Today in the Union Tribune I read about a man accused of fatally stabbing his wife last year and was convicted yesterday of second- degree murder. The jury found him guilty in the slaying of Parmenia Malison who was 48 years old was with his wife for 15 years. Police found her body in the couples apartment in Encanto on April 4 2008. Now Mr. Malison is doing life in prison. I think that there was no way to say he didn’t kill her when it was in there own house. I also read in my morning blog about a man suspected of killing his girl friend then car jacking a motorist and crashing the car Monday night , and died Tuesday at the hospital . Police believe that Terry Sayachak killed omdara who was only 29 years old. She was killed with a gun shot into her head when Sayachak left the scene police followed him but then lost him. Well if Sayachak was trying to get away from the police that makes him suspicious of killing her girlfriend or having to do with it.

monday-Fresh out of a federal law enforcement academy, pregnant with her third child and in the midst of a divorce, 28-year-old Maribel Arteaga was on the cusp of a new chapter in her life. That ended Thursday night when she was fatally stabbed at her Chula Vista apartment in front of her two young sons, police said. Before she died at a hospital, Arteaga was able to identify her husband as the assailant. A manhunt continued late last night for Jesus “Alex” Arteaga Garcia, 28, who is considered to be armed and dangerous.
It is in my opinion that this man should be found and punished to the most severe degree that the law allows. Because he killed an inicent child and damaged two other kids lives.

dashawn+++++Today I read in the newspaper how the chargers winning spree still doesn’t have them worried about how the playoff is going to go down they are doing things without that in there head. This season they started off bad but have been on a 8 game winning streak and they took the division from Denver when Denver was undefeated at 6-0. now the chargers are one of the top teams in the NFL and they are on top they beat good teams to get to where they are at and to keep there perfect record going in December they beat the Cowboys last night they are doing real good despite all the injuries and people they are missing in there line up . I think this is good that they are winning because it gives this city something to cheer on and be happy about a sport that is winning.

Monday- Today I read about a teen age boy who is doing 547 days in juvenile hall for a DUI. The boy was said to have killed his best friend while in a car drunk. It was said he also injured another minor at the time. He came out the crash with minor injuries but his friend seemed as if he was not going to make it and the other boy had a few injuries also. As said his friends body gave up as soon as the ambulance got there and the driver was booked in juvenile hall for the night awaiting trial. The trial put the boy as guilty and are charging him with manslaughter and putting another in danger. He is said to be sent to camp barret for 574 days because of his stupidity. The boy was over the limit in alcohol and also was a minor driving without a license.
This was a sad story but that’s what happens to teenagers who do what they are not supposed to. I also think that the boy should do more time so he can understand what happens to stupid teens driving when drunk. This should be a lesson for the teens who do this all the time.
I learned to never drive drunk or ill be sent to Barret and maybe loose a friend or something bad can really happen.

Today in the Union Tribune I read that a witness saw Tiger Woods drinking 2 weeks before his crashed. The witness which was wife Elin Nordegren Woods, told a Florida Highway Patrol. She also told a Windermere police that she was the same person that dragged him out off his wrecked Cadillac Escalade around 2:25 in the morning in November 27. She also mentioned that he was prescribed with Ambien and Vicodin. This information was included in a written request by an FHP trooper to the Orange Osceola State Attorney’s Office.

In today’s news a Chimps owner wont face charges of attacking a woman. Sandra Herold owned a 200 pound Chimpanzee and wont face charges of it tearing Charla Nash’s Arms, lips, nose, and eyelids in February. For some people keeping monkeys was a TRADITION so Herold’s attorney said that it shouldn’t be illegal to keep monkeys as pets. Her attorney said that it has never attacked a person before and that it has seen Nash many times before the attack. The thing that should be more PRIMARY to focus on should be Nash’s condition and if she will be able to recover. For a PERIOD of time Nash will look this way until its possible for her to return to normal. Before the attack a biologist from the Department of Environmental Protection examined the monkey and said it could attack someone if the monkey felt threatened. There is no evidence that Herold purposely let the monkey attack Nash.
I think its horrible to be in a condition like what Nash is at. I also don’t think Herold should be sued for the monkey attacks. However the monkey shouldn’t be allowed in that community and should go to a zoo or to the wild.

