In today union-tribune , Del Mar might be on sell to the market . Governor Arnold may INSTITUTE on selling the Del Mar fairground to raise money. The governor’s team REGULATE that selling the properties could bring in as much as one-billion . The Arnold team constitute many properties such like Orange County fairgrounds, San Quentin state prison, for raising money. Our California have be suffering from money issue, we even might run out of money, so well will see some CONSEQUENSE .
Padres still be losing and cant say much about the padres because of bad performances. Today, the Lakers going to play the Rockets and the game might be good to watch.
In today’s paper I read about how a ban is being sought on prisoner-abuse photos. President Barack Obama said yesterday that he would try to prevent the release of photographs documenting abuse of prisoners in Iraq and Afghanistan by U.S. military personnel, reversing his position on the issue after commanders warned that the images could spark a deadly backlash against American troops. The administration said last month that it would not REGULATE the release of the pictures, but Obama has changed his mind after seeing the photographs and getting warnings from top Pentagon officials that the images, would further the CONSEQUENCES involving anti-American opinion. The decision in effect tossed aside an agreement the government had reached with the American Civil Liberties Union, which had fought to release the photographs of incidents at Abu Ghraib and a half-dozen other prisoners. The Justice Department informed the United States District Court in New York, which had backed the ACLU’s request, that it would appeal the ruling. The photographs were ones which involved gruesome beatings and simulated drownings on Iraqi and Afghan prisoners. In another story, advances in technology led to the arrests of five suspects yesterday in a clod case slaying in 1995 of University City man who may have surprised burglars. Fingerprints collected outside the victim’s home did not immediately lead to the killer, but authorities say the same fingerprint evidence collected years ago was resubmitted for analysis last year. After the results came back in, Buzie Weimer, 34, of San Diego was named as a suspect. These new technologies that have allowed murder investigators to get the information they need to make big and important arrests are truly amazing. Technology INSTITUTES that discover these new means of DNA analysis are playing major roles in law enforcement advancements. As far as the prisoner-abuse photos go, I believe that Obama is doing the right thing in not releasing them to public view, but he should not criticize American troops for their understandable actions. Those terrorist scum deserve much worse than the mild abuse they received from our beloved patriots.
