Monday- Today I read about the Police in New Jersey arresting a teenager in a connection with a public-address-system announcement telling "all blacks" to leave a Wal-Mart store. A police spokesman told the reporters the story. The 16-year-old boy is from Atlantic County, New Jersey. The suspect was arrested Friday in Atlantic County on bias intimidation and harassment charges. He is in custody of his parents, police said. Gloucester County prosecutors say that shortly before 5 p.m. on March 14, an unidentified male accessed the public address system at the Turnersville, New Jersey, Wal-Mart Supercenter Store. "All blacks need to leave the store," the voice announced. Store management contacted the Washington Township Police Department. I think that this guy must be stupid for even thinking about doing that obviously people are going to get offended for doing that. He’s a racist prick and should get fined $1000 or something. Maybe more if he keeps running his mouth.
monday :)))))))))
Today I read about a guy who was arrested and put in handcuffs, and escaped from the cop car. The felon was arrested on suspicion of robbery. The felon broke the window of the cop car and got out. He then ran into the Doubletree hotel in Downtown. The felons name was Andrew Collins, and he is 26 years old. Andrew was seen using balconies on the north side of the building to go down several floors. He was hurt during his escape and was taken by the ambulance to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. He was booked into County Jail last night on several felony counts related to the escape.
I think this guy is not scared of anything! He is strong and I guess kind of smart. I know if A cop tasered me I would not be able to keep on running, but this guy did. At least he was arrested though, I guess the cops had to do their job.
I learned that it is possible to get out of a cop car.

MOnday-
Today I read about the big celebration that occurred in downtown San Diego. About 20,000 people were expected to attend the ShamROCK festival. It’s the 14th annual ShamROCK festival held in the Gaslamp Quarter. Over 60,000 square feet of carpet was laid out in the Gas lamp Quarter. That’s about five city blocks completely covered. Over thirty bars and restaurants offered no cover and specials all evening. Miller Lite even provided free shuttle service to any one in San Diego county till 1 A.M. The shuttles were for anyone who needed a ride because they were intoxicated or under the influence.
This morning I read about a hot air balloon that made a hard landing in Carmel Valley. There were nine people in the balloon and three people suffered minor foot and leg injuries. The article said that hot air balloons frequently land in Carmel Valley. When the balloon hit the ground it bounced 3 to 6 feet in the air. The force of the landing split the balloon, I think it will take a lot of LABOR to sew it back up. I think that this story is stupid and shouldn’t be in the paper. I also think all those people are crazy to go up in a hot air balloon.
today I read about how congress takes aim at tobacco smugglers. Congress has moved to stamp out a multibillion- dollar tobacco trafficking industry that has made rich criminals and terrorist and made it easier for children to buy cigarettes online. A bill cracking down on smugglers cleared yesterday and was sent to barrack Obama for his signature. The legislation prohibits cigarette shipments through the U.S. postal service, which cuts off the main source of transport for the internet vendors selling contraband to tobacco products. Ups, dhl and FedEx already have agreements not to ship cigarettes nationwide.
Monday- today I read about a man who escaped from the police. The article was stating that the police had in custody a man accused of robbery. When the police were taking him downtown when he had attempted to get away. They said he had slipped off one of his handcuffs and tried everything to get away when an officer taser stun him. He then tried to get away again but was taser stunned a second time. On the third try he broke the vehicles window and slipped away. He then ran into a hotel parking and went up the stairs. He was then caught about an hour later.
The article was really exciting because it sounded like something from a movie. The man almost had got away and I give him a thumbs up for his attempt. I think that all police vehicles are going to have bars on the windows from now on.
I learned that the police sometimes have real fun chasing these fugitives around.

In today's news I read about a felon who got arrested on a suspicion robbery escaped from a police car in Downtown San Diego. He ran into a nearby high rise hotel and moved from floor to floor both inside and outside the building before he was captured again. The attempt led to an evacuation of a 22 story Doubletree Hotel and several downtown streets, and freeways entrances and exits for like hours. The man was Andrew Collins he is 26 years old. He was injured on his escaped and was taken to the hospital and then got booked in. he got charged with a several felony counts related to his escape. Collins was first arrested yesterday by El Cajon police on a suspicions robbery and violating his parole.
