Monday- Today I read about the medical marijuana trade and it’s winnings towards the panels approval. The full council gave the ok to help regulate some San Diego dispensaries. I think that this would work out for the best because a lot of people smoke cannabis and the best way to keep a lot of people out of jail is to legalize marijuana. Because about 70-80 percent of the men and women in jail or prison is for drug related cases. You see if they do legalize this marijuana then they can’t and won’t be able to do raids and stop you if your smoking the reefer. Also the city of San Diego id trying to do their best when this does become legal. They want it to be kept only for medical use and not for fun they want kids to stay away from it unless they have a card. Medical marijuana will help our economy in a number of ways.
monday :)
Today I read about how sex offenders are being contacted for an incident that occurred on a Tuesday night in Jamul. On Tuesday night a 12 year old boy was walking home, and got pulled into a truck by a man. The man was described by the boy as being about 6’3 to 6’5 with a long beard, and dragon tattoos on each arm. The 12 year old boy got a few bruises on his shoulder. The 12 year old was let go, because the man got scared of a car behind him and told him to get off the car. The man had drove for about a mile when he told him to get off. The investigation is still going on.
I think that is nasty, and it is scary to., because this can happen to anybody. It is good that nothing happened to the boy either, he got very lucky. He probably would have been murdered if the man would not have gotten scared.
Monday-
Today I read an article that talked marijuana. Is stated that this November people of San Diego County will get to vote if they want marijuana to be legalized. People in Humboldt County, San Diego County’s main provider for marijuana, are worried that if marijuana becomes legal that sales would go down drastically. They don’t want the value of bud to go down because after it were to become legal more competition would arise. To top it off San Diego’s City Council is closer to adopting rules for medical marijuana use. This November when it’s time to vote I’m voting for medical marijuana use to become legal. I’m sure a lot of other San Diego residents would agree as well.
Monday- Today I read about how the man behind the killing of Amber Dubois. The article was stating that the man pleaded not guilty to killing and kidnapping her. Well the court had no data on the suspect because there seems to have been no record of his. The victims parents are outraged about the situation. The court seemed to have let this man on parole with clearing everything in his record. This is the main reason why he is not being charged with any thing. In the article they also stated that the government is trying to make seem as if it was not their fault. They should have never let the man out of prison in the first place stated the parents of the 14 year old.
I think this was a really sad article but I think they did too much for a white girl. If that were a Mexican girl nothing would of happened. I think that they should just leave this situation alone and execute the suspect already.
I learned that just because a white girl goes missing the entire population goes crazy trying to find her.
Mondayy!
This morning I read a story about Nadya Suleman the “octo-mom”. She is fighting to keep her house from foreclosure. PETA, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, offered her $5,000 dollars and a month’s supply of veggie burgers and hot dogs in exchange for a sign in front of her house. The sign says “Don’t Let your Dog or Cat become an Octomom. Always Spay or Neuter.” I think this lady is ridiculous and California should LEGISLATE that people shouldn’t give her any money unless she works. She shouldn’t have had 20 billion kids if she cant afford them and now she's just exploiting herself looking stupid. She has a POLICY of embarrassing herself and being ridiculous.

In today's news I read about nine people that got injured in a crash involving a car and a Metropolitan Transit System bus on Thursday afternoon in City Heights. A red Mitsubishi Eclipse heading south on 37th Street failed to stop sign at University Avenue and struck a bus that was heading east about 3:40 p.m. There were 40 people aboard the route No. 10 bus. Many of the people who was in the accident were complaining of back and neck. Two of those injuries were serious injuries, and one other person was treated at the spot by the paramedics. The Eclipse struck the bus just behind the left front wheel and the impact spun the car around. The driver of the Eclipse who was identified as the age of 18 thru 25 was tryna leave but he couldn’t because the front of his bumper was all messed up. He did get away after a while. People said that they saw him running up 37th Street. The police also saw an open alcohol bottle so there thinking that he might off been drinking some beers. The car was towed away and the bus was escorted by other MTS members.
tuesday !
This morning I read about a man who crashed 13 times. Apparently the man said he had smoked some weed, and that was the reason he crashed so many times. This guy was allowed to smoke marijuana because he had a medical marijuana card. The man was 24 years old and was driving a Nissan Pathfinder. He started crashing at 2:40 p.m, and crashed into at least 7 cars. He did not stop for any of them. People also said he was driving on the wrong side of the road. He finally crashed head on into a car, and that’s when his car finally stopped. Two people were injured but were expected to survive.
