Today in the news paper I read that they are doing like this memorial thing to this little kid named Jordan swine heart he died last year .he died because there was a men who was drunk and hit him with his motorcycle , Jordan was walking with one of his other friends so by the moment when they saw the motorcycle one ran left and the other ran the other way and the one that got hit was Jordan. I think that they should put the men into institute where he can stay there and analyze the things and circumstances that he has caused and I I think that he will regulate and think back on what he had done to a mother who is missing her son each and every day.

According to the San Diego Union Tribune I read about custom agents finding weed on a boat and two men are arrested. Custom agents arrested two men in a motorboat several miles off the mission bay yesterday on suspicion of possessing almost 400 pounds of marijuana. The arrest occurred about 1:15 pm. The agents towed the 30-foot boat to shelter island and searched it. They found 376 pound of pot with a street valve of $150,000. the men were stopped by U.S. customs and border protection marine unit. The men were both U.S. citizens ages 48 and 51. the men have been booked in a country jail till trial. Their circumstances are very meek due to the amount of marijuana being brought in. the customs is doing a pretty bad job as of regulating the import of drugs into the country.

Today in the Union Tribune I read about a teen sentenced to 17 years in prison. Chadarick Jarrod Robertson was convicted of forcible rape and burglary. Judge Frasier of San Diego superior court sentenced Robertson to the maximum term of life in prison without parole. Robertson committed the attack five days after he was released from the juvenile detention center. Robertson Climbed through a kitchen window in to the victims house and grabbed a knife. The man then went into the victims room and demanded money. When the woman said that she had no money he ordered her clothes off. The woman then broke a bottle over Robertson's head he then stuck the woman in her leg. This only aggravated Robertson which made him choke the woman out when the woman regained colchicines she was being rapped.

Today I read about a teen rapist that was sentenced to 25 years to life in prison. The teenager had broke into a college area home and choked raped and stabbed a woman. Chadrick Jarrod Robertson 17 pleaded guilty February 19. He admitted to forcible rape and admitted using a knife in a burglary. The judge had said that Robertson was “As bad as they come”. He had also said that Robertson was a career criminal. Robertson had a juvenile record from when he was 13 years old.
Interesting facts- Robertson had been released from a juvenile detention facility five days before he had committed this crime.
My Opinion- I think that the boy is nasty and has problems. The boy will face a CIRCUMSTANCE and be put into a INSTITUTE and he will be REGULATED.

In today’s paper I read about how a Westview High School lacrosse coach was accused of selling cocaine to an undercover officer. Edward John Jeziorski III, 31, was arrested Thursday on drug REGULATION charges. His to-be-wife, Brandi Rochelle Linn, 30, faces one count of possession of a controlled substance for sale. Both also face CONSEQUENCES in charges of child endangerment for allegedly keeping drugs in their Pacific Beach apartment within reach of their 2-year-old son. Prosecutors said Jeziorski sold cocaine on April 21 and May 7. On the latter date, he sold a quarter-ounce to an undercover officer for $650. Jeziorski was a paid walk-on couch who passed his re-employment drug test and fingerprint background clearance. He is now on administrative leave. In another story, the skater bandit strikes this time, in an INSTITUTE in Del Mar. A robber with the FBI nickname “the Skater Bandit” hit a bank outside Del Mar yesterday, the latest in a string of regional holdups. The first in the series was April 18 at a San Marcos bank, followed by robberies in Carmel Valley on April 20, Encinitas on April 28, Rancho Bernardo on May 5 and Solana Beach on May 8. The robber has an efficient method of handing the teller a note and walking out with the money. The bandit is described as white, in his mid-20s, 5 feet 10 inches tall and 155 to 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a brown knit cap, sunglasses, jeans and a gray turtleneck sweater. In another story, A La Mesa man faces charges of sending sexually explicit photos and texts to a 16-year-old girl. Evan Mathew Stecklair, 26, who has just recently left his post at Foothills Christian High School in El Cajon, has been charged with three felony counts of sending harmful materials to the girl. As far as punishment goes for all three of these criminals, I believe the judge should show no sympathy. The couch f5rom Westview should have his teaching license revoked, and should never be allowed to teach again. Also, he should be sentenced to the full extent of the law. The skater bandit should be investigated more closely, and all county banks should keep an eye out for the criminal. The Christian High School pervert should spend sufficient time in prison as well so that he can learn that acting upon his sexual urges, especially with those much younger than himself is not tolerated in our great nation.

In today news, China REGULATE Mexico airports because of the circumstance of the wide spread of the swine flu. China’s cancelled and ban on its pork imports. China trying to stop Mexicans crossing over, China funny. China might seek some CONSEQUENSE for regulating the imports, like contaminating their other imports. The China government trying to INSTUTITE a clean environment .
China should find a formula to prevent such a flu if they ever bump into it. Over here in the U.S , the swine flu have spread all-around.