Monday-
In today’s paper, 66 pounds of cocaine was seized at I-8 checkpoint. CONTRACTED Border Patrol agents seized the 66 pounds during a LABOR smuggling attempt at the Interstate 8 checkpoint in Pine Valley. Authority say that agents made the discovery about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday when they stopped a Chevrolet Malibu and had a dog sniffed the vehicle and 26 tightly wrapped bundles of cocaine APPLIED in secret compartments under floorboards of the driver and passenger seats. The drugs were valued at about $644,00. Both people in the car were arrested marking the third largest cocaine seizure at Border Patrol checkpoints.
Monday
In today's paper I read an article about students bringing a gun to school. Unified School District officials said Monday that seven students were arrested in connection with an incident last Thursday at Thurgood Marshall Middle School. The school tried to apply the strict laws to prevent stuff like this. They didn’t work, a student brought two unloaded guns and ammunition to campus. The authority found out that there was 7 people involved in this. The kids aren't going to have to labor, but they will serve time in juvenile hall. Two of the seven students arrested were placed in Juvenile Hall and have since been released. I think they should contract the sociability of these kids. Another question in this case is how did they get the guns in the first place.
Tuesday- Today I read about a little kid that was sent to live with his sister to learn and excel in his studies. His mother fell ill and could not support the family any more. He is a bright kid and did his best he stayed up late at nights and did what he had to do to make his mother proud. I also think that he is very brave for a 14 year old boy he only had his sister in a big new world and he learned a lot of new things that helped him accomplish his goals. He said when he was a little boy that he loved to go to the supermarkets after school and just walk through the aisle he loved it because there was so much food he would just look at the milk and stare at it because there was like 50 different milks. When at home he is the only one in the family allowed to even drink a cup of milk. This kid is lucky he is now a man and has just told his story.
tuesday
In today's news I read about Five presumed drug gang members and one soldier were killed in shootouts Thursday and Friday after criminals blocked thoroughfares in two northern Mexico states to prevent military reinforcements from arriving. The criminals used cars, transit buses and tractor-trailers to block roads and streets in the states of Tamaulipas and Nuevo Leon in northeastern Mexico. Three gang members were killed Thursday in Tamaulipas and two died early Friday in the city of Monterrey, in Nuevo Leon. One soldier was killed and four wounded in the Tamaulipas confrontation. Two of the road blocks happened Thursday and five more were set up before dawn Friday. All were cleared within a matter of hours. The area, which borders Texas, has seen bloody fighting between the Zetas and Gulf cartels after a recent gangland slaying. The trouble started January 18 when a Gulf cartel member killed top Zeta lieutenant Victor Mendoza. The Zetas demanded that the Gulf cartel turn over the killer, but the narco group refused. The Zetas, composed mostly of former elite military troops, had been the armed enforcers for the Gulf cartel since 2001. The Zetas have become more independent in recent years, and the all-out war between the two cartels indicates the split is apparently permanent. The drug gang members used tractor-trailers, buses and cars to close the Reynosa Highway and the road to Miguel Aleman, causing panic among residents and traffic chaos
Today I read about how a man stabbed eight children to death and wounded five others at an elementary school in eastern China on Tuesday, local media people said The attack took place shortly after 7 a.m. at the Experimental School in Nanping City, the state-run Xinhua news agency said the city, in Fujian province, is 1,486 kilometers or 923 miles from the nation's capital, Beijing. The school with more than 2,000 students, is considered one of the best in the city inhabited by 3 million people. The suspect responsible for attack is a 41 year old man who once worked as a doctor at a community clinic. Some news reports said he recently resigned from the position other said he had been fired but they cant find any reason why he would such a violent crime.
