Monday – today I read about a New York boating accident kills 4 , injures 2. Four people died and 2 others were in a boating accident. preliminary investigation has revealed that the boat, a 19-foot 1999 Chriscraft, was being operated northbound on the Hudson River approximately 10-15 yards off the eastern shore .Three people went down with the boat and another one who was ejected. The two that survived were able to swim to the shore, & one of them was able to get to the phone and report the accident.
Monday-A report from federal judicial authorities released this week blasted federal probation officers in northern California for their handling of the case of Phillip Garrido, who admitted to kidnapping and sexually assaulting Jaycee Dugard over 18 years Office of the United States Courts. It found no evidence that officers charged with tracking Garrido over the years would have found Dugard by searching the premises. Still, the report called the treatment of Garrido "clearly substandard" and symptomatic of larger problems. Dugard was 11 years old when she was abducted in 1991 from the street in front of her South Lake Tahoe, California, home. The Garridos held her and her two children in a hidden compound on their home's grounds until she was found in 2009.

Tuesday- today I read about The former director of a Chicago-area cemetery. This guy that was the director of a cemetery dug up hundreds of graves and resold them. This guy pleaded guilty to several charges involving the desecration of human remains. Carolyn Towns, 51, who ran the Burr Oak Cemetery when the allegations surfaced in 2009, was sentenced to 12 years in prison Friday after she pleaded guilty to all charges against her, including dismembering a human body and theft from a place of worship, according to state prosecutors in Cook County, Illinois. Three other grave diggers face charges also.
Mondayy . -In today’s news, a vehicle left unattended by an Imperial Beach lifeguard careened toward a crowd of beachgoers last week, injuring at least one person who tried to stop the runaway truck. It was said it eventually came to rest in the ocean, in about 4 feet of water. A lifeguard was able to retrieve the vehicle from the water before its engine died. A person who tried to stop the truck suffered minor abrasions but did not seek medical attention. But, it’s unclear whether the truck was in the neutral gear or left in drive when it starting rolling down the slope. As said an investigation is under way. Levien said the city won’t issue any disciplinary actions or make any personnel decisions until it is complete.
Tuesday- In today’s news, two men , one wearing a Spiderman mask, robbed a Kentucky Fried Chicken in Linda Vista Sunday night shortly before 8 p.m., before being apprehended. It was said that Delimitros could not confirm how much had been stolen in the armed robbery. But, police said a witness struck at least one of the robbers with a cane before they left the scene. The suspects took off in a gray four-door sedan , as another witness pursed them until the police pulled them over and arrested them. Witnesses had differing accounts of the weapon used in the robbery. Some said it was a knife while others said it was a gun. The suspects, now in custody, were described by police as two black males in their 20s or 30s.
In today’s news, a bus crashed in Honduras with tourists which has killed 10 people and injured 25 others. It was said among the dead are two Americans, a Canadian, three Salvadorans and three Hondurans. Another victim has yet to be identified. But , the U.S. Embassy in Honduras says two other Americans are among the injured, but could not provide any further details on the victims. Also , said that the bus was going down a hill when it apparently suffered a mechanical problem. It then flipped on it side in the Sunday accident near Santa Rosa de Copan, a town near the famed Mayan ruins of Copan.
Today I read about how an lady got 3 years of probation and a year of jail time in county jail for fatal stabbing 31 year old Paul Atoguie Reyes in the heart and piercing his heart. Tracy Louise Gillespie, 51, pleaded guilty to all charges. The lady should of received a more relevant punishment but according to polices sources she is crazy and should learn a complex lesson.

Robert Ainsley asked this question to they city of Leicester, England “Can you please let us know what provisions you have in place in the event of a zombie invasion?” yesterday is when they had answered, but before they predicted it would probably not happened.

While both interests are significant, we conclude that preserving the dignity and bodily integrity of an individual who has not been convicted of a crime is the stronger interest, especially when the government has demonstrated that it is able to prevent that individual from harming himself or others. On May 25, a judge found Loughner incompetent to stand trial and committed him to federal custody for hospitalization at the U.S. Missouri, where the staff will determine whether Loughner will become competent in the foreseeable future and, if so, oversee his mental restoration.
Wednesday- today I read about a wife that was accused of cutting off her own husbands penis. This women is from southern California and they threw her in jail on Wednesday. They put her in jail after she drugged her husband and cut off his penis then threw it in the garbage disposal. After she threw it in the garbage disposal she turned it on. Catherine Kieu Becker put a drug or poison in her husband's dinner Monday evening to make him sleepy, according to the initial. When the husband went to lie down in bed after being drugged he knocked out and woke up tied up to the bed and his wife was taking off his clothes. After she did it she called 911. when the police arrived she told them that he disserved it. Then the police found out that they were going threw a divorce. Catherine Becker is forty eight years of age and she was arrested for aggravated mayhem, false imprisonment, assault with a deadly weapon, administering a drug with intent to commit a felony, poisoning, and spousal abuse. She was booked into the Orange County Jail.

