Today I read about Merhige, who had apparently been at the Monroe County motel since December 2, did not resist apprehension by U.S. marshals, authorities said. It was not immediately clear whether he was armed when marshals burst into his motel room, more than 200 miles from Jupiter. Merhige made a first appearance in a West Palm Beach, Florida, court later Sunday morning in a hearing that lasted only minutes, according to CNN affiliate WPTV. He is charged with four counts of premeditated murder and attempted first-degree murder. Asked by the judge if he had anything to say, Merhige declined comment, WPTV said. His next court appearance is scheduled for February 1. He will be held without bond at the Palm Beach County jail. Merhige had paid cash at least two weeks in advance, the U.S. Marshals Service said in a news release. He was on a computer when marshals burst into his second-story room. Merhige had tried to disguise his 2007 Blue Toyota Camry with a car cover and had switched its vehicle tag with one from another car he'd owned, the statement said. He also had shaved his head in an attempt to disguise his identity, the Monroe County Sheriff's Office said. Last month, the marshals added Merhige to their list of the Top 15 most-wanted fugitives. A total of $100,000 was offered as a reward for information leading to Merhige's arrest, the sheriff's office said, and the tipster may be entitled to it. The agency also released some distinguishing characteristics about Merhige, saying he was known to either fake or display symptoms of obsessive compulsive disorder, such as frequent bathing and shaving, and difficulty making decisions. He also had faked or displayed symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome, and taken several prescription drugs for the ailments, the agency said.

Monday- Today I read about an elderly woman who was being sexually molested. A man was being accused of this because he was caught in the act. The woman is said to be incapacitated and was too old to let anyone know of these occurrences. The man was also said to have done it at least two other times. This whole situation put a scare on people because it happened at a retirement center. People that have elderly living there were so surprised and some were very scared. The police have arrested the man who was caught in the act of sexual activity. The man is in jail awaiting trial and is going to do quite a bit of time.
This was a sad story because the victim was incapacitated. Then again the man was also an elderly man so its ok in a way. The man should not have done that to the woman unless she really had a choice.
I learned that even at retirement homes raping occurs so that shows people are perverts everywhere.

Into days news I read about a Grant County Sheriff on-duty deputy was killed when his patrol car flipped over Sunday night near a town in Ephrata. Deputy John Bernard was on routine patrol just after 7:00 Sunday night when deputies say he hit a curb with his patrol car and flipped the vehicle westbound on Road 5-NW at State Route 283, about 9 miles south of Ephrata. No other cars were involved in the crash. Deputy Bernard was announce dead at the spot by first responders. His body was removed by the Grant County Coroner and it scheduled for autopsy in a couple of days. The 52-year-old Bernard was from Moses Lake and was a four-year veteran of the Grant County Sheriff's Office. He would be missed by a lot of people he left behind. His family are going to missed his appearances also his fellow members of his squad in Grant County.

Into days news, I read about a father who is facing charges after his two year old son fell into a fire pit during a New Years party in Palm Bay. Palm Bay police say 24- year -old Michael Bargeron was drinking heavily and wrestling his son near a small bonfire in the backyard of his home. Witnesses told police they warned Bargeron to keep the child away from the fire but he didn’t listen and allowed it to happen. A girl Michele Demartino claims Bargeron was far from the fire when he was wrestling with his son. “It was just an accident”, she said. Demartino was not nearby when the boy fell in. The mother rushed him to a nearby hospital. He was airlifted to Arnold Palmer with serious burns. Officials say he is expected to live. Bargeron is facing aggravated child abuse charges.

