Monday - In today's paper I read an article about the police shooting an innocent man. A man lost his key to his house so he is forced to break in. He notifies his wife and lets her know that he has no way in. when he goes around back to see if he can find a way, neighbors report a burglary. The man got in the house, when the police came they see a damaged garage door and suspects a burglary. They keep going in the house to continue the search and find his son sitting there. As the keep searching they finally find the man and points the gun at him telling him to freeze. The man refuses in such shock, and the police officers shot him several times. At least 17 shots were fired, he was pronounced dead on the scene. The wife was devastated, not only that she has to bury her husband but because the family sees no justice. I think that to police should be doing time for this. They murdered an innocent man in his own house, and once again see no consequences.
Monday- Today I read about two things matter a fact. first I read about Atm's and the attempts and successful schemes and lengths that people would go to just to get money. There was a failure yesterday when a stolen car pulled up to a national city Atm and busted it roped it but left a little too fast with it. it got dis-connected from the car and the thieves sped off. The stolen vehicle was found four hours later. no prints nothing no one got caught. I also read about a business that cheated people out of their money and are going to be sentenced to jail pretty soon. one of them got 14 years in the state pen. and the other hasn't been sentenced yet...over time this woman and man have collected over 1.8 million by selling phony certificates of deposits.
Monday- today I read about the amount of ATM’s that were almost stolen. The article I read stated that there were six attempts this year altogether that were reported. The six are almost the most there have been because the year just started. In the 2009 year count was only nine reported. The police say that they are clueless as of what to do to try and stop this. The owners of the targeted stores say they are outraged at this madness. They say that they have to pay for the amount of cash stolen. The store owners said that they also have to pay for repairs on their store doors.
This is a sad story because of all the damage done to stores just for an ATM machine. The ATM producers should make new machines requiring for them to track them down. The ATM’s should also have a trigger that sends off a signal letting the cops know that there is a robbery in progress.
I learned that there are a lot of grimy people that are money hungry and will do whatever it takes to get it.

In today’s news I read about a San Diego native who is accused of stalking several women, and many of these women's are reporters for news and televisions. He pleaded not guilty yesterday to a dozen felony and misdemeanors charges. Christopher Carl Hass,57, is SPECIFIC accused of stalking, threatening and making harassing phone calls to the victims over a two-year period, he started doing all this in 2007. He could be facing a sentence to up to nine years in prison. The San Diego Superior Court Judge David M. Szumowski has set and ACHIEVE his bail to $500,000 and ordered him to stay away from the victims. He identified himself as a “dangerous sicko” and ordered them to say or do thing such as wear hoop earrings or even open-toed shoes in their television broadcast. If they wouldn’t complete their jobs he would rape them and strangle them with pantyhose.

This SPECIFIC morning I read about a man and a woman who were arrested on suspicion of drug smuggling last Wednesday. Border patrol agents stopped the truck near Camp Pendleton and a drug dog sniffed out the 72 pounds of cocaine that was hidden in a modified compartment beneath the center console. The cocaine was packaged in 25 bundles. The cocaine was estimated to be worth $726,000. The man and woman are both U.S. citizens. Since the beginning of the year agents have seized more than 377 pounds of cocaine in San Diego. I think they could have ACHIEVED their goal maybe if they were in a different vehicle. I think there are probably special agents that COMPUTE the amount of cocaine and its value.
monday !
This morning I read about a man who got accidentally shot by a police officer. The police officers mistook him as a burglar. About 17 shot were fired, at Moreno Valley, where it took place. The man, Jose Ruiz was pronounced dead at the scene. Homicide Lt. Terry Hudson said a handgun was found in Jose Ruiz’ possession, but he declined to say whether Ruiz had fired at officers. Cynthia Francia, Jose Ruiz’ wife said her husband locked himself out and then his step children heard gunshots.
I noticed that in the article police officers say that he only slept their sometimes. I just think that they are trying to use an excuse for shooting an innocent man. This is very sad, I always get locked out, and a lot of others I know get locked out, and nothing like this has happened before.
