lot they started assaulting her. The CONTEXT of the situation couldn’t reveal who the girl was according to law. The dance was monitored but the surveillance didn’t reveal the situation that was occurring.
I'm disappointed at the witnesses that they observed the assault but didn’t report it. I think that the girl is at the hospital right now after the assault. The police have caught only one suspect, but will continue searching for others.

In today’s news a women tells of her son’s odd behavior. The mother testified yesterday of her 24 year old son, who murdered his father that he has been acting very strange. Lucy Chivatchev knew her son Nikola needed medical attention for his depression. On October Lucy got out of bed and found her son on top of his father hitting him repeatedly with a dumbbell. The Authorities EVALUATED that Nikola has been convicted of murder and could be sentenced from 26 years to life in prison. The CONTEXT of the police report says that he was arrested on Oct 7 at about 1:15 am. The mother says she has never seen her son do anything EQUATED to this. She says that in the last four years he didn’t went with his friends, he didn’t spoke for hours, and wouldn’t eat.
I do think he has a psychological problem and needs help. I also think 26 years is to hard a punishment and should be less then 25 years. The court will decide the punishment in the future.

In Today’s news the country Japan urges Obama to visit. The Japanese Government wants Obama to visit either Hiroshima or Nagasaki. The two cities that have been bombed by the U.S during World War 2. The Past presidents have tried to avoid visiting Japan thinking that its just a plan for revenge. Hiroshima and Nagasaki are two cities that are almost EQUATED in size and population. Obama is going to Japan for a two day meeting landing in Tokyo. The CONTEXT of this article has many people waiting in Japan. An Atomic bomb Survivor has EVALUATED that the city has really change in about 60 years.
I think that Obama shouldn’t visit the cities because it might be an attempt to kidnap him. I also think the two cities could rebuild themselves after more than 60 years. There will be more about this article in the future.

Friday- Today I read about Banning alcohol in La Mesa. The story said that there were so many alcohol related crimes this year the city council decided to ban alcohol drinking in public places. So the police said they are happier to know that this law was passed. All the police has to worry about now is that no drunks are going to be walking around. This was a good decision said La Mesa local apartments owner because he said he has to chase drunk bums from the back alley of his apartments. The majority of drunks caught around La Mesa were either bums or young kids. They said that parks are one of the main targets for drunks. The police said that they are giving fines if anyone is caught drinking in public now.
I agree with the city council because by putting this law less drunks are going to be doing stupid things. Also it can be a bad decision because now bums are going to be more aggressive and demand more beer to drink in public. I kind of liked this article even though it has nothing to do with me.
I learned about how people that are drunk in public are the ones who commit the most crimes.

FRIDAY>>>>

Today’s article was about A 9-year-old girl that was laid to rest Wednesday as a 15-year-old girl, described as an acquaintance, was in court on charges she carried out the younger girl's murder. Elizabeth Olten was coming home from a friend's house last week in St. Martins, Missouri, when she disappeared. They searched for her for days but no luck until they receive tips that led to the suspect. Instead, it led them to a 15-year-old girl who, according to Peggy Florence, a family spokeswoman, had played with Olten. I think that this girl had problems, she was only 15 and killed this little girl and knew how to hide her body so good.

Today I read about a gang who raped a 15 year old girl at her school in the San Francisco Bay Area. The gang raped her in front of her own school, after her homecoming. What's so shocking about it, is that about two dozen people watched the girl get beat and raped. Students from that school are now moving schools. They do not feel safe there. Two suspects were in custody yesterday. The police said that as many as seven ranging in ages 15 to mid 20’s had raped and beat the girl for more that two hours ! Manuel Ortega 19,was arrested after trying to flee the scene. Manuel has a bail of $800.000.
After EVALUATING the situation in the CONTEXT I think that the girl is really dumb for getting drunk at her school. I’m not saying that it’s all her fault, but a lot of guys take advantage of girls who or obviously drunk. I also think it is disgusting that guys who are older that 20, when the girl was only 15 raped her. That is gross. I am happy they are getting caught.
I learned to not EQUATE drinking in an unsafe area and that the unexpected can always happen.