Tuesday
In today’s paper I read an article about a old murder case. A husband suspected of killing his wife more than 15 years ago was arrested in Reno, Nevada. The police department tried to apply evidence which lead to him. Russell Upton was arrested after new evidence was developed, said the Sheriff’s Department. In which he declined to talk about the new evidence. Marilane Abueg, 20, of Mission Valley, was reported missing by her parents on Aug. 20, 1995. Her body was found four days later about eight miles north of Interstate 8 on Kitchen Creek Road in Pine Valley. I think this man should be doing time and hard labor for what he did. He tried to contract the size of things by leaving the state.
tuesday-
This morning I read a story about two men who are being charged with murder in the disappearance of five teenage New Jersey boys who were last seen together in Newark more than 30 years ago. Lee Evans and Philander Hampton are being held on $5 million bail each. A third man believed to have been involved died two years ago. The boys were last seen on Aug. 20, 1978. Police say Evans routinely hired teens to help with odd jobs and LABOR. Police believe the boys had broken into one of the suspects' apartments and stole marijuana. Lee Evans and Philander Hampton were also charged with arson. Officials say they put the boys in a home and burned it to the ground. Evans was repeatedly interviewed in the months after the disappearances but was cleared as a suspect. The Essex County prosecutor's office said Tuesday a tip from a witness 18 months ago led to the arrests. I think that it is crazy that a witness would keep information for 30 years. I think that it is really sad that they burned the boys alive that’s really sad.
Tuesday ....
Tuesday!
This morning I read about a man who was stabbed by a teenager. The man was 19 years old, and was stabbed on the side of his abdomen and arm. The 19 year old is in stable condition, and expected to survive. The 19 year old was just walking through the Fletcher Parkway mall, and confronted at the parking lot. He was confronted by a 17 year old teenager. The teenager asked for money, and the 19 year old gave him money, but was still stabbed. The teen ran off, and security lost him, after he ran over a wall. Officers found him soon after under a parked car at a business.
I think that the article exaggerated in calling the 19 year old a man, not to long ago he was a teenager. Anyways, I think that he 17 year old should be locked up for a long time, he is dumb for stabbing the 19 year old after getting what he wanted in the first place.
Tuesday-
In today’s news, people are shot dead in a city lost in a drug war between rival cartels, Juarez, Mexico. There were 17 killings in the Mexican city throughout the day. The city became in LABOR where a deadly place where bodies, blood and gun-shell casings were a common sight. 45,000 Mexican military troops and 5,000 federal police were ordered to hot spots in the drug war to patrol and to look out for suspicious activity which started Wednesday. Many locals say that the CONTRACTED police and military are corrupt.
Tuesday- today I read an article about a couple that stole a lot of toys. The article read that the couple would steal merchandise and sell it on eBay. They were said to steal Lego toys and sell them on the internet. Mean while they seemed to have tried to get on the Dr. Phil show for a long time and they finally got a call back. Well that call was probably the end of it as they were both arrested. They each were sentenced to prison for certain amounts of time. The judge seemed to not crack at all when the couple pleaded for freedom and yet she still sent them to prison. They were also said to have been tricked into being on the Dr. Phil show instead got arrested.
This was a good article because a couple was arrested for what they were supposed to be arrested for. I think that the couple deserved that and they needed a lesson to be learned. I think that Dr. Phil did trick them into going onto the show.
I learned that this was a really good example of showing that white people are more scandalous than any Mexican.
Wednesday--
This morning I read about threats to the Hemet police department. Hemet police says four city pickup trucks have been torched in an attack that may be linked to previous booby-trap attempts to harm officers. The city code enforcement trucks were discovered burning at a city lot about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. Police Chief Richard Dana says the incident is considered a threat against the department. Dana says a 911 caller on Friday warned that a police car would be blown up as retaliation against a recent crackdown on a motorcycle gang. Hemet officers have been the targets of three booby-trap attempts since Dec. 31 but escaped injury. A gas pipe was rerouted into a gang task force building, a security fence was rigged with a gun that went off and an explosive device was attached to an officer's car. I think it will take a lot of LABOR to clean up the trucks that were burned. I think the cops need to APPLY some undercover tactics or something to catch these people.
