A new change hoped to bring a holt to the bribing of police officials. The governor Jorge Ramos, removed the top official in the much troubled deadly streets of Tijuana. The replacement was Capella’s top deputy, Julian Leyzaola. The officer had served as a military lieutenant colonel. Tijuana's 2,200 municipal police have been increasingly in the public eye amid efforts to remove corrupt officers. More than 400 officers have been ordered to undergo retraining and background checks. The bodies found on Sunday had a note that said “We worked for El Gordo Villarreal,” a reference to Armando Villarreal Heredia, a top lieutenant in the Arellano Félix drug cartel. A cartel whose main source of INCOME was the EXPORT of illegal drugs into the united states. Their financial status was known to be in the 100 of millions.
MONDAY-- Ronnie Ortiz-Magro was arrested for outstanding warrants on unpaid parking tickets. Snookie from jersey shore was also arrested two weeks earlier. Hers were for drunk in public. Jersey shore casts seems to be making a bad boy/girl image. Jersey shore is into its third week of its second season. When they said they were coming back with a bang, I doubted they meant this much of a bang. Miami probably didn’t know what it had in store, when the Jersey Shore brought their cast their. I think they should simplify their lives by cutting out the use of drugs and alcohol. These arrests have been done in a sequence, like it was planned. I think the producers have something to do with these arrests. They would have to be verified in order for me to believe them.

Monday- Today I read about The owner of an Allied Gardens karate school accused of repeatedly molesting a 13-year-old boy who took classes from him is scheduled to be arraigned in an East County courtroom today. Eric Dylan Protas, 38, of La Mesa was arrested last Thursday morning and booked into county jail on 21 allegations of sodomy and oral copulation with a minor, according to La Mesa police Sgt. Angela DeSarro. Protas, owner and operator of Allied Gardens School of Martial Arts on Waring Road, is accused of sexually assaulting the boy over a year-long period. I Think this guy is going to get a prison term and he will get what he deserves n there unless he get’s all pc’d up. I hope this guy drops dead for what he did.
Tuesday Morning Blog- Today I read about Laurence Fishburne and how his daughter Montana was featuring in some adult video’s the father Laurence states that she embarrassed him and he doesn’t want to see her until she turns her life around and does something with herself. Montana talked with the media about the situation and she just told the media statements that her father has made to her. Montana is a nine-teen year old girl think she can do whatever she wants it just sucks that she was put into this situation in the first place just because her father is a famous actor and is known world wide everyone now knows her business and will most likely go to adult stores and purchase this adult video that she is in. I guess the only good thing that can come out of this is that there will be a lot of people out there interested in her video.
TUESDAY-- A mother suffocated her children. After the 29 year old mother suffocated her children, she drowned them in a river. She says she was fed up with all the remarks made by her mother. Shaquan Duley is the lady responsible for this act. She will be faced with the act of murder against her 1 and 2 year old sons. the mother of Shaquan Duley is said to have been an extremely firm mother. Shaquan wasn't a very reliable mother and her mother was trying to help her change that. I think that no matter how much stress is placed on a person, murder is never the way out. She was able to rely on her mother, and I'm sure her mom would have taken care of the kids instead of having them die. I am very upset about this and hope she gets the maximum sentencing.
Tuesday-The article I read this morning was about a shooting in Rosarito Beach. Another police officer was shot to death in Baja California yesterday. The officer was identified as Jesus Maria Elizalde Romero. He was sitting inside his patrol pickup when he was shot and killed. Jesus was on patrol when he got killed. There was a woman with the officer when he was killed. She was not injured. The incident happened at 1:30 am. He was the 8th officer in Rosarito Beach killed since late July.I think that the woman set him up. The reason I think that is usually the killers rape or kill the people that are with whoever they are targeting. She was not injured so that’s kind of suspicious. An interesting fact that I read was that two other bodies were found warped in transparent tape with the heads in a nearby bucket.
Blake – Monday - In today’s reading I read an article about Mexican drug violence reaching churches. Priests are saying that they are being threatened constantly, extorted and abused by drug traffickers. The secretary general of the Mexican Conference of Bishops and the Bishop of Texcoco says some fellow bishops are in favor of canceling early evening masses to protect parishioners from the drug violence. Chihuahua is the most violent state in Mexico. Of the twenty eight thousand drug related deaths in the last four years forty percent have happened in Chihuahua. In Ciudad Juarez more than one hundred pastors have reported threats and extortion. About ninety percent of Mexico describe themselves as Catholic. Mexico has the second largest population of Catholics in the world.
Blake –Tuesday – In today’s reading I read an article about three friends from Escondido being among the eight people dead at an off road racing crash. A Spring Valley man also died in the crash. The three friends that died went to watch the race. A ford ranger was racing and veered off of the road an crashed into a crowd of people who were just watching. The race was taking place in the Mojave Desert. The California Highway patrol said that twenty four other people were also injured when the 200 Ford Ranger went off of the course and landed upside down on the crowd of people who were just watching the race. They died doing what they enjoyed.
Blake – Wednesday – In today’s reading I read an article about an armed man that robbed a tire shop in Normal Heights. He got away with the money. The tire shop is on El Cajon Blvd in San Diego, CA. They said that the man walked in at about 8 p.m. with a silver handgun and ordered the manager to give him the money. Before he left he put a towel over his head. I’m not sure whether he threw it on the Manager’s head or if he put it on his own head but after he did that with the towel he escaped with the cash. The police said that the robber was six feet tall, African American, and in his mid thirties. They said that no injuries were reported.
Blake – Friday – In today’s reading I read an article about a handcuffed shoplifter that attacked agents and escaped. This happened in Carlsbad on Saturday night. The shoplifter attacked two state law enforcement officers. One of the agents was a man and the other one was a woman. They suffered from scrapes and bruises and they got treated at a hospital. The agents were undercover and they were on duty outside of the Vons store on El Camino Real at Aviara Parkway at around 8 p.m. on Saturday night. The handcuffed him and called the Carlsbad police. While they were waiting for the police the shoplifter attacked both of them and got away. The helicopter and the dogs came but they couldn’t find the escapee.

