Monday- Today I read about a couple different subjects that caught my attention this morning. The first subject that I read about was of a woman that was traveling on an airplane for about four hours and couldn’t stand what the people were eating next to her it had this curry smell and just a very strong aroma that you can smell from the other side of the airplane. I also read about the recent earthquakes that has happened in the U.S. and that earthquake was a big one. It scared a lot of people in my neighborhood because when I looked outside my window I seen people freaking out it was crazy the way people act when they get frantic or scared. It just tripped me the hell out when it happened because I was sleeping and I woke up to my house shaking and my bed going crazy under me I thought my house was haunted or something.

Monday- Today I read an article that happened here in San Diego but began in Mexicali, Mexico. The article was about the earth quake that hit yesterday. The earth quake was said to be a magnitude of 7.2. There was a lot of damage done Mexicali but not any in San Diego. There were only two deaths from the earth quake but about a hundred injuries. It has been said that there are more earth quakes expected to happen through out the week. This earth quake also triggered a bunch of other earth quakes. This means that everyone has to be on a high alert for the next earth quakes.
This was a good article because this was true and I experienced it in Mexico. I think that this is mother nature tired of all the pollution humans are giving it and she is giving back what humans deserve. I think that because look what happened to Haiti.
I learned that mother nature is mad and is willing to cause so much damage so humans will not mistreat her anymore.

In today's news I read about a faced with international criticism over hunger-striking dissidents, President Raul Castro on Sunday said Cuba refused to give in to blackmail and accused the United States and Europe of launching "the most ferocious" media campaign against the island nation in decades. Raul Castro said that, We will never give in to blackmail, from any country or group of countries, no matter how powerful. The United States and Europe have stepped up pressure on Cuba to release political prisoners and improve its human rights record. A jailed dissident Orlando Zapata Tamayo died in February after a prolonged hunger strike. Guillermo Farinas, another government opponent, launched a hunger strike from his home shortly afterwards to demand the release of political prisoners. In his speech to an annual meeting of the Union of Communist Youth on Sunday, Castro accused the United States and Europe of "hypocritically holding up the flag of human rights."He called both Zapata Tamayo and Farinas common criminals who were manipulated by foreign powers. Cuba says there are no political prisoners on the communist island. They say dissidents are being paid by enemy governments to destabilize the country. Farinas has been in the hospital in recent days, receiving food intravenously.

What I learned today was two children live on the top of Smokey Mountain where they scavenge for food. They also have bad health. Their house is made of plastic and corrugated iron. They did go to the local schools until their parents took them out. Where the kids play is on the rubbish dump that has been closed for 20 years. There is one shack on the top of the mountain that many families consider it home.

During today’s reading I read an article about the earthquake that hit yesterday. In this section they talked about the effect of the earthquake in Mexico. The earthquake shook southern California, Arizona and Mexico. But the place it hit thee hardest was Baja California. The quake reached an amount of 7.2 in Mexico, and 6.9 in San Diego. A similar earthquake hit in 1972, so people were stunned. The quake left two dead, and over 100 people injured. This earthquake keeps bringing up the theory of the world ending in 2012. Many people are fearing this event, but I'm not. I don’t think the earthquake meant anything, there suppose to happen its part of life.

Monday- Today I read about rescuers in northern California on Thursday found the body of Thomas Bennett, a climber who became trapped on Mount Shasta after falling ill. A seven-member rescue team flew in by helicopter and found the hiker, who had taken shelter Sunday in a snow cave, the Siskiyou County Sheriff's Office said. According to local reports, Bennett and a climbing partner trekked to the summit of the mountain, and on their way down, Bennett became sick and unresponsive. His partner, Mark Thomas, dug a snow cave for Bennett and hiked down, looking for help. Poor visibility and weather dashed attempts to fly in the rescue team Wednesday, the sheriff's office said. On Thursday, the team went up in a Chinook helicopter and was off-loaded near Mount Shasta's summit.

Today on cnn news I read about how 2 people died and 100 people were injured during an earthquake in Baja California Mexico. This earthquake was also felt by the state of California and Arizona luckily their was no death and injuries reported. The 7.2 magnitude quake hit northwest Baja California Sunday its said that this was the largest quake they had since 1992. news reporters say that one person died because his building collapse on him the other death was because the person ran out of his building on time but when he ran outside he was hit by a moving car. Because of the intense earthquake the city of Baja suffered because the power went out and all the injured people had to be treated out side of hospital because of the need of power.

