According to the San Diego Union Tribune I read about a Normal Heights Victim who had just turned 18 in this recently past may was shot down. The family says the gunmen who is still unknown had warned a family member about the killing of one of his relatives. Police are questioning neighbors about three shots fired at 5:34 p.m. yesterday on 39th street just north of El Cajon boulevard a block east of the victims house. The teenagers family says that their family is not involved in any sort of illegal activity, especially their son he was a good kid. Stephan Cormier was shot several times about 10:45 p.m. Saturday by a Latino man wearing a black wresting mask, wearing a black nylon jacket, black gloves and a black denim shorts. The shooter came to a door and Cormier thought this was his house but the man wasn’t home so he went up to him and the man took him into a an alley that leads into a cul-de-sac and the two men began to fight when the man pulled out a glock and shot Cormier. That’s what he gets for not minding his own business.
Today I read about a man suspected of cutting his arm while using a shovel to break into a car in Solana Beach. The man was arrested a hospital where he had driven for treatment. It happen at about 2 pm Saturday, witnesses saw a man smash a window of a car at the Vons shopping center at Lomas Santa Fe Drive east of Interstate 5. The man was seen taking what look like a rifle from the car. Witnesses said he got into a bright red SUV and drove off, bleeding profusely from a cut on his arm suffered during the break-in. Deputies search the area without success. Then deputy Rob Siegfried checked a hospital parking lot and saw a bright red SUV. At the hospital, deputies found a man who was being treated for a cut on his arm. When asked, the man indicated he had gotten to the hospital in the SUV. Blood, a shovel, and a pellet gun that looked like a rifle were found inside the SUV. That was SUFFICIENT evidence to assume the man was the suspect. A witness identified the man, a 21-year-old resident of San Marcos, as the suspect. He was booked into the Vista jail on suspicion of vehicle burglary. Obviously the man the wasn’t PROFICIENT in breaking into a car.
Today in the news I read about GM. GM will be pulling into the bankruptcy garage today. The American people will own 72 percent of the wrecked company. GM borrowed 49 billion dollars from the government but could not stay open. GM will be closing 20 plants down leaving 200,000 out of work. Three more plants. including assembly lines in Spring Hill, Tenn., and Orion, Mich.,are set to be idled and put on stand by status in hopes for a rebound in sales that may never come. Investors in $27 billion worth of GM bonds, including mutual funds and thousands of individual investors, will end up with new stock in a reorganized GM worth a fraction of their original investment.
In today’s paper I read about how President Barack Obama is looking to push General Motors into bankruptcy protection, making a risky bet that by temporarily nationalizing the onetime icon of American capitalism, he can save at least a diminished automaker that is competitive. The bankruptcy may turn out to be a moment of PROFICIENCY for an industry that was once the heart of the United States economy. Obama plans to tell the nation today, that he believes GM can be SUFFICIENTLY brought back from the brink of insolvency, even if the company looks almost nothing like the titan of old. In another story, Frank White’s day it court is near. On March 15, 2008, off-duty San Diego police Officer Frank White shot Rachel Silva and her then-8-year-old son in an Oceanside parking lot, culminating apparent road-rage incident. Silva has pleaded guilty to felony child endangerment and misdemeanor drunk-driving. Attorney’s in White’s case say she was TECHNICALY the aggressor in the incident. White stands in Vista Superior Court this week, facing one felony count of grossly negligent discharge of a firearm and one misdemeanor count of exhibiting a firearm. In another story, a man was shot early yesterday after arguing with a group of men in San Ysidro. The 21-year old man was at a party on Naylor Street and went to his car on Bibler Drive just before 1 a.m. when eight men confronted him. At some point, some of the men fired seven to ten shots at the man, who was hit once in the upper back. The man was driven to a hospital and is expected to survive. In my opinion, the Obama administration is doing the right thing in trying to save GM. GM has played such a major role in the history the United States economy, and I believe it still has the potential to become what it once was again. In the Frank White case, I think that the charges on the officer may be a little harsh, and I think he will get off pretty easy. Also, it is tragic thing when someone just walking to their car gets involved in gun fire and is now laying in the hospital fighting for his life. I hope the man survives the bullet wound he took to the back, and I maybe hell even be able to provide vital information to authorities that may lead to some decent arrests.

Interesting Facts- This happened around 1am.
My Opinion- The men had fired a SUFFICIENT amount of bullets to kill the man but to be TECHNICAL he was not. The man went to the hospital and received PROFICIENT help. I think that sucks that he was shot but at least he did not die.
In the Union Tribune, A La Jolla scientists says he could TECHICAL transplant cells into a human. He’s also says his able to PROFICIENT a cure in a genetic disease, by transplanting cells.
The United states have now settle an act that allow only people who has SUFFICENT passports could cross over the borders from Tijuana .Yesterday , was the last day use a Cali ID or birth on paper to visit tj.
General Motors filed for bankruptcy protection early Monday . a move once viewed as unthinkable that became inevitable after years of losses and market share declines which were capped by a dramatic plunge in sales in recent months. In the end, even $19.4 billion in federal help wasn't enough to keep the nation's largest automaker out of bankruptcy.
