Monday-Today I read about a chickenpox outbreak that has been reported at two Escondido schools, the county's Health and Human Services Agency said Wednesday. Seven students raining from 4 months to 185 months old have been diagnosed with the virus at Escondido Community Child Development Center and three students between 15 and 17 have been diagnosed in Escondido High School. The agency said there is known connection between the cases at the two schools All of the students have received immunization shots and are getting better, chicken pox is a highly contagious condition that spreads through coughing , sneezing, and contact with chicken pox blisters. Symptoms include blister like lesions, mostly on the face , scalp, scalp, chest, and back.
Today I read an article titled Tijuana Striving For Better Days. in this city off more than 1.6 million inhabitants there is problems because of population growth. Construction for satellite city of 1million residents has begun. If we help Tijuana it wont just help Tijuana but San Diego county too. Hoping to polish Tijuana's image .Tijuana is looking forward to economic relations with San Diego county because they will be able to get merchandise from china as well. The U.S. reflects off of Tijuana's future but, the drug gangs are one of the main causes of the violence in this city and the corruption. There's many things being done to better Tijuana's stability and better their future.
Monday- Today I read about Solana Beach city borrowing 6 million to pay for an improvement on the highway 101. There are going to make side walks and bike lanes. This could begin within a year there going to widen the road to make space. They also want to add a friendly shopping and dining district. Roundabout are going to take the place of traffic lights witch they say its better. The money is coming from SANDAG TransNet and they will ask for there money back. Voter approved countywide half cent sales tax for this project. This thing there doing on highway 101 better come out good. They will make money off this project.
Monday- Today I read about A big debate that went on at the Rock Church in Point Loma. What happened was the debate wanted to pick out flaws that were about the Porn Industry. Defending the industry is a Porn Star himself and he is Ron Jeremy. I learned that the Porn industry racks up about thirteen billion a year. I think that's crazy with how much they make a year. my personal opinion of porn is that if you like to get freaky and watch porn then go ahead and watch it. If you have an issue with the porn and the rest of the industry then pay no mind to them don't look at them because they don't bother you so don't bother them.
Today in the Union Tribune I read about a man accused of fatally stabbing his wife last year and was convicted yesterday of second- degree murder. The jury found him guilty in the slaying of Parmenia Malison who was 48 years old was with his wife for 15 years. Police found her body in the couples apartment in Encanto on April 4 2009. Now Mr. Malison is doing life in prison. I think that there was no way to say he didn’t kill her when it was in there own house. I also read in my morning blog about a man suspected of killing his girl friend then car jacking a motorist and crashing the car Monday night , and died Tuesday at the hospital . Police believe that Terry Sayachak killed omdara who was only 29 years old. She was killed with a gun shot into her head when Sayachak left the scene police followed him but then lost him. Well if Sayachak was trying to get away from the police that makes him suspicious of killing her girlfriend or having to do with it.
Today I read the article FOUR TORNADOES TEAR ACROSS ARIZONA. On Wednesday tornadoes destroyed homes, cars and other things. The winds were 110 miles per hour In Bellemont. Then another tornadoes struck in Ponderosa Pines. George Howard a national weather meteorologist says that 22 tornadoes warnings had been said on Wednesday. It is normal for Arizona to get at least 4 tornadoes in Arizona a year but the one on Wednesday was nothing like the usual. In Utah two teenagers were struck by lightning outside their school on Tuesday. In phoenix storms ripped out trees, flooded roadways, shut airports and dented cars, shattered windows and hail big like tennis balls. One couple was located in their house lying in bed when the tornado struck spraying shattered glass but luckily nothing happened to them.
In today's news I read about a utility crews who struggled early Tuesday to stem the flow from a sewage line near Arizona damaged by suspected drug smugglers who were attempting to dig a tunnel under the Mexico-U.S. border. The 30-inch line located on the Mexican side of the border runs north and carries raw sewage from Mexico carrying about 21 million gallons of it a day. The high flow of sewage was making it difficult for crews to reach the area of the leak. As the flow slows overnight more progress is hoped for. It wasn't clear whether the line had been cracked or completely broken. Officials were trying to determine how much had leaked so far. The leak is located under the intersection of Robins Avenue and International Street.