Today I read about a 200 pound chimpanzee who mauled and blinded a woman. The chimpanzee went crazy after Herold asked Charla Nash to help lure the animal back in the house. The chimpanzee then ripped of Charla’s hands, nose, lips, and eyelids. There was no record of the animal attacking before. Charla had interacted with the chimpanzee before with no problems. Charla Nash’s family is suing Herold for 50 million and wants to sue the state for 150 million. Nash’s family has said Herold was negligent and reckless for lacking the ability to control a “wild animal with violent propensities.”
I think it is sad that a animal did that to a human. I really think random people should own wild animals, this is not the first time this has happened. I think that nobody should be getting sued, wild animals react however they want, whenever they want.
I learned that wild animals like chimpanzees can do a lot of damage when they attack.

In today’s paper, a Torrey Pines High School student admitted he caused a car crash that killed a friend and injured another. The 17-year-old pledged guilty Nov. 10 for vehicular manslaughter and inflicting great bodily injury and was ordered to serve up to a 547 day PERIOD in a juvenile detention camp with a following term of probation. One’s PRIMARY concern if the teenager was under the influence the night of the crash, and the youth states that he had been drinking alcohol at a party and had a TRADITIONAL breathalyzer test which had a level that measures .10 percent around 3 hours after the crash and probably was around .13 or .14 percent when he got into the car. He also was tested for other chemicals and showed clean. Defense attorney described him as an overachiever who hoped to eventually pursue his higher education.

tuesday-A man who was shot during a violent confrontation in Lincoln Acres has been identified as 37-year-old Leonel Lonnie Flores III, the Medical Examiner’s Office said Monday. Flores and a companion went to a home on Grove Street near Vista Way in the unincorporated neighborhood surrounded by National City about midnight Saturday, homicide Lt. Dennis Brugos said. The pair got into a fight with the people in the house and about an hour later deputies were called to the home after reports of a shooting. The 61-year-old resident of the home was identified as the gunman but he has not been arrested, Brugos said. Flores was taken to a hospital where he died at about 2 a.m. Sunday. Flores’ friend, who has not been identified and who may have witnessed the shooting, left before deputies arrived, Brugos said.

In today’s news a teenager gets 547 days in Jail for a DUI crash. A Torrey Pines High School student admitted to cause a car crash that killed a friend and injured another. He is ordered to Juvenile Hall for 547 days (18 months) and then to be serving a PERIOD of Probation. The judge said that the PRIMARY reason to lock him up was not to punish him, but to make him see what could happen if he continues. Authorities want the teenager to go to a Program to help him with his problem. Authorities do not allow to identify the under aged minors involved. Alcohol has been a TRADITION for many people for years, and now it can cause people to be dead. The Judge told the Minor that he cant save his friends life, but he could do it to other people.
I think its sad that one of the boys died. But its also his fault since he knew his friend was drunk. So people should know by common sense of what are the bad decisions.

In today’s news a 22 year old who committed murder said she was scared. Amanda Knox sounded casual and surprised when she heard the simple Question from her prison cell in Italy “How are you”. Amanda Knox has been sent to jail for a PERIOD of 26 years for the Murder of her College roommate. According to court documents that Knox’s roommate’s body was found in the pool of the same house they lived in. Three people were Convicted with murder including Knox, her former boyfriend, and a third person involved. In the Medieval town it has always been a TRADITION of locking up the people who committed offenses, even since medieval times. Knox’s family in the U.S know she made a mistake and said that the PRIMARY thing is that she is okay. Knox responded to the Questions “How are you” by saying good at 1st, but then saying She is scared and wont know what will happen.
I think its sad for the girl that was killed. Knox and her friends should go to Prison for murder. But I would also be scared if I go to jail for so many years.

