In today’s news Some children have been arrested in Japan. The four teenagers have been arrested after attempted murder of a women. According to the police DOCUMENT the people involved were included: an 18 year old man, a 17 year old girl, and two 15 year old boys. They are accused of causing severe head injury to a restaurant employee by MAXIMIZING a rope between two poles. Nobody knows why they try to Murder someone. The four teenagers were U.S Military students who dropped there ACADEMIC education to join the military. Many crimes have been occurring in Japan over the years. Now Protest of crimes have been occurring more recently in Japan.
I think it is a serious issue that crimes are occurring in Japan. I think eventually Japan will Construct a wall to make it hard for people to get in. If its necessary the wall should be Constructed to stop crime.

Monday- Today I read about a man accused of kidnapping an old lady in La Mesa. The man is facing charges on kidnapping, trespassing, and wrong conduct to an elder. Well he is facing a lot more charges and is in custody. The court stated that he allegedly went to the ladies house and duct taped her up. He then put her in her own cars trunk for about 26 hours with no food or water. This all ended when the man was stopped by police for a traffic stop and found the lady in the trunk. The lady was ok but is suffering from trauma. The man had no relationship with the woman but just a selling of a vacuum cleaner.
This was a sad story because how is someone going to kidnap an elderly woman. The man should of at least put her somewhere where she could drink some water and eat at least. This was also a cruelty act against elderly people.
I learned that even elderly woman get kidnapped for no reason.

Today I read about giant sloth skull found. A Southern California Edison project has unearthed a fossilized skull of a giant ground sloth. This sloth roamed the region hundreds of thousands of years ago. The fossil was found last month, at a construction site 10 miles west of Beaumont, in Riverside County. Scientist said that the skull was from the Irvington Period. The Irvington Period spanned 1.9 million to 300,000 years ago. Experts have only found six of the giant ground sloth skulls form that era in North America. The giant sloth stood 8 feet tall and weighed up to 4,000 pounds.
I think this is interesting. I have been to Beaumont and I would have never guessed that a huge sloth skull was berried under me. I would have liked to see it.
I learned that fossils of long times ago can be under me at the most odd places.

In today’s news a bomb kills 22 people at Somali University Graduation Ceremony. According to the Somalia’n Government a suicide bomber went to MAXIMUM measure to Bomb a University Ceremony. According to the police DOCUMENT it was a Terrorist disguised as a women that killed 22 people including three medical students, doctors, and three Government ministers. The blast was blamed on Islamic Militants who have shown a raising ability to carry out bombings against high-profile targets. “Today should have been an ACADEMIC achievement ceremony, not a Terrorist attack” said the Somalian ambassador. Government officials believe that if the country went to war that it wouldn’t be so good. Hundreds of people gathered at the Benadir University to watch 43 medical engineer, and computer science students receive there diplomas. The Somalian Government believed that the attack was an attempt to kill the Prime Minister.
I think it’s a tragedy that it was suppose to be a happy day, but people died instead. I think that if Somalia did went to war that the Global alliances should settle the conflict. The Blast will be investigated.

Tuesday- Today I read about a man accused of putting an old man into a concrete wall to get rid of him. The 80 year old man went missing from his home and neighbors stated they received a letter from him. The neighbors said that that was not the man writing and someone had kidnapped him. The letter stated that he had gone on vacation with a lover and wont be back for a while. Investigators are still looking in on this situation. If the man accused is convicted he is facing death row on many charges. The court still dose not know where the man who is missing is but they are looking for him. The neighbors are concerned for their old neighbor who couldn’t of defended himself if something like this actually happened to him.
I think this is a good article but I do not understand how they got the man accused if he had nothing to do with the old man. The court should really get a lot more evidence before they send this man to death row. I also think that the man accused should fight it until he is proven guilty.
I learned that the government will arrest anyone just to have someone behind bars.

