Hundreds of militants attacked American and Afghan troops in eastern Afghanistan on Saturday, opening fire on an outpost from multiple locations with rockets, mortars and heavy-caliber machine guns, according to an initial U.S. military report on the battle.
( 3 reflections...I agree or not agree...because)
I am saddened by the deaths of the troops, they have many family members that morn their innocent deaths. I hope the president can figure something out so no more of our troops die fir nothing. I can't stand the terrorist who attack just to make a statement, these are people's lives that are used.

(Monday-Jesus E) In today's paper I read that In Cold War-era Berlin, artists and others who decried the wall dividing the city into east and west used its concrete expanse as a broad canvas for political and personal expression, over the years turning its gray surface into multihued graffiti art.
And in Tijuana today, those who protest U.S. immigration policies have the border fence.
In the nearly two decades since fencing began to appear on the U.S.-Mexico border between San Diego and Tijuana, the fence has become its own political canvas of sorts, with stretches of it serving as a backdrop for installations that have included thousands of wooden crosses, painted coffins, paintings of skulls and of doors that go nowhere, save for the desert. In my opinion I think that it is cool that people show the government what they feel by drawing or putting crosses on the wall if they cant talk about it and then write or draw about it! the wall wont look dry it will have some color.
Today I read that four people found dead in a suburban Chicago home were the victims of a murder-suicide, a coroner said. A man, a woman and two boys were found dead Wednesday in a house in Addison, Illinois, west of Chicago, according to the DuPage County coroner's office. A statement from the coroner's office identified the four as Thomas Mangiantini, 48, his wife Elizabeth, 46, and the couple's two sons, Angelo, 12, and Thomas, 8. The deaths of Elizabeth Mangiantini and the two children were called homocides in the coroner's report. Thomas Mangiantini's manner of death was ruled a suicide, the report said. Police received a 911 call from a woman at 6:30 a.m. CT Wednesday, according to CNN affiliate WGN-TV in Chicago. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a female dead downstairs in the house and the bodies of three males upstairs.
Monday- Today I read about how a new cell phone application was made to help immigrants be safe. This is supposed to help people crossing the border by helping find easier terrain. The application can also be able to find the closest border patrol office and even find some water. Like always there is some white person trying to stop things like this and he is trying to sue the makers of this application. There were two members involved in the making of this product and they are only doing this to help keep people crossing the border safer. The reason is because some immigrants sell all they have in Mexico to try and get over but most end up not making it at all and loose their lives. The border patrol is not happy with this but they have to live with it because there is nothing they can do about it.
I liked this article because finally there is something invented to help immigrants be more successful. I also like how the order patrol agency can not do anything about it. This was a good story in giving really good news.
I learned that most people trying to cross are now going to be safer and more successful.

In today’s news a Nazi Holocaust Guard goes to trial. John Demjanjuk, 89 faces charges of bringing about 27,900 Jews to death in World War 2. The Axis REGION was an area which included: Germany, Poland, France and other countries where many Jews and other people were forced to do Slave labor then die. The defense team argued that Demjanjuk was forced by the Nazi’s to Exterminate The Jews. The axis have INVESTED there time in Murdering Jews and fighting in the war. The Defense line argued that there were other Holocaust Exterminators who have been founded not Guilty. According to the SURVEY he was kicked out of the U.S to Israel for the past, then returned back to the U.S for Court orders, Then deported to Germany where the trials occur. Demjanjuk was a prison Guard in the Sobibor death camp in Poland which killed about 167,000 Jews.
I think he should go to prison since he killed many people in the past. One lesson in life is that the past doesn’t go away even if many years happen. The trial is expected to last until may of next year.

This morning I read about a couple who crashed a President Obama’s first state dinner at the White House. The couple is getting charged with 16 civil suits. The couples court records reveal extensive paper trail in federal bankruptcy and state court filings. The way they were able to get in was because A Secret Service checkpoint “did not follow proper procedures”. The couple did not respond to CNN requests for comment Thursday. The couples face book is full of pictures showing her at social events around Washington. The couple also spends a lot of time in court for several different reasons. In the pictures, apparently they were talking to a lot of celebrities including Oprah.
I think it is really weird that the couple even got in to the White House Party. Security must be really stupid. If Security let random people in then they could have let in some terrorist in that case.
I learned that Security in the White House is not doing their job well.