I think that this guy is really stupid. He was not thinking straight and could of killed people. I hope this guy gets in a lot of trouble for abusing his right to get marijuana legally and getting way to high to the point where is acting like a complete idiot.
Tuesday- Today I read about two different subjext the first one I read about was of a pope being protected in Wisconsin on a sex abuse case. I guess in this article there was a priest that molested a sum of about 200 deaf boys. Man i think that's F**ked up because man they can defend themselves imagine how they feel when there priest or their "man of God" is touching them at first there probably thinking that it is ok because he's a "man of God" but obviously that wasn't the case cause he got caught and he's not getting punished. If that was someone else they'll probably get the death penalty. I wish he did too. I also read about the king of heroin getting arrested. the name or aka is "don pepe" this man was well known in the southern area for what he does he crossed pounds and pounds of heroin within the year this man was famous among the drug traffickers and well respected. I think that this guy luck just ran out and most likely he got's it good whereever he goes any ways so that shouldn't matter he'll be cool.
Tuesday- Today I read an article about a man who was sentenced to 34 years to life in prison. The man was accused of strangling his girlfriend to death. He then after was said to have turned the mobile home on fire and burn her. The police were then brought to a 48 mile chase. At court investigators stated that he had fled from other states because of domestic violence charges. There were about four other woman that stated he would abuse them physically. He also was fleeing from related drug charges and was put on trial. The man is being convicted as fast as a finger can snap because of his unlawfulness.
This was a good article and it made me smile because someone was put away for a long time. Also not just anyone someone who beats on woman was put away for a long time. I think that the court did good in the situation and hopefully the man never gets out.
I learned that there are very ill men out there that beat woman like if they were men.
Monday
In today’s paper I read an article about my former school Lincoln High. Friday the team took it first trip to the state championship since been opened. Lincoln was closed a few years back so it can be completely rebuilt. Lincolns policy helped the team reach greatness. The city legislated the rebirth of The Hive. Now Lincoln is back to and there going for it all. The team hasn’t been very good since they have opened, but the more comfortable they get the better. One of Lincolns star players Victor Dean a friend of mine was the main character in this article. He went to San Diego High before he switched to Lincoln as soon as they opened. Lincolns known for there Hood legal ways in sports. I hope that this strive to win continues because Lincoln has a long way to go.
_Tuesday
This morning I read a story about federal health experts saying more restrictions are needed to protect teenagers from the cancer risks of tanning beds. A panel of advisers to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommended the agency put stricter controls on artificial tanning POLICIES, from requiring parental consent to banning the practice in younger teens. Other panel members said the scientific evidence isn't strong enough to warrant a total ban. I think that tanning bed aren’t really necessary for people under 18 and I think they should use spray tans of self tanners. I don’t think there should be a total ban but I think the parental consent idea is good. I think people have other things to be worrying about rather than the LEGAL status of artificial tanning for teens.
Tuesday-
In today’s article I read about the San Diego Aztec’s current situation. It talked about the woman’s team as well as the men’s basketball team. It talked about number #5 seed Butler out scoring seed #1 Syracuse yesterday. A major topic of conversation was the fact that San Diego State started out as the #11 seed when they entered the tournament and are still alive. Tomorrow they play at 11:30 A.M at FedEx Forum Memphis, Tennessee. It’ll be aired on ESPN channel 1360 AM. State is the highest seed still alive in the tournament.
Tuesday- Today I read about a final surge to overcome Republican opposition, congressional Democrats approved the last piece of their health care overhaul last night, sending President Barack Obama a package of changes to the landmark legislation he signed Tuesday. The so-called reconciliation package, which also includes a major reorganization of the federal student loan program, passed the Senate yesterday afternoon on a near party-line vote. The end came after a grueling night and day of roll-call votes as Republicans sought to derail the bill.
MONDAY>>>>>
Today I read about an owner and five former employees of a Los Angeles based drug rehabilitation center were arrested yesterday for allegedly billing the state for treatment sessions that were never performed. State Attorney General Jerry Brown said workers at New Beginnings Recovery Treatment Center committed Medi-Cal fraud by submitting 1,600 phony claims totaling 68,000 dollars. I think this isn't that surprising this is probably an everyday thing that goes on all around the world. Probably most likely they weren't making enough money or something like that because I bet they make okay money there when they’re busy.
