Monday- Today I read about some teenagers that were attacked by a group of six men. I think that the robbers are adults but young adults. They robbed two fifteen year old boys on Saturday in East Side of City heights, they stole a cell phone and there wallets. I think the kids learned not to walk near alley’s unless they know how to protect themselves. I also read about the tsunami that has wrecked thousands of lives in Japan. I feel really bad for this and hope that one day the one’s that got affected by this Tsunami will be able to rebuild their lives and make it better. Japan’s rescue workers used chain saws and began to dig for dead bodies or for missing people. This earthquake has killed thousands of people. A lot of people went without food or water for three days. I just hope there situation gets better.
Monday- today I read about Lindsay Lohan must decide by March 23 if she will accept a plea deal that would send her to jail or move closer to a trial in the necklace theft case, a judge told the actress Thursday. Lohan would return to LA county Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz's courtroom on March 25 if she is ready to plead guilty or no contest to the felony grand theft charge. Otherwise, a preliminary hearing will be held April 22 before another judge. Judge Stephanie Sautner, who would hear the case in the event of a trial, would also consider the matter of Lohan's probation violation at the April hearing, Schwartz said. The actress faces possible jail time for violating her probation for a drunk driving arrest because of the theft charge. Shoplifting offenses are charged as petty theft if the property taken is valued at less than $950. The store owner claims the "one of a kind" necklace is worth $2,500, police said.
Monday- Today I read about how Japan at the moment is having black outs and how people are trying to go back to work and have a return to normal life even after all the events that’s happened over a short period of time, and because of these things people are preparing themselves. Certain Items like water, bread, and instant noodles are scarce. Mostly these items are not of the selves anymore.
In today’s news , one was killed and four others were wounded as police in New Orleans said were looking Sunday for the person who opened fire in the restaurant, whom killed one of four other teens. The teens were at a restaurant party when the gunman opened fire and fled. The teen that was shot was an 18 year old who died at the scene on Port Street shortly before midnight Sunday. As said , the teen died , and for the others they were taken to a hospital while authorities try to figure out what the motive for shooting was for.
Today ive learned from the reading that Two Buchanan County Sheriffs deputies remained hospitalized in serious condition one with life-threatening injuries after they were shot Sunday by a man who would earlier killed two of their fellow deputies using a high powered long range rifle
Today i read about a gang allaged rape, that happened in cleeaveland ,TX.Eighteen men and teenagers including a middle schooler were arrested under the charge of "gang rape".Twenty-eight is the count over all that they belive they might arrest. The little girl they raped was only eleven years old they raped her in a abonden trailor home 2 or 3 blocks from her home. It is legally pronounced that regardless if the other attacker didint do anything they be arrested. It is more like a policy done by law to take care of the odds. This new legistlation has taken place in alot of crimes.

This morning I read about an Ohio death row inmate that was executed Thursday with a new single-drug method, using a chemical commonly employed to euthanize animals but never tested on humans for such a purpose. Johnnie Baston was pronounced dead at 10:30 a.m. at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville. had been convicted of the 1994 murder of Toledo store owner Chong Mah, a South Korean immigrant who was shot in the head at close range. Baston had denied that he killed him. The new drug administered by corrections officials was pentobarbital, a barbiturate that is used by veterinarians to put down pets.
Tuesday- today I read about The alleged gang rape of an 11-year-old girl has torn apart a Texas community, with some focusing on the girl and her parents as much as, if not more than, the 18 people accused of sexually assaulting her. “It is segregating our community," Brenda Myers, the head of the Community and Children's Impact Center in Cleveland, Texas, told HLN's Vinnie Politan on Monday. "There's a lot of anger, a lot of vicious remarks toward the little girl.“This month, police said 13 adults and five juveniles have been arrested related to their investigation of an alleged rape late last year in Cleveland, a community about 50 miles northeast of Houston. Darrell Broussard, Cleveland's assistant police chief, said that the 18 individuals charged thus far are between 14 and 27 years old.
Tuesday- Today I read about what people are doing to help around. I read that the United States Naval and Military forces along with Doctors and such are all working and bringing supplies such as first aid, meds, and food to people caught in the tsunami, earthquake and now the nuclear power plants explosion. The body count is in the thousands as of now.
Military men were also exposed to low levels of radiation for the plant, after burning there clothes and washing them down them came out clean and there good now.
Tuesday- A woman believed to be in her 50s is in the hospital with major head trauma and internal injuries after being struck by a vehicle around 6:05 a.m. Tuesday. According to authorities, the woman was walking near Luna Avenue and Regence Road in Clairemont when she was stuck by a Honda going about 45 miles per hour. The Honda rebounded from the pedestrian and crashed into another vehicle. The woman appears to have hit the windshield and was thrown over 30 feet from the impact. She was conscious and breathing when she was taken to the hospital.
In today’s morning blog I read about 7 children being burned. A rural Pennsylvania community will say goodbye to seven children who were killed when their parent's farmhouse went up in flames last week. The children ages 7 months to 11 years died March 8 when the fire fully engulfed the Mennonite family's two story house. This was one of the sections that I read about 7 children being burned. The police can barely get a theory to this. This is almost similar to what happened a couple weeks ago of a some kids burning in a house that’s why you should not leave your kids alone in the house because you never know.
In today’s news , there was a bus accident along the New Jersey Turnpike near East Brunswick that killed two people and injured 42 others on Monday night. It was said that the driver for some reason lost control , struck a guide rail and a concrete abutment and crashed. The 50 year old bus driver was then killed when he was ejected through the front window as for the second person died at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital while 5 others were in the hospital’s trauma unit.