Alleged Nazi camp guard John Demjanjuk had no choice but to bring Jews to their deaths in extermination camps, Demjanjuk's defense argued Monday as his longawaited trial got under way.Demjanjuk, 89, faces charges of being an accessory to about 27,900 murders during World War II.But his defense attorney, Ulrich Busch, said Monday the court was imposing a "moral and judicial double standard."The retired autoworker from Cleveland, Ohio -- a native Ukrainian -- was a prisoner of war during the conflict, and would have been killed had he not done what the Nazis ordered, the defense team arguedThe defense line that Demjanjuk was forced to help the Nazis represents a change for the defendant, who has denied in the past that he was a camp guard. The guards forced to help the Nazis were "victims, not culprits -- survivors, not murderers," defense lawyer Busch said.Higher-ranking German SS officers in a similar situation have been found not guilty of war crimes, the defense argued. The Munich state prosecutor brought the charges against Demjanjuk for his alleged role at the Sobibor death camp in Poland, where the Nazis and their accessories killed at least 167,000 people, according to the U.S Holocaust Memorial Museum.About 30 relatives of victims have joined the prosecution case. In Germany it is possible for the families to join the prosecution case as co-plaintiffs, representing named individuals who died in the death camps. If Demjanjuk is found guilty, it will not be only for 27,900 anonymous murders, but for the murders of victims specifically named by the coplantiffs. There are very few remaining survivors of Sobibor. CNN efforts to locate one were not immediately successful.Demjanjuk's defenders say he was a Soviet prisoner of war at the Trawniki camp, where Nazis trained prisoners to assist with the extermination of about 2 million Jews in occupied Poland. Those prisoners of war had no choice but to assist, the defense said. Demjanjuk was brought into the court in a wheelchair, accompanied by medical personnel and a German-Ukrainian translator. He did not speak in the opening phase of the trial, and had his eyes shut most of the time. The trial is expected to last until May of next yearHe was deported in May from the United States to Germany. The German court originally accused him of complicity in about 29,000 murders. The prosecutor's office said it revised the number because some of those who had allegedly died in the camp when Demjanjuk was there were already dead during the transport to Sobibor.Demjanjuk lost a U.S. Supreme Court case against his deportation. His lawyers had asked the high court to consider their claims that he was too ill and frail to be sent overseas. They also raised human rights and other legal issues. The Munich State Court ruled earlier this year he was fit to stand trial. But doctors have restricted the time he can be tried each day to two sessions of 90 minutes each, said Anton Winkler, Munich state prosecutor. The accusations against Demjanjuk date to the late 1970s, when the U.S. Justice Department accused him of being a Nazi guard known as "Ivan the Terrible

This morning I read a story about a man who got hit by a car after stopping a car break-in. After the man interrupted the would-be thief, the suspect hopped into another car and hit him. He then hit another car and sped away. This happened on black Friday in a Wal Mart parking lot in Chula Vista around 9:20am. I think that this story is kind of funny, because he wasn’t seriously injured. I think that people should mind their own business. It wasn’t his car so he should’ve just walked away. However, I don’t think it I right stealing from people. They have INVESTED their time and hard work to buy the things they have, so people shouldn’t steal from other people.

In today’s news a suspect in the shooting of four police officers was shot dead this morning. Maurice Clemmons was killed this morning in the Seattle REGION of Washington, after challenging an officer who approached him. Maurice Clemmons was carrying a weapon stolen from one of the dead officers and was found dead with a bullet wound in his abdomen area. According to the police SURVEY the person who shot Clemmons was a seven year veteran of the Seattle police force who noticed a stolen car. The officer who killed Clemmons was not injured and was not identified. The officer who killed Clemmons INVESTED most of his time to keep Seattle a safe city from crimes or problems. Authorities Regretted shooting the man, but are glad its all over. Police have also arrested three other people in suspicion of assisting Clemmons with his crimes.
If Clemmons did kill many people he should go to jail. But its also good that some retired officers still try to help the city. The police will examine the suspects and decide whether there free or Guilty.