Today I read about girls being forced to get fat , in order to look preety and rich . If skinny, these young women are a disgrace for their families and cultures. Preety unusual, right ? In Mauritania, people and especially men believe that girls who are fat are wealthy because they have enough money to be fed . These young women are forced to drink lots of bowls of goat and cow milk , and eat lots of fat . They are even forced to drink chemicals that make animals fatter . If the girls do not eat everything they are given they get tied up to sticks by their toes and get hurt . Now a young woman by the name of Mint Ahmed, is trying her best to change this rule . She believes it is not healthy; it can cause diabetes, blood pressure, hypertension and heart diseases.
Today I read about hurricane Paula. The center of Paula was located about 150 miles south-southeast of Cozumel, Mexico. The context of the hurricanes winds were at 75 mph. The center of Paula is expected to approach the east coast of the Yucatan Tuesday night and Wednesday. Its to early to equate the hurricane to prior ones because its barely starting out as a category one. From the evaluation a hurricane warning is in effect for coastal Mexico from Punta Gruesa northward to Cabo Catoche, including Conumel. The storm could dump 3 to 6 inches of rain over the eastern Yucatan and portions of western and central Cuba.
Toni Ma'ree ; Monday - Today I read about a boy who got stabbed repeatedly in a restaurant . He was an 8-year-old boy, who was repeatedly stabbed at a Long Island in New York. The 8 year old boy was just recovering Saturday from a lung and other wounds. Authorities said the boy was spending time with his family at Dave & Buster's in Westbury when he was attacked by a man,23 who came from behind him. It was said that the man placed his left hand on the victim's shoulder and stabbed the boy five times with a 3 ½ folding knife. Police arrived after the boy's father and a witness captured the attacker. The attacker was identified as Evan Sachs , as the incident was as random and didn't even know the child. But as for Sachs he is to face charges a second degree attempted of murder and first degree with assault and possession of deadly weapon.
Toni Ma'ree ; Tuesday - Today I was reading about threats of ambush stall search for man in Mexico. In Zapata , Texas there was a search for an American tourist who was shot dead on a border lake as authorities said by Mexican pirates has been hampered by threats of an ambush from drug gangs. David Hartley search was temporarily halted Wednesday evening. The search resumed Thursday morning , but Mexican as Cuellar said searchers are “doing this under threat of their lives”. The shooting happened to be while Hartley and his wife explored the lake on Jet Skis is stronghold of the Zeta drug gang. He’s sent to the Zetas as he wants the body to be returned and wont be prosecute ! But as the conflict continued the stuff between drug dealers and the government erodes civil orders in Mexico. Gangs of armed thugs in speedboats have begun robbing fishermen and tourists on the lake. However , last week the gunmen in three boats were reported shot and killed as Hartley , 30 and his wife escaped.

Tuesday-Today I read about Charges against a police officer jailed in a two-state shooting rampage will be formally dropped, Brian E. Dorian 37, was to be released on his own recognizance . A forensic analysis of Dorian's home computer and its activity put Dorian at home at the time of the shootings and verified his alibi, authorities said. The officer also told them he was watching sports programs and using e-mail. Dorian's boss at the Lynwood Police Department said the officer's "reputation has been damaged and his family and fellow officers have been dragged through the mud.“The gunman was believed to be using a revolver -- possibly a Colt .38-caliber or .357 Magnum -- because no shell casings were found at either scene.

Wednesday-Today I read about Doctors who treat drug addicts have a new option at their fingertips, thanks to a decision Tuesday by the Food and Drug Administration. The FDA gave its blessing to an injectable medicine, Vivitrol, as a treatment for opiate addiction. That's addiction to drugs including heroin as well as powerful prescription painkillers such as OxyContin. Vivitrol was 50 percent more effective than a placebo in keeping opiate addicts clean for five months. However, some addiction specialists are already familiar with the drug, which was previously approved as a treatment for alcoholism, and thus available “off-label” for other uses.