Today I read about a woman who was driving a limousine and ran over another woman. They had been fighting over drugs. The lady driving the limousine dragged the other lady for almost a mile. Police stopped the car, but it was to late. This occurred in Downtown Los Angeles. In the day time the street is filled with shoppers and vendors. In the night time the area become a desolate destination for drug dealers. Sonia Taunauu who was 25 was run down by Nancy Lekon who was 43. Nancy Lekon was booked on investigation of vehicular homicide.
I think Nancy was a psycho and apparently on a lot of drugs. She is really crazy for dragging someone for a entire mile, and really old to be doing something lie that. She is probably going to be in jail for a long time, maybe her entire life.
I learned that Downtown L.A is not a good place to be taking night walks.

monday-jesus) In today’s paper I read that YESTERDAY’S STORM PUSHED A BOAT ONTO THE ROCKS IN SAN DIEGO HARBOR AND PARTLY SUBMERGED ANOTHER, CREATED MINOR FLOODING AROUND THE COUNTY, KNOCKED OUT POWER TO AT LEAST 68,000 SDG&E CUSTOMERS, DOWNED TREES, CAUSED BEACH CLOSURES, SNARLED TRAFFIC AND LED TO FLIGHT DELAYS AT LINDBERGH FIELD.
A HOMELESS MAN LIVING NEAR THE SWEETWATER RIVER IN NATIONAL CITY WAS RESCUED BY SAN DIEGO LIFEGUARDS USING A RUBBER BOAT. HE WAS STRANDED IN A TREE AS WATERS ROSE NEAR WESTFIELD PLAZA BONITA, SAID NATIONAL CITY FIRE CHIEF ROD JUNIEL. In my opinion you should always be ready for what ever situation come even when its just rain this poor man almost lost his life because of the hard storm, who knows maybe some one did.

tuesday-jesus) In today’s paper I read that when St. Augustine High senior Dana Barbaro suffered a broken collar bone everyone thought he was done with his carrier of becoming a big football player but his friend and training partner former charger player Cletis Gordon told him how he had recovered from the exact injury in 6 weeks instead of 12, by receiving treatment in a hyperbolic chamber in my opinion I think it is real cool that he got his hope back when he found out that you could come back and that its not the end, I am sure that he will play even better now because I am sure that he has love for the sport. this should be an example for all of us, do what you love nomatter what comes never give up giving up is not an answer.

In today’s paper, a county work crew had been cleaning up the Sweetwater River. By the end of a third day of labor by the County Department of Public Works yesterday the inventory included a folding chair, tire, ladder, several milk creates and a MAXIMUM of 47 shopping carts illegally dumped into the waterway over a period of at least 10 years. The ACADEMIC project was brought together when Just Fix It column drew attention. Carts were visible from a popular running and bicycling trial along state Route 54 through Chula Vista and National City about east of the San Diego Bay. A cyclist DUCUMENTS that she saw at least 44 carts in the river but could not find the right documents to find governmental office to attack the problem. County officials say there had been only one previous cleanup effort along the revive in the past 10 to 15 years.

In today’s news a pearl harbor survivor returns to Pearl Harbor. After 68 years Ed Johan will always remember the MAXIMUM attacks the Japanese did to the U.S. There is always an annual ceremony marking the anniversary of the Japanese attack. According to the DOCUMENT the 86 year old retired firefighter will return to pearl harbor for the 1st time since World War two. In Dec 1941 Johan was a sailor who enlisted in the Navy 5 months earlier, when the kamikaze attacks bombed his crews ship, and he survived. Instead of getting a higher ACADEMIC education, he enlisted in the army to stop the axis. After 1945 he moved to California where he worked in sawmills, before becoming a firefighter. For years Johan said he wouldn’t go to the ceremony, but he wants to return there before dying.
I think its sad for the people who died in the pearl Harbor attack. I think Johan should return to pearl Harbor before dying. The ceremony is today and many people will be there.