Tuesday-Jesus) in today's paper I read that Nearly extinct 50 years ago, the Amur tigers of Siberia rebounded after the Russian government imposed protections. For the last decade or so, the tigers' numbers have been small but stable.
New data suggests a change for the worse.
Results of an annual survey by the Wildlife Conservation Society and several Russian organizations shows a 41 percent drop in the Amur tiger population from its average over the past 12 years, with the sharpest decline occurring this past winter. The tiger once ranged across most of Siberia, as well as parts of China and North Korea. Now an estimated 400 to 500 animals are believed to remain in the wild, mostly in the Primorsky and Khabarosvksy regions of the Russian Far East. In my opinion I think they should try to save them and stop killing them and start breading them they are part of history and the wild life.

Clemmons was 27. He'd spent the past 11 years in an Arkansas prison, convicted of offenses including robbery, burglary, theft and taking a gun to school. He was facing a 95-year sentence. A decade later, Clemmons is the subject of an intense manhunt in Washington state, suspected in the deaths of four Lakewood, Washington, police officers who were shot to death Sunday as they met in a coffee shop before starting their shifts. Authorities have said Clemmons is believed to have entered the Forza Coffee Company and opened fire on the officers with no warning.
Police tracked Clemmons to an east Seattle home Sunday night, but after a standoff that stretched to nearly 12 hours, they entered the home and found that he was not there. In 2000, Clemmons told Huckabee that the crimes occurred when he was 16, had just moved to Arkansas from Seattle and had fallen in with the wrong crowd.

Today I read about the little five year old girl Shaniya Davis who was found dead. She was found six days after reported missing. Shaniya was kidnapped, raped, and then murdered. She was found 30 miles from her hometown in Fayetteville, North Carolina . Shaq O'Neil payed for her funeral. He was touched after seeing the Nancy grace show about Shaniya. Police have charged Mario Andrette McNeill with kidnapping and said he also will face murder and child rape charges. Davis' mother, Antionette Nicole Davis, has been charged with human trafficking and other offenses.
I think that Antionette Nicole Davis is the ugliest person alive. Not only is she ugly but she is horrible for prostituting her own child. I think she should also be the getting charger with murder.
I learned that justice is not always fair.

Tuesday- Today I read about a fifth grade teacher who was accused of molesting a couple of children in her class. It was said to be that the teacher got really close to a kids family by actually moving in with them after her divorce with her husband. The kid said that she would go in his room at night and start kissing him where she then would tell him that it would feel good if he put his private parts in her mouth. He also said that she would put her breasts in his face and tell him to actually start kissing them. Protesters are still looking in on evidence and this teacher might be looking in at more than ten years in prison. There was another kid who is trying to say that he also had sex with that teacher when he was under the age of 18. The teacher was trying to say that he never told her he was younger than 18. Officials are still looking in on that count and the trial is still on for more information.
I think this was an interesting article for the reason that you never hear about a woman molester. I also think how its weird how the family actually let the teacher move in with them. The kid is probably going to have trauma after all of this drama.
I learned that even girl teachers can be weirdo’s not just guy’s.

This morning I read a story about a 5-foot Burmese python found on a trail in Batiquitos Lagoon in Carlsbad. A volunteer at the lagoon caught the snake. This snake was most likely set free into the wild by an owner who did not want the responsibility anymore. Wild Burmese pythons grow to 12 feet on average, and specimens reaching 19 feet have been reported. People shouldn’t buy animals unless they are ready to have the responsibilities of that certain animal. If you do feel like you can no longer care for the animal you should sell it to a pet shop or something. Its not fair for the animals or the people that happen to come into contact with it. I would never ever let my animals go, I don’t even think they can survive out there. People should INVEST more time into learning about the responsibilities of the animals they plan on buying.