In today's paper I read an article about a man who killed his mom. In this section they talked about how he allegedly beat his mom to death then cut off her arm. His mom was found dead in the her home in the downstairs bathroom. This shocked many people and it brought up similar cases. Many people wondered why would a man do something so cruel. They came up with a theory that he did it for the health insurance money. Now the court is wondering whether they should just give him life, or the death penalty. The judge wants him to do a few years in a mental hospital. I think he should do years in a mental hospital, then they should give him the life sentence.

What I read today was about the Maoist Ambush I learned that in the ambush is that Seventy-two police officers were killed in an attack early Tuesday by suspected Maoists in eastern India, authorities said.
About 200 officers from the federal Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and a local police group were conducting a road inspection in Chhattisgarh state's Dantewada district when the assault occurred, according to officials.

Tuesday- Today I read about women in Maine and how they went topless to prove a point. Their point was to show that not only men can go topless and not be judged. So they went topless also to show that they shouldn’t be judged either. There were some people that didn’t like the scene of women topless walking down the street. They say it’s very inappropriate for the kids and toddlers and especially young boys in their adolescence stage. In a way I agree because when kids are around you just have to cover up you can just be showing your boobs like that. I mean it’s ok when the kids aren’t around. I also read about a teen being suspended for her prom dress the school officials said that the dress was a little too revealing but I think that she just goes to a white school and I bet the white girl were showing too much and didn’t get suspended. I think that’s messed up.

I watched a video about Easter Sunday. Their were a bunch of kids at the white house rolling eggs. They were also searching for eggs in their Easter hunt. Their was also a national pillow fight day while Easter egg hunting. One kid said that it was getting pretty crazy at the time. He claimed that at one point he began jumping over moms while getting elbowed. Another story said that even during Easter some guy who was driving an SUV tried to kidnap a young girl in Montgomery, Alabama. The messed up part was the attempt took place at a local church. The man tried to grab the girl but luckily she escaped and jumped out the back seat of the SUV. Church members say that they will watch the kids more next time.

Tuesday- Today I read about twelve miners died Monday and more than a dozen were unaccounted for after an explosion erupted inside an underground mine in Raleigh County, West Virginia, the mine's parent company said. Another 21 miners were injured in the blast at the Upper Big Branch Mine, according to Michael Mayhorn, emergency dispatcher for Boone County, which was called in to assist in the response. At least 20 ambulances and three helicopters were dispatched from surrounding counties, and the state medical examiner was heading to the scene, Mayhorn said. The explosion happened about 4:30 p.m. at Massey Energy's Performance Coal Co. mine in Whitesville, West Virginia, 30 miles south of Charleston, West Virginia, CNN affiliate WCHS reported. The cause of the explosion was not immediately known, but methane gas has been blamed in several deadly mining accidents in recent years.

In today's news I read about five trapped workers were found dead Tuesday in northern China more than a week after their coal mine was flooded by a rush of underground water. The fatalities came a day after 115 miners were pulled out alive amid cheers, as rescuers scrambled to reach dozens more believed to be still trapped inside. The miners were part of a larger group of 261 working in the Wangjialing mine when it flooded on March 28. Rescuers were able to reach 108 miners immediately after the flooding. Before the Monday rescue, the miners tapped and shouted to indicate they were alive. Hundreds of rescuers were working around the clock to drain water, monitor gas and pull out miners. Mine accidents are common in China. In 2009, 2,631 people were killed in such accidents. The figure while high is down from 2002 when 6,995 people died. On Monday, the country launched a two-month campaign of safety inspections in mines and other industries that have had serious accidents.

This morning I read about a 15 year old who was taking care of her 7 year old step sister, and let men have sex with both of them for money. Two men and three boys have been charged with aggravated assault, and endangering the welfare of a child. Then men are as old as 20 years old. The 20 year old and 10 year old have been arrested, and the 13, 14 and 17 year old also. The story is said that the 15 year old was babysitting her 7 year old step sister, when a couple of guys asked her if she wanted to hang out. The 15 year old said yes and then had sex with the men for money. The 15 year old then allowed the boys or guys to touch the 7 year old. Molestation of the 7 year old, then led on to the rape.
I think that this story is crazy !! It is not like just another rape story because the 15 year old gave her body to these disgusting guys for money. I understand if the 15 year old wanted to have sex for money, but she should not be letting the guys molest her little 7 year old sister. The little girl should not even be around things like that.