I learned that innocent man get killed all the time.

tuesday- In my article........
Tuesday - In today’s paper I read an article about the UCSD racism. Since the racist party labeled the “Compton Cookout” trouble has been rising. On campus there is a lot of tension between the students. The fraternity leader that threw the party apologized for what happened. They have no specific reason for doing this racist act. Also the school fears that this will not help them make there minority rate go up. After they computed the number of black students, they only made up 2% of the whole school. I think that should be the last thing there worried about, the not even taking this serious. All the school cares about Is how much money they get for there minorities. If the want to achieve peace there going to hate to solve this problem.
Tuesday- Today I read an article about a the fossils found in downtown San Diego a while back. The remains seemed to have been from a mammoth when first discovered. The new study on it now found out that they are from a gray whale. The remains also were said to probably be from a gray whale’s ancestor but turns out they were wrong twice. The fossils finally have been proven to be from a gray whale. The thing is that this discovery stated that the ocean used to come into all the way to downtown. The ocean current went down and got off course between the years that it made downtown all land. The researchers are looking for clues to help them figure more new information about the remains and will soon give more facts about them.
This was a good article it gave me a lot of information. The only thing I thought was pretty sad was that the fossils were from a regular whale. This would of made San Diego pretty good because then it would of said that there were fossils here.
I learned that San Diego has prehistoric fossils but they are really hard to be found.
Tuesday- Today I read about Taliban snipers against the U.S.- led forces. In only five days the Taliban has showed a side of them that the U.S. has not seen in over a decade of U.S. military action in Afghanistan. There were about five of our U.S. Marines and two afghan soldiers hit in Marjah in recent days by bullets fired. Almost every U.S. soldier and afghan soldier has had a few close calls. Some of the shooting has apparently been from Kalashnikov Machine guns, the marines said mixed with sniper fire. Taliban fighters holding out in Marjah also are increasingly using civilians as human shields, firing from compounds where U.S. and afghan soldiers can clearly see women and children on rooftops or in the window. The fighters and civilians have been witnessed by associated press journalist. There are attacks and hopefully my family there in the afghan side will be ok. I wouldn’t want anything to happen to them.
Tuesday !
This morning I read about a retired border agent who is being accused of selling his old equipment. This guy goes by the name of Carl David Pietrantonio, who is 52. He pleaded not guilty to a charge of unlawful sale of an official badge or insignia of the United States. Carl posted a sale on craigslist Tijuana website. He posted “Firearms instructor” jacket; three short sleeve uniform shirts; a long sleeve uniform shirt; and three uniform pants. Carl was planning on selling all these items SPECIFIC items for 468 dollars. Officials spotted this posting on the website on January 13. An undercover FBI agent from San Diego arranged to buy the uniforms. If convicted Carl faces a maximum penalty of 6 months in prison.
I think this is interesting, because I never thought that someone would try to sell their uniform, especially on craigslist. I also think that if Carl really wanted to ACHIEVE his goal of selling his old uniform he could have been smarter about it and not have not it on craigslist. I also feel bad for the man, because maybe he just needed some extra money.
I learned the police officials monitor craigslist a lot, and for a lot of different things.

This morning I read a story about an Italian cooking show host who got suspended because he said he liked cat stew. The man, 77 year old Beppe Bigazzi, hosts a morning program. He shocked the nation by saying cat stew is a Tuscan delicacy and that he has enjoyed it many times. His co-host looked stunned and he responded by saying “Why, people maybe don’t eat rabbit, chicken, pigeon?” Italian state Tv suspended the host. His critics include the Health Ministry Undersecretary Francesca Martini. I think the host did this to ACHIEVE some higher ratings. He should have said the SPECIFIC kind of cat that he likes in his cat stew. I’m glad we live in the United states because we have freedom of speech and I don’t think that would have happened in the U.S.