In today’s news the tallest tower in the world has been opened in Dubai. Many people say it’s the tower is DISTINCT and cant be ignored from far away. The cities mayor Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum is due to lead celebration of the silvery construction. It reaches 818 meters into the sky and has over 160 stories. The Construction Businesses that made the tower said it was the same FORMULA for making Blocks ( Base x Height). Many businesses say that in the future even taller buildings will be built, some reaching over 200 stories and that this is just the beginning. Its POTENTIAL is to be used as a new Global center in the future for many countries. Some people think it’s a bad idea because of the Electricity it waist and because of the difficult plumbing.
It is amazing that Giant towers could be built and in just a few years. But I also think it’s a bad idea to make Giant towers and that making buildings is better. I support my opinion by the facts that it uses to much electricity, difficult plumbing, and terrorist attacks might occur that could start a war.

This morning I read a story about a home invasion theft of marijuana in Sacramento. Two gunman claiming to be law enforcement officers, then handcuffed four people inside and ran out with an undetermined number of pounds of marijuana. One victim was able to free himself and then chased after the gunman going south on Highway 49, where the pickup carrying the gunmen crashed into a tree, killing the driver. The other gunman was flown to a nearby hospital. I think that the chase had the POTENTIAL to fatal for more people than just the driver. I want to know about the charges the men who were growing the weed will get.

In today’s news a dog saves a boy from a wild cougar attack. Austin Forman from Canada was lucky enough to be saved by a guardian angel dog that saved his life. On Saturday an 18 month gold retriever saved her 11 year old master by getting between him and the wild cougar. Most dogs do have the POTENTIAL to save there family if they are attacked. The mother of the Austin said that he went to the backyard with the dog angel at about 5:30 Pm to look for fire wood and that the dog started to act strange around the boy. It was DISTINCT that the dog knew there was something strange around and that the owner couldn’t detect it. Then when the cougar appeared the dog fought with the cougar while the owner went inside to call 911, and after the cougar was controlled the dog suffered many wounds and injuries. The FORMULA is that if you care and love your dog that they will protect if there is a situation.
I do think most dogs are noble and brave to protect there owner. Its  that the dog got hurt while fighting the cougar. But I like that the dog was able to protect her owner.

Today I read about The head of the Beltran Leyva drug cartel has been captured, Mexican federal police announced. Carlos Beltran Leyva, 40, was arrested Wednesday in the northwest city of Culiacan after showing a fake driver's license with the alias "Carlos Gamez," which authorities knew to look for, police said Saturday in a statement. He later admitted to his identity. Police also found at least two guns, several cartridges, cell phones and other items during the arrest. It came just two weeks after the drug boss' brother, Arturo Beltran Leyva known as "El Barbas" or "The Bearded One" was killed in a shootout in Cuernavaca, outside Mexico City.

In today's reading I read about the major of the Philippines who pleaded guilty to a dozen of murder charges against him. Mayor Andal Ampatuan Jr. pleaded "not guilty to all the 41 charges”. The major could be facing an additional 16 charges in the Nov. 23 massacre that killed 57 people. Authorities have said the killings were part of a politically motivated attempt to keep an opponent of the politically powerful Ampatuan family from running for governor. And there were thirty journalist among them that were killed. The authorities raided there warehouse and ranch last month an took away firearms, ammunition, and cars. I think the major should get fired and hire a new major that would turn things around for the Philippines. A new major should take his spot, his actions towards another family cant be tolerated in their country.

In today's reading I read about Yemen, a rugged, poor country on the southern Arabian Peninsula, is emerging as a key theater in the international fight against terrorism. France on Monday became the latest Western power to close a diplomatic post in Yemen, as al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula threatened attacks on Western interests. Despite concerns over the volatile country, the U.S. embassy in Yemen will reopen on Tuesday, a senior State Department official says. The United States and Britain closed their embassies Sunday over security concerns. Yemen offers fertile territory for terrorists to hide and recruit, and it threatens to take on increasing importance with any success Western powers have in fighting al Qaeda elsewhere, including along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, government officials and analysts say. As they move into Yemen, terrorist find a nation with dwindling economic fortunes -- oil output will drop to zero in seven years, according to one estimate; a rapidly growing population with rampant unemployment; and limited fresh water to support that growing population .

