-Today I read about the energy drinks that are banned because they are mixed with alcohol and that can cause a state of disorder in health. The FDA disapproved alcohol drinks in many states. Nevertheless, one company that did was banned was the four loko’s. This drink was said to not only been drinked by adults but also by teenagers. Also, this drink is known to kill a person. I believe that how was the FDA involved in these type of cases I mean drinking alcohol any kind is still a disorder for a person’s health. None the less, the company that produces these drinks said they will will fix the drink by taking away the caffeine.
Stephanie VegaMonday-Today I read about an Oceanside man who was killed Tuesday night when the car he was driving collided at the intersection with a pickup. The victims name has not been released but the county Medical Examiners Office said he was a 26 year old and lived with his family. The accident occurred about 7:45 p.m. as the man was driving a BMW south on Sleeping Indiana Road. For unknown reasons the car failed to yield at a stop sign which caused him to collide with a ford F-150 pickup. Oceanside police said the pickup hit the BMW on the drivers side. The victim died at the scene and the pickup driver suffered minor injuries.
In today’s news, Jamal Williams handled the transaction from San Diego Chargers to the Denver Broncos without much difficulty or excessive emotionalism. He simply changed to a darker helmet different color jersey and learned a new way of coaching strategy and went back to hitting the guy across from him. Shortly it had hit him that he don’t smoke cigars or cigarettes or anything like that. But being in Denver it had felt as though he had smoked a box full of cigarettes or as though his asthma had came back. He said he had not been used to playing in the high altitude of Colorado as he used to be when he played for Oklahoma. Everyday at the bronco camp reminded him where he was at with the high elevation that he wasn't in San Diego anymore but he will be today in San Diego.
Today I read The article called ENERGY DRINKS WITH ALCOHOL ‘UNSAFE'. The food and drug administration declared four lokos bad. saying that caffeine and alcohol are bad. They say alcohol and energy drinks leads to “a state of wide away drunk". This becomes alcohol poisoning and accidents. A lot of college students end up in the hospital because of these drinks and is also well consumed by teenagers. That's why they're banning four loko and taking it off the market. The drink is going to be reformulated and they're taking the caffeine out. So the FDA made a decision to Bann it but will bring it back except it wont have caffeine that’s gay.

He faces 10 years in prison. The shooting happened around 11:00 a.m. oct.15 2009, in a condominium parking lot on East Grand Ave. and resulted into a death of his ex girlfriend Jennifer Favreau she was a single mother. She was in the car during the shoot out occurred. Farvreau was shot in the torso leading to death. His charges are possession with a weapon and meth. He now awaits trial till Jan. 12
Today’s morning blog I read about the San Diego Chargers playing the broncos today. Its going to be a cool and interesting game because there was a football player named Jamal that was playing for the San Diego Chargers and now playing for the broncos. Jamal has a document of him transferring to the Broncos. Today both teams are going to go at it with their maximum strength. All these football players needed their academics to succeed in a team like this.

Today I read about a home in Shell Town that was blazing in fire. The cause is still not known. No injuries were cause three adults and three children had to be displace from their home. The fire caused 300,000 dollars in damages in structure and 150,000 in contents. I think that people should be more careful about how they live; were as no food should be kept in the stove for a long time, take your cigarette out. Also, these things just happen to people but just because their home was destroyed in a fire doesn’t mean that the government will replace it because now in days the government be acting shady with their money.
In today’s news, in North County of San Diego a man was prosecuted on the allege that he tried turning his rental home into a a virtual ‘’bomb factory’’. He had manufactured a large amount of highly dangerous and volatile homemade explosives, the man pleaded not guilty on Monday with his charges and court ordered bail set on $5 million. Authorities discovered inside George Djura Jakubec’s home near interstate 15 in Escondido the largest amount of explosives of this homemade type ever in history in this area of the United States. Thirteen homemade grenades wrapped with shrapnel and nine completed detonators also were found.
Today I read about a 2 year old boy that fell off the third floor at the Staple Center in Los Angeles (CA). Officers say the mother and father were watching the Basketball game (Lakers) as the boy shifted off on his own and found the boy lying on the floor as they went looking for him. They say the boy suffered from severe head trauma and died later on at the LA USC Hospital.CPS is involved in this case because of the age of Lucas Anthony Tang. Manage of the staple Center says he is sorry for what had to happen to this young boy , and he sends all his love to the Tang family.
Today I read about Chula Vista police officer’s gun stolen in Burglary. It all happened on Monday night when he got home. When he got home he found his house ransacked and some of his Guns and Ammo gone. The officer came home after being at the chargers game. He thinks he interrupted the burglars cause when he walked in there was a couple of things next to the door. So that makes it seem like they ran out when he got there not letting them run with everything. The gun they stole was not for his work, it was not the officers service weapon.
Today I read about dangerous thunderstorms that hit southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. The winds and tornados were so strong they knocked out homes, residents, and a lot of highways. As the hours passed by it kept getting worse so at 8:00 pm was the most dangerous part of the day.
Today I read about a 2 year old who fell in the luxury section of the Staples Center arena; the third deck of approx. 50 ft high . His family was taking pictures . Then he fell off . This happened at around 9:15 p.m. the police and ambulance got there as soon as possible . The toddler was still moving his legs and arms , but he died shortly after arriving to the hospital . Tuesday-Today I read about more than half of Americans who will have diabetes or prediabetes by 2020 , at a cumulative cost of $3.35 trillion unless something drastically changes with the U.S. health trends. Study investigators say diabetes and prediabetes will also account for an estimated 10 % of total health care spending by the end of the decade at an annual cost of almost $500 billion, that’s up from an estimated $194 billion in 2010.Approximatly 26 million Americans have diabetes. Diabetes is one of the fastest growing diseases in the country, and predict 1 in 3 children born in the year of 2000 will develop diabetes in there lifetime, which will raise their risks for heart and kidney disease, nerve damage, blindness and limb amputation.
Charlie Sheen has done a lawsuit against adult film actress Capri Anderson. She tried to extort money from him following an October incident at New York's Plaza Hotel. Anderson, whose real name is Christina Walsh. She appeared with her attorney on ABC's "Good Morning America" Monday to speak out about an alleged violent encounter she had with Sheen at the hotel. In the interview, Anderson said Sheen sent her an apology through a text message, and "offered money for her silence”. Anderson's attorney, Keith Davidson told CNN Monday evening that a civil suit would be filed "very soon“. ABC questioned Anderson about why she called a girlfriend while locked in a bathroom instead of calling the police. She answered that she was in shock, "I never expected the night to unfold the way it did," said Anderson. It is still unclear who called police to the hotel that night.