Today I read about ARREST IS RELIEF FOR TEENS FAMILY. On august 27 2009 there was a shooting at Lindbergh park. Estella Martinez mother of Joanna Vargas announced her relief on Sunday happy that the suspect has got caught and will no longer be able to harm anyone else. Found in Tijuana Luis Francisco Barron the suspect of the murder was found by Mexico police and deported to the us at 1 p.m. ,On Saturday. He is going to be arraigned on Wednesday in San Diego superior court in San Diego. The teen got shot at the park when she had sneaked out of her house and she was with her 19 year old cousin and two 19 year old friends of the cousin. The girls family is happy he has been caught and justice will be made. A memorial stands for Joanna Vargas at Lindbergh park, quoting “we remember Joanna Vargas”

Thursday-Today I read about The Jonas Brothers have canceled a planned concert in Monterrey, Mexico, they announced Thursday, following an outbreak of drug-related violence there. The pop trio said they were saddened not to be going through with the show, scheduled for October 21st, The Disney-backed boy band will go ahead with concerts in Guadalajara on October 23 and Mexico City the following day. At least three grenades were thrown in the vicinity of the U.S. consulate in Monterrey late on October 1, a consulate employee told CNN the next morning. The consulate does not appear to have been the target

Friday-Today I read about Seven NATO troops were killed in Afghanistan Thursday, bringing the number of foreign troop deaths in the past two days to 13, An improvised explosive device attack killed three service members in the west, and two died in an insurgent attack in the south. One died after an insurgent attack in the east, and another was killed in an IED attack in the south. Forty coalition service members have died this October in Afghanistan so far in the deadliest year of the nine-year-old war for foreign troops In July, 65 Americans died, the highest monthly death toll for U.S. service members. Meanwhile, Afghan and ISAF forces killed several insurgents and detained many others Wednesday in the Nahr-E Saraj district of Helmand province, ISAF reported Thursday. And in Ghazni province, troops killed a Taliban senior leader and improvised explosive device expert.
Today I read about Domingo Salazar and Norma Mendez, a couple who forced a teenage girl into prostitution. Domingo Salazar had sexual relationships with the teenager as well . Leading to pregnancy . The mexican teenager lived with the couple and was forced to have sex for money , to pay rent . The 3 month-old Carlos, was never given medical attention and was beaten to death by Domingo Salazar . The couple is now charged with manslaughter in the second degree, criminally negligent homicide, improper disposal of a body, reckless endangerment in the first degree and five counts of endangering the welfare of a child .
Today I read about Mexican investigator in Falcon Lake case beheaded, officials say. A lead investigator that was investigating the falcon lake case was killed and beheaded. His head was delivered to the Mexican military in a suitcase. The report came through the next day in Tamaulipas. David Michael Hartley was shot on September 30 fatally according to his wife tiffany. There are two suspects known in this area right now all they know is they call them “el 27” y “el 31”.The investigation crew said they will not stop looking for the people responsible for David's death, though they are scared. They are investigating on the American side of the lake but because this happened on the Mexican side they cannot arrest anyone or do anything about it. There was 60 Mexican people, three boats and 1 helicopter that had participated in the search for evidence.
Thursday- Today I read about a girl by the name of Diana. She was brutally murdered and found in a restroom at city college. A male found her and then reported her. I feel really bad for her death because she is my friends cousin. I hope they catch this older guy that did this and everyone knows it was him he can’t hide forever. Not only are police looking for him but the boys on the streets are too and either way he’s going to get got or he’s going to get caught. He REALLY messed up this time by doing it. He’s crazy and madly in love with her and jealousy took him under I guess.

Friday- Today I read about a high-powered sports car ending up underwater last night in Pacific Beach. Neighbors called 911 just after 9 pm to report a car in the water near Crystal Pier. It’s kind of crazy if you think about it like how did it get there? Who would leave it there? Was this man or woman under the influence? There were two guys caught but it’s known that there are really five so three got away. I also read about the NYPD stopping traffic the Brooklyn bridge because there was some suspicious package found. They were nervous because it could be something that’s dangerous.

Today i read about Porn Actor Test Positive For HIV. A porn actor whose name wont be given away has been diagnosed positive for HIV at the California clinic.spokesman Jennifer Miller says they are trying to notify anyone who had contact with this actor.When the test had came out positive the production of his films were banned.because of the fact people don't like watching porn if they have a condom because its a turn off they don't use them in porn.The Last year a women was tested positive and right after she was done producing a film and it lead to chaos and scared actors and actresses.the context of this article was to stop the unprotected sex causing HIV.The equate of the porn films production should be to protect them from HIV or any other STD'S and make them use a condom.