Today I read in the CNN about The leader of the Sinaloa drug cartel that was killed. In a strong blow to one of Mexico's most notorious drug cartels, Mexico's navy killed Arturo Beltran Leyva, head of the Beltran Leyva cartel and one of Mexico's three most wanted criminals. Six other cartel members and one naval petty officer also died in the raid. Three other people were arrested, two women and a man. The women were identified as Catalina Castro Lopez and Gabriela Vega Perez, and the mans name was not known. The helicopters landed near Punta Vista Hermosa, a majestic resort where condos sell for millions of Mexican pesos, and before long, seemingly hundreds of military personnel were on its grounds. A few hours later, a ferocious firefight broke out between the military and a cell of drug traffickers. The shooting started just after 8 p.m. and lasted for about an hour and a half, about 30 minutes of which were very intense. There was gunfire, machine gun fire and grenades, some of it very close to a children hospital right behind the complex were Arturo Beltran Leyva was killed, in the hospital there was much stress, fear and anxiety. Three military personnel posted themselves inside the hospital hours before the shooting started though.

Today in my CNN I read about The British government condemned China's execution of a British national Tuesday on drug smuggling charges. Akmal Shaikh was convicted of carrying up to 4 kilograms of heroin at the Urumqi Airport in September 2007. According to Chinese law, 50 grams is the threshold for the death penalty. Akmal Shaikh is the first European executed in China in 50 years, according to the British legal group Reprieve. The death of Akmal Shaikh was a sad indictment for the family and the world wide, also particularly of China's legal system, Akmal was a gentle man who suffered from a tormenting illness and was betrayed and deliberately killed by one of the most powerful nations on Earth. Both Chinese and international law clearly indicate that a person who committed a crime while suffering from significant mental illness should not be subjected to the death penalty, and china still executed Akmal Shaikh. I think that what china did was a crime because Akmael suffer from his illness and was betrayed by some other people that knew he was ill and brain wash him.

Today I read about a boy who got saved by his own dog. The 18 month old dog saved the boy from a cougar in his own backyard. The dog “Angel” and the 11 year old boy always play together in the backyard. The mom noticed that Angel was sticking really close to Austin and that was unusual for the dog. Little did she know Angel was protecting him from a cougar. Once the cougar charged at him, Angel ran in front of Austin, and began fighting the cougar. Austin’s mom called 911 and someone came and killed the cougar. Angel had bites and scratches but as soon as he was finished fighting the cougar he went up to Austin, sniffed him to make sure he was ok and sat down.
I think that Angel is a very good dog. My dog reminds me of Angel. My dog Teddy would always guard our home, and would attack anybody who he didn’t recognize.
I learned that dogs are very loyal, and can save someone's life.

This morning I read an article about a man accused of cutting women’s hair while they're on the bus in Oregon. The man the 22-year-old is a suspect in other incidents in which women riders have either had their hair cut or glued on the buss. He also has an outstanding warrant on an assault charge in King County, Washington, in connection with a hair-gluing incident. I think this guy has the POTENTIAL to rapist. I think these are DISTINCT actions of a sexual predator.

Today I read about a man from Florida who killed four of his family members. An anonymous top helped police catch the murderer. The Florida mans name is Paul M. Merhige. He is accused of fatally shooting his twin sisters, a 6-year-old cousin and a 79-year-old aunt at a family home in Jupiter, Florida, on November 26. One of his sisters was pregnant. He also wounded two other people. Someone recognized his car from America’s Most Wanted, and called the police. He is charged with four counts of premeditated murder and attempted first-degree murder.
I think that this guy is crazy. He killed his own family, and doesn’t seem like he is sad about it. I am glad he is jail. He should be there for life.
I learned that people are capable of doing anything.