Wednesday- Today I read about the thing that teen parties always have now. Other then their parents medicine cabinets. Instead, increasing numbers of teens are turning to an herb-based product to get high and it’s not marijuana it's perfectly legal. It's known as K2 or Spice, a synthetic substance that, when you smoke it the herb gives you the same affect like you were smoking weed. I don’t think that this is dangerous but I don’t advise a lot of people to be smoking it. For one it’s very expensive like thirty dollars just for a joints worth. I think that spice is in a way another way of escape for teens to get out of their real lives and enter a world of just being high.
wednesday
In today's paper I read an article about the wireless network. Today’s smart phones let users send e-mail or surf the Web. But they don’t do it as fast as a computer hooked up to broadband at home. Now wireless carriers are ramping up to change that. Imagine if your sibling was in labor and your phone wasn’t responding fast enough. Now the wireless networks are trying to apply this upgraded 3G, called 4G. People that have a contract to some networks will now experience the better network. So-called 4G networks promise wireless download speeds significantly faster than today’s existing 3G networks. The speed is going to be significantly faster than what 3G is capable of today or what the promise of 3G is in the future. I think this is advancing our technology and nothing bad will come form it.
Wednesday !
Today I read about a man who was accused of molesting a 12 year old girl. This all took place in a Ventura county. The guy who is accused of molesting the girl is 34 years old and had a warrant on him for that reason. The police tried to stop him, but the man didn’t stop, and it turned into a car chase. The chase went onto the 5 Orange County and ended up in San Diego county. The man tried to run away, but was bitten and subdued by an Oceanside police dog and arrested. The man was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries. He is expected to be turned over to Santa Paula police and taken to Ventura County to face the molestation charge.
I think this is nasty ! This guy is so nasty I can’t stress the “soooooo” enough. He needs to get a girl his won age. Good thing he is going to jail.
Wed-
Today on CNN I read about a man who was locked up for sixteen years. He was incarcerated in 1993 for the murder of a prostitute. It talks about how much technology has advanced and how he is not used to it. He thought that the soap dispensers are cool. He was released on February 17 this year. The group that freed Taylor, the North Carolina Innocence Inquiry Commission. It was created in 2006 after a couple of wrongful convictions. A panel of people review questionable cases. In Taylor’s case DNA evidence was not even used.
Wednesday- today I read about a man who will probably get the death sentence. The reason is because he killed a lot of people. The people he killed were all woman and he also raped all of them. He would also keep them in his home and have them frozen. When he was arrested they found eleven bodies of raped woman in his apartment building. There was also a woman found out somewhere in the street. The man was charged with more than eighty counts of murder and rape altogether. The court will take place today and then it will be said of what will happen to the man.
This was a sad story because there were a lot of woman that died for no reason. The man did plead insanity though and to me it seems like he is a freak. The article stated a lot of details and it helped me understand everything.
I learned that there are a lot of weirdo’s out there and they should be in a mental home instead of prison.
Thursday- TODAY I READ ABOUT A COUPLE DIFFERENT SUBJECTS FIRST WAS OF A MAN THAT WAS SHOT AND KILLED IN A PARKING LOT OUTSIDE OF A STRIP CLUB. HE WAS NOW NAMED AS MICHAEL DESHORN HE WAS SHOT IN THE GROIN AREA. I THINK THAT THIS GUY HAD TO DO SOMETHING SEXUAL TO ONE OF THE LADIES TO PISS SOMEONE OFF ENOUGH TO KILL HIM. I ALSO READ ABOUT A PEDESTRIAN THAT WAS ROBBED BY TWO MEN AND IT'S FUNNY BECAUSE HE ONLY HAD ABOUT TWENTY DOLLARS IN HIS WALLET. ALOT OF THE STORIES I HAVE READ ABOUT TODAY ARE ALL PRETTY MUCH ABOUT ROBBING KILLING AND STEALING THE WORLD WASN'T ALWAYS LIKE THIS AND IT'S ONLY GETTING WORSE I JUST FEEL LIKE IF ONLY THE PEOPLE THAT ARE SEEN AS VICTIMS CAN MAN UP AND HOLD THEIR OWN BECAUSE IF THAT WERE THE CASE NOBODY WOULD BE GETTING ROBBED KILLED OR STOLEN FROM.OTHER THEN THAT THIS READING WAS ABOUT THE VIOLENCE THAT STILL HASN'T STOPPED.
Thursday
In today's paper I read an article about the death of Michael Jackson. His doctor is still under suspicion in the death of Michael. Dr Conrad Murray is being investigated because the things he say just don’t add up. Dr. Murray said that he was summoned to the scene by Michael. Once he went in to the room Jackson showed no sign of life. He tried to apply CPR to the dying pop star. After laboring for the ill singer, he gave him a large dose of the pain medicine. The contract that Jackson had with him made Dr. Murray do as Jackson told. They say that Michael overdosed on a prescription drug. When Michael went to the hospital he was pronounced dead. Dr.Murray wanted to go back because he suposeibly wanted to get a cream that he didn’t want to be exposed to the world. Now he is under suspicion on gathering prescription tubes.