In today’s news, a drunken man was struck by a slow moving freight train in downtown San Diego early Wednesday and may lose his leg as a result. The man was said he had been struck near Beech Street and Pacific Highway about 2 a.m. The man was believed to be in his late 20s or early 30s, and was walking along the train tracks with a friend the following night of heavy drinking when he was struck by a train going under 10 mph. & then, was immediately rushed to UCSD Medical Center with a nearly leg and was listed in critical condition.
Thursday-Today I read about how the police charged a New York man with murder Wednesday night after they said officers found human remains in the man's refrigerator and a trash bin. Police say the 35 year old suspect made statements Wednesday implicating himself in the death of Leiby Kleztky, a member of the close-knit Orthodox Jewish community in the Borough Park neighborhood of Brooklyn who went missing Monday afternoon. Kleztky was supposed to meet his parents after walking seven blocks from his summer day camp, but became lost and asked the suspect for directions, Kelly said. According to Kelly, police showed up at Aron's residence at 2:40 a.m. Wednesday and asked him about Kleztky's whereabouts. The suspect pointed them to the kitchen, where blood was visible on the freezer handle. Inside the refrigerator was a cutting board with three blood-spattered carving knives.
Thursday- today I read about Rodney King getting arrested again. Rodney king is the guy that was videotaped in a beating by a numerous amount of cops and was not resisting. This brutal beating led to the nineteen ninety two Los Angeles riot. King was behind the wheel of a 1994 Mitsubishi when he was pulled over in Moreno Valley, in Southern California's Riverside County, the city's police department reported. Officers saw King -- who has acknowledged a longstanding drinking problem -- commit "several traffic violations," a police statement said. Rodney King won and got 3.8 million dollars for damages.
Today I read an article called Woman Who Cut Off Husband´s Penis Could Face Life Sentence. 48-year-old Catherine Kieu Becker has been charged and may face a life sentence. She tied her husband to a bed while he was asleep pulled down his pants and chopped his weenie of. After that, she threw the penis into the garbage disposal and turned it on. Becker herself called 911 and told officers that "he deserved it". Lt. Jeff Nightengale of Garden Grove, Calif., police says the man is "is in amazingly good spirits considering what happened". For her actions Becker could face life in prison. I think this lady is crazy but cool.

Today I read about NASA is inviting everyone to join the crew of the space shuttle Atlantis for an "All-American Meal" Thursday afternoon. "We thought it would be fun to have a typical summer meal often enjoyed in our backyards with friends and family," said Michele Precook, a NASA food scientist and manager of the shuttle food system. Atlantis is docked at the International Space Station on its final mission, which is scheduled to conclude July 21.
Friday- Today i read about a man that was from new york was put under suicide watch. This guys name is Levi Aron and he was charged for first digree murder. Aron kidnaped a little boy and killed him. Aron is thirty five years of age and he remanded under suicide watch until a mental evaluation is completed. The little boy that he killed was only eight years old. This guy that killed the eight year old boy showed no emotion as he entered the court handcuffed and did not enter a plea. He said earlier in a statement that he was sorry for the trouble he has caused, said New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly. Defense attorneys Pierre Bazile and Gerard Marrone told the court that Aron has said he hears voices and hallucinates. his next court date is schedualed for thursday July 28.
Friday- today I read about The judge handling the defamation lawsuit against Casey Anthony has stepped away from the case, leaving open the question of whether the Orlando woman will have to submit to a formal interview by her accuser's lawyers just days after leaving jail. The 2-year-old girl's remains were found in a wooded field not far from the Anthony's home. Anthony was acquitted July 5 of murder and child neglect charges in her daughter's death. She was convicted of lying to investigators and is expected to be released from jail on Sunday. Greene also said he will be in trial on another case that day. If forced to attend the deposition, Greene said Anthony would invoke her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination.

Alfonso Duarte Mugica said the plantation six hours south of Tijuana is 168 times larger than the soccer field in Mexico City's Azteca Stadium. It spans for 120 hectares (about 300 acres), he said.
Today I read an article named Snake Has Two Heads; They Steal Food From Each Other. Visitors flocked to see an albino California King snake with two independent heads. These heads don´t always agree with each other and sometimes steal one another´s food and fight each other which is pretty cool. A snake guy said that sometimes one snakes head goes one way and the other another way and he sometimes has to put barriers to keep the snakes from fighting. "The second head may get angry, but both then feel satiation because they only have one stomach," he said. The snake, on loan from Germany, is believed to be the only two-headed one on the continent and has nearly doubled the zoo´s visitor numbers there. I want to see that snake myself actually.

today i read on how the Washington redskins suspended Al Haynesworth because the lineman and the redskins head coach battled this whole 2010 season, so the lineman will lose $847,000. He is not receiving any pay for the rest of the season, the head coach Mike Shanahan said he see the potential in the lineman but the terms of his contract was distinct and he did not want to cooperate with the rules. The only formula was to suspended him the coach don’t like to make choices like that but if your not going to cooperate then what’s the choice to make.

Tuesday- Today I read about a teenager that killed his parents with a hammer. After he massacred his parents he stashed the bodies in a bedroom and invited a lot of people over to his house to throw a house party. Tyler Hadley, 17, is in police custody, booked just before 5 p.m. Monday on two counts of second-degree murder with a weapon, according to the St. Lucie County Sheriff's website. Port St. Lucie Police spokesman Tom Nichols told reporters earlier that the teenage boy, who will be tried as an adult, was denied bond. Around 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Port St. Lucie Police Capt.