What I read in today’s San Diego 6 news was about a former Chula Vista School aide sentenced for molestation. A 15- year old relative of a man called police to report that man sexually assaulted her which led to the arrest of Vincent Matthew Lopez, a 47 year- old man, last February. Lopez was a former Chula Vista Elementary School District instructional aide where he worked part- time at Halecrest and Tiffany elementary schools. The defendant pleaded guilty to one count of committing a lewd act on a child last month. Vincent Matthew Lopez FORMULA of arrest was sentenced Monday to five years probation and given credit for 475 days in jail. Investigators had no DISTINCT information indicating that Lopez had any assaults at Halecrest and Tiffany elementary schools. My opinion to this article is that Lopez is sick of committing a lewd act on a 15 year old child especially since he's 47- years old ! I personally think that Lopez had the POTENTIAL of assaulting children at the schools where he worked at.

What I read in today’s San Diego 6 news was about the death of a 21- year old pregnant woman. Elaina Lynn Luquis Ortiz, who was 6 months pregnant, died in a tragic car crash last week. According to Ortiz’s father, Wilfredo Valles told San Diego 6 that right after the celebrations of New Years Eve with family and friends, Elaina received a phone call from her friend asking for help. She then pulled over in back of her. They were waiting for AAA, then a truck came, and hit her from behind. The accident happened at 3 am Friday morning right along the shoulder of the northbound I- 805 near the Home Avenue exit. The suspect of the car was 30- year old Venegas who slammed into the car Ortiz was in. Venegas was suspected of DUI which had caused him to crash from the car’s behind. According to the victim’s family, they had never received any apology, condolences, or support from the Venegas family. In this news article I learned that stopping to help out a car that is in trouble on the side of the road, can lead to great danger. I think the suspect had a POTENTIAL of slamming into the car Ortiz and her friend was in, because he was drunk and he probably didn’t know what he was doing. This accident was DISTINCT than most of the accidents that I’ve heard, because this happened right along the shoulder of I- 805. The FORMULA of the accident was that Ortiz received a call from her friend, she came and they both sat in her car with their seat belts on, and then a drunken driving slammed into the backside of her car.

In today’s news an Elephant trampled and killed two Americans. An American Mother and her baby daughter were killed by an elephant trampling them in Nairobi Kenya. It was DISTINCT that the Mother an child were going on vacation to a safari in Africa. It took place when the mother and child got separated from the tour group that they ran into an Elephant. Elephants do have the POTENTIAL to kill humans if they feel threatened so it could of killed them because it felt unsafe. The FORMULA is to get an Elephant to feel unsafe is to do something that might upset it. The wildlife preserve say that Human encounters with Elephants don’t usually end up as a tragedy. They also said that an Elephant killing a human hasn’t happened since 2001.
I think its  that the mother and the baby died by the elephant. But it was there fault for leaving the tour group. Also Elephants haven't killed since 2001 so they probably did something to upset it.

Today I read about a little boy from China who got a chopstick stuck in his brain. He had stuck the chopstick in his nose and fell, so the chopstick went straight to his brain. The chopstick was up to four centimeters into his brain. His mother went to the clinic but doctors didn’t want to perform surgery because they thought it would cause massive bleeding. The little boy and his parents ended up going mile away to a hospital in Beijing. By then the little boys rights side was paralyzed. Neurosurgeons were scared that if they pulled out the chopstick they would rapture an artery. As they were ready to open his skull, they pulled out chopstick and nothing happened !
I think that this little boy is very lucky. He could have become fully paralyzed or even died. I also think that the clinic should not have denied the little boys situations.
I learned that you should not keep even chopsticks around babies.