Today I read about a 13 year boy in Hayward that ran up his cell phone bill to about $22,000. His mother was expecting the bill to be higher since she added her son to her plan, but was not expecting it to be that much money. The 13 year old downloaded about 1.4 million kilobytes of data last month. His plan did not cover data usage, so he was charged by megabyte. His mother also said that after the first media reports, Verizon said it would count for the entire account. His parents have suspended his cell phone line.
I didn’t think it was possible to spend that much money on downloading things from a cell. $22,000 is a lot of money. I think they should have blocked the media part in his cell when they first gave it to him.
I learned to block the part in where kids can download games and music in the future when I have kids, which is million of years from now.

Tuesday- today I read about a man about 46 years-old was stabbed after playing superman in saving his from being stolen. The man said he was approached from behind by two males one seemed he was a teenager and the other in his twenties. The man said he fought both of them off until the younger one pulled out a knife and stabbed him in the leg. They then ran off unsuccessful and the man was taken to the hospital. The victim was treated with minor injuries and suffers from nothing else. The police are still looking for these rebellious guys but have no lead but one. This confrontation is said to have happened in San Ysidro. Police said they caught the stabber only but the other is still n the loose.
This was a good article but it needed more information to what really helped. The police are really dumb for not being able to find the other guy if they already found the main one. I think they should pressure the one that was caught for a lead on the other.
I learned that police aren’t as smart as they are said to be on TV shows.

Wednesday- Today I read about a group of men that robbed another man outside his vehicle. The man said he stepped outside from his friends house to head home when he was confronted by three other men. Two of the guys were armed with a stick and the other with a crow bar. Then the man said the one without a weapon started beating him with his fists and reached into the victims pocket for his wallet. They then ran off and jumped into a black vehicle and drove off. They are all described as black males in their twenties. One had a right shaved eyebrow with three lines. Another had a red hooded sweater and the last one was wearing a purple shirt.
The police are still looking for the suspect and I hope they catch them. This is really what San Diego is turning into I think it’s a disgrace. This was a good article with lots of details.
I learned that San Diego is not the same and if your out at night you better watch yourself.

wednesday-A 24-year-old was robbed at a North County mall Tuesday night by two women and her foot was ran over as they made their getaway. The woman had just come out of Plaza Camino Real about 9:30 p.m. when a Ford Mustang pulled up and a woman got out and asked for a cigarette, Carlsbad police said. SHE THEN GRABBED THE WOMAN’S PURSE AND GOT BACK INTO THE CAR.
THE VICTIM RAN AFTER HER AND STRUGGLED WITH THE THIEF THROUGH THE OPEN DOOR. AS THE CAR DROVE AWAY HER FOOT WAS CAUGHT UNDER ONE OF THE TIRES BUT SHE SUSTAINED ONLY MINOR INJURIES AND DECLINED MEDICAL TREATMENT, POLICE SAID. The car was described as a white, late model Mustang with silver rims. It was last seen heading toward El Camino Real. No detailed description of the thieves was given.

It today’s paper, a 22-year-old Amanda Knox had been given a PERIOD of 26 years convicted of murder when Meredith Kercher’s body was found in a pool of blood with her throat slit in a house they shared in a University town in Umbria, central Italy. Three people, including Knox’s boyfriend, have been given 25 years convicted of sexual assault and murder with both insisting they are innocent. Her family, as well as senator from her home state, Maria Cantwell, is trying to have a campaign to PRIMARILY convince Italian authorities she is innocent.

Wednesday !
Today I read about Amanda Knox in Perugia Italy. She had been sentenced 8 days earlier to 26 years in prison for the murder of her British roommate. She had been jailed for two years since she was arrested a few days after the murder of Meredith Kercher. Meredith was found in a pool of blood with her throat slit on November 2, 2007, in the bedroom of the house in Perugia. Three people including Amanda Knox’s ex boyfriend have been convicted of sexual assault and murder. Amanda Knox’s ex boyfriend was sentenced to 25 years sentence.
I think that Amanda looks so innocent and is odd that was sentenced with murder. I wonder if they found any of Amanda’s dna on Meredith kercher’s body. If they don’t have dna like that I don’t think she should be getting accused of murder.
I learned that even people who look so innocent are not always innocent. Sometimes the innocent once are the ones that do the worst things.