TUESDAY>>>>
Today I read an article that talked about an Orange County pharmacy student who choked his 71 year old mother because she nagged him to become a doctor was convinced yesterday of voluntary manslaughter. Son Nguyen, 31, faces up to 11 years in prison. Prosecutors said the Garden Grove man wanted to be a pharmacist, but his mother had paid for his schooling and said he would shame the family unless he become a physician. I think that this man deserves way more than 11 years. He tried to kill his mother what kind of sick minded person would do that?? All this lady tried to do was help her son and he took her kindness for weakness.
Wednesday- Today I read about a couple different subjects the first one was of a dog Chewing off the bumper off a police car and the officer was trying to take the dog to court and have him put down but I’m happy that didn’t work because the dog got to go home. I also read about a murder that happened over thirty years ago. Now 3 decades later the case was solved. Five boys went missing while playing hoops and they just vanished. August 20, 1978 is when it happened. They were shooting hoops until some guy walked up and asked them if they could help him move boxes. Then I read about two twin boys that got suspended for having a part in their hair. They got to go back to school because the problem got fixed but I think that it was stupid to even be suspended for that in the first place.
Wednesday
During today’s reading I read an article about an x-rated video game being offensive. The lets you approach a girl on some subway platform, and she ask you can she help you. You immediately grab her, turn her around , lift up her skirt, and escort her up stairs. When up stairs you assault and rape her, her mother, and her sister. The game is concidered offensive and illegal. The game not goes against policy, but it influences sex offenders. Women were in shock to here a story like this. I think that the people that created this game should be arrest or something. The government shouldn't legislate such thing.
Wednesday-
To on CNN I read and watched a video about a Japanese company that created the game called Rape-Lay. It’s a game where you start off as a girl then at the click of a mouse you can rape her. Many people are talking about the game. The game allows you to even impregnate a girl and urge her to have an abortion. There are posts all over youtube that show videos of people actually playing the game. The whole purpose of the game is to get revenge of a young girl that accused you (the main character in the game) of molesting her. So pretty much your just proving her right. Many woman groups say that theres no room for games of that nature because of all the violence, sexual torture, stalking and rape against women and girls.
Wednesday- today I read an article that was stating that there could be an invisibility cloak that will soon be available. The cloak is said to be a cloak made of some special crystals. It also has air pockets in which help it with the reflections. The cloak is all made of scientific studies. So there is no cloak invented yet but there will soon be one. The lab were it is being invented is a small lab that is not too complicated. The trick is too bend the light reflecting off of the object and make it unseen by the eye. This shows that the human race is becoming more intelligent and will soon do the impossible.
This article really spoke to e for the reason that it gives good information on how the cloak will work. I think that when and if the cloak is invented it will be too much money for anyone to have. There is most likely going to be a lot of crime being done with that cloak.
I learned that the human race is very intelligent and will become more and more.
wednesdy ! :( ugh
This morning I read about 9 kids who are getting charged for bullying another girl and pushing her to commit suicide. The girl who committed suicide was only 15 years old. The 15 year old girl was from Ireland and had moved to Massachusetts with her family. The small group of students who tortured this girl were kicked out of the school for what they have done. Teachers another students knew this had been going on, but no one said anything until the girl had committed suicide. The girl is said to have committed suicide because of a little relationship she had with a boy in that school that she had dated 6 weeks earlier. The 15 year old had been harassed verbally and physically.
I think this girl must have been very harassed if it caused her to commit suicide. I hop that the people that did this to her feel guilty for the rest of their life, and feel bad because they basically killed someone.
Wednesday!
This morning I read a story about a member of the ‘70s pop band KC and the Sunshine Band. He has been arrested after a 17-year-old boy said he had sexual contact with the musician, authorities said. The teenager said he had sexual contact with Richard Finch at Finch's house in Newark, Ohio. During an interview with detectives, Finch “disclosed that he did in fact have sexual contact with the juvenile, along with multiple other male teenage juveniles as well ranging from ages 13 to 17.“The sheriff's office said detectives continue to interview people and that a grand jury will consider additional charges later. The sheriff's office said detectives continue to interview people and that a grand jury will consider additional charges later. He left the band in 1980. I think that this guy is a total creep and he should be put away forever. I think that federal law enforcement should have a no tolerance POLICY against sex offenders. They need to LEGISLATE stricter laws for sexual predators.
today on cnn news I read about how in china they found 21 dead bodies of fetuses and infants. bodies were found near the Guangfu River in jining city the media says that their was no foul play in the death of the infants It was determined that the babies died in normal circumstances. In addition, two staffers working in the "repose room" of the hospital were fired and have been detained according to the person in charge of the hospital. T.V reporters said that the discovery was founded by residents that lives around the river area, a women said that while she was herding her geese she had seen the bodies she says she cant eat or sleep well because of the disturbing scene. Environmental officials said that that the most resent test for the river to check if it was contaminated came back negative, they say that the river was not a source for the city water anyway.