TUESDAY
In today’s news I read about a retired Border Patrol agent is accused of selling authentic equipment from the federal agency to an undercover FBI agents was arraigned in San Diego federal court. Carl David Pietrantonio,52, of Bellingham, Wash., pleaded not guilty to a count of unlawful sale of an official badge or insignia of the U.S. Pietrantonio is also accused of putting sales on the Craigslist Tijuana Web site a Border Patrol Firearms Instructor jacket; three short-sleeve uniform shirts; a long-sleeve uniform shirt; and three uniform pants, they were SPECIFIC from the border patrol man who has retired. He was doing this to ACHIEVE and get $468 for al the uniforms. But he couldn’t COMPUTE all the money he was asking for. The uniforms he posted were spotted on the Web by an undercover FBI agent from San Diego who arranged to buy them from Pietrantonio. If he is convicted with al this he might be facing a maximum penalty of 6 months in prison.
Monday-
In today’s news, a woman that host of underage-drinking party pleads guilty. A Fallbrook woman who hosted a party for her teenage children where there was underage drinking was fined SPECIFICALLY $300, was placed to 3 years probation and is required to take parenting classes and attend a Mothers Against Drunk Driving victim panel. Officials say it sends a message to those who are thinking about hosting an underage drinking party. She pleaded guilty in connection with a party she threw at her Fallbrook home to celebrate the end of the school year, most attending were students from Cathedral Catholic High School. She was arrested after she ACHIEVED to drive an intoxicated girl to Fallbrook Hospital, she gave a false story to officials that COMPUTED the false story and was arrested after trying to leave.

In today’s news, a retired border agent was accused of selling authentic equipment from the federal agency to undercover FBI agents. Carl David Pietrantonio, pleaded not guilty to a charge of unlawful sale of an official badge or insignia of the United States. He was accused of posting for sale on the Craigslist Tijuana Web Site a Border Patrol “Firearms Instructor” jacket; three long-sleeve uniform shirt; and three uniform pants, all itemes being sold SPECIFICALLY for $468. Undercover FBI agents ACHIEVED to arrange to buy them from him and COMPUTED to fix the problem. If convicted, he can face a maximum penalty of 6 months in prison.
Wednesday- Today I read about 3 different topics in the news paper. The first one I read about was a baby death actually being a homicide. It was a 4 month old baby boy and he died of severe head trauma. His father is a military man and I hope he is innocent of this slaying. And if he’s not then he should get incarcerated. I also read about an attempt robbery that took place in National City by my house off 8th st. a man left the bar and got into a confrontation with another man and he got shot three times in the legs but he will survive he’s in the hospital right now getting treated with medical care. I also ready about a group that jumps a man and stabs him and again he is a lucky victim and will survive this attack. He is in the hospital getting the medical treatment he needs. Well I wish all these people that gut hurt to get well and try to stay out of these types of confrontations and accusations.
wednesday
In today’s news I read about a man who was shot on Saturday on the leg during a botched robbery who the robber didn’t ACHIVE his robbery. The man was leaving McDinis bar on Eight Street on A Avenue like about 6 p.m.. The guy who tried to rob the man, the police could get his SPECIFIC identification. The man who was shoot three times, was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive. The shooter should get caught and be taken into custody. He should be facing a minimum of 5 to 10 years in prison for this non sense.
Wednesday - In today’s paper I read an article about weather in southern California. Some scientist tell some locals how “we live in a dangerous place”. They claim that after they computed the number of disasters we can have, we have to be prepare. They say that there are a lot of ways to the earth can get us. While earthquakes get all the attention we have to focus on everything to. Massive storms actually kill more people in the floods and landslides. We should have an specific evacuation plan, so when it happens we wont lose a lot. To achieve safety we have to be well prepared. They looked back at past wildfires and how out of order everybody was. I thin this was a wake up call, I agree with what the scientist is saying. As long ass I've been living in San Diego, which is my whole life, I have never seen heard or witnessed a earthquake. But I have seen stuff like wildfires, floods, and heavy storms.