Today I read on CNN news sport how the New Orleans Saints killed the patriots last night on Monday night football. They had a problem stopping Drew Brees Arial assault last night because he threw for 5 touchdowns and Tom Brady had no touchdowns and 2 interceptions just for 233 yards that’s horrible while Brees had the perfect game and the perfect rating. Now the Saint perfect season keeps on going. I think this is good for the city of New Orleans because they need something like this in there city after so many different devastating moments happened.
Today I read about the mexican cartel the leader of the Zetas drug cartel in the Mexican state of Veracruz was killed in a gunbattle with federal authorities. Braulio Arellano Dominguez, also known as "El Gonzo," "Zeta 20" or "El Verdugo," was mortally wounded when federal police and sailors went to search a house in the city of Soledad de Doblado. Arellano Dominguez opened fire with a .38-caliber revolver and was wounded in the firefight, officials said. He died while being transported to a hospital. Three other suspects were arrested. Officials said they confiscated five cars, four motorcycles, a submachine gun, a hand grenade, four pistols, more than 150 rounds of ammunition, communication equipment, three bags containing unspecified powder and pills, 74,900 pesos ($5,655) and $107 in U.S. currency. Los Zetas, formed by former Mexican elite commands soldiers, consists mostly of ex-federal and local police. More than 12,000 people have been killed since President Felipe Calderon declared war on the drug cartels after taking office in December 2006. He has deployed thousands of military personnel and federal police in his battle against the drug traffickers

Today in my morning blog I had read about five teenagers that have recently been arrested with narcotics strapped to their bodies in what authorities are calling a new tend in drug smuggling along the boarder. The Us customs and Boarder Protections officers arrested the teenagers, all U.S citizens, on Thursday and Friday at the San Ysidro and Calexico ports of entry. Agents seized roughly 17 pounds of Weed and just more than a pound of brown heroin, worth an estimate $38,000. A 16 year old boy from Chula Vista wearing a sweater on a warm day caught attention of officers at the San Ysidro port of entry, so the officers search him and the Officers found almost three pounds of Weed in packages taped to his legs. That same day another 16 year old boy was stopped. Agents patrolling the lines of pedestrians at the Calexico port of entry said the boy looked nervous and walked very oddly. The border patrols also search him up and said they found a package taped to his thigh containing more than a pound of brown heroin.
Today in my morning blog I had read about a 59 year old man who was struck by a Car nearly two weeks ago when elderly driver slammed into the lobby of a Tierra Santa dentist office and has died. The man died Tuesday after having been injured in April 15 crash on Tierra Santa Boulevard near La Cuenca drive. He lived with a roommate in spring valley and his name has not been relapsed. Police said the accident occurred when an 86 year old woman was pulling into a disabled- parking spot and was unable to put her foot on the brake. The car ran over a pole and drove through the front glass windows of the office The car was completely inside the building . The victim was pushed out about 20 feet and was pinned against the wall in the reception area . He suffered multiple fractures and organ damage and went into cardiopulmonary arrest two days after being hospitalized.

This morning I read a story about a man in New Zealand who rescued his wife from a river, but he couldn’t save his 13 year old son and he drowned. The wife's car had plunged into the river late Saturday. The husband arrived on the scene a couple minutes later to hear his wife screaming in the dark and his son’s friend with the family dog scrambling up the river bank. The son was trapped in the submerged station wagon which was nose down in the river. The husband said “Instead of going down and risking my life as well as my wife and son’s. I chose to take V ( his wife) back and sat on the shore praying. It was all I could do.” Personally I think your son would be your priority and not your wife. The wife has lived her life, but the son was barely 13. I think the man had poor judgment and should've INVESTED more time into saving his son. I think that if you were to take a SURVEY, most people would agree with me.