WEDNESDAY>>>>>
Today I read about these four people that died after a shooting in Washington D.C. Three people died after the shooting Tuesday night, and a fourth died early Wednesday. A total of seven men and three woman were injured in the shooting, but he did not know the sexes of those who died. Witnesses say that they opened fired on a crowd of people on Tuesday night. There was one assault rifle recovered. Another person was shot on nearby Galveston Street, but it wasn't clear whether that shooting was related to the other incident. This is kind of crazy because of where it happened. It doesn’t really seem like these kind of things would happen all the way over there. But I guess it just happens all over the world everyday.
Thursday- Today I read about Burmese pythons and last year their count in the everglades were about 100,000 in counting and growing. Now when people look they can barely find them. They say in the video that the issue can be with mother nature and her cold days and it probably drove them away. But the people who live in that area are happy because some of them are afraid of the pythons. I like snakes and I hope they come back soon and they nest and make more babies. You shouldn’t be scared of snakes if anything there just a long rope if you want make it easy a rope that can bite and move. I also read about violence around the southwest borderline. I guess the violence in that area decreased it didn’t stop entirely but it decreased enough for it to be announced on CNN like that. I think that there wasn’t a lot of interesting things in today's newspaper.
Thursday- Today I read about Jaime Escalante, the math teacher portrayed in the 1988 film "Stand and Deliver," died Tuesday after a battle with cancer. He was around his wife, grandchildren, and children when he died in his home in Roseville, California. Escalante became a hero for educators, earning him entrance to the National Teachers Hall of Fame and the Presidential Medal for Excellence in Education. Jaime Escalante turned the failing calculus program at Garfield High into one of the nation's best. Escalante, filmed a movie called “Stand and Deliver”, the story was about how Escalante turned the failing calculus program at Garfield High School in east Los Angeles into one of the top in the nation. The movie depicted events of 1982 when his inner-city student's test scores were questioned by officials. Those who were retested had their passing scores reinstated.
thursday
In today’s news I read about a rebel leader Dokku Umarov who claimed that he personally gave orders to attack the Moscow subway this week. In Kavkaz Center there's a Web site that regularly carries messages from the rebels, who released a video in which Umarov said he was behind the Monday attacks. The attacks were revenge for what Umarov called a massacre conducted by the Russian occupants against the poorest residents of Chechnya and Ingushetia. The incident Umarov referred to is a February special operation by Russian forces, after which there were accusations of Russians killing innocent civilians. According to Russian officials, at least four civilians were killed during the special operation near the Ingushetian village of Arshty on February 11. After investigating the incident, the officials admitted that it was the season to collect wild garlic and civilians may have been doing just that despite requests for evacuation from the area. The president noted that during the raid 18 militants were also killed. Russians will no longer be able to simply observe the battles in the Caucasus.
Thursday -
The FBI is still trying to catch a robber who robbed a Chase bank in Bankers Hill on Thursday. He entered the bank at about 4:40. He then showed the teller a handgun, and demanded money. After being given an unknown amount of money and he just walked out of the bank. They said the robber was white and between 25 to 30 years old about 5’8. Authorities also knew exactly what he was wearing. They also have him on video.
I think that Authorities seriously need to do something about the people stealing from banks. They are not thinking. So many people are stealing ATM machines, and just stealing from the teller. This year is like the year where there are the most bank stealers.
Thursday- in today’s article that I read it was about the seizing of drugs at the border. The article was about how an increase in marijuana, heroin, and ecstasy pills has big impact on the death rate. They also stated that since Columbia has been under control from its cocaine distribution over the years it has been the least seen drug around. Mexico said they have caught a big heroin smuggler that will most likely have an impact on the streets. The article was also stating that the northern border has Asians crossing ecstasy pills. There is a lot of bad things going on in California and there are a lot of drugs around here that are being smuggled into the U.S. The border patrol is trying harder and harder to catch these bad people. There is also a lot of people dying because of the drugs that are being smuggled in and it really needs to stop.
This was a good article but it got me really mad. The reason why is because of all the other drugs being smuggled in it makes our people look really bad. There are a lot of deaths too and I blame it on the smugglers.
