Their was a hit and run in Alpine. the victim was killed on compact. The suspect was brought in to custody yesterday. The suspect got cough because the victims seen the suspects car and recognized the license plate. The victims called the cops and let them know what was going on. The suspect is now facing hit and run charges and murder and some other kinds of stuff that I don’t remember. Sentencing is going on next week. Stay tuned for more updates, on the early, morning blogs.
Today I read how…. Simpson was convicted of armed robbery, kidnapping and assault October 3..the 13th anniversary of his controversial acquittal in the killings of his ex-wife, Nicole, and Ronald Goldman. he is not expected to speak during the proceedings but Fromong is expected to testify on his behalf, arguing that the crime does not warrant a long sentence. Don't know for sure how long his going to be locked up.
** I just think that he gets what he deserves.. I don’t know much about this case so I really done have a opinion for it…? I just hope he gets what he had coming when he did what he did.
Today I read about 4 suspects stabbed a mesa college student after they were kicked out of of a fraternity house party. All 4 plead not guilty. One authority said later that the fatal stabbing of Luis Santos 22 occurred in self defense. The 4 suspects call each other THC and they all have a matching tattoo of the biohazard symbol witch the prosecutors say they want to be gang members. The suspects challenged Santos to a fight. Santos and his friends try to run and defuse the situation but the four still attacked. Then they quickly left town and later dumped the weapons into the Sacramento river.
Reflection- I think they are guilty. The through the weapon, they all call each other THC and have the same time they all have the same tattoo. I think if they would have left it to a 1 on1 fight I think they would still get what they wanted but with out a death and with out court.
The San Diego Union Tribune announced that alcoholics in San Diego will have to pay more to get a buzz. Yup you heard right it’s time to increase alcohol taxes again. With less police on the blocks because of cuts due to the state not having money again. Not only is the state trying to cut budget on the pigs, but on health care, education, and emergency medical services. The illegal immigrant himself, Schwarzenegger has propose to increase financial income by adding the “nickel a drink” tax on beer, wine, and spirits. This tax is said to increase the income buy $878 million dollars in the next 18 months. Another ass hole wants to increase the tax buy 30 cent a can or bottle. His reason is because a lot of under age drinkers mostly drink beer and he should take as much money as he can out of them. Incidents involving beer in California cost the state #3.15 billion dollars a year. This counts the pregnancy, assaults and rape.
The article I read this morning was about a slaying that happened outside of SDSU in October. A student of Mesa College was stabbed to death. The student was identified as Luis Santos who was only 22 years old. Luis was with three other friends when they walked out of a party. The 4 suspects being accused of the slaying are Esteban Nuñez, Ryan Jett, Rafael Garcia and Leshanor Thomas. The four men were all residents of Sacramento. They all pleaded not guilty yesterday in San Diego superior court. There charges were murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
I think that what these guys did is cruel. I don’t understand why someone would want to just go and look for someone to fight. I hope that they find the weapon because that way they can sentence these guys faster.
An interesting fact that I read was that the four being accused are being accused of also being from a wannabe gang called the Hazard or the THC.
In today’s Union Tribune newspaper for December 5, 2008, I read about the updated news on the slaying which led a student dead in a fight. Four wannabe gang members were looking for trouble near San Diego State University on December 4, 2008. One of the four includes former state Assembly Speaker Fabian Nunez’s son. On Oct 4 the four got into a fight which led a Mesa College student stabbed to death while three other people were left injured. The bail price for both Nunez, Garcia, and Thomas was $2 million. Jet was denied bail, because he was on probation. The bail hearing was scheduled for next week. Nunez’s family attended a news conference after a hearing, and they refused to speak to reporters. His family believed he was innocent.

Today I have read that there was a killing of a Sacramento college student. But the killers were from the san Diego site. They said they were over there to party but they had then gotten kicked out of a frat. Party then they just went to a wall on 55th street and just kicked it. A bit later that night Santos a few friends had then just gotten back from a party and they were walking by the group and Santos had been talking to his friends about acting hard at the party saying that he had a “piece” with him strapped to his waist band. The suspects had then ran up to Santos and his group and said they wanted to fight them. Santos group had then try to run but couldn’t. Santos was then stabbed and killed.