Today i read about how last week in florida a three year old boy was beaten to death by both his parents. Mom and dad where popping pills and drinking when their son had an accident and wet his pants. they both beat him on difrent sections of his body. Then as he lay there dying they put a movie on and ordered a pizza! It wasant until the next day that his mom realized he wasan't responding. She then called 911 giving them a theory of a seizure. Tough when the doctors checked his body the bruses he had where no near similar to a seizure. Later on the truth came out and his parents are both to probobly get charged with the death penalty. I think this is one of the million most horrable things ive ever read and its heart breaking how a mom in particular can do that to her three year old baby.
Monday-
Today I read about Israeli commandos intercepted a ship in the Mediterranean Sea Tuesday and found weapons bound for Gaza militants. The Israel Defense Forces said that according to ship documents and information gathered from the crew the vessel initially departed from Lattakia in Syria and then proceeded to Mersin in Turkey. Turkey had no connection to the incident. The IDF said the ship interception is part of the Israeli Navy's routine activity to maintain security and prevent arms-smuggling, efforts to keep weapons from being transported to anti-Israeli militants in the Palestinian territory of Gaza. Israel's military "acted in order to defend the security of the country," Defense Minister Ehud Barak said. "The attempt to smuggle weaponry to Gaza shows that radical elements are continuing in their attempts to attack Israel and undermine regional stability.“ The IDF said the crew didn't resist the commandos and the vessel was being led to the Israeli port of Ashdod for inspection. I think that this damn world is going to end pretty soon.

This month, police said 13 adults and five juveniles have been arrested related to their investigation of an alleged rape late last year in Cleveland, a community about 50 miles northeast of Houston. Darrell Broussard, Cleveland's assistant police chief, said that the 18 individuals charged thus far are between 14 and 27 years old. On Thursday, Quannel X, a community activist, traveled from Houston to help stage a town hall meeting called to address rising concerns especially in Cleveland's African-American community about the case. Among other issues, he said that the girl didn't do enough to stop the alleged assailants. Those tried as adults could face 25 years to life in prison if convicted on charges of sexual abuse of a child, a first-degree felony in Texas, the Cleveland Police Department said in a statement. I think that these repst should get like life in prison or death.

Today I read about a Texas woman who mysteriously disappeared more than two weeks ago after her home and vehicle were destroyed by fire has been found. The family of the 62-year-old victim reported her missing on March 3, the day her property was set ablaze in rural Parker County west of Fort Worth, Texas. According to Parker County District Attorney Jeff Swain, if convicted, Maxwell could face five to 99 years in prison or life, as well as a fine up to $10,000.
Wednesday- today I read about A three-judge panel has reversed a lower court's ruling to try a 12-year-old murder suspect as an adult. Lawrence County Judge Dominick Motto had refused a request to send the case to juvenile court because the youth refused to accept responsibility or admit guilt, and therefore deemed him a poor candidate for rehabilitation -- something that is considered vital for approval to send serious cases to juvenile court. The case now goes back to the lower court, the Lawrence County Court of Common Pleas, in front of the same judge, Dominick Motto. The hearing to determine whether he'll be transferred to juvenile has yet to be scheduled. The youth has consistently asserted that he is innocent of the February 2009 killing of his father's pregnant girlfriend.
Today I read about Japan tsunami, Nothing to do but run. Some guy named 16-year-old Minami Sato never took the tsunami drills serious. She thought the walls would protect her but she's dumb.”There's nothing we could do but run” said the girl , it was so immense and now half the population Is deceased. 8,000 people are missing . Immediately after the quake, Katsutaro Hamada, 79, fled to safety with his wife. But then he went back home to get a photo album of his granddaughter, 14-year-old Saori, and grandson, 10-year-old Hikaru.Just then the tsunami came and swept away his home. Rescuers found Hamada's body, crushed by the first floor bathroom walls. Shizugawa, 30 miles (50 kilometers) from Hamada's home in Iwate province's Ofunato city, had been preparing for just such a disaster since at least 1960, when the largest earthquake on record — a magnitude 9.5 — hit Chile and triggered a tsunami that swept the entire Pacific Ocean and hit Japan. This is sad I say we all pray for Japan.
Wednesday- Today I read about hw Japan’s Emperor Akihito was talking on the Tele and talking to the people of Japan about even after all these devastating events to stay strong and never give up hope that’s things with turn out right. This was the first time the emperor has spoken to the public. Everyone is working together to help everyone who had suffered from these tragic events. I read that the nuclear power plant is on the edge of becoming a serious problem, this will be a dangerous and terrible out come if they can’t fix this problem right now they are working hard and trying to find the solution to this problem.
- I an not going to lie about how any of the following words such as policy, legislate, and legal have anything to do with this for the fact that they have nothing to do with this situation. They have policy but none of them have a thing to do with this. To legislate about the situation with Japan would mean nothing, in my view, people can’t worry about the little things such as legal and legislation when everyone is in danger on another globe disaster.