Today I read about a couple who had gotten attacked after a fight at the motel. The couple was at Valli-Hi-motel on West San Ysidro Boulevard near Sunset Lane. The couple had gotten into an argument with another woman. The man was apparently with both of the woman. The woman who confronted the couple called her mother, and the mom came with two other men. The two other men assaulted the man cheating. At the same time, the mother held the woman who was with the man on the ground while her daughter stabbed her on the head. The victims condition is not known.
I think that if you are getting cheated on, you do not solve it with stabbing them. I think it’s better to get in a fight without a knife. I just do not think a person deserves to die for something like that.
I learned that you may think you know someone, but you really don’t.

Wednesday- Today I read about a big telescope who is said to show a map of the universe is soon to be sent into space. This is taking place in Los Angeles California. If this goes as planned then the scope will be able to seek 365 miles more than any other and it will have really sharp images. The telescope was a big project that has been being worked on for years now and it will finally be sent as early as Friday. The Telescope will also take 7500 pictures a day in four wavelengths. This mission was about 320 million dollars and is managed by NASA’s jet propulsion laboratory. There was another telescope that was also sent up to space for the same reason in 1983 but ran out of coolant in 10 months. That scope was not as far above the earth as the one being sent on Friday though. This new telescope is also looking to the same fate and is not likely to be up in space for a really long time.
This was a cool article because humans are finally going to have more evidence and real images from a further space spot. There should be at least three of those scopes sent up into space but in different sections so that we can receive more images but from different locations.
I learned that humans are becoming so advanced that we are now able to go further away from earth.

In today’s news, a goal is created to make a system that will MAXIMIZE its protection from attacks on the U.S. On December 7, 1941 Pearl Harbor was attacked by Japan leading the United States into the World War II. Although U.S. intelligence had ACADEMICALLY cracked the Japanese codes they gathered but was too late to take action on the attack. Today, people use cell phones, blogs, Facebook and instant messages, all have been DOCUMENTED that all have done little to ease the fears of trying to prevent the next Pearl Harbor or Sept. 11.

Today I read in the union tribune about two people found dead inside a two story house after someone called concerned about these people and called the cops to go and check up on them because they were worried and would not answer the phone when the police went to go see the house an elderly man answered the door and let the officers take a look around the officers found the old man and the old woman dead it dint look like there were any signs of struggle there were weapons inside the house but the police don’t know if they were used but the bodies did show sings of trauma right now they think that there was a fourth person living there and are investigating that.

Today I read about seven men and a pregnant woman who were trying to hold on to a little boat in Mexican waters. They were found and rescued Friday afternoon. The Coastguard then brought them ashore at Shelter Island. Six of them were taken to the hospital, some were treated for hypothermia. Since then four have been taken back to Mexico, after being rescued off the coast of Tijuana. It is unknown whether the group of 8 were trying to enter the U.S. There has been a huge spike in human smuggling this year.
I am pretty sure that the group of 8 was trying to cross over to the U.S. I also think that they should be able to come to the U.S without it being illegal. It is sad how Mexicans and other races try so much stuff to just come live here and have a better life.
I learned it is very hard now for people from Mexico to come over to the U.S.

Wed-Jesus) IN TODAY’S PAPER I READ THAT THE WINTER STORM THAT BLEW THROUGH SAN DIEGO ON MONDAY NIGHT AND EARLY YESTERDAY MORNING HAS CLAIMED ONE OF THE CITY’S MOST FAMOUS AND PHOTOGRAPHED TREES.
THE TRUNK OF THE TOWERING CYPRESS TREE BEHIND THE PAR-3 SIXTH GREEN ON THE TORREY PINES NORTH COURSE SNAPPED NEAR ITS BASE OVERNIGHT, WITH MUCH OF THE TREE TOPPLING BACKWARD. IT WAS ONE OF 18 TREES THAT BLEW DOWN ON BOTH TORREY PINES’ GOLF COURSES, ACCORDING TO CITY GOLF MANAGER JON MADDERN. IN MY OPINION I THINK THAT IT IS CRAZY THAT THE TREE FELL BUT HOPEFULLY IT KEEPS RAINING HARD SAN DIEGO NEEDS THE RAIN AND IT FEELS GOOD SPECIALY DURING CHRISTMAS.