Wednesday- Today I read about the death of a four month old baby. The baby was taken to the hospital by his father where the later died. The child died at Rady’s child hospital because of head trauma. The police looked in on this and are thinking of putting it out as a homicidal death. The child's father reported that his son had stopped breathing and he tried CPR on him but the child just wouldn’t come back. The 22 year old marine father was taken in for questions but was later released. This child died on Thursday morning and never got to experience even crawling. Officials are still looking in on the reason why the child really died.
This was a sad story because the child died at four months old. The thing I don’t get is that why did the father get released if he is the only suspect they have. To me I think its because since he is in the marines they just believed him right of the back.
I learned that people that are affiliated with the government are more likely to get away with anything.
wednesday !
This morning I read about three girl who got hit and killed by a train. These friends passed a no trespassing sign and sat on train tracks. As they were messing around, taking pictures, a train started heading towards them. People who were close to them were yelling for them to jump down to the creek below them. These girls could of jumped and survived. Instead then did not make it and were killed. A boy who was with them and did ACHIEVE survival, he ran to safety. Andy Ziegler , a member of the Brevard County school board, said that for years, other teenagers would go to the train tracks and do graffiti. Andy had never heard of any type of accident that occurred at the tracks.
I think that this is sad for the girls family. There was not only one death, there was three. I think these girl were up to something else. I think they probably wanted to die, because If the train is blowing its whistles, you have enough time to jump down to the creek, unless you have a SPECIFIC reason for not wanting to live.
[Wednesday!]
This morning I read about three teenage girls who got hit and killed by a train in Melbourne Florida on Saturday. Four teenagers were hanging out downtown and then they past a “no trespassing” sign. They were playing on a 200 foot long railroad trestle taking pictures at the half way point when a train was coming. Witnesses yelled for the kids to run or jump into the creek 20 feet below, but only a young boy made it to safety. The other three were all girls and they were killed. I think that this is really sad but I don’t understand why the girls didn’t jump into the creek or run. It SPECIFICALLY said that the bridge was 200 feet long, that’s not too far to run. Also the creek was only 20 feet below, that’s not that far to jump either. I don’t get what they were trying to ACHIEVE hanging out on some train tracks. Maybe they were under the influence of something.
Wednesday-
In today’s news, Dalai Lama didn’t mind his low-key reception. He didn’t blame Barack Obama for his low-key reception in Washington because he understands that Obama must also consider the Tibetan spiritual Leader with concerns about angering China. The Dalai Lama says he understands that Obama must be practical in exercising his commitment to human rights, he wasn’t disappointed and didn’t care, and says the important part was to meet face-to-face. Obama ACHIEVED to host the Dalai Lama in Washington D.C. but COMPUTED and kept the meeting SPECIFICALLY off-camera and low-key in an attempt to avoid tensions with China.

Thursday- Today I read about three different subjects the first one I read about was specifically about two women who got sexually abused on the San Diego State University campus. The first woman was pulled then dragged into an upstairs room and the second was so intoxicated she couldn’t remember how the man looked or where she was at. I think they should make even more strict rules about this kind of stuff “drinking” on campus cause it’s not right. The second subject I read about was of the state prison in chino. They are sending the minors back to another facility because they are not needed in the adult penitentiary.
I also read about gay’s are ok. They say this because one of the generals say’s it’s ok with your sexual orientation be free just as long as you can fight the war with us. So now everyone will achieve their goals. And they can compute to and fro.
Thursday !
This morning I read an article about how ATM’S are being stolen. Authorities that the ATM thefts may be related. The first incident happened at the Vons in Chula Vista. A SLIVER Toyota Tundra pulled of the glass doors with chains, and then tried to do the same with the ATM. The thieves did not ACHIEVE their goal, the ATM would not budge. About half an hour later an ATM was stolen from CVS pharmacy in El Cajon. The thieves were four guys, wearing all black, and they all had on ski mask. The Toyota Tundra was later found abandoned with the engine running in front of an Otay Mesa home. This is the sixth theft or attempted theft of an ATM in the county in 10 days.
