Today I read about a sea lion that was posted at Seaport Village on Thursday. A SeaWorld crew went out to catch it with a net but that sea lion wasn’t going to get caught. The crew perceived that the Sea lion didn’t want to be bothered when they got close to it and it started to bark at them. The impact of the sea lion was exciting to the people living near by in the floating boat. The structure the sea lion was on was a boarding dock and he was putting up a struggle for the SeaWorld workers but despite there effort it still got away.

No shots hit the Coast Guard boat and there was no damage. The shooting happened after a boarding team from the Cutter Escanaba pursued a go-fast vessel suspected of smuggling drugs in international waters. The suspects managed to escape after entering Nicaraguan waters.

Tuesday- Today I read about how it is tougher enough having to avoid products with peanuts and other ingredients as a kid with severe food allergies It's tougher when someone at school waves a granola bar in your face at the peanut-free lunch table. A boy experienced allergic reactions to merly touching peanuts the impact of another person holding and waving around food that the young boy was allergic to caused the boy to have a severe allergic reaction and was sent to the hospital. The parent wishes to not say the name as bullying increase in schools.

It has been said that was killed recently but new resources has said that he was indeed killed on a strike that took place on Sunday. The sources did no want to reveal them selves because they are not able to speak to the media. While the U.S is the only country in Pakistan and Afghanistan region to fire missile drones which are remotely controlled U.S officials do not comment on suspected drone strikes.
Tuesday- Today I read about Seven U.S. Air Force gathered in Washington Monday to recount UFO sightings. UFO researcher says show extraterrestrial beings are interested in the world’s nuclear arms race and may be sending humans a message. Reports from UFOs hovering over nuclear missile silos or nuclear weapons storage areas in the 1960s, '70s and '80s. They also say UFOs hovering over silos around Montana’s Malmstrom Air Force Base in 1967. There has been even a conference they said that time has come for the U.S. government to acknowledge the UFO visits. There’s people that actually have seen UFO’s I think that they are out there. Its about time that the government take action in that situation I also think that the Area 51 has something to do.

Wednesday- Today I read about sex offenders exiting prison without GPS bracelets .At least twice in the past month sex offenders prompted multiagency manhunts in North County when they refused to be monitored by GPS- a responsibility that falls on the offenders when they get out of prison. One man who has been accused of committing a sex crime the day after being paroled , was caught days later while the second surrendered to authorities three weeks after going online. The cases beg the question why aren't sex offenders strapped with GPS devices before leaving prison. In Diego county has roughly 500 offenders who are monitored there are outstanding warrants for at least 10 that have removed there bracelets .

In today's news I read about a faced with international IMPACT over hunger-striking dissidents President Raul Castro said Cuba refused to give in to blackmail and accused the United States and Europe of launching the most ferocious media campaign against the island nation in decades. Raul Castro said that we will never give in to blackmail from any country or group of countries no matter how STRUCTURE they are. The United States and Europe have stepped up PERCEIVE on Cuba to release political prisoners and improve its human rights record. A jailed dissident Orlando Zapata Tamayo died in February after a prolonged hunger strike. Guillermo Farinas, another government opponent, launched a hunger strike from his home shortly afterwards to demand the release of political prisoners. In his speech to an annual meeting of the Union of Communist Youth on Sunday, Castro accused the United States and Europe of hypocritically holding up the flag of human rights. He called both Zapata Tamayo and Farinas common criminals who were manipulated by foreign powers. Cuba says there are no political prisoners on the communist island. They say dissidents are being paid by enemy governments to destabilize the country. Farinas has been in the hospital in recent days receiving food intravenously.
Today in the union tribune I read that a man tried to attack Lindsey lohan at a Scottsdale nightclub. leaving the lounge at about 1:25 a.m. when 38-year-old Daniel Patrick Combs reportedly lunged at Lohan. Police said Combs tried to get around security and pushed one of the guards. No one was hurt during the altercation. Combs was released at 6 a.m. Monday on the promise to appear for one count of Disorderly Conduct. I think that this shouldn’t even be in the news but. I think that this guy should be let go because he didn’t do anything but scare her, people are getting away with murderes and he has to stay in jail for something like this. The justice system is never fair because they don't know how to run the system right.

There are numerous of sex offenders alL over the county. All sex offenders should exit prison with a gps bracelet; some aren’t . According to the Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement Task Force, there are 500 sex offenders being tracked and ten with warrants for removing them. People perceive the enforcement is not doing a very good job because many sex offenders are getting away. People think sex offenders should just get a bracelet as soon as they’re released from prison. Instead, they have to report to their parole officers within 48 hours of being released to receive their bracelet. People believe this bracelet structure is not very affective , because the gps can tell your location but not see what your doing .

In today's news a federal judge had halted a lethal execution. The judge had said that he had stopped the execution because he didn’t have time to render a reasoned decision and permit adequate appeal to the review. Jovan Jackson is being convicted for illegal possession and sale of marihuana. He is sentenced for 6 years in prison so he will get out when he is 35 but this is the impact of what he did. The lawyer tried defending him with the state medical marihuana law. The law protects from prosecution for cultivating the drug and not for selling or distributing. The victory was given to district attorney bonnie dumain’s which had problems. He should've perceived the consequences if he knew he was breaking the law.
Mountain Lion spotted in rancho Santa fe. A lion spotted in this community for two times already reported by residents. The rancho Santa fe patrol said “please take precautions-don’t leave children outside unattended; don’t leave pet food or food that may attract animals outside,". Its rare to see lions around but it makes sense because of the way community is there is deer so most likely their will be lions. Mountain lions usually roaming at night. Because of the lions structure it is dangerous to come across one so residents in rancho Santa fe should be careful. Young male lions tend to make problems with residents, because of the fact they are looking for their territory. Recent sightings are assign that conservatives efforts are trying to help wildlife with new pathways to move across the developed region.

These Coalition forces rely on these convoys with supplies and gear to be structured
The manager of a local medical dispensary was convicted on Tuesday of illegal marijuana possession and sale of marijuana. Jovan Jackson age 32 faces up to 6 years up in a state prison. His lawyer had said that he would appeal the verdict focusing on a pre trial ruling by superior court. The judge had ruled that Jackson who managed a dispensary in Kearny Mesa could not use the states medical marijuana law as a defense at the trial. Jackson would be unable to because they didn’t have enough substantional evidence for him to use it in the case to show the main purpose of answerdam was cultivated of pot.