This morning I read about how a little boy saved his mothers life. The little boy heard his mother screaming for help and that’s when he went to help his mother. The mother said that she had heard footsteps entering her bedroom. She assumed it was her husband, and so did the little boy, because her heard his bedroom door open. The mother then realized it was not her husband. The intruder began stabbing and slashing her face. The little boy heard his mother screaming for help and jumped on the guy and began hitting his him all over. The man then slashed the little boy also. The little boy was going to get a knife, but called the police instead. The intruder heard the cops and that’s when he ran off.
I think that this little boy must have really loved his mother. If he did not care about what happened to him to try and protect his mother, that takes a lot of courage. I just hope that weird guy gets found, and gets sent to prison ASAP.

Tuesday- Today I read an article that was said to be heard from ten years ago. The article was about a man who was sentenced to forty years in federal prison. The reason is because he was the man who helped the biggest drug lords in Mexico. The article also stated that the man was caught in 2000. He was caught in Tijuana, Mexico while at his son’s soccer game. Officials said that it took almost eight years for the man to be transferred to the U.S. The man was accused of doing a lot of wrong and is facing the consequences of his actions. The article also stated that because of this man all of the drug cartels are out of control.
This was a good article because they sent the man who helped destroy Mexico behind bars for a long time. I think that it is what he deserves and I hope he rots in prison. I'm just messing around its good that this man was caught but that’s what started all the killings.
I learned that because the police arrested a drug god all the killings began.

Wednesday- Today I read about the unemployment rate for veterans of the Iraq and Afghanistan wars reached 14.7 percent in March, according to the latest government statistics. The number of unemployed veterans increased to more than 250,000, up about 40,000 over the previous month's figures, according to the Department of Labor Statistics. Unemployment rates for Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans have risen sharply in the past few years, according to Labor Department data. The rate was 10.2 percent in 2009, 7.3 percent in 2008, and 6.1 percent in 2007. Veterans groups say the figures are unacceptable. Paul Sullivan, director of Veterans for Common Sense, said these veterans are having difficulty finding work for several reasons. Other veterans groups agree. They say that the AMVETS will continue to press Congress for more help.

Wednesday- Today I read about a couple in Poway that died. They were shot because of a family feud between another family. The Cunnyngham-Reed feud dated back 10 years and included restraining orders on both sides and a previous fight in which the Cunnynghams son was stabbed. A couple of neighbors on Olive Grove Place described the Cunningham's to news media as a friendly, helpful couple and Reed as a terror who would get upset at petty things - for instance, if someone parked in front of his house. I think that this is a really childish shooting because all one family had to do was just to move out and live somewhere else. I mean when there’s kid’s involved why didn’t you just move and then there won’t be any feud it was stupid. This would have never happened if one of the household’s just moved out and made it easier on someone else.

This morning I read a story about a man who punched kids in the head at a Wal-Mart in Columbus Ohio. 68-year-old Ralph Conone pleaded guilty to three counts of assault last week. On March 30 a judged sentenced him to 180 days in jail and fined. The jail time was suspended in exchange for probation. Police say Conone would strike children in the head with a key protruding from his fist while roaming the store. I don’t think I have ever read a SIMILAR story to this one. My THEORY is that this guy should have a mental health evaluation or something. I think he should have received a heavier punishment, especially because he was hitting children. If those were my children I would sue that creepy old man.

Wednesday- Today I read an article about a man who was accused of killing a molester. The suspect is said to have shot another man in his home. There is a trial still taking place and there seems to say that the suspect is not guilty. The suspect stated that the man who died was his families neighbor for quite some time. He also said that he had sexually molested him while he was eleven years old. The story is still being added up and the man will be sentenced to some kind of conviction. The police say that there is no evidence that states that the story is true so it’s a tough case to crack. This situation is still on trial and will be updated in a couple of days.
This was a lame story because no one got in trouble. The only thing that did interest me was that a child molester got shot and died. I think that it was what the man really deserved.
I learned that child molesters can be anyone even someone with children.

This morning I read about a lady who is wanted for stealing money from elderly. This lady is black, in her mid 40 years old, about 5’9 and weighs about 300 pounds. She wears big oval glasses, and sometimes wigs, to try and hide her appearance. This lady goes to malls and searches for an elderly person from ages 77-91. She then follows them to their house and fakes something is wrong with her car. The old people let her in, and that when she steals their wallet. She even gave one man a hug after he caught her stealing his wallet. Right after she steals their wallet, she goes and buys stuff at malls.
I think this lady is annoying. If she wants something she needs to stop being so lazy and work for it herself. I hate people who steal from others, because those people worked for what they have and some stupid person is just stealing it because they are lazy. I cant wait until she gets caught.