He also was charged with killing his annoying teacher I don’t think he should got in trouble for killing his teacher cause apparently the teacher was getting on his nerves and if I was the judge I would of gave him the charges only for the fire cause teachers aren’t that important cause he didn’t get a chance to say what the teacher and everybody always believe teachers over everybody so I think he did it for a good reason. Well at least that my opinion I don’t know I really don’t care what other people do in there life personally unless they part of ma life but other then that anybody else can kill whoever they want but not the people I’m close to or I o so yeah

Wednesday- Today I read a story claiming about a McDonald's restaurant in which was robbed. The police said they had received a call from one of the workers claiming that she was robbed. The woman stated that while opening the store where she works at a couple ran in and took her custody into one of the offices. The woman said that then the robbers demanded her to open the restaurant safe and give the cash up. Well the police soon found out by looking at the surveillance footage that one of the robbers was the employees mother. They then went to the woman's home and found a large amount of cash with the same bag used in the robbery. The police also found while searching the same clothes the robber was wearing at the time of the crime. This woman and her mother are in jail and are awaiting trial for more than a few charges.
This was a really interesting story and I hope they both do a long time. The reason is that if someone has a job why screw it up like that. The police did a good job finding out the truth and not letting these two get away with it.
I learned that even people with jobs don’t appreciate having one.

It touched upon the deep area of his brain, four centimeters of the chopstick was inside his skull. She was washing dishes when she heard her son crying in pain, she rushed over tot the spot were her son was and seen her son laying down crying in pain. She took him to a near by clinic and the doctors told her that it might be dangerous to remove the chopsticks from his nose because it may cause a distinct massive of bleeding. Their formula was to open up his skull to prevent bleeding, but they took the chopsticks off like nothing. The doctor said that is it would off went in more that the little boy future potentials would all been thrown away. He would off been paralyzed permanently for life.

Today I read about the so called g spot is real? Women everywhere have read or heard that they may possess a secret pleasure zone inside their bodies that, if stimulated correctly, yields intense pleasure and even orgasm. But this so-called G-spot has never been precisely identified as a concrete biological entity. Scientists are still arguing over what it is and whether it exists at all. Her team did not physically examine the women for the presence of G-spots but instead gave participants a survey asking whether they believed that they had a "so called G-spot, a small area the size of a 20p coin on the front wall of your vagina that is sensitive to deep pressure?" (A 20p coin is about the size of an American nickel.) Men also have a G-spot of sorts, below the scrotum and above the anus, Goldstein said, although it has not gotten as much attention as the more mysterious female G-spot. Experts agree that the idea of the G-spot has put pressure on both women and their male partners to find some kind of hidden treasure that leads to orgasm from the penis alone.

tuesday-Like many other well-to-do young residents of Tijuana, José Fernando Labastida Fimbres crossed the border daily to attend private school in San Diego County. But yesterday, José was missing from classes at Mater Dei Catholic High School in Chula Vista. José, a 17-year-old junior, was gunned down gangland-style Monday afternoon in Tijuana’s Chapultepec neighborhood. The assailants fired 59 shots — 39 of them from an AK-47 rifle — at José at 4:30 p.m. as he sat inside his black Audi parked near his house. He was one of six homicide victims reported Monday, the latest in a renewed wave of violence that has gripped the city in recent weeks, most of it perpetrated by rival criminal gangs targeting each other’s members. The great majority of crimes have taken place elsewhere in the city, not in the hillside enclave of the city’s elite. José was a member of one of Tijuana’s most prominent families. The Fimbres family is known for its Calimax supermarket chain and philanthropic acts. José’s maternal grandfather is Gilberto Fimbres, one of the chain’s current owners.

In today’s news I read about the Honduran prosecutors issued arrest warrants for the country's six top military commanders for abuse of power in connection with the coup that ousted President Jose Manuel Zelaya last year. The Honduran high command, including Gen. Rubi himself filed the arrest warrants at the Supreme Court on Wednesday. In addition to abuse of power, the military commanders face charges of illegal expatriation of a citizen. The crisis erupted in June when Zelaya despite congressional and supreme court decisions calling it illegal pushed forward with a plan to hold a referendum that could have led to changing the constitution to allow for additional presidential terms.

