In today’s paper I had read that 10 men had raped a nun over in India. She was gang raped. She was a catholic nun in Orissa state. Google earth had revealed a large marijuana crop over in Zurich, Switzerland. The Swiss police said yesterday they spotted a large marijuana plantation hidden inside a cornfield in Thurgau canton. Also read that handcuffed escapees had escaped and while they were running they had ran on the opposite sides of a street light pole and slammed into each other on the other side of the pole. They were then caught. Four convicted killers were hung in Japan yesterday.

Today in world news I read about ten men convicted of raping a nun this is a very bad crime. I also read about a Russian spy still selling secrets from jail. His son has been helping him sell secrets to the Russians and get in contact with Russian operatives. Also on goggle earth it revealed a large marry Jane crop in Switzerland. In Japan 4 convicted killers were hung. Also two prisoners tried to escape from a New Zealand court house and went opposite directions around a flag pole an ran into each other.

In today’s paper I read that in the San Diego Hilton Bayfront hotel, Adrian Gonzalez, Jake Peavy and Chris Young received the major awards last night during the padres annual awards dinner. The player titled Most Valuable Player for the second time in his three years in the club was Adrian Gonzalez. Also for the fourth time in five seasons, Peavy won the Clyde McCullough Award as the padres pitcher of the year. The Baseball Writers’ Association of America selected the padres MVP and pitcher of the year. Young was also another player who received a very honoring award. Joby Gerut, the outfielder, was honored as the favorite new padre by the madres. Last year, 2008, the fireman’s award went to Trevor Hoffman as the clubs leading relief pitcher. First baseman Kyle Blanks was named the system’s minor league player of the year. Many other players received many other honoring awards for their 2008 success.

Today in my morning blog I had about plane that had crashed into a pole. There was a pilot and a passenger that had escaped a serious injury, yesterday when their Cessna 172 had slammed into a sewage value & utility pole . The plane had landed 50 feet from Mission avenue. The terrible impact had sent an estimated 25,00 gallons of raw sewage spilling everywhere. It took fire fighters nearly an hour to take the 24 year old pilot out of the plane. The man kept complaining about his leg being trapped after they were safe and out of the plane they were sent to Scripps memorial hospital in La Jolla .Both passengers were safe and sound . No one was serisloy injured.
