week 117 morning blog monday to friday

you should have 5 comments for each week.
Label the days
for example:

Monday- In todays reading, 8 Troops Killed in Battle in Afgan,
( 8 sentences ) I learned that, the Battle lasted 12 hours as hundreds of militants fired on outpost, official says. Hundreds of militants attacked American and Afghan troops in eastern Afghanistan on Saturday, opening fire on an outpost from multiple locations with rockets, mortars and heavy-caliber machine guns, according to an initial U.S. military report on the battle.

At least eight American troops and two members of the Afghan National Security Force died the largest number of Americans killed by hostile action in a single day in more than a year, according to CNN records.

Eight U.S. troops, two members of Afghan National Security Force killed in fighting. Coalition forces say they called in airstrikes, repelled attack from militants. Incident marks deadliest day for U.S. troops in Afghanistan since 2008

( 3 reflections...I agree or not agree...because)
I am saddened by the deaths of the troops, they have many family members that morn their innocent deaths. I hope the president can figure something out so no more of our troops die fir nothing. I can't stand the terrorist who attack just to make a statement, these are people's lives that are used.

In today’s news the police will continue searching a house of a sex offender in Cleveland. 11 dead remains of women were found in Anthony Sowell’s House. Sowell now faces 5 counts of Assault, Kidnapping, Rape, and murder. Sowell didn’t FUNCTION well in society since he was thrown in prison from 1990-2005. When Sowell was kidnapping the women it was like IMPORTING them into his home. FBI used a radar that could be used to detect something around the house. Police have tried to EXPORT the dead bodies out of Sowell’s home to try to identify them. The police say that the Evaluation will show up tomorrow.
I think Sowell is Guilty and that there are more Dead Bodies that might be inside the house. I think he should go to jail forever or get sent to death. The police will try to discover more about the house.

Today I read bout 200 people searching for the body of 5 year old Shaniya Davis. Police have charger her mother, Antoinette Nicole Davis with trafficking and other charges. Antoinette had been trafficking her own child. Antoinette has also been charged with felony, child abuse, prostitution and filing a false police report. Antoinette had told police that Shaniya had vanished from their house. Hotel surveillance shows that shows the girl with a man identified as Mario Andrette McNeill. He has been charged with first-degree kidnapping.
I think that her mother should be sentenced to prison her entire life. I still hope that Shaniya is not dead. Hopefully they find her soon.
I learned that trafficking is a very serious issue, that does not seem to go away.

This morning I read an article about a fire that tore through a home in the Mountain view home last Thursday. The fire was reported at 2:50am. When firefighters arrived they found the garage engulfed and the fire had spread to a motor home and to part of the back of the house. The fire was put out quickly, but crews stayed until 7am spreading out piles of garbage. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Polices said that there were several tents and sheds set up on the property. Ten adults and three children were living illegally in the backyard. A notice to vacate and demolish was tacked to the door. I think that they are luck no one was injured. I also think that these people are on meth and that’s why they are living in a backyard. I hope they get there kids taken away from them, because tweakers cannot FUNCTION properly as parents. I think that there is a lot of meth being IMPORTED into the United States.

This morning I read about the movie 2012. The movie shows how the end of the world is going to happen on December 21, 2012. In the movie 2012 they show things that are proven to be impossible. The Mayans long count calendar doesn’t signal the end of anything except the end of that particular calendar. The Mayan didn’t expect the world to end. They wrote about stuff happening 400 million years from now. People would know, but unfortunately people don’t reads ancient Mayan modern media hype.
I just want scientist to figure out if the world is going to end in 1012 or not. I hope the world doesn’t end. I also think the calendar is not saying the world is going to end, I think that a change is going to happen.
I learned that the movie 2012 exaggerated the earthquake, tsunamis, and other things. Scientist proved that is impossible.

Monday-Jesus) in today’s paper I read that Self-proclaimed mastermind and four other Guantanamo Bay detainees will be brought to trial in a civilian federal courthouse in , blocks from site of the devastating 2001.Prosecutors expect to seek the death penalty. At a news conference Friday, also announced that five other suspects, including a major suspect in the bombing of the , , will be tried before a military commission. Holder said the defendants should be tried where their crimes occurred. The is hard by the site where the were brought down by two hijacked jetliners. Nearly 3,000 people died there and in another hijacked jet that hit the and a fourth hijacked plane crashed in western Pennsylvania. In my opinion I think they should really dig deep and solve this chaos before it gets worst and they try something big to escape or even get mad and try another terrorist atack.