Thursday- Today I read about LG one of the nation’s top technology brand. It was said that they had the skinniest television out. That seems to be a little old because they just broke their own record and made a television about three times smaller. The LG company had just released their new slim TV that was about 22.3 millimeters wide. They now are showing off their 7 millimeter TV that will be in stores some time this year. This product was so new that it was just brought out for show and is so new it dose not have a name yet. The media says that LG is a brand that is increasing in popularity each year. The LG representatives said they have many new products coming out soon.
The story was interesting because this TV sounds very interesting. I like stories like this because it shows that the humans are becoming smarter for technology and it seems we are in the future more now. The new age is coming and fast people are figuring out better and smarter things.
I learned that the future is here and technology is better then ever.

In today’s news a Japanese survivor who has survived the two Atomic bombs has recently died. The only survivor recognized that has survived the two atomic bombs in Hiroshima and Nagasaki has died due to stomach cancer. It wasn’t very DITSTINCT to find any Atomic bomb survivors, but Tsutomu Yamaguchi, 93 was one of them who survived both bombs. Yamaguchi remembered how the Experience was, that on August 6, 1945 he was on a business trip to Hiroshima when the Enola gay dropped the B29 Bomb called little boy. Then after the painful radiation he was sent back to his home in Nagasaki, where on August 9, 1945 the city was also bombed by the bomb nicknamed Fat man, making Yamaguchi suffer double Radiation. After the Axis powers in Europe were defeated America still had to finish with Japan so they thought the Atom Bomb had the POTENTIAL to finish the war. The FORMULA for the Atom bomb was discussed by many scientist to shock the Japanese into surrendering so it will stop invading Asia. About 140,000 Japanese died in Hiroshima, an additional 70,000 in Nagasaki and those who survived suffered a lifetime of Radiation Health Problems.
I think the Atom bomb was too cruel for the Japanese people. But also they were aggressive toward China, the Indochina, Philippines and the America. It is also a rare opportunity to meet with any Pearl Harbor, Atom bomb, or Holocaust survivors.

The couple was arrested December 16 after a two-year investigation by Pasadena police and federal immigration agents. Four women between the ages of 20 and 45 were also arrested on charges of prostitution and police seized $10,000 in cash, several luxury cars, and jewelry worth about $20,000. The investigation was sparked by an anonymous tip. The couple were managing two dozen women, they have been charged with pimping and pandering. Police delayed the announce of the arrest because they were concerned the couple had POTENTIAL for human trafficking. The women allegedly charged $200 per encounter.

What I read in today’s newspaper for January 6, 2010 was about a homeless man who was set on fire. Sydney Moreno, 49, was set to fire by Food-4-Less at 1320 30th street. Anthony Padgett, 29, was arrested Wednesday afternoon shortly after he set the man on fire. He is in custody for firing up a Chula Vista transient while he was sleeping or possibly passed out. Moreno suffered second to third degree burn to almost at 30 percent of his body. The two men were known to be close friends, frequented the area. On Wednesday afternoon around 3:45 pm Chula Vista police and paramedics responded to the incident. I wonder why the other homeless man set fire to Moreno. My only conclusion that I could think was that, Padgett was probably suffering from psychological problems which gave him the POTENTIAL to do something crazy and brutal. My opinion may DISTINCT from other opinions.

The FORMULA to January 7, 2009 article was about the teen that was gunned down in Tijuana. Jose Fernando Labastida Fimbres,17, was gunned down while he was in Tijuana. According to authorities, the gunman had the POTENTIAL to shoot so he fired more than 5 dozen shots at Labastida while he was in his car. On Wednesday, hundreds of friends and family gathered at a south just south of the border in remembrance of Jose. According to Jose’s friends David Cook said that the church was really packed. Really packed that no one cant even get in or out anymore. People were outside the church just wanting to be part of his funeral in part of his memory. Jose attended Mater Dei High School where he was a junior. Grief counselors were sent to the school to help students deal with the loss. Friends wondered why would Jose be doing at Tijuana on a school night, especially when he just live a few blocks away from the school. Jose usually traveled with body guards. This article news was DINTINCT from other shootings that I’ve heard so far.

