Monday- Today I read about an amber alert issued for a ten month old little baby boy. He was believed to be taken by his father in front of the home. What I don’t get is that he is the father so why should he get in trouble for getting the child when it’s his own. I don’t believe that kidnapping at all. The parents were fighting for legal custody. When the child was taken the mother went inside for a little bit and that’s when the father took the child. Authorities found the fathers car abandoned and they believe he is headed for southern California. I hope that the father isn't retarded and hurt the baby or something.

He has been charged with the deaths of four men found decapitated and hanging in a highway bridge. The boys name id Edgar Lugo Jimenez will be charged in juvenile court of delinquency. They had planned a fight from Cuernavaca to Tijuana. The boy and his sister are being held to face charges on dec.2.Then their second sister who also got arrested for driving them there. They were looking for a boy nicknamed el “ponchis” who came out in violent videos and finally they found him and he confessed to doing this because he was high on marihuana and being threatened. His dad also says that the Mexican soldiers threatened him that they'd kill him. They believe el Negro is the one he worked for. They think Alfredo Beltran leyva was the one that was their leader. In October His 20 year old cousin got caught. They are residents of Logan heights and they got stopped not that long ago in border cause of the stop. Because of this a lot of people are now having to pay the price for everyone else's mess.

In Today’s News, officials at Point Loma Nazarene University said Wednesday that a woman was raped by a San Diego Police Officer . The rape allegations were reported last week to El Cajon police by hospital officials who said they were treating a woman who said she had been sexually assaulted by the officer and another woman at an El Cajon home. The Officer was placed on unpaid leave , Friday , and ordered to surrender his badge and his gun. Therefore , El Cajon detectives informed university officials about their investigation , that the school issued a memo Tuesday night addressed to faculty staff and students. As said , no further details about the investigation is made on whether to file charges , but could take up to two weeks , so case still open .

Today I read about when authorities that were trying to help a sick man and a child in a truck on a Florida highway also found a body in the vehicle Monday. The incident started in the morning when a pest control truck pulled to the side of the road. Firefighters came to the scene and found a man and a boy suffering from some type of illness. Both were rushed to hospitals and were in serious condition. Some of the firefighters on scene also became sick from fumes coming from the vehicle and had to be hospitalized. Hazardous material team was called in and while going through the truck authorities found a body inside a bag. The man and boy had not been charged but the police did search his house. My thought to this is that it’s crazy how people get caught up from one thing to another and they are stupid to enough to fall for it.

Tuesday- today I read about The former figure skater, Tonya Harding's , is expecting her first child with husband Joseph Price. Harding, who rose to prominence in 1991 after winning the U.S. Figure Skating Championships, became notorious in 1994 after her ex-husband and bodyguard hired another man to injure her competitor Nancy Kerrigan's leg, an attack which caused her to withdraw from the national championship that year. She later pleaded guilty to hindering the prosecution after denying foreknowledge of the plot but admitting that she had not come forward once she found out. Harding, who was banned from amateur skating and completed probation, now lives in southwest Washington.

Today I read about Libyan police that CLASHED with protesters chanting anti-government slogans and demanding the release of human rights activist early Wednesday. Up to 200 protesters in the coastal city of Benghazi were supporting human rights activist and lawyer Fathi Ternil, who had been detained earlier. Several people were arrested after police confronted the protesters. I think that these people that CLASH together in something just for one single person is crazy. I mean they don’t do that here in the states that which they should because there is a lot of things to protest about but than again it’s not all about violence.

Wednesday- today I read about a young college student named Jenni Lynn Watson’s getting killed after telling her boyfriend at the time that she wanted to see other people. Even though her phone was never found they got a hold of the phone records and discovered that after she was killed a text was sent from her phone to a friend. Apparently that’s what got him caught. The man denied any involvement with her murder even after he was sentenced to 23 to life. The suspect allegedly placed Watson's body in her car and drove off, only to be stopped several minutes later because there was no front license plate on his vehicle, Fitzpatrick said. Pieper, who received a warning, decided then to dump the body.

In today’s news , I was reading about three who were killed in Gaza . The Israeli military fired on the three militants who were trying to plant a bomb near a security fence in northern Gaza. The three Palestinian men in their 20’s were then killed , but said that the same thing had happened last year as well , but blaming the Hamas for it all. The area adjacent of the security fence is used by terrorist organizations as cover for their activities, including planting explosive devices, or planning terrorist attacks and or kidnapping . They think the cause of all is they want to kidnap ( Israeli ) soldiers.

Today I read about Gary Ridgway, the confessed “Green river killer” expected to plead guilty Friday to a 49th slaying. He also killed a 28year old mother more than 28 years ago. Authorities filed an aggravated murder charge against Ridgway related to the slaying of Becky Marrero, whose remains were uncovered last December by teens exploring a steep ravine near the town of Auburn. The count is the first filed against Ridgway since he admitted to serial killings in 2003. The most prolific known serial killer in U.S. history, Ridgway is already serving 48 consecutive life sentences for murdering women. Forty-six of the bodies were found near Seattle -- which is part of King County -- while two were in Washington County, Oregon.

Today I read about the teenage boy named ”El Ponchis” who was charged with possession of drugs and the beheading of four Mexican Citizens in Cuernavaca, Mexico. The boy pleaded guilty to the charges and his sentencing is pending. The boy is facing a term of three years in prison. These murders started when the kingpin of the cartel in the Pacifico which his names I s Beltran Leyva was killed by another drug cartel who was trying to take power of Cuernavaca. More than 15,000 people died last year since drug cartels started using teenagers to kill people from other cartels. I think that the law in Mexico needs to compute to something more better and achieve a higher stander in how they set the laws in teens because in the U.S. a teen kills somebody he’s getting life without the chance of parole; but over in Mexico this kid murdered 4 people and is only getting three years. A person being on probation as an adult on their first time gets one strike and a 5 year suspension even if he walks down the street past curfew all that is just baby time. I think that this guy is nuts and that he will do anything to get what he wants.

This morning I read about a bonus program in San Diego that has been chosen to be eliminated. There is going to be a meeting of the city’s rules committee and it will consider several changes to an incentive known as Bid to Goal. Mayor Jerry Sanders said that he’s aiming to end Bid to Goal, and it has drawn fire for awarding bonuses to 90 percent of water and wastewater employees through the years. He’s going to bring a lot of changes to the City Council for approval, because the incentive program was negotiated with employees.
