Today I read on cnn about natalie e. munoz. She was a toddler that drowned. She died in hot tub face down. Natalie was 2 years-old. She lived with her family on Corral Canyon road near sprinter road. I think that if her parents would have taken better care of her she would have probably not died. Her parents are probably feeling very guilty right now. But they just got to remember that everything happens for a reason. Hopefully the girl is in a better place now. Hopefully her parents will join her one day.

New York Jets defense of end Shaun Ellis was suspended without pay for the teams regular season opener and fined 100,000 by the NFL for violating the leagues substance abuse policy. The 31 year old Shaun Ellis was arrested in November and charged with possession of marijuana, speeding and driving without insurance after being pulled over by the police. I think it’s a good fine by the NFL because its not that big at all and he can construct a new him after he truly identify how real the league is now its significant that he getting it that low of a punishment.

The boy missed, is been IDENTIFY with cerebral palsy. His foster father, SIGNIFICATED that he voluntarily took a polygraph test, whose results have not been disclosed. They said that the father left him outside his BMW, for at least 5 minutes or so, while he went to greed his wife Jennifer to let her know who worked at the shoe store and to open the back door for him. That’s when the wife EMERGED the car were the boy was at, and he was not seen since then.

What I read in today’s CNN news for August 17, 2009 was about a man who was sent to prison for 23 years due to an accusation that was stated false 23 years later. Ernest Sonnier was arrested and charged with rape and kidnapping. He was 23 at the time he was arrested. Now after 23 years he is now 46 years old. A week a half ago a prosecutor informed Sonnier that DNA evidence stated that he didn’t commit the crime that he was accused of doing. The DNA results led back to two other men who were already in the system. The two men cannot be arrested because of the statue of limitations has expired. So basically Sonnier has served time in prison for those two men. The lab in Houston has been accused to ineptitude, corruption, suffered flooding, and water leakage which led the corruption to genetic materials. Due to many incidents which led innocent people to jail, the district attorney stated that DNA be reexamined preventing due accusations. My opinion is that I feel bad for Sonnier. He spent 23 years in prison for nothing.