In today’s paper, 3 agent’s are DOCUMENTED for administrative leave pending on the investigation of how two uninvited guests managed to crash President Barack Obama’s first state dinner last week. Tareq and Michaele Salahi, both reality-television contestants, were able to pass through security around the White House. The security was is denial in an ACADEMIC discussion to how did not follow procedures in having MAXIMUM security in the dinner. Others point fingers at the White House, criticizing Obama’s social secretary for not being able to post members of her staff at checkpoints with Secret Service agents which have been a standard procedure. There were posters held up showing Salahis shaking Obama’s hand and posing with Vice President Joe Biden. They knew they were not invited but they still tried to talk their way into the event. People were worried that it could have ended horribly with people being able to pass through security.

In today’s news a Chicago man pleads not guilty to terrorist plots. David Headley, 49 faces about 12 counts of terrorist involvement in a plot that killed 160 people. According to the police DOCUMENT Headley appeared in court in a orange Jumpsuit, leg handcuffed, and relaxed as if he knew what was going to happen. Headley made MAXIMUM murders in Mumbai, India and in Denmark. Headley has agreed to cooperate with authorities who are investigating the Terror plot. Abdur Rehman Hashim Syed and Tahawwur Hussain Rana were also involved with the assault. Kia Scherr will help with the investigation after her Husband and ACADEMIC daughter were killed in the attack. Headley’s next court date will be January 12 2010.
I don’t think Headley will be completely honest with the authorities. I also think its sad for the families of the victims of the attack. If Headley did kill many people he should get the death penalty.

Thursday- Today I read about a man who wanted his laptop to get fixed so he walked into a business that specifically does that. The man is accused of stealing a pair of keys to a Jeep Liberty and taking it for a joy ride. The man was caught on camera taking the keys while the man at the desk was distracted. There is a reward being given to who ever leads to his arrest. The reward is one thousand dollars and is still put out for the arrest. The car was said to be taken for just a joy ride and then dropped off about four blocks away. The camera that caught this man on film has a full on picture of him so police have a suspect. The man is facing a good amount of time in jail if he is caught and convicted.
This article was interesting because the man took the keys from the counter. The video shows he took them while the man at the counter was facing the other way. I think the man who took the keys has guts to have done this.
I learned that there are people who are really scandelous out in San Diego also.

In today’s news a Russian chief has ordered to completely destroy Hitler's remains. The remains of Adolf Hitler were burned in 1970 by the Soviet KGB agents, and then thrown into a river. According to the Soviet DOCUMENT that a Soviet leader ordered the Corpses of Hitler, his family, and other Nazi leaders to be destroyed. The Soviet leaders decision for destroying the Bodies were motivated by his fear of thinking that Hitler's burial spot could become a place of Worship for Hitler supporters. The Soviets put MAXIMUM effort in finding the bodies in the 40s and 50s. According to Historical events that Hitler Suicide himself by shooting himself and then having someone burn his body. Hitler made this decision when the Soviets, the Americans, and the British, pushed the Nazis back to Germany. The only body part of Hitler that was shown was his skull.
I think the Soviets were moving the Bodies in a complicated way. I think its good that Hitler is dead. This story could help someone in there ACADEMICS if its necessary.

Friday- I read an article about a man who praises the Nazi's was arrested. The man is being convicted of conspiracy against other races. The court is said to have him remove all the tattoos he has. The man is a little mad because he is needing to have all his tattoos removed after all it is his body. The court said they are willing to pay one-hundred and fifty dollars a day to have them removed. There was another thing also his house was full of Nazi sign flags. The court took him from his home and arrested him for that. The court is still looking in on what they should do about this situation.
This article was a really complicated one because first this country is suppose to be free. The man was doing nothing wrong but expressing his ancestors. Then again this is what should happen to people who are racists and i am glad that this happened to him.
I learned that even if you live the way you want in the U.S. you still are not free to do anything you want.

