She was vomiting when she was brought up by the bus. She was in the water for 29 hours. Dian Nyad is 61. She was struggling thorugh ocean swells wuth shoulder pain and asthma. She attempted to swim 103 miles. The attempt to swim from Cuba to Florida was the second for the swimmer, when she first attempted the crossing but was unable to finish. Thursday- Today I read about three men that have been charged in the death of a 20-year-old mother who was found in a New Hampshire pond near where her toddler was discovered alone in a car. Anthony Papile has been charged with the second-degree murder of Krista Dittmeyer. Trevor Ferguson and Michael Petelis have each been charged with one count of conspiracy to commit robbery. Authorities said the killing stemmed from a drug-related robbery. Two of the suspects allegedly plotted to rob Dittmeyer of drugs and money, the affiliate reported, citing court documents. One of the suspects sent Dittmeyer a text message telling her to come to his apartment. When she arrived, Papile allegedly hit her in the head with a rubber club, the affiliate reported. Authorities said she was then bound with duct tape and placed in the trunk of a car. Sometime later, Dittmeyer's body was left in a pond. Last month, a passer-by spotted Dittmeyer's black Nissan Sentra with its hazard lights flashing in a parking lot of the Cranmore Mountain ski area in North Conway, which is in eastern New Hampshire. The witness noticed the car was "running, the driver's door was slightly ajar and there was a baby in the back seat," according to Conway police spokesman Christopher Perley.

According to the credit card research firm cardhub.com Americans added 18.4 billion to their debt loan. In the second quarter a 66% increased from the debt they accumulated in the same quarter last year and 368 % more than they tacked in 2009. despite the recent spending spree the total amount of credit debt consumers have accumulated is still significantly lower than in previous years .in current trends continue, however, consumers could find themselves deeper in the hole. Carhub which analyzed the consumer debt data from the Federal Reserve, estimates that consumers will run up about $54 billion more in credit card debts by the end of 2011 than they did in 2010.