Monday- Toady I read about the death toll in the mudslides in a northwestern Chinese province now stands at 1,407, state-run Xinhua news agency said Friday, citing the government. At least 358 people are still missing. The mudslides occurred in Gansu province. More than 1,700 mudslide evacuees have been living at schools, but will be relocated as students begin their school year.

Tuesday- Today I read about sexually active teens that may face less academic risk if the sex is taking place with a romantic and committed relationship. Students who only have sex with romantic have generally similar academic outcomes as students who abstain from sex, but the students that joss hook up and that’s all will be the ones to suffer with the academic issues in there life because they are not devoting themselves to the relationship or school.

Wednesday-Today I read about three Escondido men who went to the Mojave desert to see a friend race in a off road truck, Saturday 8 people were killed when the modified Ford Ranger veered out of control on a jump and landed on a crowd of spectators. A fourth victim from San Diego County died at a desert regional medical center in Riverside county three hours after the accident as four the last 7 they died also.

Friday- Today I read about a alarm sound that went off when Alejandro Rea walked out of a Hollywood Boulevard clothing store earlier this month, signaling that he may be leaving with merchandise he didn't pay for. Rea is deaf so he could not hear the alarm or the shouts from a security guard ordering him to stop. The 28 year old kept walking out of of forever 21 until he was tackled and placed in the chokehold.
Toni Ma'ree ; Monday - Today I was reading about a man in Idaho who is now facing a felony that killed four members in a head-on crash that happened last week. Jacob Pineda , 45 , was driving the wrong way on an interstate 84 , when his pickup truck slammed into a Mazda four – door sedan that was hit Thursday night around 8:50pm. Pinedas Ford F- 150 truck rolled after colliding with Herrera’s vehicle . But In the other car Herrera,48 was instantly killed along with his family his wife , his 18 year old daughter Ivette and his 9 year old son Antoni and as for Pineda he was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police believed alcohol could have been the problem for Pineda in the crash but the arrest was issued on four counts of felony to vehicular manslaughter at Elmore County Jail with the bond of 250,000 .
Toni Ma'ree ; Tuesday -Today I was reading about the 4 year old boy in Arizona who was assumed to be missing at the time and boy was found Monday . Sunday around 5pm when the boy went missing , he was playing with a couple other children and around a wooded area of the neighborhood of the Payson airport the boy went missing . Once the boy went missing they started to notice that Travis was not with them anymore. So , their parents went around looking for him and called the police and they had horse back riders to search and they eventually found that been over the 18 hour search . But Travis Mitchell , was soon taken to a local hospital and police said he was in “good sprits” as they said he had no signs of injury.
Toni Ma'ree ; Wednesday - Today I read about a Philip Markoff , 24 years old man who was found in his cell dead Sunday morning at the Nashua Street Jail . It was said that the man was alone in his cell and that all evidence was collected and statement was said that he took his own life. The man was a former medical student that was not guilty in a shooting of Julissa Brishman , and a armed robbery of a Las Vegas women when both crimes happened at the Boston hotels in April of 2009. Also , the man was accused of attacking a stripper the same week he stayed at the hotel . But the day before the killing it was going to be his first wedding anniversary , but his marriage was canceled after his arrest . So , then that very next day Sunday ‘ that's why he ended up killing himself and comitted suicidal in his own very cell.