Today I read about a Marine fighter jet crashed at a family residents. The Marine had crashed in university city and killed 3 people. A mother, her young child and a grand mother died. When the disabled F\A 18d hornet crashed into the house in a fiery horrific explosion it caused a big destruction in the neighborhood. A second child was missing and presumed dead before the search was suspended around 6 P.M. because of darkness. Next door Robert Johnson sat in the living room with his daughter and all the sudden they heard a big explosion, they said it felt like a big earth quake. The jet pilot had ejected safely and was in good condition at San Diego Naval Medical center. neighbors say that they had just moved into the house because they needed more space after the baby's birth . And that the grand mother had just flew over from Korea shortly after ward. I Think the marines have to stay the farthest from city or towns during war because it really dangerous.

THURSDAY-Jesus) in today’s paper I read that El Nino is not fading and is not far away the climate is really wet and cold DISCUSSION SAYS THE SEA SURFACE TEMPERATURES IN THE CENTRAL PACIFIC HELD STEADY IN NOVEMBER, AFTER TAKING A BIG JUMP IN OCTOBER. IN OTHER WORDS, EL NINO ISN'T FADING.
THE SST ANOMALIES IN THE KEY REGION ALONG THE EQUATOR ARE STILL RUNNING 1.7 C ABOVE NORMAL, BUT THE BIGGEST ANOMALIES HAVE SHIFTED EAST.
THE CPC NOW EXPECTS EL NINO TO BE AROUND THROUGH THE SPRING. IT WOULD HAVE TO HOLD THOSE SSTS FOR AT LEAST ANOTHER MONTH FOR IT TO BE RECORDED AS A STRONG EVENT. ONLY THE STRONG ONES RELIABLY BRING WET WINTERS TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA IN MY OPINION I THINK THAT WE SHOULD GET READY FOR A GOOD AND COLD RAIN AND I THINK WE SHOULD PREPARE FOR WHAT EVER COMES OUR WAY.

FRIDAY- JESUS0 A man and a woman accused of taking part in a home-invasion robbery last year in Redwood Village, during which several victims were bound and doused with lighter fluid and one was raped, were convicted yesterday of a string of felony charges.
Kevin Keith Sellers Jr. 30, was found guilty of 19 charges including robbery, burglary, assault with a caustic chemical, making a criminal threat and forcible rape. The jury also found that he used a handgun in the crimes.
His girlfriend, Vanna Chheun, 30, was found guilty of 16 counts related to similar charges. Although she did not have a gun during the robbery, the jury determined that Chheun was “vicariously liable” because the other robbers were armed. She was not accused of rape
in my opinion they should really try and stop these kind of crimes before they happen and they should punish who ever is responsible for this.

This morning I read about a pregnant woman who was held captive for five days. The lady that held her captive wanted to steal her baby after the pregnant lady gave birth. The lady cut the pregnant ladies stomach with a box knife and razor blades. The pregnant lady said that every time she would start moaning in pain the other lady would just go to sleep and stop cutting her. The pregnant lady ran away from the house that she was held captive in. The lady who was held captive had her guts hanging out and other intestines. The baby was delivered C-section and was named Miracle Sky. The mother is also recovering.
I am happy that both the mother and baby survived. It really grosses me out but surprises me how all her guts were hanging out. I hope that lady who held the pregnant lady captive stays in jail for life.
I learned that there is a lot of crazy people who are not in mental institutions.

Today I read about 11 people who were arrested in a U.S work-visa scam. The scam made 50 million dollars from thousands of Brazilians since 2002. They The people who were scammed went to the United States and wound up as illegal immigrants because promised jobs didn’t exist. Brazilians that were seeking working visas were charged as much as up to $15,000. Police are still searching for seven suspects. One of the suspects is a U.S citizen. They hatched the scheme by getting temporary visas authorized by the U.S Department of Homeland Security. They then charged Brazilians exorbitant rates to land those visas tied to jobs that rarely existed. Thousands of Brazilians paid fees and were refused visas.
I think that all the Brazilians scammed should receive their money back. It also sucks that people want a job so bad that they go out of their way. I also think that people should look better at what they are getting themselves into.
I learned that anybody could get scammed.