I learned that because of smugglers a lot of people get drug addicted and more even die.
thursday-
I read about a shooting in Washington D.C. Police claim they have three of four suspects in custody. The fourth is still at large. One of the three suspects is to be about 14 years old. The arrested suspects are: Nathaniel Dwight Simms, 26; Orlando Carter, 20, and they couldn’t
They’re all being charged with first degree murder while being armed. The fourth suspect fourth suspect wanted in connection with a shooting spree that killed four people and wounded five others in southern Washington D.C. All the suspects are wanted for several shootings. Three people were killed by the four suspects. William Jones III, 19, and Devaughn Boyd, 18,and Brishell Jones, 16. The 14 year boy was taken to family court.
Monday-
In today’s news, A Tennessee man accused of planning a killing spree against African-Americans in a 2008 plot that included presidential candidate Barack Obama as a target, pleaded guilty Monday to eight charges in connection with the crime. Daniel Cowart of Bells, Tennessee, admitted to conspiring with Paul Schlesselman of West Helena, Arkansas, in planning to kill more than 100 African-Americans. The two are white supremacists who met online through a mutual friend. The men were arrested in October 2008 after an aborted robbery attempt outside Jackson, according to court records. Cowart pleaded guilty Monday to threatening to kill and inflict bodily harm upon a presidential candidate, conspiracy, intentional damage to religious property, discharge of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence and multiple gun charges related to carrying a sawed-off shotgun across state lines. Schlesselman pleaded guilty in January to conspiracy, threatening to kill and inflict bodily harm upon a presidential candidate and one count of possessing a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence. He is scheduled to be sentenced April 15 and faces up to 10 years in prison. Cowart faces up to 75 years in prison under his plea agreement.
Tuesday-
In today’s news, Nine Massachusetts teenagers have been charged with involvement in a months-long campaign of bullying that led to the suicide in January of a 15-year-old girl. Phoebe Prince's body was found hanging in the stairway leading to her family's second-floor apartment in South Hadley, Northwestern District Attorney Elizabeth D. Scheibel told reporters in the western Massachusetts town of Northampton. Prince had been harassed as she studied in the library at South Hadley High School none of whom reported it until after the death. Prince, who had recently moved to the area with her family from Ireland, was also harassed as she walked through the halls of the school that day and as she walked on the street toward her home. The Hampshire County grand jury charged 17-year-old Sean Mulveyhill of South Hadley with statutory rape, violation of civil rights with bodily injury resulting, criminal harassment and disturbance of a school assembly. The indictments charged 18-year-old Austin Renaud of Springfield with statutory rape.
Thursday-
In today’s news, A group of suspected pirates was captured Thursday after attacking a U.S. Navy frigate in the Indian Ocean. The USS Nicholas reported taking fire from a suspected pirate skiff after midnight local time west of the Seychelles. The Nicholas returned fire and began pursuing the skiff, which was eventually disabled. A boarding team from the Nicholas subsequently captured and detained three people. The team discovered ammunition and several cans of fuel aboard the skiff, which was later sunk by the Nicholas. Two more suspected pirates were captured on a confiscated "mother ship,". The detainees will remain in U.S. custody on board Nicholas until a determination is made regarding their disposition. To crack down on piracy, the international community has adopted measures including naval escorts and expanded monitoring.
Friday- Today I read about “rape lay” a game in Japan that thrives and is popular in Japan. I think that game is so creepy and nasty like why would you want to play a game called rape lay even the name is disgusting. I think the company that owns this need to do something or stop making and selling them it’s just straight nasty. I also read about Anacortes and it’s death’s and injured three workers are dead after an explosion and a few more injured. There are also a couple people missing and hopefully they are found soon so they don’t die all alone out there. I hope for all these people’s family luck and peace so their family will get better and deal with this and do their best to be positive.
friday
In today's news I read about a rescuers in northern California on Thursday found the body of Thomas Bennett, a climber who became trapped on Mount Shasta after falling ill. A seven-member rescue team flew in by helicopter and found the hiker, who had taken shelter Sunday in a snow cave. Bennett and a climbing partner trekked to the summit of the mountain, and on their way down, Bennett became sick and unresponsive. His partner Mark Thomas dug a snow cave for Bennett and hiked down looking for help. Poor visibility and weather dashed attempts to fly in the rescue team Wednesday morning. On Thursday, the team went up in a Chinook helicopter and was off-loaded near Mount Shasta's summit. They found an avalanche marker that Thomas had left at the snow cave, and the rescuers dug and found that Bennett had died. Bennett's family was notified, and his body was flown off the mountain. An autopsy was hired to determine the exact cause of death was scheduled.