Authorities in Linden, New Jersey, say they have identified the two dismembered bodies discovered in a pair of trash bags left curbside in the quiet suburban community.
Initially, officials "weren't even sure if we had a male and a female because of the dismemberment.
An autopsy was conducted on the remains Monday evening, and investigators also examined other contents found within the garbage bags.
Authorities were able to determine positive identifications for both victims, Romankow said in a statement released Tuesday, but he added that the Union County medical examiner has "not yet determined how long the pair had been dad before they were discovered.“
It still remains unclear how long the bags had been on the curb or why the bodies were placed in Linden,

In today's news I read a bout Space shuttle Discovery docked with the international space station early Wednesday despite a broken antenna that knocked out radar tracking aboard the shuttle. The shuttle docked with the space station at 3:44 a.m. ET. At the time of docking, both spacecraft were traveling 225 miles over the Caribbean sea near Caracas, Venezuela. Commander Alan Poindexter and his crew completed the rendezvous without the use of the shuttle's Ku-band radar, relying instead on other navigation tools to precisely track the space station. The Discovery's seven-person crew now joins the six person space station crew for more than a week of work together. It will mark the first time four women have been in space at one time. Three women mission specialists Stephanie Wilson, Dorothy Metcalf-Linden burger and Naoko Yamazaki comprise part of the Discovery's crew. NASA astronaut Tracy Caldwell Dyson is already at the space station. Discovery launched Monday morning from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The shuttle's 13-day mission includes three planned spacewalks, replacing an ammonia tank assembly and retrieving a Japanese experiment from the station's exterior. It is scheduled to return to Earth on April 18 at 8:35 a.m. ET. There are only three shuttle missions remaining before the space shuttle fleet is retired.

This is really weird because I seen him too so this guy or who ever made it is very talented in what he or she does with these shirts. I also read about President Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on Thursday signing a major nuclear arms control agreement that reduces the nuclear stockpiles of both nations. I think that in a way it’s good but then bad because now we are friends with Russia but now were going to be responsible for part of their stock piles. I hope they know this agreement is going 50/50 not 80/20 but 50/50. that’s all I read about today and I will have more for you tomorrow Miss Jade.

In today’s paper I read an article about a man trying to smuggle marijuana across the border. In this article they talked about how the 20yr old Mexican man looked suspicious. The pulled him over and noticed something weird in the tire section of the car. The border patrols drug smuggle theory made the check for drugs. They noticed something around the tire that wasn’t suppose to be there. So was a similar thing around all of them. They took the tires of and cut them open. When the tires were open they found over 100 pounds of marijuana hidden. The mexican man was taken in to custody by the military. I think that the border patrol is getting better at stopping drug from getting across.

Thursday- Today I read about people packed into a church in Illinois Monday to remember a woman whose death made headlines worldwide. At the St. Rita of Cascia Shrine Chapel in Chicago, a funeral was held for Dawn Brancheau, a SeaWorld trainer who died last week after a killer whale dragged her underwater at Shamu Stadium in Orlando, Florida. A memorial service for the 40-year-old will take place in Orlando, Florida, at a future date, according to the Blake Lamb Funeral Home. Brancheau had wanted to be an animal trainer from the time she visited SeaWorld as a 9-year-old, her sister Diane Gross said last week. Brancheau was pulled underwater Wednesday at SeaWorld Orlando, when a 6-ton killer whale named Tilikum grabbed her ponytail. A source at SeaWorld said the whale dove deep underwater after seizing Brancheau. Trainers had to wrangle the animal into a smaller pool before they could retrieve her body about 40 minutes later.

