Today in the union tribune I read about more Americans have given up their faith or changed religions because of gradual spiritual drift than swithced because of a dillusionment over their churches policies according to a study realeased yesterday. The survey by the pew forum on religion and public life is the first large-scale study of the reasons behind Americans switching their religious faith and found that more than half of people have done so at least once during their lifetime.

Today I read about the outbreak of the swine flu. In the U.S. there is 50 confirmed cases and 2,000 cases in Mexico. In Mexico their has been 20 confirmed deaths from swine flu and more unconfirmed cases with speculation on being cause by the virus. This new virus has people in the world in a panic because how fast it has spread and how rapidly it has crossed our world. There is reported cases in Israel, New Zeeland, Canada, and Europe. I also read about a deal At&t is cutting with Verizon to give Verizon wireless customers a chance at the Iphone. I pod is making a speacial version that will not conflict with the At&t exclusive rights to the phone. I hope this happens because im on verizon and I bangs with the iphone. I feel that the swine flu is going to be conquered. I agree with the steps the government is taking to keep us safe.

In today’s paper I read about how the first cases of United States swine flu in SECTIONS of California are being linked to the expanding outbreak. During daily updates for nearly a week, public health officials have occasionally mentioned pieces of the story about how the disease came to light. The nation’s initial swine flu patients were a 10-year-old boy who received flu treatment SIMILAR to the treatment received by a 9-year-old girl who was seen at a community clinic in Brawley. Both Children had recovered. In another story, five municipal police officers were shot dead last night in different locations in Tijuana. Baja California’s Attorney General’s office has been THEORIZING that the assailants launched their attacks in five areas shortly after 8 p.m., beginning with an assault that appears to have claimed the lives of four officers in eastern Tijuana. Attacks also occurred in other parts of the city, including western Tijuana. In another story, a teenager was arrested near school with an unloaded rifle. The 14-year-old boy was walking by a Vista middle school with an unloaded .22 caliber rifle yesterday morning. A passer-by reported seeing the teen walking east on Olive Avenue toward North Melrose Drive just after 1-:15 a.m. When deputies confronted the boy on the sidewalk in front of Washington Middle School, he dropped the unloaded rifle. Deputies arrested him and took him to Juvenile Hall. Surprisingly the school was not placed on lockdown as deputies arrested the boy before notifying the school. There didn’t appear to be any threat. In another story, a woman gets a year in jail, probation after a molestation charge. An East County woman was sentenced to a year in jail and three years probation for joining a photographer in molesting a 12-year-old girl in April 2008. Pauletta Santaua, 20, appeared with the girl in a sexually graphic video and the photographs were taken by Gary Lee Whiteside of Spring Valley. She pleaded guilty in January to one count of committing a lewd act on a child under the age of 14. Investigators learned of Whiteside in June when someone who leased space at Whiteside’s Main Street studio found some of Whiteside’s photographs and called the police. He is charged with photographing and molesting the girls between January 2003 and June 2008.

Today I read an article about phony cell phones and how they are already accounting for more than 20 percent of sales in china. They are also being exported to Russia, India, the middle east , Europe, and even the united states. The ministry of industry and information technology did warn consumers about the hazards of shanzhai phones which are black market phones saying their radiation usually exceeds the limit. The chines consumer protection agency says faulty phone was the number one consumer complaint last year. A few weeks ago a 45 year-old man in south china was severely burned after his cell phone exploded in his shirt pocket.

Interesting Facts- Gary 65 faces 50 felony charges of child molestation.
My Opinion- I think that they are nasty people and they deserve to be locked up.

In today Union-Tribune, a flu called Swine flu has swarms worldwide. The swine flu has killed twenty people at Mexico ,and at least sixty cases in the United States. Even other country have the SIMILAR case of the swine flu. People wore masks to prevent the swine flu.
Assailants stuck five different SECTION of Tijuana areas and killed five officers . The assailants launched their attack after eight p.m.
Charger, Shaun Phillips is cited for misdemeanor battery. Theirs a THEORY that he wasn’t the one who attack a security guard at a club on April eleven . Phillips said the incident was “somebody else’s mishap.”
