Today in the union tribune I read that a man died in Arizona beacause of the swine flu and in regard of this they are going to take severe steps on to the persons who are sick with the swine flu .on to another case an 8 year old was about to loose his life but the parents took him right on time to save him
In today’s paper I read about how a man who was shot by Oceanside police in front of his home last year pleaded guilty yesterday in two felony counts related to the incident. Gregory Kwok is being REGULATED on one count of assualt on a peace officer with force likely to cause great bodily injury. Officers were heading to the house on Lonnie Street that Kwok shared with his elderly father after a report of a dispute between the two. While police were leaving their INSTITUTE Kwok fired a gun outside his home. He later came outside with a pit bull, police said, and charged at three officers. Kwok reached for an officer’s gun, police said, and officers shot him. Police later shot and killed his pit bull. Kwok was hospitalized for months, enduring the CONSEQUENCES of his actions, before he was taken to the medical ward of the Vista jail. Although Kwok faces five years in prison, he may indeed receive a year sentence in jail and required enrollment into a rehabilitation facility. Kwok is scheduled to be sentenced on June 15. In another story, a man faces murder charges in a Border Patrol agent’s death. A new three-count indictment charges Jesus Navarro-Montes, 23, of Mexico with possession of marijuana, conspiracy and second-degree murder. It is believed that Navarro-Montes struck Border Patrol Agent Luis Aguilar with a Hummer H2 on January 19, 2008. Aguilar, 32, was on duty in the Imperial San Dunes Recreation Area in Imperial County when he was run over. He was setting spike strips on the road to stop drug smugglers. Officials believe Montes conspired to distribute hundreds of pounds of marijuana before Aguilar was struck. Navarro-Montes remains in jail in Mexico. United States officials are requesting him to be extradited.
