Today I read about a woman that was stabbed to death. The woman was stabbed in San Ysidro. She was in a gated condo complex. She had been drinking with friends. The woman had been with a group of friends and would wander away from the group a couple times but would return a few minutes later. The last time that she returned she had been stabbed multiple times.
Interesting facts- She died at a hospital a hour later. Her name is being withheld pending family notification.
My Opinion- I think that is very sad and tragic I hope that they catch the people that did this. DESPITE a woman being killed the cops are all crooked and will probably do nothing because they are lazy. The judge will look at this in a different DIMENSION depending on race. If you are colored they will probably say you are not DOMESTICATED.
Today I read about a 53 year old man. That was arrested and tuned over to agents in a antidrug task force. He is a Mexican national. He was stopped at the pine valley check point in a Buick lesabre at about 2:45. they say that the man appeared nervous and couldn't answer the questions that were given to him. The officer noticed that the carpet and the rocker panels looked a little strange. They found a package containing 1.45 pounds of cocaine. Two other plastic bags were found with 2.35 pounds of meth that was hidden in the passenger panel.
In today’s Union Tribune I read about a man who got arrested from trying to smuggle drugs. The 53- year old man tried to smuggle cocaine and methamphetamine with a street value of about $66, 000. The man was a DOMESTIC Mexican national, but had legal documents to travel legally in the United States. He tried to smuggle the drugs though the Border patrol checkpoint. Border Patrols got suspicious when he couldn’t give consistent answers to questions. He seem like he was nervous as he drove up to the Pine Valley checkpoint in a Buick LeSabre about 2:45 pm. Then after the suspiciousness the driver was then sent to a secondary inspection. The agents noticed that the carpet floor was molding and the rocker panels of the car looked unusual. A plate cut in a panel led authorities to a package of cocaine weighing 1.45 pounds. Two other bags were found packed with meth weighing 2.35 pounds. The man was arrested and turned over to agents in an anti- drug task force.
Today I read about a man been charged with ’03 double slaying outside a liquor store. More than six years after two women were caught in a spray of bullets outside a Lincoln Park store on New Year’s Day, a suspect has been charged in the killings. James Lionel Carter, 35, faces seven felony counts, including murder, attempted murder and conspiracy. He pleaded not guilty yesterday during an arraignment in San Diego Superior Court. He was already in custody on an unrelated robbery charge. Judge Robert Trentacosta ordered Carter held without bail. Because of special circumstances allegations including multiple murders, Carter, a documented gang member, could face the death penalty if convicted. Prosecutors have not yet announced whether they will seek his execution or life without parole, such decisions are usually made after a preliminary hearing, when a judge would be asked to decide whether enough evidence exists for the case to go to trial.
today I read about hoe the U.S. Supreme Court ruled yesterday that white firefighters in Connecticut were subjected to race discrimination when the city of New Heaven threw out a promotional examination when the city of New Heaven threw out a promotional examination on which they had done well and black firefighters poorly . I think the city rejected the test results solely because the higher scoring candidates where white.

Today's article was about James Lionel Carter, 35 years old faces seven felony counts, including murder, DOMESTIC violence attempted murder and conspiracy. DESPITE the odds he pleaded not guilty yesterday during an arraignment in San Diego Superior Court. He was already locked up for a robbery charge. Since Carter was a documented gang member and he has been convicted of multiple murders he could face the death penalty if convicted. Prosecutors have not yet announced whether they will seek his execution or life without parole. The crime happened 6 ½ years ago the small DIMENSIONS of Southeast San Diego on January 1, 2003.
I agree with the decision of giving this guy life without parole because he killed not just one woman but tow and they were family members. I feel the system may be trying screw him over for some murders he didn’t do but I’m pretty sure this guy did do it because he has passed murder convictions.
One interesting part of this article is that his case has taken 6 ½ years and they still haven't convicted him so even if he is innocent then he did all that time for no reason.
In today's news a man name Billy Mays is having a silent salute which makes no sense at all . Billy Mays wasn’t silent DESPITE his death he use to yell while selling his product (OxiClean). The San Diego Country Fair had a moment of silence for Billy Mays on Monday June 29 2009. Billy died in the age of fifty .
Dog Beach is closed after DOMESTIC sewage fouls water. Lifeguards posted signs to swimmers' about staying out of the water.