In today’s news the country Iran will press its nuclear program. In the REGION of Tehran, Iran the Government will INVEST there money to build ten sites to enrich uranium. This was said by the Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The U.S officials say that if the plans are True then it would be a serious violation under the U.S security council agency. The U.S asked a SURVEY fro other Country’s opinion about the Nuclear Programs. Iran insisted that the Nuclear program is designed for Energy production and not for Nuclear Bombs. Ahmadinejad said that the Countries need for energy will grow dramatically over the next 15 years. They want to produce at least from 250 to 300 tons of Nuclear Fuel.
Wednesday- Today I read about the border in Mexico’s side is full of crosses for those who have died trying to cross. The story reads that there were about fifty-one hundred crosses. They were put on the part of the border that is in Mexico. They are in Playa’s de Tijuana and are being recognized by both sides. This was made to make the border patrol agents feel bad and make them feel like its their fault. There have been more people that have died trying to get to the other side to get a better life but they cannot be recognized because most of them don’t have any family to do it for them. Each of the crosses represents one of the thousands that tried to get across but failed and passed away in attempt. The crosses are going to stay up for as long as they can stay up for so all the deaths on there can be put out to the publics eyes. These people just wanted to have a better life and they ended up going away early.
This was a really sad story and I think that the border should be knocked down and let any one who wants a better life in. There should be a second thought to the government because after all Mexican’s did help build this whole country. This should be something that is in the governments minds and not be forgotten about.
I learned that the border is one of those big problems that the United States has and is still unsolved.
Today I read about that the San Diego Chargers honored their 50 best players all-time greatest players, as voted by the fans and a panel of experts, in a pre game ceremony. Forty-four of the players were on hand, including 11 from the current team they were not in the ceremony but they were introduced before the game. Head coach Don Coryell, who required to use a walker. Coryell wore a royal blue and gold No.1 jersey from the 80’s and before the introduction he was arm in arm with Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Fouts and receiver John Jefferson. The Chargers invested money in those players to play in the NFL for their region.

Today I read about a minivan that was to full and crashed. The minivan carried 13 children and two adults. The car was not designed to carry that many people. The crash killed 4 children and the driver. State police said the car likely blew a tire out. None of the children were wearing seatbelts. The four kids that died were between the ages 2 to 14. Police to not have any updates on the injured children.
I think the driver is really dumb. Everyone should have been wearing a seatbelt, especially if there was a two year old involved. I have family members who drive with a lot of people in the car with no seatbelts, but if my family members are taking a baby they make sure the baby is at least fastened in the car seat.
I learned that a car tire can explode if it has to many people in it.

In today’s paper I read about the border fence that divides Mexico and San Diego. In Tijuana today those who protest US immigration policies have the border fence. The p painting and installation the most recent a collection of 5,100 wooden crosses hung from the fence at Playa de Tijuana last month are memorials to those who have died in attempts to traverse the border illegally most of them though rough terrain to the east. The fence also had acted as billboard for political candidates as a structure. They are trying to do something about this and find out in what way they can do this. Along the fence they say they will find lots of art and so much more.
Wed-Jesus) in today’s paper I read that Troy Keenan used to catch snakes as a kid in North County, but Sunday he snagged something that doesn’t exactly belong here: a Burmese python.
Two hikers spotted the python, which measured about 5 feet long, near a trail that winds along the northern edge of Batiquitos Lagoon in Carlsbad. Keenan, a volunteer for the Batiquitos Lagoon Foundation, was working in the foundation’s nature center at the west end of the lagoon when the hikers reported their find.
Keenan said he immediately headed for the python near the trail at a section of the lagoon called Aviara Cove.
“I kind of tiptoed into the pickle weed and saw it stretched out,” Keenan said. He grabbed the snake’s tail, put his baseball cap over its head and grabbed the reptile behind its neck. In a few moments, the python was in a trash bag and animal control was on its way. In my opinion I believe that it is a dangerous thing to catch snakes even though its exiting and your adrenaline I high it could kill you and or others around you anything can happen when messing with a wild animal.
Thursday-Jesus) in today’s paper I read that At the end of December, Stan Wasowski, a walking encyclopedia of Southern California weather, departs the National Weather Service’s office in Rancho Bernardo for the last time. When he leaves, a nose for numbers and a rare skill at explaining the complexities of the atmosphere to the public walks out with him.
Wasowski, frequently heard on local radio stations and quoted in newspapers, is retiring from the agency after 24 years, the last 14 in San Diego.
“It’s safe to say he is the voice of the weather service, San Diego,” fellow forecaster Steve Brandenburg said. “There will be a hole that will be very difficult to fill.”
In my opinion I think that it sucks that a man with such experience is going to retire but then it is ok because he did all he could and was a man of example for other people and maybe one day someone else can be like him and take over his work, it is good for San Diego to have people like that man working for the city and specially with his experience! I hope that they find someone as good as him to take his place.
Thursday- Today I read about how there was a man found two miles away from a crime scene was arrested for attempted murder. The man was said to have shot his girlfriend in the face. The woman is in critical condition and is also on life support. The man like every other criminal is denying the murder and said he had no idea she was shot. The man was seen walking about two miles from the scene and had no evidence on him that led to him being the killer. He is being held on trial because this is a real serious situation. The man probably did shoot her because he stated that he had left because they got into an argument. The man is in custody and is awaiting his trial.
This was a sad story because over an argument the man shot her in the face. Well even though it has not yet been proven that he shot her i believe he did . As soon as the woman can speak she is going to go to prison for the rest of his life.
I learned that relationships can also lead to death.