Friday- today I read about Violence In Tijuana its always the same story it gets boring after a while. 13 lives were killed in less than two days. Killings started on Sunday evening included shooting and two bodies hanged at a bridge on the highway leading to Rosarito. Drug dealers are the one causing the problems in Tijuana. There just small-scale drug dealers a group trying to gain control of local drug sales. Thanks to Felipe Calderon the Mexican President he has been taking care of the drug dealers good. I hope all drug dealers get caught or hurry them up to kill them self's.
Today I read about this spaceship that will be ready to take people to space for an assessed price of 200,000 dollars. A 41-year-old Irish businessman, is one of hundreds of travelers who've signed up and trained to be among the first paying passengers aboard Virgin Galactic. Russia has a relating kind of spaceship but they charge 40 million because they spend a few days aboard the international space station. They both have the same concept but the U.S. wants to lower prices so everyone can go on this ship. Space adventures advertises suborbital trips for about half that price: 102,000. People have concepts of taking out there house mortgages to buy their spacecraft tickets. The plunging prices are opening doors to consumers that weren't able to image trips to space.
Today I read about about Michael Brewer, a boy who was burned by 3 classmates . Michael Brewer owed one of the students 40 dollars and he hadn’t been able to pay . The other student had stolen a bike from Michael’s father . After not paying up and snitching on the boy who stole the bike, they burned him . One of them threw alcohol at him , while the other one lit him up with a lighter . The students are now serving time in prison as an adult for attempting of 2nd degree murder . Michael is now done taking medication and is going to therapy to control his anger and hate .
Friday today I read about
Trapped Miners Begin To Reach Surface. The first 33men trapped in a collapsed mine were rescued early today after 69 days underground. Florencio Avalos, 31 became the first miner to exit. I Evaluate what happened in this trap with the miners because it would be real important to remember. In this contexts it also says about the machine that was used to take them out. All 33 men were rescued by this professional machine. I equate the miners that were stuck underground with me that I was stuck for a while in juvenile hall.
Toni Ma'ree ; Thursday -Today I was reading about in New York a couple who is pleaded guilty to forcing a Mexican teenager into prostitution and is now facing charges in the death of a baby who was the son of the teenager , Wednesday .Domingo Salazar and his wife, Norma Mendez, are guilty in federal court July to forcing the teenager, then when she turned 17 she was to work as a prostitute in New York City and anywhere else. The two are definitely being charged in the death of Carlos Santillana, who is Salazar's son which was 3 months old when he died 2008 .They are charged with manslaughter in the second degree, criminally negligent homicide, improper disposal of a body, reckless endangerment in the first degree and five counts of endangering the welfare of a child stated Wednesday. According to the statement it was also said that Salazar beat the child. But after the infant died they allegedly disposed of the body in a tub of wet concrete that was allowed to set. Prosecutors allege Salazar met and impregnated the teen in Mexico. In the meantime while she was pregnant she was brought to the United States after birth, Salazar and Mendez had then forced her into prostitution to pay them rent also , as stated.
Toni Ma'ree ; Friday -Today I was reading about a school shooting suspect , about a son who was mad at his mother and called them 228 times in 5 days in 2002 who got probation. There was a misdemeanor telephone harassment case in Illinois , but the victim wasn’t surprised to learn. The boy wasn’t surprised to learn he is accused of going on a shooting rampage Friday at a Carlsbad Elementary school. In 2002 the mother would get mad at the son and he would call her like 20 to 30 times over five days as they stated he was very , very , very disturbed .The Harassment case and other aspects of O’Rourke’s life are now putting a case against him. At the Kelly Elementary school shooting ending up wounding two girls ages 6 and 7 , but both are now out of the hospital and are recovering. Also, on Friday at lunch time a police identified O’Rourke who began shooting at children in a play areas ended up injuring two students before three construction workers who heard the shots were able to chase and subdue him . So , as for O’Rourke’s , 41 set in for Vista Superior Court on six counts of attempted murder for each of the rounds fired and another count for allegedly pointing the empty gun at a school staffer as well and for pulling the gun.
