Today I read about the Florida authorities searching Sunday for a 33-year-old man after his wife and five children were found dead in their Naples home. The bodies of Guerline Damas, 32, Michzach, 9, Marven, 6, Maven, 5, Megan, 3, and Morgan, 11 months, were discovered Saturday. I think this is sick. How could any person kill his own family member? I really don’t understand how any one can kill another person and on top of that a family member, someone who you have seen all your life and if not all of it most of it.
Today I read about how After a 21-month hiatus, Floyd Mayweather Jr. returned to the ring on Sept. 19. In facing Juan Manuel Marquez, "Money" Mayweather appeared his old, dominant self, pummeling Marquez for a unanimous decision victory. Mayweather was told by everyone if he goes into this fight he will lose and he isn't the number one boxer anymore but he proved everyone wrong when he stepped into that ring and knocked Manuel Marquez out. I think that the fight was dominated by one and was always going to be dominated by one. To be saying he is number one it sure didn’t look like it when he stepped up to the real pound for pound fighter in Mayweather.
Today I read about a teen that was shot and killed at her own party. The girl who is 18 was pregnant. The girl had attended a party at her best friends house that was being held for her. The girl was apparently 3 months pregnant and had just had her first ultrasound. The pregnant woman was looking out her window when she was struck by a bullet in her collarbone. She had told a few uninvited guest to leave earlier that day and someone in the group started shooting at the house.
Interesting Facts- This happened in Boston.
My Opinion- I think that this is very sad and tragic.
Today I read about a student that used a samurai sword to kill a suspect in a home that had been burglarized. Police held the student, a junior chemistry major, for several hours he was not charged with any crimes. Around 1:20 a.m. the student heard noises behind the home and noticed a door to the garage was open. He grabbed the sword and confronted the intruder. He said that the suspect launched at him and kind of forced the kid against the wall and that’s when he struck him with the sword. The suspects left hand was nearly served, the hand was hanging from a thread and he suffered a severe cut to the upper body. The suspect died at the scene. I believe that the student was like doing self defense or something by using the sword but killing the suspect was way to much, because the suspect had no weapons at all, all he did was force the boy to the wall but he was able to push him off obviously to kill him so he could have just done it with out weapons, or when he heard noises in the garage he could have just call the cops instead of trying to save the day and end up killing someone. In my opinion I think this guy should get some time because no matter who you are you don’t have the right to kill anybody.
Today I read about the guy who was charged with the Yale student’s murder. Raymond Clark III was charged with murdering Annie Le. Her body was found stuffed into a utility closet at her job. He had texted her earlier saying that they needed to have a meeting to discuss the cleanliness of the mouse cages. He sent that text message the same day she went missing. They had a video of her entering the workplace, but not exiting, so they searched the place thoroughly and found her body in the utility closet. They found her body on the day her wedding was suppose to be on. It was also said by Annie Le’s co-workers that Raymond Clark was a control freak. He got angry when they didn’t wear shoe covers into the lab. Clark and le were not having an romantic relationship. Le died of traumatic asphyxiation which means by some sort of suffocation.
I think Raymond Clark is out of his mind and needs to calm that down. I also think he did kill Annie Le. He has some serious mental issues if he killed someone. I really hope he didn’t really kill her over dirty mouse cages. They need to test him to see if he is really mentally ill because from my diagnostics he is. I honestly feel really bad for Annie’s family and her fiancĂ© to have lost her at such a time. I hope that Raymond pays for his stupid actions.
Today I read abut seven residents of a treatment of a treatment center for sex offenders have been indicted on child pornography chargers after apparently obtaining illicit images while at the heavily secure facility. In unsealing the indictments yesterday federal prosecutors said they didn’t know how the defendants who are prohibited from using the Internet obtained the pornography which allegedly was stored on their computers at the Special Commitment Center on McNeil Island. Among the possibilities by mail or from a visitor of staff member. The seven men entered not-guilty pleas during initial court appearances in Seattle yesterday. I think they shouldn’t allow sex offenders to be part of the market for horrific pictures of child abuse.
This morning I read a story about a man who was arrested yesterday in Fallbrook for inappropriate conduct with young girls. He approached an 11year-old girl at a bus stop across from his apartments and grabbed her hand. Then he told her he was pretty and that he wanted to marry her. The next morning the police watched him looking and waving at girls at the same bus stop. I think an interesting fact is that this guy is an apartment manager. What a creep. He should be locked up forever. Another this I read about was about this schizophrenic killer who escaped from a mental institution while on a trip to a state fair in Washington. He was on the loose for three days. I don’t think that it is a good idea for a Schizophrenic killer to be aloud to go on trips like that. I think this story is ridiculous and I think that this was a planned STRATEGY because he had written to a friend and said he was going to be getting released. There should have been an ALTERNATIVE activity for the killers to be doing while the rest went to the fair.

Today I read about Colombian and Mexican drug cartels have jumped the Atlantic Ocean and expanded into West Africa, working closely with local criminal gangs to carve out a staging area for an assault on the lucrative European market. The situation has gotten so out of hand that tiny Guinea-Bissau, the fifth-poorest nation in the world, is being called Africa's first narco state. Others talk about how Africa's Gold Coast has become the Coke Coast. at least nine top-tier Latin American drug cartels have established bases in 11 West African nations. The same organizations that we investigate in Central and South America that are involved in drug activity toward the United States are engaged in this trafficking in Western Africa. I think that they are going to make a lot of money in africa.
In today’s paper I read about a young boy that had a brain injury. This accident happened on 2007 he's been two years disable to doing nothing. He played on the football team and his name is Scott.. He is only 17 years old. He was playing in a game and he was injured and hit himself on the head. He fracture his head and was in coma for a while. He is now disable but doctors say that he is making such good progress and now he is able to eat and to communicate better. Doctors hope he gets better and that in a year he will be able to talk . But their not sure when will this happened maybe in five years or ten or it will maybe take more time. All they can do is wait and time will say it all. They have a pension for two more years their scared that by that time Scott wont retaliate and have to waist more money than what they already have. Parent say that right after this incident happened they went down financially their totally scared up. Now this young boy name Scott will not be able to play and he had so much potential their parents said.

What I read in today’s San Diego news was about the car accident that occurred during the weekend. Pamela Sue Marabeas is a radiology technician from Santee. The accident happened at Mission Gorge Road and state route 125 around 6:30 am on Sunday. The place accident was on the same intersection where California Highway Patrol officer and three members were killed. Marabeas was killed when her drivers side of her SUV was hit by a pick up truck that was going at high speed. The Medical Examiner’s Officer stated that she died at the scene. The driver of the truck was sent to the hospital on a critical condition. Another news that I read was about the helicopter that crashed in San Pasqual Valley on Sunday. Two people on the helicopter were injured and were sent to the hospital by another helicopter.