Today I read about how they allowed cameras in a federal courtroom to document a challenge to letting gay marriage. I think they should let the gay marriage happen because regardless if they don’t want them to get married they’re still going to be together so they should just let who ever marry who ever they want because that’s who they want to be with and I don’t think discrimination is right in this case since they don’t think its right in any other case. I just feel that people should be free to marry anybody the want because its there life and that’s what they fell they want to do then let them do it

This morning I read about a model who was burned to death. Paula Sladewski, a 26-year-old who once modeled for Playboy was identified Wednesday. She was found in a trash bin “burned beyond recognition”. Paula was found after firefighters extinguished the fire. It was hard identifying the body, since it was so badly burned. They identified her body by her dental records. They were not even able to tell if she was a man or a woman. They are thinking about her boyfriend being responsible for this since he was the person who last seen her, but he is not a suspect yet.
I think that this is very sad. I would not doubt if some crazy psycho guy was obsessed about her and killed her. I also wonder if her boyfriend can be responsible for this. I hope they find out soon.
I learned that anybody can die, whenever.

Today I read about the senate vote was 68-31 to confirm sotomayar, president Barack Obama's first Supreme Court nominee, with Democrats unanimously behind her but most Republicans lining up in a show of opposition both for her and for the president’s standards for justice. The 55-year-old daughter of Puerto Rican parents was raised in a South Bronx housing projects and educated in the Ivy League before rising to the highest legal echelons.

In today’s reading I read about five police officers were killed and at least 14 were injured on Wednesday at the Russian Republic of Dagestan after a suicide bomber detonated himself at a traffic police station. The attack occurred in Makhachkala, Dagestan's capital, around 7:55 a.m. when the suicide bomber drove into the police station compound as officers lined up for roll call. Before the driver reached the compound's interior, a police vehicle blocked the bomber from driving further, at which point the blast occurred. Russian President Dmitry Medvedev later Wednesday ordered the head of Russia's Federal Security Services to take more control over anti-terrorist measures as separatist violence plagues the Northern Caucasus region. According to Alexander Bastrykin, the head of Russia's Investigative Committee in the Russian Prosecutor General's office, 513 terrorist acts were carried out in the first 10 months of 2009 in the troubled Northern Caucasus.

Today I read about a mother and daughter who are guilty of staging a robbery. The robbery took place in the McDonalds in Hillcrest, and both women took 4,000 dollars. The daughter worked as a shift leader, and she pleaded not guilty. Yurico Villanueva, 22, and Rebeca Rebollar-Gomez, 44, each face counts of commercial burglary and grand theft. Villanueva is also charged with embezzlement and a misdemeanor charge of filing a false police report. These to dumb people have a bail up to 50,000 dollars each. If convicted they face up to 3 years in prison. They both got caught because police searched the women’s home and van and found $4,000 in cash, clothing worn during the robbery and multiple receipts from purchases made that day, including a set of tires.
I think they could of gotten away with the robbery If they were not so dumb. It is common sense that police are going to suspect them. Another weird thing is that I live down the street !
I learned that people come up with ridiculous ideas that do not make sense.

This morning I read about the cold weather in Florida and how it is affecting different wildlife there. More than 200 manatees waded in 70 degree waters outside a power plant in Tampa Bay. Across Florida there has been a cold wave that has pushed temperatures into the 40s and below. Iguanas were seen falling out of trees in South Florida as some became immobilized and lost their grip in the cold. Iguanas are not native to Florida; many are pets let into the wild by irresponsible owners. Iguanas are cold blooded animals that need DISTINCT care. Temperature is an important factor when you are cold blooded. Even captive animals were affected by the cold weather. At the Palm Beach Zoo, workers sent 50 parrots and some monkeys indoors. They also set up heat lamps around the park for other animals. These temperatures have the POTENTIAL to kill these animals. I think that this shows how global warming and this should show people that they need to change their living habits.

