Today I read about news on the National Football League, how Michael Vick shouldn’t be back reinstated even thought he should because many people have done crime in the NFL and still was able to get back reinstated back into the league. Today I also read about how Shawne Merriman have came back from his surgery from last year. Its his first time being back he said that he is really ready to get back on the field they can see that his knee is 100%. But they don’t want to rush him back on to the field. Then he gets back hurt all easy again so right now during camp he is taking it easy and relaxing not participating in the tackling stuff because they don’t want no rookie going after his brace knee. I think the NFL is starting to emerge on there decision, making better ones for the fans and showing them that the fans deserve good to.
Today I read about a year-old-girl killed when trolley hits bicycle. The 4-year-old girl killed in a San Diego Trolley accident on Sunday was all set for her first day of kindergarten. Veronica Ramirez had her backpack, her lunch, and was eager and ready to start at Mueller Charter School. Her mother, Jessica Ramirez said that Veronica always listened and that she never did anything without permission. The family mourned yesterday, as the mother recalled her daughter’s dream to become a cheerleader. The mother, Jessica, kept repeating that she wants her cheerleader over and over. Veronica was killed while riding in a child seat as her father pedaled a bicycle Sunday Evening. A makeshift memorial for Veronica, with several candles and numerous roses, was erected yesterday just east of the tracks.
Today I read about a Liberian man whose 8 year old daughter allegedly was raped by four young boys July 16th, and then reportedly shunned by her family, must wait at least three months before possibly regaining custody of the girl. The girl was taken into state custody after officials said they heard the victim’s parents blame her and didn’t want her anymore. But the father denied yesterday that he ever blamed her or said that his daughter brought shame to her family. Prosecutors have charged a 14 year old Liberian refugee as an adult. Three other boys ages 9, 10 and 13 have been charged in juvenile court. Police said the boys lured her into an empty storage promising to give her a piece of gum and started assaulting her. I think this is an interesting case because of the age of these boys. Also I think that the father of the girl did say she brought shame to the family and he didn’t want her anymore. But like they say on the sexual harassment sheet in juvenile hall Sexual harassment is never the fault of the victim.
Today I read about some pedestrians got robbed in La Jolla and at mission beach in the morning. On the first incident the two victims were walking on mission boulevard near Belmont park just before 4am.the thieves took wallets and cell phones and ran away. They were described as two Latinos one was between 5’11 and 6’11 the other one was 5’6 to 5’8 both were wearing t shirts and jeans. The second robbery was reported at 5am at la jolla shores four 18 years old kids were robbed by three men took camera cell phones and wallets. two cars were seen leaving the scene one of the cars was later stopped but the victims could not indentify the suspects as the robbers.
Today I read about the lady that reported a possible breaking and entering at the home of Harvard scholar Henry Louis Gates Jr. told the dispatched she had no idea whether the two men she saw were breaking in and said that in fact they might live there. Cambridge police yesterday released the 911 recording and radio transmission from the scene in an effort to show they had nothing to hide but the tapes raised new questions about how and why the situation escalated.
In today’s news article, a reward is offered for missing gun from a murdered border patrol agent. The FBI announced a $10,000 reward Wednesday for information leading to the recovery of a slain Border Patrol agent's service pistol, which was stolen after he was gunned down while on duty near the Mexican border in Campo last week. Robert Rosas Jr.'s .40-caliber Heckler Koch P2000 handgun was missing when fellow federal officers found him mortally wounded Thursday evening along Shockey Truck Trail, just north of the international line.
What I read today in this article is INITIAL on, Four-year-old girl dies after being struck by trolley and it takes place in the AREA of Chula Vista. Veronica Ramirez was the victim of the ACCIDENT at L street trolley tracks. Her mother said that she was ready to start kindergarten, at Muller Charter School. The RESOURCE that the mother said that her 4 year old daughter wanted to become was, a cheerleader. The ELEMENT that officials are going to use in the case of the father, is derangement to child. They ANALYZE that the trolley honk his horns and flashed the emergency light, but it still struck both the girl and the father.
Today I read about MARIJUANA a.k.a WEED. So Florida is now the leading state in indoor marijuana cultivation. The weed they got is some good because they don’t use to much soil and add ingredients and stuff like that so it gives you one of the most highest highs on the market. Last year the policia busted 1,022 house where they were growing weed. Thirty years ago, most marijuana contained about 7% THC. Today, indoor growers boast THC levels of 25% or higher thanks to the additional care that indoor plants receive.

My Opinion- now that’s what im talking about. I think that marijuana should be legal even though I never smoked it before its against my religion but I believe if you want to smoke pot it should be ok and legal. I know a lot of hippies. Thee hippies should not be DERIVED of there drugs. The cops need to EXAMINE and ANALYZE that weed is a good thing.
This morning I read an article about a four year old girl who got hit by the trolley and died. She was in a child's seat on the back of her fathers bicycle on Sunday. Her father tried to cross the tracks after the crossing arms were down. The accident was being EXAMINED by police and the Public Transit system. The District Attorney’s Office my consider charges including child endangerment after ANALYZING the findings of the investigation. The girl was not wearing a helmet. Her father is in stable condition and being treated for a broken hip. I think this story is heartbreaking. The dad should be charged with murder, child endangerment and whatever else they can charge him with. He should have died in the accident. The interesting fact was that she died the day before her first day of school.