I think that people are getting smarter. I never heard of people trying to take an entire ATM machine. That SPECIFIC crime, is weird, but smart. Store need to get smarter, because If they don’t there will be more attempts in stealing ATM’s.
Thursday- Today I read about a little girls death. The article was so specific about what happened that it is too heart-rending to say. The little girl seems to have had a TV set fall on her. The mom was out on a trip visiting her husband when this happened. The only one who saw was her brother who was traumatized by this horror. The victim was only 21 months old and already experienced what others are scared of. The Bereavement center at the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office helped achieve the family from misery. To compute this story together the family lost a loved one and now are advertising the new business of family helping centers.
This story really says a lot about the county. The thing is that it was a really sad beginning and then they just put an advertisement right after. The article was really long but it didn’t talk about the family and their loss.
I learned that the county is so sad that they forget about civilians and just post other things to make more money.
THURSDAY
In today's news I read about an 89-year-old woman who was killed when her NATIONAL CITY home burned down last week has been SPECIFIC identified as Evelyn Blanch Williams. The neighbors were the ones who noticed seeing the smoke and flames bursting off her home on Orrell Drive near D Avenue in the afternoon of Feb.15. When firefighters arrived and searched the home, they found her body in the front room. An autopsy showed the she died of burn marks and injuries. A dog also died and the other one was rescued. They still haven't find out the cause of this horrible fire. The Neighbors said that the Orrells, were the ones who developed the area years ago. Dam, that sucks that she had to passed away like this. Her family were the ones that made up that area awhile back.
In today's paper I read an article regarding Marijuana. It seems that its not just young people that use marijuana for health issues. There are many elderly people that use the drug for specific health reasons. When they have back pains, or cant achieve sleep, they simply smoke some pot. Many older people seem to use this as an answer. After they computed the number of old people that use it since back it the day. It has went from 1.8 to 2.9 of the old people that have health problems. They feel that the drug works better then the prescription pills that the doctors proscribe. Some doctors think that this will be a problem for the elderly because it may cause them to get dizzy and fall or get a smoking disease. I think this is a good way for the elderly to relieve pain. Most old people already smoke cigarettes, why not smoke something that’s going to help you at the same time.
[thursday!]
This morning I read an article about the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission creating a python hunting season. The reason is to try and stop the spread of nonnative species throughout the Everglades. They give a list of SPECIFIC species which includes; Burmese and Indian pythons, African rock pythons, green anacondas and Nile monitor lizards. They believe that thousands of nonnative Burmese pythons are upsetting the natural balance of the ecosystem. I want to know how they COMPUTE the natural balance of the ecosystem. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission says anyone with a hunting license who pays a $26 permit fee can kill the reptiles form March 8 to April 17 on state managed lands around the Everglades. I think that this is disgusting and immoral. Just because they are nonnative species doesn’t mean they are at fault. The ignorant people who by these animals as pets, cant handle them, and set them loose are to blame. Florida should make laws for the pet stores or make people have to obtain a license to own them . Florida is a disgusting state and I never want to go there. I doubt they are ever going to ACHIEVE the “natural balance of the eco system”.
Eduardo!
Hi its Rochelle. I hope you're having a good time at Castle Park. I used to go there too. Well we are all doing good over here. We will all be looking forward to your blogs k talk to you later.
In today’s news, relatives of a missing Fallbrook family created a website to help get attention and gather tips to where they are and provide updates on the case. The site includes family photos, videos, news clips on their disappearance and a guest book that visitors can sign. The family consisted SPECIFICALLY of a Joseph Mcstay, Summer, and two boys. Authorities ACHIVED to find their car which was found in San Ysidro by the Mexican border four days later. They had been missing since Feb. 15 when Joseph Mcstay’s brother asked authorities to check the welfare of the family after COMPUTED to not hearing from his brother for a while.