In today’s news I read about Paula Sladewski a-26-year old who once modeled for playboy. She was identified Wednesday by Miami police as the person found dead and "burned beyond recognition" in a trash bin on Sunday. Sladewski's body was found Sunday night after firefighters extinguished flames coming from a large trash bin near a propane business. When they put out the fire, they saw a body. But their was barely any way to identify it. Cuevas, who was in the area when the call came in, said the trash bin and body were still smoldering when he arrived. Police were able to identify the body through dental records late Tuesday night, he said. Police are trying to figure out how a model from Michigan, who appeared in a 2003 Playboy video, ended up burned beyond recognition inside the trash bin -- and who put her there. They'd have to be a monster. It's a dastardly act. --Lt. Neal Cuevas, police spokesman
The only timeline police have comes from Sladewski's boyfriend, who was vacationing with her. Because he was the last one to see her, police are considering him a person of interest, but he has not been named as a suspect.

Friday- Today I read about Medical Marijuana dispensaries. This was a really hard decision for the government to make but in two thousand it was passed. The law said they could have about five patients a producer but as of a two thousand eight law that states more people were able to receive this medication business boomed. There are thousands of dispensaries throughout the United States as of now. One dispensary owner stated that he had about nine hundred people would turn in applications a day. Now there are about six hundred thousand customers per store. This was a succession for those with medical conditions and is now for the dispensaries. The government have no comment on this business and are planning to keep it that way.
This was a really interesting article because it shows that there are a lot of pot heads throughout the U.S. The government are probably not happy about it but the profits that are going in they have no comment about it. I think they are just like everyone else who becomes broke they have to turn to selling drugs and I want to say that the government is a bunch of hypocrites.
I learned that even at harsh times the government turns to doing what others are arrested for.

In today’s news I read about some investigators who arrested two men Friday in New York in connection with the case of Najibullah Zazi, who is accused of conspiring to use weapons of mass destruction on U.S. soil. The FBI's Joint Terrorism Task Force identified them as Adis Medunjanin and Zarein Ahmedzay. A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office confirmed the arrests and said the pair will appear at federal court in Brooklyn. That series of events happened after 4 p.m. ET Thursday. After 10 p.m., law officers picked up Ahmedzay, who had been driving his cab in Greenwich Village. There were no passengers in his cab at the time, the third source said. Investigators searched his home, in the Whitestone neighborhood of Queens, in September, when the Zazi investigation broke. They interviewed Medunjanin, his sister and his parents then, Gottlieb said, with Medunjanin talking with police for about 14 hours.

In today’s news the Grandson of a former U.S President was arrested in L.A. Cameron Reagan the Grandson of Ronald Reagan was taken into custody at 12:20 am. Reagan was arrested after he came home late one night when his alarm alerted police of an intruder with the POTENTIAL to have connections with the police. Then he saw people in dark clothing outside, they asked for his name and reached into his pocket. The police thought it was DISTINCT that he was reaching for a gun, so they tackled him, he tried to resist and then arrested him. Many are outrage about the arrest because said that Reagan did not commit a crime and that they mistook him for a criminal. Cameron Reagan's father, Michael Reagan wants to make a FORMULA to get his son out of jail, and said it was similar to a situation where a Harvard professor was arrested. This even sparked a National debate, which Obama brought The arrested Harvard Professor and the Officer who arrested Reagan.
I think if Reagan did not commit a crime he shouldn’t go to jail. I only think this made it to the news just because he is Related to someone important. If its just someone who is not famous or related to someone famous, the news wouldn’t even care.

In today’s news, a DISTINCT airplane bomb suspect pleads not guilty to six charges. President Obama released a report on the incident saying officials stating they had "sufficient information" to have faked the failed attack but a variety of errors kept investigators from uncovering the plot. AbdulMutallab faces a federal indictment including an attempt to POTENTIALLY murder the other 289 people aboard. A FORMULA is being made to avoid the situation from happening again.
