Today in the Union Tribune I read about following the lead of county officials, the San Diego City council voted 8-0 yesterday to move a level 2 drought alert. Water-use restrictions will June 1. New rules include watering only on days assigned by the city and watering only for 10 minutes per irrigation station. In April, the San Diego County Water Authority said it would cut its deliveries to 24 member agencies across the region by 8 percent.

In the San Diego Union Tribune I read about Mexico's war on drug also net an array of arms. The Mexican military seized weapons from U.S. exceed 300,000 in numbers. Deep inside a heavily guarded military warehouse, the evidence of Mexico's war on drug cartels is stacked two stories high: tens of thousands of seized weapons, from handguns and rifles to AK-47s some of guns have roosters and goats carved onto them. The vault holds 88,537 of the weapons seized from brutal drug gangs. The security of the warehouse is so tight reporters had trouble getting access into the place for an interview. The warehouse is protected by five rings of security. The warehouse is located on the northeastern part of Mexico city. The weapons are stacked on 22 metal racks. Pistols hang from metal poles from the trigger.
In today’s paper I read about how the short lived campaign to prevent the swine flu virus has died down immensely. Normal life has resumed for most people. From Tijuana to Mexico City, residents and street vendors threw aside their face masks. They filled churches and businesses with more and more routine bustle as millions of people emerged from days of government-ordered seclusion. School reopened after CONSEQUENTLY being closed since Monday. Health officials continued to ease many of the restrictions imposed because of the possible dangerous ASPECTS of the deadly influenza. They have mounting evidence suggesting that this form of swine flu behaves largely like regular seasonal flu. In another story, a sex offender pleads guilty in SDSU student’s death. John Steven Burgess pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the 2007 disappearance of a San Diego State University student and told the judge that he dumped the 19-year-old’s body into the ocean after she overdosed on drugs. During trial, Burgess did however state that he did not know what to do, and he panicked. The Court FEATURE also charged Burgess with one misdemeanor count of concealment of an accidental death. In exchange for his plea, charges of sale or transportation of heroin and sale or transportation of cocaine will be dismissed when Burgess is sentenced to five years in prison May 18. I think that the court decision on Burgess was not very morally correct. It doesn’t matter weather or not she died from an overdose or a beheading, it is still murder. He would be facing a murder charge if it were up to me, and it would be a minimum of 25 years to life in prison.
In the Union-Tribune , Mexico city has a warehouse surrounded by military soldiers containing ten of thousands of sized weapons. These guns were confiscated from drugs cartels and guns trafficking. The U.S. are using many ASPECTS of the new weapons to seek who might be trafficking weapons over the Mexico borders. Theirs many handgun, rifles, and AK-47s in the vault.
The padres lost yesterday and makes me wanna yell: (dam pad’s). I hope when I visit Petco Park vs. Chicago cubs that the pad’s win. The game will FEATURE many exciting homeruns. My friends better act right when we visit the park because there might be consequences if we don’t behave .
Today in the paper I read about a 33 year old woman that was having sex with a 15 year old boy. The boy was having sex with his teacher and god mother. The 15 year old boy said that if he ever wanted anything from his godmother he would have to have sex with her. Over a four year period the boy had sex with the woman 30 to 40 times. When the teenager told his godmother he was going to tell about their engagement she threatened to kill her self. Also over this four year period the 33 year old woman bought the teenager a dirt bike, boots, a radio, weed, and other gifts. The woman is on paid leave from her job as a fifth grade teacher. The boy reports that the last sexual encounter happened in 2008 in the woman's car near his aunts house when he asked her to buy beer for him an his friends. The woman did this but only under those same conditions that the young teenage boy have sex with her. The boy broke off the engagement when the woman said that she wanted to marry him and have his babies. In world news I read about the Pakistani Government. The Pakistani government is going on the offensive against the Taliban in its swat regions. The government which had once forged a deal with the devil so to speak. The Pakistani government had a peace treaty but is now revoking it. The deal has ended and when the government launched an all out attack on the Taliban.