In today’s news an accused Serial killer pleaded not Guilty in Cleveland, Ohio. Anthony Sowell,50 pleaded not Guilty to the Charges of having 11 dead bodies of women in his house. In the REGION of Ohio many people suspect Sowell for the disappearance of some people. In 1989 28 year old Mary Cox told her family she was going to the store in East Cleveland, but was never seen again. The Store Cox said she was going to was only a couple miles close to were Sowell lived in 89. There were three women who manage to escape from Sowell’s home and tell the Authorities the things that Sowell did to them. According to the SURVEY Sowell has INVESTED some time in Prison in 1990 for Sexually assaulting a woman, and was released in 2005. The County Prosecutor is seeking the Death Penalty for Sowell’s crimes.
I think its sad for the women who experienced the Rapes and murders cause by Sowell. Sowell should be Guilty and should be Executed for his crimes. The trial will be set in December 7th.

Today I read about three boys who were booked on suspicion of bullying red headed kids. The students called the prank “kick a ginger day”. This day was inspired by a South Park episode. A 13 year old was booked for cyber bullying and the other two 12 year olds were booked for battery on school property. The three suspects identities were not released because of their ages. They could all face misdemeanor charges, but it was unclear when the case might be submitted for possible prosecution. Four girls and three boys reported that schoolmates shoved or kicked them on November 20 at A.E Wright Middle School in Calabasas. No serious injuries were reported.
I think this is kind of funny. I also think that the boys were not really thinking, and didn’t know that they could into this much trouble. I know a lot of people are going to blame South Park more than they already did.
I learned children do act on watch they see or hear.

This morning I read a story about some grave robbers that stole a billionaires coffin. It was the coffin of billionaires Frederich Karl Flick, who inherited his wealth from one of the biggest financers of Nazi Germany. The coffin disappeared from a cemetery in Austria in November 2008. a German newspaper said that six men were arrested on suspicion of being the grave robbers. Hungarian police have returned the coffin and it’s remains to Austria. I think that these men INVESTED a lot of time into this plan. I think it is highly disrespectful to disturb a resting person, even spiritually. These men will be cursed for disturbing this guy. I don’t understand what the point of doing this was, the story didn’t state whether there was anything of value inside the coffin. I think there must have been something in there that they wanted.
Thursday CECIL.This morning i read about a man who was found dead in the pool of his apartment complex. The man has been identified as 32-year old gang Wu. Wu was found submerged at the rancho villas apartments on Rancho Penasquitos Boulevard near Via del Sud on Thursday about 8:20a.m. Wu was married, worked for an international bioscience company and lived at the complex with roomates.
Today I read about the enforcement staff of California political watchdog agency yesterday recommended a $ 20,000 fine against Assemblyman Joel Anderson for violating campaign contribution laws. After investigation triggered by a report in the San Diego Union-Tribune , the staff of the Fair Political Practices Commission found that the La Mesa Republican accepted contributions in excess of the legal limit. The donations.Coryell wore a royal blue and gold No.1 jersey from the 80’s and before the introduction he was arm in arm with Hall of Fame quarterback Dan Fouts and receiver John Jefferson. The Chargers invested money in those players to play in the NFL for their region. The accusations against Demjanjuk date to the late 1970s, when the U.S. Justice Department accused him of being a Nazi guard known as "Ivan the Terrible
Friday- Today I read a continued story on a man who assaulted his wife. The story said this gang related man assaulted his wife and held his family hostage was finally arrested. The man was found because the police gave an anonymous call to say where he was at. The police found him hiding out in a garage in Linda Vista. This man stands charged with assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, and more charges on battery. The family was relieved to have this monster behind bars and cannot wait for his trial. The mom was so scared she thought he would of came back and done worst. The police are also relieved to have a criminal behind bars.
This was a happy ending for this story because the family can now be safe from a criminal. Well, the whole community can now be restful at last and thank god for that anonymous phone call. I hope the man gets a long time behind bars and learns his lesson.
I learned that criminals don’t always get away because every where they go there is always a snitch.