Tuesday- Jesus) in today's paper I read that A 22-year-old man who admitted killing a 17-year-old boy in a gang-related shooting in Valencia Park is scheduled to be sentenced today.
Lamar Jovan Neal pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter and assault with a deadly weapon in the March 2006 death of Darnell King Jr. in the 5300 block of San Onofre Terrace.
King was in a group outside a home when several armed assailants, including Neal, walked up and opened fire. The youth died at the scene and another person was wounded.
King's family said he was not a gang member.
In my opinion they should put that guy in prison and investigate the problem much deeper and find out why he did it and from the evidence then deal with the criminal don’t kill him if your not even sure why he did it. But you cant play Mr. Nice with the law after you committed a serious crime you have to pay the consequences! And be real about the situation.

In today’s news a Mexican criminal has made it to the powerful people list in History. Mexico’s most wanted drug lord has escaped from prison nine years ago on a Laundry truck that was being EXPORTED out of the prison. His fame has been going up in what is called infamy. Joaquin Guzman is number 41 on the most powerful people in the world passing the Venezuelan, French, and even the Mexican president. Guzman escaped from prison when a laundry truck was IMPORTED into the prison with a help of about 24 prisoners. Mexican officials blame Guzman for vehicle manslaughter that has been going in Mexico that has killed 14,000 people in 2006. Authorities estimate that the Murder problems caused by Guzman estimate to be about $1 billion. Guzman’s criminal record wont make him FUNCTION well in Society.
I think he is a dangerous person and should be found. If he did kill that many people he should be killed. Also I don’t think he has that many followers because the Mexican military could just find him.

Monday- Today I read about a prosecutor who passed away. The only reason why there is a story about is because he worked for the county’s district attorney’s. Also because he had sent his brother and sister to prison for life for killing their stepfather. This man was also diagnosed with a cancer and was about 59 years old. He worked for the county for over thirty years and was recognized for his outstanding demands. He passed away in his home from his cancer on October 16 of this year. He was a good man and really was recognized for the good he did. He was like a super hero because he put bad people in prison for their wrongs.
I agree with the county for recognizing this man. He did a really good deed to society. I liked this article because it finally talks about a good person.
I learned that even the best people have to go at some point in life.

Tuesday- Today I read about how the end of the world is supposedly here. Actually what I read said nothing was going to happen in 2012. Well scientist finally got their story and stated so many facts about the world not ending and told everyone. They said that there is not going to be any natural disasters or anything like that. There is just going to be a change in human life. Also that the Mayan calendar does not say the world is going to end but the calendar is. There are many scientists saying the same thing that the world is not going to end and I believe science. The movies made about the end of the world are all wrong data that is being spread around the world and if people believe its because they want to die spontaneously all together.
I agree with the scientists thinking that the world is not going to end. I also agree with most of them because the Mayan calendar is over 400 million years old and its about time the calendar runs out of days. I liked this article because it finally gives facts about the world not ending.
I learned that the world is not going to end on December 21, 2012.

Which could include anything form a export, to remaining a Padre through the final two years of he’s contract, to a rewriting of the current contract.

A woman accused with her husband of kidnapping Utah teenager Elizabeth Smart in 2002 is set to plead guilty in federal court Tuesday under terms of a plea deal reached with prosecutors, according to court documents. Wanda Eileen Barzee, 64, is charged with kidnapping and unlawful transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, according to a 2008 indictment that a federal grand jury returned against her. The terms of her plea agreement have not been made public and will not be until the agreement is executed in court, said Melodie Rydalch, spokeswoman for the U.S. attorney's office for Utah. The hearing will be held Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Salt Lake City, Utah. Barzee and Brian David Mitchell, 56, are accused of abducting Smart, then 14, at knifepoint from the bedroom of her family's Salt Lake City home in June 2002.She was found nine months later, walking down a street in the Salt Lake City suburb of Sandy in the company of Barzee and Mitchell, a drifter and self-described prophet who calls himself "Emmanuel." He had done some work as a handyman at the Smarts' house. At a competency hearing for Mitchell last month, Smart, now 21, testified she was held captive in Utah and California during that time. Just after her abduction, Mitchell took her to a wooded area behind her home and performed a mock marriage ceremony with her, she said. During the nine months of her captivity, no 24-hour period passed without Mitchell raping her, Smart testified .T he competency hearing is set to continue November 30, but Mitchell's attorneys have asked for it be delayed. Smart, a student at Brigham Young University and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, testified in October because she was set to leave on a mission, something typical for young Mormon men but becoming more common for women as well. Many documents in the court cases against Mitchell and Barzee are sealed. However, an order sealing a transcript of an in-chambers conference held last week in the case makes reference to discussing "a possible cooperating witness in the case. "Barzee, who has been housed at the Utah State Hospital while courts determined her competency, filed for divorce from Mitchell in 2004, according to media reports. It was unclear whether the divorce has been granted After years of being declared incompetent, Barzee recently was declared by doctors at the hospital to be competent to stand trial, according to the Salt Lake Tribune newspaper. A state court had ruled she could be forcibly medicated, a ruling that led federal prosecutors to bring a case against the couple, the Tribune said.