In today's San Diego 6 news, I read about this girl who died when she got out of the hot tub. An autopsy was completed on Sunday, but there wasn't much evidence to conclude the cause of her death. Additional tests have been ordered and the results aren't going to come in until a few weeks from now. The girl's name is Emily Palmeter. According to her facebook page she was a junior at San Diego School of Creative Arts. Palmeter and two of her friends ages 18- 19 were in the hot tub with her, when she left with one of the guys and the guy that went with her came back to tell the other people that Palmeter was conscious on the floor. Paramedics couldn't revive her and that was when she was pronounced dead. I send out my condolences to her friends, family, and classmates. This was a tragic event to Emily.

In today's San Diego 6 news, I read about the one month old puppy that was mutilated. The puppy was found in Mission Valley outside the store, Target with its ears mutilated. Someone had cut the ears off with just a scissor. The one month old labrador/ shephard survived the brutal attack. According to documents, investigators are investigating on who did this brutal attack on this poor little puppy. A Good Samaritan , Patricia Garcia saved the puppy at Mission Valley Target on a Friday afternoon. I strongly believe the attacker should get its consequences, because they deserve it for attacking this puppy.
Wednesday-Today I read about police in west Georgia who found a wounded Transportation Security Administration officer at his home after a woman said the man kidnapped and sexually assaulted her, then gave her a suicide note to deliver. Randall Scott King 49 of Hogansville was listed in critical condition, the alleged victim told police that King abducted her from a metropolitan transit parking lot in Atlanta on the evening of November 17 and took her to his residence. The women was later brought by someone to Union city police were she gave her statement. The crime is still under investigation and the police are working on it.
Today’s morning blog I read about a full body cavity x ray machine by going to the airport. About 400 body-scanning machines have been installed at 70 of the country's nearly 450 commercial Airports. They mostly do this for the people to save their lives to make sure there is not no bombs in a airplane. The Maximum of airports that have these scanning machines is 450 commercial airports. All the people’s documents also have to go thru this machine. This strategy took a lot of academic to make it.
Today I read about Wesley Snipes ask for bail extension to appeal. He is extending bail for the fact that they have put a tax conviction on him .Wesley's attorneys are asking if they can extend his bail cause he might have a possible appeal. The maximum he might get locked up for is 3 years. The Orlando Sentinel reports that attorneys ordered the judge to extend the bail as they are going to ask the supreme court if they can hear his case. Snipes was ordered to begin his sentence although the judge did not set a surrender date. He has been free on bail since 2008 for not filing his taxes. The actor is 48 years old and he's starred in many movies one famous one is “Blade” and he is now making a new movie called “Master Daddy”.

In this passage it said that there is hundreds of Americans that are becoming very sick and for this reason the FDA offered very important safety advice. And they are warning us about the recalled eggs because they’re tainted and very dangerous.

Today I read about Airlines across the country that their rules keep getting intense. The thing is that they are up grading their system of protection. For example, they are having x-ray all over the body just to check for anything suspicious. I think that even though these things take forever to get into the plane at least people can know that they are more safer than ever and that no harm will be done to them because the security is more strict and things will be good.

He was killed in the crash eastside of the 900 block of Glorietta Boulevard at about 9:45 pm . Bunker was a front seat passenger when he was taken to UCSD Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. I'm confused at how the truck hit the tree from the beginning . I send out my condolences to the young boy that had died.
november 29 2010 Today I Read Fisher: Brighten The Holidays For A Foster Child. She and her daughter headed to the mall and they were going to buy a Christmas gift for this foster girl who they wont meet ,but will make her Christmas. All they knew about this girl was her size and that she liked the color purple and pink. After foster kids always being neglected and abused and jumping from home to home she thought shed make a difference.Theyre happy in making the girls day because they know that the people in this girl school will be talking about the great gifts they got on christmas. She said once you donate to this program you want to keep doing it knowing you will make some ones Christmas.Recieveing gifts is a tradition and unfortunately 482 children didn’t get adopted but will hopefully get a Christmas gift. The dead line for adopting a Foster kid was December 8 and if they didn’t get adopted during the adopting period they're going to have to wait till the next adoption season.