In today's news I read about the U.S. and Omani warships who rescued most of the crew of a hijacked Indian ship in the northern Indian Ocean and also captured 10 suspected pirates other marauders successfully seized a Turkish cargo ship. The latest ship to be taken by pirates was the Yasin C, a bulk carrier bound for the Kenyan port of Mombasa. The Yasin C has a crew of 25 who all of them are Turkish. No further details were immediately announced. Its hijacking came a day after the guided-missile destroyer USS McFaul and the Omani warship the al-Sharquiya retook an Indian dhow that had been converted into a pirate ship. Nine members of the Indian ship's crew jumped overboard as the U.S. and Omani ships approached, according to the U.S. command in Bahrain. The Omanis rescued eight of them, while the ninth drowned. The 10 suspected pirates on board surrendered to a boarding party from the McFaul and will be transferred to a country willing to prosecute them

This morning I read a story about a police officer in Houston who shot and killed a puppy then left the animal's body at the city dump and lied about the incident when the puppy's owner showed up looking for it. Mayte Gurrero adopted the dog, it escaped from her backyard in February. The officers name is Juan Hernandez. A neighbor who found it reportedly gave it to Hernandez that same afternoon. But, instead of taking the puppy to the animal shelter and waiting three days for someone to claim it, officers say Hernandez almost immediately killed it. Police say Hernandez hot the puppy in the head and dumped it in a dumpster. Hernandez reportedly had a THOERY that the puppy was sick, but the police chief said it doesn't matter. A SECTION of the law dictates that all euthanizations are to be performed by a licensed vet. The city government also decided to buy Guerrero a new puppy, named Susie. I think that this story is ridiculously sad and I would be devastated if that happened to one of my animals. I hope that I never read a story SIMILAR to this one.

This morning I read about a man who got into a fight with his “ex” girlfriend. I guess the mans girlfriend broke up with him to go back with her husband. It turned out to be way more than a break up. The couple then went their separate ways, and the ex boyfriend then bit the girl in the arm. He even tried to run over he husband. This all took place on University and Lincoln. After that the girl and her husband began driving away. She then realized she wanted to give him back his cell phone because she did not want anything to do with him, so she went back. When she went back the ex boyfriend did run over her husband. The 25 year old suffered a broken nose and lacerations. The ex boyfriend tried to run away, but the deputies caught him. He is now in custody and charged with was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon.
I think that relationships are so complicated and can lead to crazy things like this. I don’t wish for the ex boyfriend to be locked up forever, he was just jealous , and got way to mad at the wrong time.

Thursday- Today I read an article about the most dangerous drug in the world. The drug is found in the parts of Colombia. This is a normal tree called the ‘Boracherro Blanco” which in English means the white drunk. This drug is said to be used to kidnap people. The reason is because who ever is on a dose of it they are out of this world. The body seems to move and everything but the persons mind is gone. The bad thing about it is that this is a natural tree that grows in all parts of Colombia. This is also known as a day rape drug and is the cause of more than 2 thirds of kidnappings in Colombia.
This is a good article because it gave me a lot of information. I think that the plant should be cut down everywhere and banned from there. The reason is because that is why a lot of people disappear.
I learned that there are really dangerous drugs out there that can really get someone hurt.

Friday- Today I read about two brothers that were living right across the street from each other and they never knew that they were brothers. They were living as neighbors for about two years until they found out two weeks before but when they did find out about each other they were just hanging out non-stop. I think that’s a good thing that they found out about each other because that would have sucked if they never found out and they were living as neighbors their whole lives or if one of them moves away and that would break the chance of them ever knowing. But I guess you can just call that a perfect story ending. ”Happily ever after”. I also read about a son of a mother that died at the hands of the husband. I guess the father told the son to help him dispose of the body. He was young and didn’t know any better I feel bad for the kid because he had to watch his mom die. But then you gotta think what if it was the son? What if it was the other way around? And now his dad id dead he can’t say anything otherwise. Well this situation can go both ways. But from what I know the kid isn’t facing any charges.

That's the message the U.S. Navy is sending after announcing that smoking will no longer be permitted below decks on its submarines effective December 31. There are currently 57 submarines serving in the U.S. Navy, and about 13,000 sailors on submarine active duty. Of those sailors, recent polling indicates 35 to 40 percent are smokers. Lt. Commander Mark Jones conceded there will likely be complaints. However, he said the Navy has very aggressive smoking cessation programs. There will also be nicotine replacement therapy widely available on the submarines, such as Nicorette gum and nicotine patches. In the past, smoking had been confined to certain areas on the submarine. Individual submarine commanders will still be allowed to decide if crew members are permitted to smoke on deck.