This morning I read an article about the cover of the November issue of Teen Vogue. The 19 year old model on the cover is pregnant. She is said to be not ‘visibly’ pregnant but says she is pregnant in the article. She says that when she told her mom, her mom stated crying and blaming her self. Her mom got pregnant with her at the same age. I think it is horrible that we are glamorizing teen pregnancy and using a 19 year old pregnant girl to be on the cover of a magazine directed at teens. I would EQUATE the magazine cover with bad judgment on the editors part. Someone needs to EVALUATE the situation and see what kind of message they are sending to young girls.

Police on Tuesday were investigating the apparent gunshot deaths of four people in a home in the upscale Haymount neighborhood of Fayetteville, North Carolina, authorities said. Police were called to the residence at 8:08 p.m. Monday by someone who reported there were bodies inside, Police Chief Tom Bergamine said in a news release. Bergamine said police were able to see the body of a woman in the house before entering. Once inside, officers also found the bodies of an older man and two juveniles -- a male and a female. Police did not name the four. I think at this time, there is no reason to suspect foul play; however the investigation remains in its early stages According to the Cumberland County tax assessor's office, the home belongs to William Maxwell Jr. and his wife, Kathryn. Family friends told the Fayetteville Observer newspaper that the couple have two children -- a daughter, Connor, and a son, Cameron.

Today I read about how a nine year old girl got into it with another little girl and the other little girl mom posted her on craigslist and ask for escort services and the girls mom was arrested and was found not guilty. I think that was wrong because the mom shouldn’t of got into a nine year old argument anyways and she should of never put a little girl on craigslist listing the little girls number. That’s was immature and wrong at the same time.

Today I read in the Union Tribune I read about the Sunday’s game, the Chargers v.s The Chiefs. The Chargers stay on a winning roll by rolling over the Kansa City Chiefs. The Chargers moved into December, their month of perfection, with a 43-14 victory over the Chiefs. Their sixth consecutive win cemented on the strength of 4 takeaways that all turned into touchdowns. Quentin Jammer, who had a first quarter interception and forced a fumble in the second quarter. Rivers masterfully sliced up the Chief’s zone defense with tight end Antonio Gates as his scissors. Rivers finished with 317 yards and two touchdowns passes, 118 of the yards and both TDs to gates. There just one game up the Chargers have to remember that that, Because they need to maintain it and keep improving, but right now there right where they need to be.

Today in the Union Tribune I had read about a couple charged in teens kidnap. A teenage boy who limped into a local gym with a chain locked to his ankle. His ankle has been burned by a wooden baseball bat the bat was heated in a fire place. He was forced to watch a family eat a meal while he had went with out eating food. They had just been torching the innocent boy. Kelly lane and her husband were charged with kidnapping and torturing the boy. They said that she struck the boy in the knee like at least five times. The boy had escaped Monday from the home in Tracy, by San Francisco .
He fled with the chain attached to his foot to a nearby fitness center. Police say that he was 17. The bail for the couple is about 2.2 million dollars .Ramirez was being held at the county's jail for psychical evaluation. There two children were sent to child protective services after their parents got arrest. The three defendants could face life in the county jail if they are convicted on the torture or mayhem charge. The government had to finance all of there money they had in the bank. I think this people are sick minded how can they be so cruelty to innocent people especially little kids.

Today in the Union Tribune I read about Philip Rivers. Last Season Philip rivers became the 32nd quarterback in NFL history to post a passer rating of over 100 for a season. Rivers is now the highest ever posted by a charger and the 13th highest in NFL history. I think this season the Chargers are doing pretty good, and I also know there going make it to the super bowl. I Also read in the Union Tribune about a family that got shot to death. An L.A man killed his wife and kids. Apparently both the wife and husband had just there jobs as a technician. They say they didn’t fire the couple because of the economy because, they just didn’t like them and didn’t want anything to do with them. The manger new that they had 5 kids but he did not care. They said he might as well shoot his brains out. So later on Ervin Antonio faxed a letter to a TV station claiming he and his wife had been fired from jobs as medical technicians and she suggested they kill them self's and their children. So after a horrendous or deal his wife felt it was better to end their lives and why leave their children in someone else's hands in addition it seems Kaiser Permanente wants us to kill themselves and take their families. The letter was posted later on the TV. The couple complained to the human resources department and were offered an apology ,but 2 day later the Lupoes were fired. I think its really painful getting fired from a job if nobody else in the house is working and especially if the economy is really bad. Discrimination in jobs should not be allowed not even by the manager.