Ten adults and three children had been living illegally in the backyard of a Mountain view home, where a fire had started. The fire was reported at 2:50 a.m at the home on Keeler Avenue near 43rd street. When firemen arrived they found a garage on fire that spread to a motor home, and the back of a house. The fire was out in about 15 minutes. Fireman were there until 7 a.m, just to make sure all the fire was out. One person was having a hard time breathing and that person was taken to the hospital. The cause of the fire is under investigation. The damage is about $100,000. San Diego Police said that several tents and other types of living quarters such as sheds were set on the property. A city notice to vacate and demolish the structure was tacked to the front door.
I am just really curious why illegal immigrants were living in someone's backyard. I wonder if those people had brought them to the U.S illegally and was keeping them there, and that the immigrants started the fire to be able to escape. I also wonder if they were just being nice and giving them a place to stay.
I learned that there is a lot or weird things that goes on, with nobody knowing about it.

In other sports basketball they have an up and coming star in the starting point guard that has been working his tail off to become a starter in this league. In football the chargers and becoming one of the hottest team in the NFL by winning three straight vs. tough opponents and pulling upsets with there defense coming back on track and there offense is already one of the top offenses in the NFL no team seems like they can stop the chargers they are now tied in there division with the broncos.

Wednesday- Today I read about a man who is registered as a sex offender was arrested again. The reason why he was arrested again was because he violated his parole. He had taken pictures of a woman's legs and used the pictures to pleasure himself. He told officials he did it because he thought the legs were sexy and he couldn’t resist. Well he is waiting on his trial to see what happens to him. He is most likely going back to a mental hospital to redo the program for sexually active people. He was arrested a long time ago for having sexual intercourse with a young girl and did time in prison. He is now in violation and also for watching a volley ball game with all girls and pleasuring himself to that.
I think this man is disgusting and that he should be in a mental home for the rest of his life. I also think it might be his fault for never actually having sex when he was young because now he is a pervert. This man should not have any contact with any woman what so ever.
I learned that some people are so sexually attracted to the opposite sex that they turn into perverts if they don’t get any pleasure ever.

In today’s news a sex predator was arrested for violating his probation. Matthew Hedge, 46 was arrested yesterday for taking a picture of a woman’s legs then lying about it. Hedge has also watched women volleyball and other programs that sexually stimulated him. He was EXPORTED from prison in April where he was to be watched under heavy supervision. Then was IMPORTED back when he broke the rules. Hedge has pleaded Guilty to child molestation in 1989 and become the 1st dangerous sex predator to be released. Hedge is a sex predator that cant FUNCTION well in Society. His hearing with the San Diego superior court will be scheduled on Dec. 9.
I think he is a dangerous man and should be Guilty. There are many Sex Offenders in the U.S and the Government doesn’t try to stop it. The decision will be decided on the 9th.

Today I read that a submersible from Hawaii Undersea Research Laboratory found the wreckage of a WWII Japanese submarine, one of two discovered off Oahu after 63 years they were sunk. The sub pictured, the I-14, was designed to carry two small planes meant for attacks on U.S cities.
The submarines, among five that’s were captured by U.S. forces at the end of war and exported to Pearl Harbor for study. The five subs were towed to sea 1946 and torpedoed, and the researchers said probable reason for that was to avoid having to share any of technology with the Russian military.
The submarines were meant to threaten the U.S. directly, but none of the attacks occurred. U.S intelligence was good and the Navy always knew what the subs were doing.

This morning I read an article about a man who died after he stopped breathing while being restrained by the cops. The incident started when the mans father called police saying his son put a gun to his head and threatened to kill him and his girlfriend and left the house. When police where there talking to the father, the man drove by with his girlfriend in the passenger seat. About an hour later a man was carjacked, bit, and stabbed with a pencil. Soon after officers found the mans car had crashed into another car a block away. The man fell out of the driver side door and officers rushed to handcuff him. He stopped breathing and had no pulse after being retrained on the ground. He was on meth and he had a heart condition and those things just don’t mix. A few hours after the arrest, police found his car a few blocks away with his girlfriends body in it with a single gun shot wound to the head.

In today’s news the country Germany has decided to stay in Afghanistan to complete its mission. The German’s mission in Afghanistan was due on Dec 13 2009, But will stay there till Dec 13 2010. The German parliament approved to stay there. But could Veto the decision next month. Germany has no EXPORTING or IMPORTING relationships with Afghanistan. Germany has approximately 4,050 in Afghanistan and has approved for 200 more. The German’s will try to FUNCTION there relationship better with the U.S. Germany is one of 42 Nations participating in NATO’s International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan.
I think the German’s could help the U.S in the war against Terrorism. Also Germany has to cooperate with the U.S. The German’s will decide to withdraw or Continue in next month’s meeting.