Thursday !
This morning I read about how a couple got in trouble with law, because of going on the Dr.Phil show. The couple Mathew Eaton, and Nora Eaton when on an episode regarding shoplifting. The couple said that they would steal toys, and sell them. The couple said that they had been doing this for years, and that they stole a lot toys worth a lot of money. The couple later got arrested, because officials saw the episode. It also seemed like the couple was bragging about what they did. The judge that handled the case describe Dr. Phil as despicable, and she also did not like his remarks that he would make. Mathew Eaton is doing little bit more than a yea in jail, and Nora is doing a year and one day. The weird thing about the couple is that had been trying to be on the show for months, and they were trying to be on the show for weight loss, and ended up being on the show for shoplifting.
I think that this really sucks for the couple. They did not know what they ere getting themselves to. I also never knew that you could get arrested for coming out on a show.
I learned that you could get arrested for coming out on a show and talking about what the show ask you to talk about.
Thursday- Today I read about a woman who was in stable condition after a brief fire. The fire is said to have started in the bathroom. The fire was set by a couple of candles that led to be a big fire. There was a man who had said that he went to go check out the apartments because there was a lot of smoke being produced. He went to the side and broke a window to call out for anyone but it didn’t work out. The fireman showed up about three minutes after the fire was spotted and pulled the woman out. They then tried to put the fire out which tried to get to another apartment. The woman was in stable condition and will be held in the hospital till fully recovered.
I think this was a really good article and that the firemen did good. The man who tried to help was also a hero but he didn’t really do anything. The woman was really dumb for leaving two unattended candles.
I learned that people are sometimes so dumb to leave stuff around it can cause a lot of damage.
Thursday-
In the article I read today I read about future decisions that the Chargers organization are applying. Many new players are signing contracts with the due to all the trades going on. The Chargers just signed Charlie Whitehurst whom came from Seattle. By making this move the Chargers will unofficially receive two first round picks. To top it off they will receive and extra fifth round draft pick. This brings there total number of draft picks to seven. In other words the Chargers will be picking 28th and 40th in the first round. A.J Smith says after all the labor that his organization has put in, that its time to get something out that’s why these decisions he’s been making were crucial. There are a lot of spots to fill now that future hall of famer LaDainian Tomlinson and Antonio Cromartie leaving to the Jets but with help on the way there’s no telling what the Chargers outcome will be till next season.
in today's newspaper I read about how Toyota investors sue Toyota because of over drop in stock prices. toyota share holders incensed over a sudden drop in Japanese automakers stock price are heading to court because of the applied lawsuits claiming company executives deliberately misled investors and the public about the depth of the accelerator problems. The investor lawsuits say Toyota spread misleading information about contractors and the problems with the cars. They said the problem was a simple matter of floor mats trapping the gas peddles. Toyota executives have known for nearly a decade that faulty electronic throttle sometimes causes the car to go out of control . The company also faces a series of wrongful deaths and injury lawsuits from crashes linked to the accelerator problems there is several hearings scheduled next week in san Diego.
Friday- Today I read about a 34 year old man accused of molesting a 13 year old girl in Ventura County and was arrested after a police chase yesterday afternoon. I also read about another ATM being taken in the San Marcos area from a CVS pharmacy. I don’t really know if the fugitives got away with it or not but all I know is that they stacked up on some cash and they are most likely doing it because they are losing money somehow and need it either for personal use or for their families or they got bills to pay. I think that again all I read about nowadays is about violence of some kind or stealing. When is this goona change when am I goona read about people being recognized for the good they do?
friday
In today's paper I read an article about an false arrest. A man tried to labor one of his nephew by buying him herbs in San Diego. On his way back home, which is tijiauana he was stopped at the border. The Border police check the man and he had two backs of drug looking dried up vegetables. They had to apply the fact that people have been trying to get drugs across the corner. They kept him for two days while they did test on his dried vegetables. I think that they did something very unfair and he should sue them. They try to contract the mood of thing by saying they thought it was drugs. I think they were just being rasist because he is a innocent Mexican native.