Friday- Today I read about an idiotic woman that got two children and tried to sell them for a bird “cockatoo” and $175. it didn’t work out in the way she wanted because she got caught so she was sentenced to 15 months of hard labor. I think that that lady deserves much more of anything give her some prison time. Old young fat or skinny if it was over here in San Diego she would have most likely get prison time. I also read about the Mexican Military finding tons of Marijuana behind cookie boxes at the Tijuana border trying to cross into the United States. I also read about new camera’s that police officers are trying to get so that they can be able to tape everything going on with the public. Example, like the interaction between the officer and the citizen whether it’s fair or not fair. I just hope no cops come up to my face and point that thing at me cause then ill probably go back to jail once they do that.
Friday - In today's paper I read an article about drug smuggling. As many times as the US stopped smugglers from smuggling drugs across the border. They have never stopped this much drugs from being shipped. As a truck thought to be full of cookies crossed the bored and was stopped, they moved the cookies and there was tons of marijuana. The truck contained a computed number 15 tons of marijuana, and 1,435 packages. They rapped them in foil, plastic, and covered them with garlic to achieve avoidance of search dogs. They don’t know the specific destination of the drugs, but they do have the driver. The driver was getting paid 3,900 dollars to drive it across the border. I think this find hurt the drug cartel or whoever was smuggling it. But I wonder what there going to do with the drug. They should give it to the medical health clinics that give away medical weed.
Friday-
In today’s news, an airstrike SPECIFICALLY kills up to 27 Afghan civilians. An airstrike was launched Sunday by U.S. special forces helicopters against what they believed to be a group of insurgent. The COMPUTED airstrike took place in an area under Dutch military control but they say they were not involved in calling in the airstrike. Some claim there were no Afghan forces known to be operating the area where the airstrike took place. An investigation of the even is still in place. The commander of the International Security Assistance Force ACHIEVED to apologize to Karzai on Sunday.
Friday ! :) :) :) :)
This morning I read about how police officers are going to start being recorded. Cops interaction with other are going to be recorded. The device is on their ear and is a little bigger than a Bluetooth. These cameras are just a test, they are not permanent. It will cost about 5,700 dollars for each officer to have a camera on them for 4 years, the price is not SPECIFIC. Taser representatives say that their cameras are unique because the officers inability to delete their own footage. The Officers will be being judged based on their footage.
I think that that is a good and bad idea. I think that this is a good idea because cops will get in trouble for treating other ways that they are not supposed to. I also think that this is a bad idea because the cops know they are being recorded so they might be putting up a front and acting like they usually don’t. I Hope the main officers ACHIEVE their goal in seeing true footage.
Friday- today I read about Mexican military who confiscated tons of marijuana. Authorities said that a man was driving a trailer through a checkpoint in Mexicali. The military soon spotted tons of bricks of marijuana behind some cookie boxes. The military arrested the man and tried t to look into finding some answers about where its destination was. They also asked who it was from but the trailers driver did not say a word. Officials seem to be a little mad because there were a lot of bricks and no destination. The article also has a picture of the driver and two military officers surrounded by the bricks of marijuana. The man also said that he was being paid 3600 just to get it to Ensenada. The military are kind of relieved that they have taken this amount of marijuana before it hit the streets.
This was a good article but it makes me want to laugh because drug smuggling is really noticeable and yet not all are stopped. This article also wanted to make me laugh because the military got mad at not getting any info out of the driver. The drug smugglers are mad but probably have another guy going the other way.
I learned that the war in Mexico between the drug dealers and the government will never end.
[FRIDAYYYY!]
This SPECIFIC Friday morning I read about a man in Orange county that got hit by a train twice. First he lost a hand two weeks ago after being dragged by a Metrolink train. He was hit again Tuesday. The man claimed he fell from the platform onto the tracks at the Irvine station and he was hit by a northbound train. The man gave the same explanation when he was two weeks ago at about the same time in the morning. He was taken to the hospital with non- life threatening injuries and he will receive a mental health evaluation. I think this man is trying to kill himself but he cannot ACHIEVE his goal. I think he needs some serious attention