today i read about how families in japan keep looking for their family. A man was despreatly searching for his wife in all the refugees. Another similar event with japan is two other miracle bodies that where found. A 20 year old man was under a building with a damaged leg, and a 75 year old lady was also found under a car.I also was reading about the radiation problems that are going on in japan. I dont think it is legally safe to have those problems. I think they should legistlate a new law with a new policy regarding the people who live around there.

Today ive learned from the reading that The U.N. Security Council is considering a new draft resolution that includes a no-fly zone over Libya and additional economic and political sanctions. But council nations remain divided on the no-fly zone proposal
Thursday- today I read about Jury selection began Wednesday in the murder trial of a second Connecticut man accused of killing a mother and two daughters during a 2007 home invasion. It's a process that is expected to take months. The trial for Joshua Komisarjevsky is scheduled to start on September 19 in New Haven. It's the same place where Steven Hayes, 47, was sentenced to death in December after being convicted on 16 of 17 charges related to the same home invasion. Prosecutors alleged that Hayes and Komisarjevsky, in July 2007, invaded the Petit home in Cheshire beat and tied up Dr. William Petit, raped and strangled his wife, Jennifer Hawke-Petit, molested one of their daughters, and set their house on fire before attempting to flee. On Wednesday, Connecticut Superior Court Judge Jon Blue divided 19 prospective jurors into four groups for questioning through Thursday afternoon. He noted to the jury pool that the case has gotten publicity, but that "just because you've heard of the case doesn't mean you can't serve."Some prospective jurors, however, were excused after indicating they were unsure if they could put their feelings about the crime aside. One man told the court that he has discussed the case with his family and believes Komisarjevsky is guilty.
In today’s news, a man was suspected in the slaying of a 44 year old woman , whose body was found on a Jamul ranch , Monday when investigators learned he had been admitted to a hospital. It was said that they had been looking for Miguel Sanchez, 32 since Saturday morning when the body of Maria De Rubio was found. The woman was found in Sanchez’s private quarters on the ranch where he works, but was not said how she died. Monday, after issuing a bulletin investigators learned he had been admitted to Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa on Friday under a different name. So, he was then arrested at the hospital Monday on suspicion of murder.
In today’s news, a woman was killed and a suspected drunken driver was arrested early Monday after a rollover crash on a downtown freeway on-ramp. The woman was a passenger in a white sedan that was heading onto northbound interstate 5 from 11th avenue about 2:10 am , when the driver lost control of the car. The victim died at the scene and another passenger was hospitalized with minor injuries. As for the driver, who ‘s name was not released was not injured , but was arrested .
In today’s morning blog I read about a diet and how people want to lose their fat. If you're trying to lose weight close your eyes for a minute and imagine the moments that make you fat. The problem: You're on vacation and you want to kick back, relax, and enjoy the local cuisine but you don't want to come home with pounds to shed. This is not a policy of not doing a diet to do it so do it. It is legal to not eat too lol.
Thursday- Today I read about how Japan its trying to look for a silver lining of hope for the future, but hope or not its won’t help the facts that’s thousands of lives are either lost of missing and the total is still up in the air. People have been doing quite well in the shelters from the tsunami and have been all getting along without fighting or looting. Everyone is sharing everything and others say it was a eye tearing view to see such a things after such a series unfortunate events.

Today I read about Montana Medical Marijuana stores that got raided In a move that drew fire from medical marijuana advocates, federal authorities raided 26 medical marijuana dispensaries in 13 Montana cities, saying they have probable cause to believe that the businesses are involved in large-scale trafficking. The search warrants executed Monday are the culmination of an "18-month, multiagency investigation into the drug trafficking activities of criminal enterprises," Michael Cotter, U.S. attorney for the District of Montana.