Thursday- I read about the article I had read the other day a bout an old woman who was kidnapped from her own home is testifying against those who kidnapped her. There is a man around 19 years of age and a younger boy who did all the work. The victim is testifying that when she was put in the trunk she could hear everything that was happening. The lady also said she heard the boy driving the vehicle stop at a place and pick two others up. They were said to be the other man and a girl. The man is said to go on trial next year for many charges. The boy is being convicted within days of now. The girl although is not being charged with anything because the lack of evidence the district attorney has.
This was a sad story like I stated before because who does this to an old lady. The girl should get charged too because she probably knew about it and never spoke up about. The boy although is going to have some problems when he gets to prison.
I learned that when people are cruel to helpless people they get dealt with in prison.

In today’s news a sign from a death camp in world war 2 was stolen. The sign of the Holocaust sign from Auschwitz in Poland was stolen last night. For about six years for the Nazi’s during the Holocaust it has been a TRADITION to destroy all the Jews from Europe and kill them. Police believe that several people involved unscrewed the heavy metal from one side, and then yanked it out from the other. For a PERIOD of time the Holocaust camp of Auschwitz was a prison were many people mainly Jews and prisoners of war were sentenced to do slave labor until they die. The police don’t know who did it or why. The PRIMARY issue for police is to find the sign and return it to the camp which is now a museum. More than 1 million People perished in Auschwitz. About 90% were Jews.
I think its sad for the Jews who died during the Holocaust. I still don’t know what was the purpose of stealing the sign. And this event reminded people of the dark years of the 1940s.

Today I read about a student from Mount Miguel high school accused of robbing three classmates. was arrested yesterday. He was arrested a block away from the campus in the afternoon. A deputy was driving and heard what sounded like a gun shot. The deputy then saw the boy running. The deputy then ran after the boy and caught him on Ildica near Blossom Lane. A fake gun was found in his waistband. The boy was arrested on suspicion of robbery. For taking cellular phones from his classmates.
I think that the deputy decided to follow the student and have an excuse to arrest him. The deputy probably knew he robbed the other students and wanted to arrest him. How can you “hear” gunshots but then find the boy running with a fake gun. It all seems weird to me.
I learned that people get arrested for really stupid things sometimes.

Friday- Today I read about four decapitated bodies being founded in Tijuana. The bodies seem to be drug gangs related. Police said they found a note by almost every body and have yet not released what it says. The killing rate in Tijuana did drop increasingly but seems to have rose again. These killings are from gangs trying to control drug routes for smugglers. It is said that they kill each other for the right to use the route. Under investigation there was another body found in a car and had the same kind of note. Usually police receive these bodies with a note threatening them. That is probably why police doesn’t want to release what the note says yet.
I think that the killers must be rally smart because the police has no lead for the killer. I also think that Tijuana is a really dangerous to be because people die for no reason. The killers although do it to send the government a message that they are not messing around.
I learned that Tijuana is very dangerous and if you go you better have a nine in your reach just in case.

Today I read about 2 civilians and 3 officers who beat a man to death. The man who died was a Latino from Pennsylvania. The five are charged with hate crimes obstruction of justice. They were also charged with conspiracy in what authorities are calling a racially motivated attack. The undocumented Mexican immigrant was beaten until he was in a coma during a street fight with the teenagers and their friends. The incident divided the small, rural mining town along racial lines and became a flash point for racial tensions nationwide.
I think that it is good that police officers finally get in trouble for the bad things they do. It is about time ! I also think that it is sad that the Latino got killed.
I learned that racism is never going to go away, and so much hate involving another persons race can lead to death.
