What I learn about the article I read this morning is INITIAL on, attack could be case of mistaken ID and it takes place in the AREA of Escondido. this article VERIFIES, that a border patrol employee faces chargers in assault. Escondido officers, JUSTIFY a hatchet attack that left a man in critical conditions and his girlfriend injured , that may have been a case of mistaken identity. They IMPOSE the job of the attacker, to the public, and to the police. The PREDICTION of this article is that they say that it was a mistaken problem of identity.
Today I read about afghan villagers had complained to the marines for many days the police are the problem not the Taliban. They steal from villagers and beat them. Days later the Marines learned firsthand what the villagers meant. As about 150 Marines and afghan soldiers approached that police headquarters in the Helmand River town of Aynak the police fired four gunshots at the combined force.
Today I read about Supreme Court nominee invokes “ fidelity of the law”. Judge Sonia Sotomayor said yesterday that “fidelity of the law” is at the heart of her judicial philosophy, as her confirmation hearing began with Senate Republicans critiquing her fairness and President Barack Obama’s reliance on the qualities of life experience and empathy in nominating her. Democrats portrayed Sotomayor as a role model for all Americans, a seasoned jurist with a modest and restrained approach who, if anything, might balance a court that has swung too far to the right. Silent for seven weeks after Obama nominated her to replace retiring Justice David Souter, the 55-year-old federal judge reared in the South Bronx read a careful seven minute statement designed to noncontroversial. Sotomayor said “that the task of a judge is not to make law. It is to apply the law, and its clear, I believe, that my record in two courts reflects my rigorous commitment to interpreting the Constitution according to its terms and Congress’s intent, and hewing faithfully to precedents established by the Supreme Court and by my circuit court.”
Today I read about a woman that was shot and killed. The woman had been holding her mother at gunpoint. The woman was 47 years old and her mom was 85 years old. The mothers name is Helen Desidario and her daughter name has not been released. Cops had received a domestic disturbance call and went to their house. When they arrived they found the woman with a knife to her moms neck. They asked her to put it down but she refused and then she started pulling it closer on her moms neck so police fired shots at her and she died at the scene.
Interesting Facts- Helen was in the hospital but only had minor injuries.
My Opinion- I think that cops are not domesticated people and they don’t deserve respect they lie and they are lazy and crooked. They try to INTEGRATE and IMPOSE things that are not true and of course the judge will believe them because they are ”cops”. The truth is they are racist. I PREDICT the woman will be sad this is very tragic.
In today news, Jessica Simp-son just got dump, by her ex-boyfriend Tony Romo from the Dallas Cowboys. She PREDICT that Romo was going to stay with her. LOL. On Thursday, the night before her 29th birthday she got dump. I IMPOSE that she is considered to be in the blond category (stupid). Simpson had planned to throw a Barbie-and-Ken-themed party for her birthday, I guess not.
Jails in the South Bay are having problems with the swine flu spreading from jail to jail and to inmates. The local jails have an indefinite suspension of social visit. I bet that the inmate are hella mad because of no visits. Inmates are INTERGATE for medical attention .
Today I read about how the top NBA players are being compared in the game. They saying how Lebron James with no NBA titles and Carmelo Anthony with no rings in the dream class. The only one that had a ring out of them was D-wade. He was partnered with Shaq they won a ring. While Melo and King James was waiting to get a ring wade was over there enjoying his ring. Now they said wade is slipping or is it the team that he has because ever since the NBA finals the Miami Heat went down in a slump having losing seasons ever since. While Melo and King James enjoying the spot light with there teams having winning season and going back to back to the playoffs wade team hasn’t gone any where but wade is still the only one with an NBA championship ring. As Kobe the best player in the NBA wade, Melo, James are in the top people to maybe even better. I think that James is getting better than Kobe and Melo and wade is the top people in the NBA and there all leaders.