Today i read about a missing girl in Bolingbrook,Illinois. She is 24 yars old by the name of Stacey Peterson. Her husband is SRG.Drew Peterson said the last time he saw her was on sunday. Though the crazy thing is one of his 3 wifes was found dead in her bathtub about 7 years ago. Stacey was already beggining to tell her family and frieands that her relationship at home was getting agressive and she wanted outs with it. To me this is important because people dont realize the damige the people in the "goverment or law inforcement" can do , i feel as tough they dont treat us equally and it is wrong, for now he is the nimber one suspect.

Today I read about Libya announced an "immediate" cease-fire and a halt to military action Friday. It was not immediately clear how his announcement could affect plans of some countries to intervene militarily in Libya -- authorities in Britain and France had talked before Koussa's remarks of imminent military action. Speaking to reporters Friday in Tripoli, Koussa said Libya plans to protect civilians and provide them with humanitarian assistance and that it is obliged to protect all foreigners and their assets. He also called for a fact-finding mission to sort out the events on the ground. Koussa says the Libya was disappointed in the imposition of a no-fly zone, arguing that it will hurt the civilian populatio. He also said the use of military power violates the country's sovereignty and goes against the U.N. charter, but he acknowledged that some countries may yet intervene. Another reason why the world is going to end.

Today I read about the death toll in Japan. The deaths were marked 6,911 and 10,316 people missing. Japan's minister said that they will continue the search for more missing and dead people. Under ruble and many destroyed building and streets it will be hard to find but they will not give up. I think that this earthquake did too much damage i'm glad i'm not over there few; but my heart still reachs out towards them.
Friday- today I read about A Yale University lab technician pleaded guilty Thursday to murder and attempted sexual assault in the killing of graduate student Annie Le in 2009. Raymond Clark III will be sentenced to 44 years in prison as part of the plea agreement. In court Thursday, prosecutors described injuries to the victim and evidence of attempted sexual assault. Le, 24, was strangled to death. She had a broken jaw and collarbone, the prosecution said. Clark's DNA was "all over" the crime scene, including in her underwear, the state charged. Le's body was discovered inside a wall of a Yale lab building four days later after an extensive search by the FBI and police. Clark, 26, admitted the facts as the prosecution presented them but pleaded guilty under a legal precedent that allows him to do so while still officially protesting his innocence. Clark was not a Yale student but had worked as a lab technician at the university since 2004, after graduating from high school. He lived with his girlfriend, who also is a Yale lab technician, according to police.A Yale faculty member described Clark's job as maintaining colonies for animals used in research.

Today I read about NASA's Mercury probe Messenger has become the first spacecraft to go into orbit around the closest plant to the Sun. Confirmation of the probe entering Mercury's orbit was received Thursday evening. The space agency is hoping to get the first pictures back from the Messenger probe in orbit by the end of the month. The primary science phase of the mission is scheduled to begin April 4. "For the first time in history, a scientific observatory is in orbit about our solar system's innermost planet," he said. "Mercury's secrets, and the implications they hold for the formation and evolution of Earth-like planets, are about to be revealed.“ I think that this is a big step for the NASA and they better hurry up and figure out a way of leaving earth before a nuclear war kills us all.
Today I read an article titled Slow Eating and Weight Loss: Does the Science Support It. The belief that you will lose weight if your eat slow has been around for a long time. studies show that if you snack then eat 30 minutes later you will get fuller faster. Feeling like you’ve had a good meal is probably an important component of any weight-loss strategy. So why eat slow and not enjoy your food like you wanted to when you can eat fast and it'll all have the same outcome.
In today’s morning blog I read about some kids that brought cocaine to an Elementary school and started to share with other students with it. School says some of the students swallowed the cocaine and others snorted it. The students are fine after they were checked by medical officials. Also the kid that brought the cocaine is facing charges. The kids that did this were at the ages of 8 and 9.
Friday- Today I read about the government of Libya called and emergency cease fire towards misrata. Misrata under bomb attack many in injured from tanks vehicles last night. Libya's foreign minister Moussa Koussa was telling that Tripoli made the decision on making the “immediate” attack also had stoppage from military usage. Also that Koussa responded saying that Military’s power has violated the country’s sovereignty and against the United Nations Charter, And that some countries may interfere in the country’s situation.

When the wave came it hit the car but the car was floating on top of this wave and this wave was about 7 feet in the air and the car was on top of it and also it was video taping it at the same time. Reporters say that this was wonderful of how this car was floating on the wave and at the same time video taped this wave. Today I read about a man that was under the influence in city heights and was hit by a bus running diagonal across 54 st. he was hit pretty hard in the head and suffers from head trauma, it’s a policy that the MTS stay in contact to know the results of his situation. Also another man was killed in a motorcycle accident. He lost conrtol of his speeding bike and crashed into another call injuring a woman in her car. I think their should be a legislation making a lane with the policy of only motorcycles drive.