Friday . .
This morning I read about a story about a weird incident that occurred in Beijing China. A former medical worker stabbed 8 kids to death. He also wounded 5 other children. All these children were from an elementary school in eastern China. The 41 year old attacker attacked right when students were coming to school to begin classes. The attacker started stabbing, slashing children. The rampage was stopped by passer-by and school security guards. The attacker was also arrested soon after.
I just think this story is crazy. I wonder what drove this former medical worker to want to kill kids. I think this guy needs to get put away in prison, and never come out again. He killed little kids who were not expecting to be killed, and probably has caused a lot of sadness for the kids families and friends.
Friday-
In today’s article I read about sports. This particular article talked about ex Charger Ryan Leaf. Ryan Leaf used to play QB. The Chargers selected Leaf with there #2 pick in the 1998 draft. The Chargers picked Leaf instead of picking Peyton Manning who now plays for the Colts. He was locked up for a burglary charge. The burglary charge alone had Leaf facing 20 years in prison. Leaf got lucky that the victim did not want to pursue charges against him. Prosecutors made a deal with Leaf, in which Leaf has to plead guilty to felony drug charges. The deal includes a twenty thousand dollar fine but does not come with any jail time. It also includes 10 years of probation.
fridayy!
This morning I read a story about a couple from Fontana whose five dogs attacked a group of children. A five year old girl suffered a punctured lung. Jose Antonio Lopez Gonzalez and Judith Mendoza Lopez were charged with seven counts of owning mischievous animals that caused great bodily injury. The man was arrested at his house Tuesday and the woman arranged to surrender Wednesday. A police officer killed one dog and the rest were euthanized. I think that it is sad that people have dogs that they cannot control. I hope that none of the kids CONTRACT rabies or anything from this nasty dogs. People should APPLY some common sense before buying a pet.
friday
In today’s news I read about a Grossmont College tennis team member whose boyfriend was presumed drowned after he tried to rescue her in the ocean in Torrey Pines last week he is still remained in the hospital in critical conditions. Jessica Eung,19, and Troy Le were seen struggling in the water at the north end of Torrey Pines State Reserve about 6:25 p.m. on Saturday. One of the lifeguard said that they were dangerous currents at the time. Eung was found unconscious under several feet of water and was taken to Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla. Searchers still haven't found Le anywhere.
Friday-
In today’s News, a man of molesting a 13-year-old girl in Ventura County was arrested after a police chase yesterday afternoon. Santa Paula police obtained a warrant for the arrest of the man. They tried to stop the man but he drove away, and the chase reached Interstate 405 in Los Angeles. The chase went south onto Interstate 5 in Orange County and continued south into San Diego County. It ended when the driver crashed his vehicle on the ramp connecting south I-5 with east state Route 78. He tried to run away and failed because of a CONTRACTED police dog and was arrested. He was taken to a hospital to be treated for his injuries. He is expected to be turned over to Santa Paula police and taken to Ventura County to face the molestation charge.
FRIDAY>>>>>
A former medical worker stabbed to death eight young children and wounded five others yesterday in a bloody rampage outside an elementary school in eastern China. The 41 year old attacker struck in the morning as students arrived for classes, mingling with parents at the school gates before suddenly pulling out his knife and slashing children, according to witnesses that were on the scene. He was stopped by passers-by and school security guards. I think that that’s crazy how someone could do this to young children. I never thought that this kind of stuff happened all the way in China. Hopefully whoever did this never gets to lay eyes on another child again.
Today In the newspaper I read about about how a new specie of dinosaur was found buried in the rocks of southern Utah. This abject was found buried under a huge sand dunes that was about 185 million years old. After studied it was probable that this dinosaur was a plant eater its also said that this creature must have been relatives of a later known species called sauropods . This new species was called seitaad ruessi this creature ten to fifteen feet long and three to four feet high. These remaining bones were were found protruding from sandstone at the base of the cliff. Scientist say that there was no humans around at the time when these dinosaurs were roaming the earth. The name seitaad means sand monster that buried its victims in dunes in Navajo legend. This artifact is missing its head a toe and a lower shinbone.