Friday- Today I read about a man that is in trouble with the law. The reason is because this man developed an application that helps immigrants. The man is a professor at UCSD and has been taken out for the time remaining. The application is for cell phones and other high tech devices. They help immigrants find water and look to see where the border patrol is stationed. This is a GPS application and is available to anyone. The man is looking in on having to go to court because a lot of people are mad at him. Although some people don’t think he did anything wrong and are actually happy he made this because a lot of immigrants die because lack of water.
This was a the type of article that gets me mad. The reason is because the man did something helpful and yet he is getting into trouble for it. I think that he shouldn’t of gotten fired and just let alone until his court hearing.
I learned that a lot of people get mad if you help immigrants out just because they come and live better lives than them.

What I read today was that a fire broke out at an apartment complex at 316 North Bluff, just west of the Des Plaines River, late Wednesday night.
Omariya Dishman, 4, was in the first-floor apartment where the fire started. Investigators say he was alone at the time. He was pronounced dead at Silver Cross Hospital.
"The fire was contained to that room. The Firefighters had quite a few people evacuate. One of the firefighters did go to the fire room and that is where he did find the patient.
Wallace, who is wheelchair bound, admits she was in the hallway and not inside the apartment when the fire started in the master bedroom. She says her friends knocked down the door to try to save her son.
It was so much smoke, you could barely breathe. The firefighter and a couple of friends tried to go back in and let the people know that they were in a smoke fire, to get out. A lot of people didn't even know that the place was on fire.

In today's news I read about this fashion designer name Vivienne Westwood who died of cancer on Thursday on the age of 64. As the manager of the Sex Pistols and owner, with his then-lover Westwood from the Sex boutique in London during the mid-1970s, McLaren was considered one of the pioneers of the punk movement. His son Joe Corre, his other son, Ben Westwood, and McLaren's girlfriend, Young Kim, were with him when he died in Switzerland after a battle with mesothelioma. One of the Sex Pistols leader, John Lyndon, paid tributes to his former band manager. The Sex Pistols broke up in 1978 after one studio album, in large part because of a feud between McLaren and Rotten, who walked off stage at the end of the band's last show declaring, "Ever get the feeling you've been cheated?“. The band's surviving members have regrouped for periodic tours since 1996, but its official Web site still refers to McLaren as its "(mis)manager.“ McLaren went on to assemble the pop act Bow Wow Wow and record several albums of his own in the 1980s and '90s.

Today I read an article about Starbucks. Starbucks opened it’s first store in 1971. Its first location was in Seattle. There are more than 16,700 locations in more than 50 countries. During 2008-2009 Stabucks had to close 771 stores due to the recession. 68 of 124 stores in Manhattan are located within two blocks. In 2008 Starbucks was ordered to pay back 86 million back to over 100,000 employees. Sometimes they would get an extra $1.71 an hour. The logo was a picture of the sea with a woman.

This morning in the justice SECTION on CNN I read about a man who said his father forced him to help dispose of a body of a woman that he tortured and killed. Ernest Samuel Christie III, who was 16 at the time, told authorities that his now-dead father, Ernest Samuel Christie Jr., made him help dump Lysandra Marie Turpin's body in a ditch near their home in Fieldbrook, California, about 80 miles south of the Oregon border. Christie said his father forced him to help cover the body with tires, douse it in gasoline and set it on fire. Christie's dad had held and abused Turpin at his house for several weeks before killing her, he told police. He also told police about other instances where his father had threatened women with their lives. After Christie supplied the sheriff's office with a map of where the body had been dumped, a team of detectives, evidence technicians, and sheriff's deputies found teeth, clothing and charred bones. A forensic odontologist positively identified the remains as Lysandra Turpin on Wednesday. Earnest Samuel Christie Jr. died in 2006. Lysandra Turpin was reported missing to Humboldt County law enforcement on April 8, 1988. Christie also told police that his father frequently used meth. I have a THOERY about meth, I think it is horrible and it ruins peoples lives. This man was a very sick individual if he made his son help him. I think it is sad that there are so many SIMILAR situations that this guy put other women in.

This morning I read about a guy who killed himself because he was about to be caught by the police. The guy was in radio shack and started grabbing all this stuff. The Radio shack worker questioned him, and the guy just pulled out a gun. The guy then ran out and rode of on his Mazda. A civilian then pointed the cops to his direction and the chase began. Gunshots were fired from the guy in his car. The cops chased him and all of the sudden the criminal and his girlfriend ran off into the parking lot near Phil's Barbecue. All of the sudden a gunshot was fired. The cops headed toward that direction and the guy had shot himself in his head.
I wonder why the guy did this, but he is kind of dumb for shooting himself. Then again I understand because he would have locked up for a long time since he shot at a cop.