This morning I read a follow up story on a story I read earlier this week. It was about a snake that was reported to be a 5-foot Burmese python found on a trail in Batiquitos Lagoon in Carlsbad. A volunteer at the lagoon caught the snake. However, experts with the animal control services department, re-examined the snake and concluded that it was a Columbian red tailed boa. The boa constrictor is a heavy-bodied species found in the Central America and South America REGIONS, and on some island of the Caribbean. They can grow up to 13 feet long and weigh 60 pound. Red tail boas are more well tempered then a Burmese python, and they are easier to manage. Animal control officers are working on finding the boa a new home. Regardless of what kind of animal it is, you shouldn’t let it free into the wild. It’s not fair for the animal and other animals and humans in that area.
Friday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Aaron Zendejas changed turned a three year old life around. Aaron Zendejas allowed the child to be molested under his care. Aaron pleaded guilty Oct. 28 the days he was set to go to trial. He got charged with committing a lewd act on a child, a kidnapping allegation and production of child pornography for commercial purposes. He was sentenced yesterday to life in prison, and will become eligible for parole in 15 years. Aaron did not molest the three year old himself, but he would take him to Jared Jaffe who is 30 to get molested. Jared Yaffe is has victimized several other children. Jared Yaffe us also under arrest. The 3 year olds mother also feels betrayed. She has know Aaron Zendejas since she was 14 years old and turned to him in a time of need.
I think that because of this stupid man Aaron a lot of mothers or fathers are not going to want to place their child in the care of a man. A lot of people already do not want men as their Childs babysitter. I feel bad for the 3 year old child, I think it is so sad, He is going to remember this for his entire life.
I learned to be very careful with whoever takes care of your child

In today’s news a Baby sitter faces life in Prison for aiding in Child molestation. Before being molested under the Baby sitters care a 3-year old boy loved to play with his toys, but now he hates to have fun. Aaron Zendejas, 25 use to INVEST his free time to baby sit for boys and teenagers, but no one has known that he was kidnapping them and selling them to a child molester. Zendejas pleaded guilty on Oct. 28 and was sentence to life in prison. According to the SURVEY Zendejas did not molest the boys, but he brought them to Jared Yaffe, 30 to molest them. The Deputy district attorney said that Yaffe victimized the children and teens between March and September of 2008. The relatives of the child went to the hearing to tell the judge what was wrong with him. In the REGION of San Diego County Zendejas and Yaffe were arrested during there dealings.
I think it is bad for the boy to go through that much pain. Both Zendejas and Yaffe’s should go to jail for hurting them. Yaffe’s punishment is still not decided.

Today in my morning blog I read about a really horrible incident that happened to Billy Jones Johnson . Billy was pulled over by the police and after the police had asked for his drivers license . When the officer had gotten the license and went to the car the officer heard a loud gun shot . He went back to the car and Billy was dead with the shot gun on top of him. Police don’t know if he shot him self or if it was a homicide. Police were very curios because the shot gun was on top of him if he would of shot it should it would of have been laying on the passenger side next to him. Billy's family was very shocked and devastated because he was such a good football player with scholar ships. He had just gotten a scholar ship form Alabama , Mississippi state and also Oregon . He was accepted in many schools. No one knows why he would do such a tragic thing to him self . I think that Maybe Billy had a permit for his shot gun and Billy try getting the shotgun to tell the officer about it and at the same time the shotgun was blasted.