Today I read about seven men and a pregnant woman who were trying to hold on to a little boat in Mexican waters. They were found and rescued Friday afternoon. The Coastguard then brought them ashore at Shelter Island. Six of them were taken to the hospital, some were treated for hypothermia. Since then four have been taken back to Mexico, after being rescued off the coast of Tijuana. It is unknown whether the group of 8 were trying to enter the U.S. There has been a huge spike in human smuggling this year.
I am pretty sure that the group of 8 was trying to cross over to the U.S. I also think that they should be able to come to the U.S without it being illegal. It is sad how Mexicans and other races try so much stuff to just come live here and have a better life.
I learned it is very hard now for people from Mexico to come over to the U.S.

Today I read about how the charger victory is a good one because it tied them with Denver for first place in the AFC west and now they are tied they have a show down this Sunday against the broncos to see who takes the league these two teams went at it last year in one of the most dramatic ends where the chargers took the AFC west in the final games of the season when they beat the broncos. I think the broncos and the chargers go at it each year both teams lay there life on the line to show that the AFC west is a very hard division even without the other top teams in it. but its good though it making football more interesting and unpredictable each day a team shows down and lets you know that if you don’t give up you can still make it.

Thursday- Today I read about a local house that caught on fire. The damages were so damaging to a lot of property. The cause of the fire was said to be still under investigation but the fire did started in the kitchen of a home. The fire was reported around 2:44 and tore the house down by 3:15 in the morning. There were no injuries but there are 400,000 dollars in damage. The owners of this house were left of a home because of the blaze. This all happened in Rancho Bernardo a little place in San Diego County. The fire department was intrigued because things like this don’t normally happen around there.
This was kind of a boring article but I still thought that the part of the house burning down was kind of cool. The firefighters must be happy to get some action at around two in the morning. They should do an investigation on what caused this fire so the owners can know.
I learned that firefighters are very hard working heroes because they do not sleep just to help you from being burnt in a fire around your home.

Friday- Today I read about how a common killing disease is older than Moses. The common heart disease known as atherosclerosis killed a mummy found in Egypt. This disease is known for its arthritis it causes and for its hardening of his arteries. The discovery was founded by a student of San Diego State University and he did it by using a new kind of technology which is a scan of the body and it shows whether it had that disease or not. This disease is the number one killing disease in the entire United States and was around in the time of the Egyptians. This was a shocking discovery because the only way this disease happens is if the person dose not exercise properly and has a good fatty diet. That means that the mummy that had this disease was a very lazy person and they noticed the mummy had a really bad diet. The mummy will be put up for more tests to see any more new discoveries and hopefully something new will be discovered.
I liked this story because it had to do with ancient history still having common diseases around. I kind of agree with the student discoverer because he said it was a shocking discovery and it really was. This story needs a little more information about when the mummy was discovered and exactly where.
I learned that a heart disease that is really common now was still around in ancient Egyptian times.

This morning I read about a 32 year old man named Khary Watson who was convicted of murdering a woman 15 years ago. He had committed this crime when he was a teenager. Khary Watson showed no reaction when his verdict was read. He was convicted with first-degree murder in the death of Patricia Lopez. Patricia was shot in the back as she walked home with a friend on Oct, 1 1994. Patricia Lopez’s family members sobbed loudly as the jurors read the verdict. Patricia’s killing went unsolved for about 12 years, but an anonymous tip helped them lead them Khary Watson. Watson will automatically be sentenced to life in prison without parole at his hearing December. 18.
I think it is a good thing Khary Watson is being sentenced to life. He was living all these years while Patricia Lopez has been dead. He deserves to be stuck in prison.

I think that life in prison is too harsh and it should be for 25 years. But also if he has been hiding a secret for many years he might be attempted to commit another crime. Authorities will decide the decision on Dec. 18.

An officer was looking for an assault victim in the area when he heard a man screaming for help. He was taken to the hospital where he was in intensive care. Police thought the man might have been involved in the reported assault, but the man insisted that he was just a ninja trying to clear a 5 foot-tall fence. I thought the interesting fact was that they said that alcohol likely played a role in the case. Personally I think alcohol for sure played a role in this case. Some people just cannot FUNCTION when they are intoxicated. I think he need to work on his ninja skills if he is going to try jumping fences.

Zoo leaders had expected the public suggest just a few names for Bai Yun’s fifth club. They instead received more than 6,300, and 17,500 people voted online for one of five finalist.