In today’s news, ten people between the ages of 8 and 21 were gunned down by drug traffickers in the northern Mexican state of Durango. The incident happened Sunday on a road near the town of Pueblo Nuevo in southern Durango. The unknown gunmen set up a fake checkpoint on the road shot and even threw grenades at the victims. The victims were in a pickup truck returning to their homes after traveling to pick up money to support their school as part of a LEGAL government social program. The gunmen motioned the truck to stop but the victims, out of fear of being robbed or assaulted, did not comply. No arrests had been made in the incident. It is the latest in which children have found themselves caught in the middle of the country's violent drug wars. In January, 15 people, mostly teenagers, were killed when gunmen attacked a house party in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
Friday-
Today I read this article about a boy named Eric and his twin brother James. Both of the boys are 5 years old. James and Eric both have a disease called autism. Since both of the boys have different symptoms of the disease their parents decided to hire someone to train a service dog to aid James and Eric. Eric has problems being around people and sometimes just bolts away. James has sensory issues. The agency that James and Eric’s parents hired decided to place a dog named Caleb. Caleb is a German Sheppard that’s only 12 weeks (at the time) in the McMillan's home to grow up with the boys. They decided this because the dog was still growing just like the kids were in the McMillan home. The parents say that Caleb would try to console the boys when ever they were upset at times and it would work.
friday :)
This morning I read about a couple who neglected their own child to death. The baby was only 3 months, and they were all from South Korea. The reason of mal nourishment of the 3 month year old was because the couple was so into a video game where they had to protect their virtual child. The two parents are facing about 5 years each, with the judge considering that they have a “game addiction”. A lot of people are mad because if the judge agreed with “game addiction”, which gives them less time, this will be the first case like that in the country. The parents, or ex parents are also expecting a second real child. They say that they will not make the same mistake again.
I think that if the judge accepts the 5 years for game addiction that is the dumbest thing I ever heard of. I really do not think they should be having another baby either, If they left the other 3 month year old baby at the house all alone, while they left to go play a video game.
Friday- For today I read an article about a man arrested for attempting to rape. The man was said to have been in about four situations in one night that led to his arrest. Police have in custody of the man that snuck inside a hotel and went up to the ninth floor. He then tried to run inside a room that had two woman inside. He was ran out by the woman where he then went down to the next floor and did the same to another group of about five girls. He was chased out of the hotel and lost. Later that night he went inside a restaurant and attacked another woman inside the rest room. The restaurant employees tackled the man and held him in custody until police arrived.
This was a good article because a weird man running through downtown was caught. The man should be left in prison for if not he will be left outside committing worst crimes. The man should also be put as a sex offender and have a micro chip installed inside him to let officials know where he is.
I learned that there are weird people who would try anything to get a woman to do the nasty with them.
today on the cnn news I read about how a couple has a gamming addiction which led to their Childs death. The reason of the child death was malnutrition the parents pleaded guilty to negligent homicide on Friday. Prosecutors are seeking a five year sentence for the couple, whose defense included a statement alleging gaming addiction She died in September of malnutrition while they were involved in overnight sessions at a PC Bang, or otherwise known as a 24-hour Internet cafe. The couple would put her to bed and leave for a 10 hour gaming sessions. The game that they are addicted to is a game called prius a 3-D fantasy game in which players raise an online girl who gains magic powers as she is nurtured and grows older. The father said that he is guilty to the day that he dies. They are currently waiting for their sentence to be reduced.
Friday- Today I read about a southern California family missing since early February voluntarily left for Mexico. But the apparent inactivity of bank cards, credit cards and cell phones since they vanished continues to baffle police and trouble family members. Information gathered on the home computer of Joseph and Summer McStay indicates the couple was making travel inquires about Mexico on the Internet a week before they were reported missing. A sport utility vehicle belonging to the McStays was found abandoned on February 8 two blocks from the San Ysidro border checkpoint into Mexico. A surveillance camera captured the family stepping foot into Mexico, the investigators said. One investigator believes the four individuals seen on the security footage bear a strong resemblance to the missing family, including the hats the children wore and the woman's boots and coat.
A Drunk driver gets 12 years for killing a pregnant woman and her baby in her stomach she was supposed to give birth the week before but then she was supposed to have it on may 1st. The drunk drivers name was Joseph Anthony Venegas.
